I
will
start
with
what
went
well…atmosphere
is
fun
and
welcoming,
lighting
and
decor
is
cool,
and
it
feels
spacious.
Food
presentation
is
impressive,
and
creative.
Menu
has
a
good
number
of
choices.
All
of
the
above
was
negated
by
the
customer
service,
the
taste
of
the
food,
and
the
price.
I
observed
8
tables,
with
waiters
rarely
checking
in.
All
of
us
just
sitting
and
waiting
for
someone
to
ask
us
anything.
One
family
left
after
looking
at
the
menu
for
a
few
minutes.
We
received
3/4
drinks,
having
to
remind
the
waiter
our
teen
did
not
receive
his.
My
husband
ordered
the
French
toast
with
bananas.
Admittedly
he
liked
it.
My
kids
got
the
chocolate
chip
pancakes
and
fruit
bowl.
How
could
that
go
wrong?
The
pancakes
tasted
salty,
the
fruit
has
a
slightly
moldy
taste.
I
ordered
hashes
with
mushrooms.
The
eggs
and
potatoes
were
dry,
as
though
they
had
been
sitting
for
30
minutes,
waiting
for
someone
to
deliver
them
to
the
table.
All
meals
with
drinks
(none
alcoholic)
was
$100.
The
most
expensive
breakfast
by
far
we
purchased
during
our
trip,
and
the
only
breakfast
left
overs
we
had
no
desire
to
take
home.
Very
sad.
This
place
LOOKED
like
it
had
so
much
potential.
Especially
considering
all
the
signed
celebrity
endorsements.
Not
sure
how
our
experience
could
be
so
different
from
so
many
other
people’s
experiences.
