Do you have the password? If not, look for it on their FB page. 😉 Be sure to look around the building for steps going down to this fun little spot! Ring the buzzer and when the little slot on the door opens, give the password. We had so much fun! The waitstaff and bartenders were very informative and so nice. Moonshine is made in house and you can order craft cocktails, a flight or pay for a tasting in the tasting room guided by a distiller. They had a few variations of Moonshine and sold bottles to take home. They had a menu with standard bar snacks and desserts. You do NOT need to visit the museum to attend this beautiful bar. Cool little hidden rooms and fun facts everywhere!

Another cool speakeasy bar that's located off the strip in Downtown Vegas inside the Mob Museum. They have their own entrance on the side and also a code word for the day. We ordered the Underground Old Fashioned and it was near that it came out in bottle that was places inside a book. The concept was pretty cool as it is set to be during the Prohibition Era. It was good to experience something different.

We came here for two reasons. One because of the mob museum and two - we also are big fans of speakeasies. Honestly you could spend hours in the museum. It was definitely worth it. The speakeasy is a perfect addition to this museum. I will give you a little tip though- there is actually a speakeasy within the speakeasy! That's all I'm going to say. If you're going to go to the museum you definitely need to stop at the speakeasy! Highly recommend! Side note- I accidentally left my purse on the chair in the speakeasy. I didn't realize it until I got back to our hotel/casino. When I called them it was still there and they got it for me and set it aside! What a relief!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Mob museum underground speakeasy, and I must say, it was a truly enchanting experience. From the moment I stepped through the hidden entrance, I was transported back in time to the era of prohibition and secret gatherings. The attention to detail in recreating an old school speakeasy was simply remarkable. The atmosphere was nothing short of mesmerizing. The dimly lit space, adorned with vintage decor and antique furniture, exuded a mysterious charm that immediately captured my imagination. The soft jazz music playing in the background further enhanced the ambiance, creating an intimate and alluring setting. But it wasn't just the ambiance that impressed me; the drinks were an absolute delight. The mixologists at the speakeasy were true artists, crafting some of the most exquisite cocktails I have ever tasted. Each drink was carefully concocted with precision and passion, using top-quality ingredients. From classic whiskey sours to innovative twists on old-fashioned favorites, every sip was a revelation. What I appreciated most about the speakeasy was the attention to detail in every aspect of the experience. The staff, dressed impeccably in period attire, were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They effortlessly embodied the spirit of the roaring twenties, adding an extra layer of authenticity to the whole experience. Moreover, the speakeasy's commitment to maintaining the clandestine nature of the era was commendable. The discreet location and the secrecy surrounding the entrance added an air of excitement and exclusivity. It truly felt like being part of an underground society, sharing in a hidden world of indulgence and camaraderie. Overall, my visit to the underground speakeasy was a memorable and enchanting experience. The combination of the captivating atmosphere, the exceptional drinks, and the commitment to recreating the essence of an old school speakeasy made it an evening I will not soon forget. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a taste of the past and an escape from the ordinary.

Fabulous place with an emphasis on customer service. Make this a can’t-miss stop on your next Las Vegas visit! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group when we stopped in after the mob museum. Truthfully, I expected a gimmicky vibe and overpriced bottom shelf drinks. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The entire menu is intentional and well crafted and all of our drinks were EXCELLENT! The attention to detail is most evident in presentation of the drinks. Thank you Paul and Randy for raking such good care of us!

Best last minute choice 👌 after our visit to the Mob Museum, we were about to leave to grab food then luckily we were suggested to visit this Speakeasy. I'm so happy we did. It was jazz night, which really added to the experience. The service was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu etc. The drinks were fun and fitting to the theme, and they have beers if you want to keep it simple. Now the food, ridiculously delicious, the Spinich Dip is something I'd love to fly all the way back to Vegas for! And the sliders were super savory and Tangy! Sure, they were appetizers but were very filling.

What a fun & unique experience! Drinks were very good. Service was great. Music was great! A few people were dancing. We got the secret passcode by FB messaging the bar earlier that day. Everyone in my group expressed it was a super cool place to visit in Vegas.

The place has a great vibe for what it is. We went on a Thursday night and it was fairly busy. We had some fun drinks, unfortunately we got missed between shift change so we sat for while without drinks. Overall we had fun trying a variety of drinks.

If you are able to get this add on to your ticket so that you can taste some really authentic moonshine. I have to say the lady that narrates the experience is great at what she does and is very knowledgeable when it comes to where the different moonshines originated from. Prepare for some good drinks and a nice information session on the prohibition era of moonshine.

If you've never been here it's a definite must do. It's a fun education on the mob and prohibition era. Be sure to add on the distillery tour and tasting experience it's worth the money. If you do the after 5pm for the discount you have plenty of time to tour the facility and enjoy a few drinks at the speakeasy.

Was so excited that the entrance was guarded by a secret code word, only to find out that was not the case. Beware it is quite chilly down there so if you get cold easily, wear a jacket! the drinks were a taste of history!! Definitely order yourself an old fashioned. It comes with some good reading!

Oh wow. Great place! We started off visiting the museum and the bar is below in the basement. You proceed down the stairs and need a password to get in. We were in a group so we had arm bands. The bar is great and well stocked. The bartenders were super friendly. I had wine. Lots of old fashioned drinks. They served us food. We had a live band. The music was amazing...old 20s jazz. This was a fun venue. Company event.

Just a really cool experience. It's a bit pricey of course but worth it I think. I got a dirty martini, because that's my go to at places like this. I don't remember what my wife's cocktail was, but it had bourbon and rosemary and I thought it was very tasty and packed a really good kick. We shared the sliders which were amazing. They had a slight heat to them and a ton of flavor. The pickles on top were excellent.

As a local this is one of my go to places to bring people who visit Vegas. Drinks are expensive but strong & interesting. Place is definitely touristy, but in a way that it’s worth going. Best to go during live jazz Saturday nights starting 8pm. (The live music is too loud to converse during that time). Hasn’t been too crowded earlier in the evening (before 10pm) the several times we’ve gone. We’ve always gotten a table. For the full experience look up the password and enter through the back door (right of the building down the stairs). Parking next to the Mob Museum $8 for up to 4hrs. Close enough to walk through the Fremont Street experience in the same trip.

Outstanding place. The drinks were top-notch. They had the standard drinks you expect at a speakeasy and a few interesting specially drinks. The whiskey menu wasn't as expansive as some places but it was still respectable. The bartenders were extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Great mood in the place and some interesting facts continuing the theme of the museum above it. There is a secret back entrance for those that don't go through the museum.

The Underground Speakeasy is a nice spot to have a cocktail after you tour the Mob Museum, but not really a spot to hang out and drink. Our drinks were pretty good and I like the clever way they served the Old Fashioned, bottled and stashed inside of a book.

We had a wonderful time at the Underground Speakeasy at the Mob Museum. This place is a must-see for anyone who loves history, culture, and cocktails. The speakeasy is hidden in the basement of the museum, and you need a password to enter. (Check Instagram for hints). Once inside, you feel like you are in a different era, with vintage furniture, dim lighting, and jazz music. The best part of the experience was the service from Chris and Coco, who were our hosts for the night. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. They explained the history and ingredients of each cocktail, and gave us recommendations based on our preferences. They also shared some interesting stories and facts about the Prohibition and the Mob. The cocktails were amazing, made with their own distilled spirits, such as moonshine, gin, and whiskey. They were strong, smooth, and flavorful. I especially liked the Bee's Knees, which was a refreshing mix of gin, honey, and lemon. The speakeasy also offers a variety of snacks and appetizers to pair with your drinks. The Underground Speakeasy is not just a bar, but an immersive and educational experience that you won't forget. I highly recommend it to anyone who visits Las Vegas and wants to have a fun and unique night out .

The Underground Speakeasy and Distillery is a great way to end your Mob Museum tour on a high note, immersing you in the secretive charm of a Prohibition-era bar. It's like stepping back in time, with the backdrop of music from that bygone era adding an authentic touch. The drink menu is a delightful journey with concoctions sporting names like "Giggle Water" and "Bathtub Fizz," offering a taste of the creativity from that historic period. What's impressive is the thoughtfulness in catering to different preferences, offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. And let's not forget the sharables and desserts – a treat for your taste buds. The staff adds to the experience with their friendly and knowledgeable service, ensuring you feel welcomed and informed. The Underground Speakeasy and Distillery effortlessly weaves together history, and outstanding drinks, making it a must-visit for anyone craving a unique journey into the flavours of the past.

Neat place to go. Has a great speakeasy feel. Good drinks with great bartenders. The tour is interesting. They only distill corn whiskey/moonshine and brew some small batches of beer. Moonshine is good. They have it flavored as well as straight moonshine. They are fairly new and still learning.

We were told about this place. This hidden bar based on prohibition. I used the code word on the website but the door man said it was wrong. It was a cool concept. 😎 We could only stay for 30 mins due to a private function but that was enough to have a drink and experience the place. No cost if you go in via the back door and no via the museum.

Wow...this speakeasy was amazing after the tour of the mob museum and distillery. Gerry and Paul were probably two of the best bartenders ive had in a long time. They created such delicious and creative drinks and they definitely knew what they were doing. The atmosphere was like being back in the prohibition time and finding there was a secret room behind a picture on the wall. Super cool. Overall it was such a great experience that everyone should try. Got the: Old fashioned... a must The Bathtub... a must Clover club cocktail... a must Charcuterie Board...um YUM! Meatballs... Delicious!

This was the highlight of my Vegas trip! So fun to enter the bar with a password. We had the giggle water and it was delicious! Tasted like a thanksgiving cocktail! The pretzels were delicious. Fun atmosphere and great service! Definitely recommend!

I am so glad that we stopped by here! The drinks were amazing, the presentation was cool, and the museum exhibits in the drink area were interesting. Our server was really helpful in choosing cocktails, too. I highly recommend checking it out!

The authenticity of this place is off the charts. I guess it helps to be in the basement of the Mob Museum. We were greeted by an enthusiastic doorman who promised us a good time and he definitely delivered! The drinks were good. I tried the flight of bourbons. Several of which I had not had before. The old-fashioned I ordered was delivered in a hollowed out book that I was supposed to return to the “library“. It had a real speakeasy vibe and delivered on its promise of a good time. The host and gave us samples of their house moonshine, and the band was fantastic! Playing songs and watching videos from that time. really took us back in to the Prohibition era.

We had the best night at The Underground. Seriously amazing live band playing jazz oldies with a fantastic singer!! Cool place and fun craft cocktails. The Old Fashion comes served in a hidden book. There’s a hidden room inside too. See if you can find it. John-at the door was great too! I’ll be back very soon!!

The Underground Speakeasy and Distillery offers a unique and unforgettable experience just a stone's throw away from the lively Fremont Street Experience. As a basement bar, it exudes an undeniable charm and ambiance steeped in history and positive vibes. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional drink selection. Not only were the cocktails delicious, but they were also beautifully presented. The attention to detail was evident, and each sip was a delightful journey for the senses. The staff at The Underground were a true testament to their commitment to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Friendly, kind, and warm, they made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Their knowledge of the drinks and the history behind them added an educational twist to the whole experience, enriching my time there. What sets this establishment apart is its ability to transport you back in time. The underground setting, coupled with the vintage-inspired decor, successfully recreates the ambiance of a bygone era. Stepping into The Underground feels like embarking on a thrilling journey through the Prohibition era. If you're a history enthusiast or simply someone looking for a unique and captivating night out, The Underground Speakeasy and Distillery should be at the top of your list. It offers a truly enchanting experience that you won't soon forget. Don't miss the chance to escape the modern world and immerse yourself in the magic of The Underground.

Very nice. Rikki was our bartender he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was tasty and fresh. I had the warm pretzel bites with dipping sauces. My non alcoholic drinks were made with as much care as the cocktails my friends had. Check it out! Don't forget to get the password from the museum attendants upstairs. It changes every week😊

Such a cool environment. Loved all of the people we encountered at the speak easy- I spilled my drink and everything 🥴 but the bartender came by and replaced it instantly and they were incredibly polite and professional in their attitude. I wish I got their names! The atmosphere was dim and calm- which I can say is quite pleasing to the senses after being overstimulated non-stop for the past couple of hours in Vegas. Would definitely tell my friends to come and check this place out in the future.

First time there and enjoyed it very much. I had a Bang The Rum Slowly it was very fruity but tasty. Also had their pepperoni pizza which was awesome, very cheesy and a crispy crust. I definitely will be back! The service is a bit slow because there were only 2 servers but not complaining, got to enjoy and take pics of the place while I waited for my food and drinks.

Came here on our honeymoon after we toured the Mob Museum. Found this through Norma Geli’s YouTube channel, and it did not disappoint! I thought the container park bar was the only place with such unique, high quality, shows topping cocktails in the area with flair, but these drinks were just as delicious as they were funky and beautiful. A MUST DO in Vegas! The $7 pizza was also surprisingly great, and this was a perfect escape from the Vegas summer heat.

After spending a couple hours in the Mob Museum, we came to the basement and stepped back in time to the Underground Speakeasy.. you can also access the speakeasy without going into the museum and enter off the side, and give the password to the Giant doorman. You can find the password, change weekly on their FB page. The decor is dark, with nice nooks and crannies for secret conversations, one can imagine an enforcer coming down to report to the boss and have a drink at the bar.. We sat at the bar where a prop once held by Sean Connery for a certain Mob movie was encased. We ordered: American Whiskey Flight Tee-totaler Beef Sliders Our bar tender, Paul, he has a cool Handlebar moustache, took the time to explain the different whiskey we were tasting and was very friendly and courteous. The non alcoholic Tea, with Shrub and honey stick was so tasty, and I wished I had a whole pot instead of a small cup. The Beef sliders hit the spot with a great smoky, spicy bite. My DH really enjoyed the American Whiskey Flights as he is usually a Scotch drinker but it was delicious also. We didn’t try any moonshine as we worry, we couldn’t handle all the alcohol. They have a distillery on site and make small batches that you can try also and served in a secret compartment inside a bible looking book.

Thank you to the fine folks at the Underground Speakeasy for hosting the Sober in Cyber event and creating such delicious mocktails for us all to enjoy. The atmosphere was outstanding. From the way one enters, to all the nooks and crannies filled with history lessons and...I don't want to spoil it, just go already! It's exactly what I had hoped it would be. The staff was personable, outgoing, and knowledgeable. Their enthusiasm for the Speakeasy and the Mob Museum was both contagious and well warranted. My only regret is I had planned so little time for the experience! Next year, for sure.

Brilliant cocktails and sitting on the bar allows you to have a chat with the excellent and friendly staff. All cocktails made were great. We'll worth a visit... oh and look up the code word for entry 😉

There are two ways to access the Speakeasy- following a visit to the Mob Museum or with a password available on social media or by calling the Museum. The Museum is worth the trip but if you'd rather just have a cocktail take the staircase next to the whiskey barrel to the right of the Museum. Once there you'll enjoy top notch craft cocktails (this isn't a beer and a shot dive bar) & fabulous appetizers. Throughout the space are stories and artifacts of prohibition. Finally, like any good Speakeasy there us a secret room behind one of the paintings. If there isn't a special event in that space ask to check it out. Bottom line: great craft cocktails + yummy apps with a side of history - how could you go wrong?

What a fun place! We met up here for a late night rendezvous and had a blast! The mixologists are super entertaining; the environment is fun & the drinks are inventive.

We had the deluxe pass admission to the mob museum with distillery tour and tasting that included the password to the speakeasy. We got out of the museum and tour around 12:30, right when the speakeasy was opening. A little disappointing since they didn’t have the doors closed yet, so we didn’t have to say the password to get in. We were told you can also find the password on recent social media posts if you’re just planning on stopping by for a drink. The bartenders and waiters are on theme with the speakeasy and have some creative cocktails to serve up! The bar area is similar to the museum, with a focus on prohibition and drinking. There is a separate room where they do moonshine tasting and have the windows to the distillery. The drinks are fun and served in fun glasses or different ways. We each had two drinks including the giggle water, bathtub fizz, bees knees, and underground old fashioned. Since we were there pretty early it wasn’t too busy and we got a seat right away. They had another room hidden behind a picture frame as well. Fun place for a couple of drinks.
