First (!) thing, just like most in the Venetian, we had difficulty finding this pub. Even asking numerous Venetian staff, no one knew it's location, with 1 female Venetian employee going as far as saying, she had never heard of this pub and were we sure there was such a pub at the Venetian. Walking for about 40 minutes just for this place probably contributed to not being able to enjoy the food. We ordered: Fish & Chips Steak Frites drinks (coffee and soda) My husband loved his Fish and Chips, my Steak Frites was just average. It was a plateful of Frites and the meat. Presentation of this dish was ..... Was it because we came just as they were closing? Positives were the service, with the Chef/Cook graciously bringing/serving our food. The pub is also very "Brit" and clean. The place looked small from outside but is actually very spacious as one goes inside towards the back. The Restroom was spotlessly clean, very nicely done.

Nothing fancy, but a perfect spot to grab a quick burger and fries. There are alot of options on the drink menu, with a full bar. Service was great!

Hmm yes, the fish and chips are very good if I do say so myself. The most splendent fish and chips I've had in the states.

My burger was undercooked and not worth the price and the cool milkshakes are only the alcoholic ones I thought I’d get a cool one if I ordered a plain flavor but you don’t maybe you can ask for a non alcoholic cool milkshake though I didn’t ask my wife didn’t like their food either it’s comparable to a Red Robin but worse lol service wasn’t great either

I wish I could give this place negative stars. We ordered our food and ordered two sprites and a Diet Pepsi. Along with our order. The sprites were sparkling water and the Pepsi was flat. The waitress yelled at us that they were sprites and that the Pepsi was not flat. She was was extremely condescending and rude. We just got up and left while we heard her talking loudly about us to the other staff. Shocking behavior! No surprise they were empty when all the other restaurants were full! DO NOT GO THERE!

Nice spot with a concise menu of good options. I got the parmesan wings and they were very good. One of our group got the Donut Burger - it's a humorous amount of food to take on, so bring your appetite. We sat in the front area (the "people watching" area) and it was a nice, calming relief from the dark/loud environment in Vegas. The waitress was very personable and provided solid service. The chef even brought out some of the dishes, which I don't often see in restaurants. Would recommend!

I’m a big guy and usually don’t ever get up and leave an entire dinner. Fish was so over cooked it just crumbled but only after you were able to use your hammer to crack through the rock hard batter. Fries- like McDonald’s. Wife’s chicken salad was rubbery and looked like a smashed head of iceberg with a little chicken dragged through it. Asked for check within 3 minutes of getting the food told the waiter how horrible it was and he said “oh” like it really wasn’t a surprise.

If want some super good and reasonable food on the strip, this is the place to come! I got the hamburger with two glazed donuts as the buns. At first I thought it might be too sweet but it was actually perfect! The atmosphere is chill and and all of the staff is super nice. Make sure to check this place out. Also, Mitch is always the best bartender!

We had dinner for 2 here. We had booked a table, arrived 10 mins early but were still seated immediately. We ordered drinks but had to wait around 20mins for them to arrive and the place was not really busy. So minus 1 star for slow bar service. We ordered our food which arrived quicker than the drinks did. It was hot, very tasty and well presented. The server we had was great. Didn't catch her name but she had part blue hair. She was friendly, helpful and polite. On the whole we would visit again. Just speed up the bar service guys.

This has all the atmosphere and decor of a traditional British pub and with the friendly staff is a nice place for a relaxing drink. There’s plenty of seating throughout but the stools at the bar proved the most popular with everyone. Decent range of drinks, prices were sensible for the location and we all wanted to return again!

I don't typically eat at bar/pubs, but this is truly a restaurant... that caters to beer drinkers. I loved how attentive the service was, Leo was my server. I was waiting for friends, so I had a huge snack (poutine fries), unexpected. I ordered the dry-aged New York steak. Man, they cooked that to perfection! We were so stuffed we didn't have space for dessert. I'm definitely gonna be back soon.

We had our wedding reception here for a group of around 50 people in February. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. We did a cocktail-style reception with standing tables and a buffet with heavy appetizers in the back room and bar area. We also did a wine and beer package. From planning to execution, the staff at Royal Britannia were communicative, helpful, and friendly. Russell was our contact who helped us with reserving the space and the menu. The event menu was perfect for vegetarians and meat eaters. We did it all via email and he was very responsive and worked with our requests. The day of the event, the staff were SO nice and accommodating. Even our guests were commenting how nice and wonderful the staff was! On top of that, the food was delicious and everyone was happy. Would definitely recommend having an event here and we will come back to eat here next time we are in Vegas! Oh, and they are kid friendly and were very nice to the kids in our party!

Never disappoints. Food, drinks, and service are always on point, whether it's for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is super chill, and the parking at Venetian is free. It's a win, win! You gotta try the Bavarian pretzel!

I only leave a less than positive review so that the owners/management get insight on how to improve things. Not sure what was up with the hostess/front of the house, butnot only did she not greet us, but made no eye contact. I thanked her for seating us and nothing. Then we waited. And waited. It was 5PM on a Friday night, but only one other booth was occupied. The bar tender watched us wait, since he had no customers either. He didn't motion either to someone to come to our table or that he'd take care of it. We nevrer saw a server and decided there are so many other choices for dinner at Venetian/Palazzo we left.

Excellent service from our server Arielle and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the Britannica Banger Bites! Cleanliness and decor of this restaurant is outstanding!

This is an adorable place. Super clean and our server was very kind. It is a little pricey but it’s Vegas. I’ve never been to London so I can’t say it’s authentic but the vibe definitely made us feel like we were in London. My husband had the fish and chips. He said it’s the best he has had ever! The fries were a little too salty but it was super good. I had a burger and it wasn’t anything special but it was still good. We were seated right away and had a very pleasant experience. Whenever we’re back in Vegas, we will be back!

Definitely don't waste your time getting fish and chips here. It's absolutely boring. You will receive the same thing if you go to Dennys. The atmosphere is cool! Burgers look amazing

If you're in the mood for an amazing steak, or burger/chicken sandwich then this is the place! Everything we had was so good! The steak is what surprised me the most. Tons of flavor and really well cooked. Ignore the bad reviews and try it out for yourself!

Good place to eat. The beers are a bit expensive. The avocado pasts, pear salad was really good!! The best was the fried onion strings. The place is difficult to find if you are on the opposite side. Would come here for the fried onion strings again!!

After looking at the lunch restaurant on the Venetian website, we decided to eat here. We booked our reservation online, and our table was available as soon as we arrived. We actually was the second table there, which was shocking with the crowd of people in the grand canal shopping area. The server was really nice and friendly. My burger was very greasy and made my bun very wet slippery to stay in place while I was eating it. Just not really what I expected from seeing pictures of food on the hotel website. The fries were good, though.

With so many choices in the hotel, it was hard to pick one. We went there for lunch after being in the pools all morning. It hit the spot. The food was great and the server was good. They had a lot of old English things on the walls that added to the atmosphere. I wanted a big beer souvenir mug which they didn’t have. It was much smaller than I expected.

Honestly very unimpressed. We have tried to go here 2x and both times they do not have milkshakes available. We decided to get food anyway and it was not good. The fish and chips fish tasted like the fish had gone bad and left a horrible taste in my mouth. The pub burger was a sloppy, soggy mess that fell apart when you took a bite. Waste of money.

I had the cheese steak. The meat was a tad over cooked but the flavor was good. The sever was fantastic! Very responsive, attentive, and we never had to wait for her to come to the table.

Not the best and certainly not the worst of choices in the area. Not on restaurant row or the food court, we simply came across this place coming back from the Las Vegas Strip. Very few people were here when we dined, so it could be an option if you’re looking for a less crowded area. We enjoyed our meal, but neither were nothing really out of the ordinary.

Service was good but, Looked at reviews before we went and thought it was promising. But we were wrong. Chicken and waffles had a funny taste to it, wings were disappointing as well, onions strings weren’t pleasant either, weren’t fried enough and were very light yellow. Only food that was good was the pretzel with beer cheese. Saw an older couple who ordered fries at another table as well and they didn’t look at all like the pictures, again, barely fried and very light colored. Just disappointed….

First and last time here. Stopped by because we were hungry and they were showing the playoff game. Fish and chips were good. Pub burger was not. Asked for no caramelized onions and there were tons on it and melted into the cheese so hard to pick off. 😟 Server was nice, but absent. No refills on beverages until we were ready to leave.

So disappointed!!! Made reservations to for celebration dinner with friends - it was never even mentioned by the host nor waiter. The waiter wore a mask that did not cover his mouth or nose. Beware that the pictures posted online are not on their menu - which was a huge disappointment. The whiskey selection was limited, they were out of a key whiskey....on a Friday night!!?? This is not a pub, it's more of a sports bar with bar food that wasn't even that tasty. The pretzel was large and the best tasting item because of the dipping sauces. The onion straws were mostly batter and were cold. The burger was dry. The cheesesteak lacked flavor. The fish and chips were good but not as abundant looking as the picture showed.
