I really would have loved to give 5 stars. Food was delicious, we had Tapas then a mixed paella, great red whine sangria too. Waiters were friendly, professional and quick. It's just because of them that I don't rate it 3 stars just for the food. Indeed the two ladies at the entrance of the restaurant who would register you for seating are an absolutely disaster for a business like this. No good evening and welcome, no or forced smiles, no communication when they lead you to your table. Robots. Sad and depressed robots. I observed the shortest of the two doing the same with other customers the whole time of my dinner. When getting out of the restaurant I was slow at the door passing in front of her : of course, like if I was a ghost, no goodbye no nothing. I'm the manager of a company and I hope this message would be read by the manager of the restaurant : those two are the first people with whom your customers will have to deal with, we never have the opportunity to make twice a first good impression so my advice is : urgently FIRE them and let them FLY out elsewhere, far away from your fine restaurant.

I recently had a blast at Firefly Tapas Kitchen & Bar in Las Vegas, and let me tell you, it was totally awesome! The food was packed with flavor, the atmosphere was buzzing, and the overall experience was off the charts. The menu at Firefly is a treasure trove of great food. They serve up a wide range of small plates, called tapas, that are bursting with mouthwatering flavors. From sizzling shrimp, succulent meat skewers, and Bacon wrapped dates you cannot choose wrong. The atmosphere at Firefly is vibrant and energetic. It's the kind of place where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy good food and good company. The restaurant has a lively ambiance, with a mix of music and chatter filling the air. It's perfect for a night out with friends or a fun date night. Fortunately we went during a weeknight and the restaurant wasn't busy, as I imagine the weekend would be.

Spanish tapas restaurant/bar has re-opened. My favorite tapas place to eat in all of Vegas. The food is unmatched. Absolutely delicious and delectable. Every time I go there I say it was the best ever. Everything was fantastic, but my favorite were bacon wrapped dates- a must try !!!! They have an excellent assortment of choices and everything we have tasted was phenomenal. Can’t go wrong with the fabulous tapas menu. The atmosphere is fun with the beautiful decor and very nice outdoor patio seating. It's the kind of place that you want to bring a handful of people to share as many tasty plates as possible. And lots of Sangria pitchers! Service is impeccable. Extremely attentive staff and very helpful . General manager has been with the company since 2007 and he truly cares about the restaurant and his customers. He will go an extra mile to satisfy his customers. Thank you for the best customer service experience ever!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

All the food was amazing. I especially loved the meatballs and bacon wrapped dates. Our server was super helpful and nice. Overall service was fast and we never had to wait on our orders, which is rare these days. Two tapas per person was enough for us.. But some may need more.

Absolutely great choice, especially at Happy Hour when they have $8 cocktails and some tapas (like Tomato Bread ) for cheaper. This is a few minutes drive from the strip but absolutely worth it to check out . Birthday parties seem to be popular on their outdoor patio area too (where we sat . ) This place is special. Staff are very nice . I tried the Fly Margarita for $8 from the Happy Hour menu Delicious ! I was impressed. My friend got the Fly Mule drink that comes in a metal mug and he loved this so much he ordered a 2nd one . Calamari was good . The Pulpo Octopus comes with some crispy potatoes and is recommended. The Patatas Bravas is really delicious potato dish with sauce . My friend liked the Steak and mushrooms skewers too . Scallops were a low-key nice dish with a bright colored pepper sauce. Also tried the Firefly Salad with blue cheese but I'd skip that because the beet pieces were so tiny. Try the tiny cheesecake dessert with strawberry and mango sauce. Delicious and not too filling. Recommended. This has got to be the best Happy Hour in Vegas (not in a hotel or casino. ) They have parking behind the restaurant free . Happy Hour is from 4 to 6 Monday through Friday.

The driver on the way suggested the bacon wrapped dates and they were incredible! We always try the calamari and here did not disappoint either. Our original party was a no show but Paul was kind enough to hook it up! Will recommend and will be back for those dates! Thank you for making an impromptu date special!

Honestly was fantastic. Came to celebrate my mum’s 60th birthday and it was amazing! Service, decor, drinks and food all brilliant. Especially the lamb chops. Best thing we’ve eaten in Vegas will come back again!

How mad am I that I didn’t take food pics! But regardless I had to leave a review…this place is THE PLACE TO GO! I have never had so many dishes come out so flavorful! I ordered extra bread just to sop up all the sauces used! Scallops escargot style, UNBELIEVABLE Steak & Mushroom skewers…WOW! Stuffed Peppers- TO DIE FOR! And to top it off…Spicy Bloody Mary’s! Wabam!!! We are staying at the residence inn next door, but would Uber here from across the strip! Atmosphere is loud and fun, so bring a group and order a lot of Tapas!

We got the croquettes, empanada, bacon wrapped dates, and flan. The food was very fast. This is a good place to come share a bunch of small plates and cocktails. They have some really interesting specialty cocktails.

This is hands down my most favorite restaurant in all of Las Vegas! This is the third location in the area and each time it becomes more beautiful! They also brought back fish sticks!!! My most favorite food ever! Artichoke toast, Papas Bravas everything is so delicious, you can’t go wrong with anything here. Chocolate Tres leches is one of the most amazing desserts I’ve ever had.

🥓 The bacon wrapped dates will change your life… do yourself a favor and order em! 🍏 🧀 The apple manchego salad was also great. Refreshing. Brussels sprouts are a go-too and the pan seared scallops! All the drinks are good, but if you’re looking for something refreshing, you can’t miss the sangria ❤️ Make reservations in advance since they book up, especially on the weekends and even more so in the summer.

VERY LOUD! Bright, open space, clean inside. Not an intimate atmosphere for those looking for a date spot or family dinner. This place is definitely targeting younger folks, the happy hour group and the group get together people. My Spanish friend said this place doesn't give off a Spanish vibe with the design or decor. Tapas and sangrias were great so at least that hasn't changed from the old spot on Paradise. Service was quick and efficient, but nothing overly friendly or special. Probably best to make reservations vs. walk-in to avoid complications. Did I mention this place is VERY LOUD?

All the food we tried was very good. Service was even better. Arrived early for reservation. They seated us early. Food was delivered swiftly. Wait staff checked on us frequently and refilled soft drinks promptly. Only issue was it was too loud. We were glad to be seated away from the center and would have preferred to eat outdoors.

I've had different tapas before but none like this. We went family style on it and just picked a little of everything. Nothing was a disappointment. The specialty cocktails were well done, the plates were full of flavor and came out of the kitchen like artwork. Highly recommend coming here!

Amazing as always. You want tapas? Take an uber and get out of the strip. Firefly is one of the best off the strip restaurants.

Good selection of drinks on draft, mixed, straight, and wine. The food was full of flavor, the fries were very crispy, and reasonably priced.

We went on a busy night so service the table service team was stretched but very pleasant. Great food and drink. I also like the option to sit outside.

I stopped by for lunch, and I was surprised at how big this restaurant was. My party and I were sat quickly. Since this was a business lunch, I didn't want to order alcohol but on my next visit, I'll be sure to. We ordered a handful of tapas and shared them. I loved the beef skewers, empanadas, and bacon dates. Those were my favorites. Service was good, and I will definitely be back.

It’s just an average restaurant. The food was okay, the staff was okay albeit so efficient that we felt they wanted us out of there so they can clean our table, and the atmosphere was okay. Nothing special here. On the food, the pork empanada was better than the rest of the items that we ordered. The honey butter tasted funny and it won’t spread at all. The best part: no wait to be seated and very empty parking lot that’s next to the restaurant.

I wanted to try something different around the hotel I was staying at and Firefly Tapas Kitchen & Bar sounded good as tapas are something I have heard about but have not tried a good place until now. The small plates were all good and enjoyable that I ordered as I went a little overboard on the amount. Two to three is enough to fill you if hungry or one good plate if not too hungry. They start you off with some bread and an almond honey butter that has some chipotle and Sriracha in it. I started with fried calamari which was great with both tubes and tentacles and a sauce that went well with it. Then I got the Tierra y Mar skewers which was good with the chorizo, shrimp, and steak. The steak was overdone on the skewer but tasted good and would probably get the Petite Filet next time instead. With that I got the Pulpo Asado which had a nice bitesize octopus and some potatoes. The potatoes needed something with it and the spicy sauce was great with the octopus that was soft. I also ordered the Chicken Rings Empanadas which is just one empanada cut in half with a little salad. The chicken was seasoned well and the sauce worked great with it. The salad was simple but good. I ended with the Trio of Gelatos which had great flavor but a more icy texture than I would have liked and not like Italian gelato but more similar to ice cream. Service in the bar area even not too busy was OK as ordering and getting food was wonderful and they do great recommendations, but take a long time to fill up your water glass. Overall a great place to eat and talk and bar service and the gelato were areas of improvement for me so about a 4.6 star place in the end. Would go back to try more small plates and maybe skip the dessert.

Have you ever found treasure in your own backyard? That's exactly what it was like stumbling into Firefly for my first time. They were almost walking distance from my hotel and so happy that we decided to give them a try. I went in blind with no expectations and left beyond fulfilled with any that I could have had. The service was top tier, from the actual server to the "buser" who was a master at his craft. We ordered way too much, and each dish was more delicious than the other. My stomach and my heart left full.

Incredible place to say the least !!! The food is absolutely Amazzzzing . James is a Solid 10 outta 10 , we didn't even order our 4 different Tapas dishes we let him order for us and he Nailed it , the food is next level perfection in every way .

The staff was very attentive and the food was very good. They Pride drink of the month surprised us and the Casa old fashioned was perfect. One of the better food options if you want to get away from the strip.

Great food. Great service! We came in for lunch and ordered huevos racheros, pancakes, bacon and the blueberry caipirinha. All were excellent and the food came out quickly. Good vibes too!

We were the only ones eating in the mist patio which was excellent. Food was surprisingly delicious. Had the date order, chicken empanadas, pork empanada and gazpacho. Caffe latte and blackberry sorbet. Bread came with fresh almond butter.

Holy smokes if in the area and wanted to eat great food about 1 mile off the strip this is the spot. I heard about it from a local and did not disappoint at all. The apple salad was probably my unexpected favorite of the tapas but the bacon wrapped almond dates were up there too. Everything was great including service. Place stays busy so recommend getting there early or reservations and keep in mind tapas are usually small plates so you'll need to order at least a few.

I've been visiting the old location for several years - it's been one of my regular spots when visiting Vegas. I was a little bummed to see they'd moved to a new location, but was also excited to give it a try. The new location feels a bit more like their other location - lacks charm, and feels more inspired by middle America than Spain. But I can put that aside - it's more about the food and service anyways. We had 7:45 reservations, and had to wait around 10 minutes to get seated. That would have been okay, but even after seating, no one checked on us till 8:10. So we'd been at the restaurant for 25 minutes without even having our drink orders taken. A bit disappointing. Luckily the food was as amazing as I remember. We love the bacon wrapped dates, patatas bravas, croquettes, skewers - honestly I've never had a bad thing here. Even with the mediocre service and boring new location, I'll be back!

The restaurant was relocated to about a block away from the old location. It has plenty of parking spaces, which was something the old location was lacking. This new place looks more upscale. It has a patio/outdoor dining area and an outdoor smoking area. The service and food were excellent as always, but I missed the Latin music and intimate atmosphere of the old location. That's why I gave it 4 stars. It felt more like a steak house than a tapas place known for their Latin music and Latin night.

We came to eat here our first night in Vegas. It was so amazing!! The menu has a large range of tapas you can order. They are pretty decent sized plates for being shareable. The service was very fast. The Mac and cheese was out of this world. We understand that they’ve recently relocated. The new location is much more updated, beautiful, and large. Just make sure you get to the right location if you are taking an Uber.

Been searching for 7 yrs for a good Spanish not Mexican tapas and finally found it. Very good, reasonably priced and very quick to serve. Very quick to remove empty plates. This will be on our regular list of eateries.

Very friendly service and for a group of 10 they were fast at refilling drinks, and kept food coming but didn’t overcrowd. Highly recommend. The ONLY thing I didn’t care for was this spicy garlic shrimp.

I've been going here for many years every time I'm in Vegas. I always recommend it to others. It's grown since when it started and the menu has changed over time, but I still love it. The red sangria is YUMMY. All the dishes are great as well and the service is superb.

  • 5/5 Matthew G. 2 years ago on Google
Probably the best food spot in Vegas by far. It makes the expensive strip restaurants seem inadequate. Every dish tasted amazing! The service was spot on, the food arrived quickly, and the pricing was very reasonable. Many restaurants have struggled post covid to deliver high quality service and food and this spot is the exception. I highly recommend it!

favorite. Restaurant. Ever. And there's something to be said when it's been my kids favorite place too (who are 12 & 17 years old now) for years. It's definitely not kid oriented, but it's got such a great vibe they love it. We actually had my son's 12th birthday dinner there and the waiters & waitresses were so awesome, they brought him a free desert and sang him happy birthday... I didn't even know they were gonna do that! Great food, great vibes, great employees! Love this place.

Service was excellent. Empanadas, the pork and chicken were the best! Four stars reflect the prices. It was good food, some tasty, some not-so tasty...all of it should be outstanding for that kind of pricing.

Such a unique spot. Smaller dishes so make sure to get 2-3. The goat cheese was next level. We also got the octopus, scallops, fried squid, and steak. All of it was amazing.

Great food. Lots of gluten-free options. Great for mixed party guests of gf and non gf. Great service. Large patio. The Patio area has Cafe lights, fans, heaters and shade screens for all different weather conditions. Tile mosaics inside with fun decor. Lots of parking and it's well lit behind the building.

This place was surprising. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but when you walk in it's quite nice. You need a reservation, or you can self-sit at the bar. Stopped in around 4:30pm for a small bit to hold over until dinner. The flavor was amazing. Despite not being busy, the first plate came out quick (~8 minutes), but the second plate came out 20 minutes after the first plate. Price: Reasonable, 2 small plates was $25 which is a good snack for 2 people. Menu: Good variety, gluten free was marked on the menu. Parking: Easy, it's in the back and free.
