The times have limited the menu at this location. They do not have to options prior to covid. However, they have the classic dishes you can enjoy. We ordered the Frenchtoast, and Sage Chicken and Waffles. The wait time wasn't bad. Can't wait for the full menu to return and the never ending delight return to the table. Service was good and only down side wad they ran out of orange juice. That was surprising. Either way I did enjoy my breakfast. Remember that the portions are ginormous. Share if you can but great if you want leftovers for later.

Huge portions of great good. It's pricey but worth it. You'll likely want to get a to go box. The Chicken and Waffles is a particular highlight.

Fun, current Midwestern decor greets you and the experience continues as you are welcomed by very friendly and attentive staff. Great selection of breakfast items and unlimited coffee. Egg White and Veggie Omelette with fruit off the healthy menu selections and Biscuits and gravy with Fried Eggs. There fruit was extremely fresh and flavorful. The omelette was a bit flavorless, but that could just be the lack of the fatty yolk. Otherwise very substantial. Biscuits and gravy could have easily been shared and still have leftovers. Maybe consider serving with crispy hashbrowns vs creamy mashed potatoes. Nice morning experience

I've been to this restaurant in San Diego, and it's always good. First time here while in Vegas, and it is just as good. We were seated promptly and given time to look over the menu. Orange juice for me, and mimosa for her. I ordered the bacon, avocado, cheddar burger and fries. It was good, as far as burgers go. She ordered the sage fried chicken and waffles. It was a large dish, and everything was flavorful. She never finishes her food, but she finished this. Thanks for having us! See ya next time!

Large portions to put you back to sleep. In all seriousness, this place delivers. Service is prompt. Portions are huge. Prices are reasonable. Food is as expected. And plenty of seating. Best get yourself some coffee to go with the meal or you might be returning to your room before your day even start.

Staying at the Rio for a quick weekend wedding and this breakfast and our server Sandra and her busser where the best part of the hotel experience so far!! she was attentive, kind, communicative and most of all had that positive Vegas spirit! The good and drink options were perfect breakfast options, food did not take too long restaurant was clean and well maintained and everything was amazing ! Our 6 top ate and drank for around $160 (pre tip) thank you Sandra and Hash team, great work!!!

So I've been to 3 or 4 hash houses and all have been good. But this time I thought I'd try the corn beef hash. Boy was that a mistake, it was a basically rolled sandwich meat on top of potatoes. Nothing like the pictures online. This was a total joke if a dish, after this experience I don't know of if I'd ever go back to hash house.

This place has been really great in the past. They really missed the mark today in my opinion. Service was good people were very nice. But man my food is not good today. I have the chicken and waffles really looking forward to it. I I'm not a person that would send anything back so I never do so I worked my way through it

Food was massive and tasty. Service was average. Hearing from friends, other locations seem to be better. I loved the chocolate chip flapjack.

The food was good. We ate here out of convenience, and we left happy. Everything we had was good. I ordered hash considering the name of the establishment, and I wasn't disappointed.

Food was brought out fast and presentation was good. Only thing was scrambled eggs seemed old like they were mass cooked instead of fresh to order. French toast was amazing.

Food was great and our service was also great. Would give 5 stars BUT their drinks are expensive and taste like they contain no alcohol. And they charge for a souvenir glass that most people probably leave behind and they simply charge someone else for it after it's washed. Who knows how much money they make off selling the same glass over and over.

Service was quick, but this $80 breakfast was so disappointing. A glass of juice is $8, that was our mistake for not looking first. The almost $20 BLT Bloody doesn’t mention spicy anywhere in the description, it was so spicy it was undrinkable, like their mix was solely hot sauce. I asked for a glass of tomato juice to try to settle it down but it was un-saveable. Their hash is hunks on meat on re-fried American potatoes. The corned beef sandwich was good. And the booths are torn & dirty. This was a very expensive disappointment. Free parking though.

The food was great, the service is so so. That's the one thing that they need to work on. But the food is 🔥🔥🔥

I was very bummed to learn how limited it has become in covid, pre-covid it was our favorite breakfast stop! However, the menu is very limited and honestly the staff were not very friendly and seemed equally annoyed with the covid precautions not even covering their noses… The food was just okay…

Great food in vegas with large portions. It is on the pricey side with their hot chocolate being 10 dollars. Their lemonade are delicious, fresh, and can be spiked.

Everyone of my tastebuds are stimulated. I had the sage chicken and waffles. I wish I could take it with me. I had my room serviced so they presentation was different. Whoever thought adding Sage to chicken and waffles with crispy onion was a good idea what do in the mood for should be awarded a Nobel peace prize whatever. IJS

Went for dinner, and the food was just awesome, the best meal we had all week in Vegas! The price is also very reasonable. Rochelle gave us the best service, I will be back for sure when in town again. Just dissappointed we did not find this spot earlier in the week, we would have made it our regular spot!

Got the chicken and waffles, of course! A little spendy, but it's Vegas and portions are HUGE! I could only eat about half my order. Very crispy chicken, nice waffles with bacon cooked inside. Worth the price.

The food is pretty good and large portions (if you're into that). My only complaint is that the meat isn't brined leaving it on the bland, dry side. And the cocktails are straight syrup. All that said, we had a wonderful visit and left with full bellies.

This place never lets me down!! It's a tradition to dine here every time I come to Vegas and this trip was no different. Normally I hit up the location at the linq, but this location was much easier to get into. The chicken and waffles are an absolute must try, but everything on the menu is top notch. If you are visiting Vegas do yourself a favor and stop in. You will love it.

I just left here they were closing soon and I placed a to go order. The food was horrible the potatoes were dry , the eggs were cooked right but cold and they didn’t give salt and pepper packets. The sausage was spicy which was not on the menu and the biscuit was not fresh it was crunchy and falling apart. Now their closed and I’m stuck with this bogus meal!

Great food. Great servers. Gets very busy at breakfast, but big place so wait times aren’t too bad. Quality and price and food can’t be beaten. One of the best places for breakfast in Vegas. And if you are in the Flamingo, this place is just behind the hotel.

This place is good, ordered the three plates see pics, FYI the servings are HUGE one is good enough for two people. This location was good however went to the one at the plaza hotel and that one was not as good as the one at the Rio.

1st time at this location, so it was nice that I made reservations because it was busy. I love this chain restaurant because the hostess was friendly and are server friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and they make the best Bloody Mary’s!!!

The food here is amazing! Bring an appetite because the portions are pretty big. Our waiter provided excellent service to round out the experience.

Big breakfast portions! my daughter wanted a chocolate chip pancake and was extremely overwhelmed 😊, big omelettes, and french toast weren't that bad. A little pricey, drinks were about 4.99 would average about $25 per person

I will start with what went well…atmosphere is fun and welcoming, lighting and decor is cool, and it feels spacious. Food presentation is impressive, and creative. Menu has a good number of choices. All of the above was negated by the customer service, the taste of the food, and the price. I observed 8 tables, with waiters rarely checking in. All of us just sitting and waiting for someone to ask us anything. One family left after looking at the menu for a few minutes. We received 3/4 drinks, having to remind the waiter our teen did not receive his. My husband ordered the French toast with bananas. Admittedly he liked it. My kids got the chocolate chip pancakes and fruit bowl. How could that go wrong? The pancakes tasted salty, the fruit has a slightly moldy taste. I ordered hashes with mushrooms. The eggs and potatoes were dry, as though they had been sitting for 30 minutes, waiting for someone to deliver them to the table. All meals with drinks (none alcoholic) was $100. The most expensive breakfast by far we purchased during our trip, and the only breakfast left overs we had no desire to take home. Very sad. This place LOOKED like it had so much potential. Especially considering all the signed celebrity endorsements. Not sure how our experience could be so different from so many other people’s experiences.

The food was fantastic! The server we had was excellent and predictive without being intrusive. Definitely a recommended breakfast location if you’re near it.

Unfortunately the quality and service went down quite a bit, the potatoes were fried to death and didn't taste good at all. When I ask for a spoon for my coffee I good a big one, and the only time the waitress was friendly was when she brought the check, before that she just seemed unhappy and was really unfriendly.

I think is was the best breakfast l had in life. I only could manage to eat half - their portions are huge. Pleasant staff, nice service and good prices. Long waiting line... so register your cellphone number at front desk and take a walk at Linq... they text you when your table is ready.

Overall: 3.6/5 My parents went to eat breakfast here because their friends were staying at the Flamingo hotel. They said the food was alright but the portion size is huge and brought us home leftovers which ended up being our lunch because it was so filling. Saged Fried Chicken and Waffles ($27.99): The fried chicken was really good and the best thing of the whole dish. The biscuit was a close second and is really good with the honey. The bacon waffles were cold and dry by the time we tried it so we didn't like them. Had to drench the waffles in honey for them to be eat-able. The potatoes were basic but pair really well with the habanero sauce which was super spicy. My stomach was on fire for half the day but it was so good - only spicy lovers will understand 😉

The breakfast was lovely and the workers were very friendly and hard-working individuals, cheers to them for preparing such a beautiful meal. I love the antique Settings inside the restaurant, it was very attractive.

Came on new years day 2023 for brunch. The food was excellent. The server, Damian, was great and very helpful. It was our first time here so he told us about popular and favorite dishes and then went over the more uncommon dishes compared to other restaurants that were must try. The food was well worth the price and the customer service made the trip even more worth the visit. Would definitely come again on a future Vegas trip.

Chorizo Hash- this was a good dish. Not exactly what I was expecting though. The hash eggs are served separate. I was expecting more of a scramble type deal. Twisted Flapjack- This thing is massive. It’s a good pancake, but I think people order more for the quantity as opposed to the quality.

It was okay, definitely would go with a different option next time. A big downer isn't really the restaurants fault. The location at the Rio is just a sad down trodden place to be, and I think it detracts from the restaurants overall experience. The bloody Mary was excellent
