This is easily in the top 10 of places I’ve ever eaten. I was worried being a solo diner that I wouldn’t get as good of service, but it was excellent all around. The prices aren’t terrible, just know that the serving sizes are smaller. I had the bread board (absolute best value) bacon wrapped dates, ravioli, and a cocktail. It was perfect as far as being fulfilled. Total for me was just under $100, excluding tip. The only complaint is the lighting. It is bright enough, but on some table the light is angled so there are shadows hovering over your food. This takes away from the aesthetics. Other than that, solid 5* and I will be back.

Great food. Very good value for their tasting menu. My wife and I ordered one tasting menu and an additional appetizer and that was plenty of food. Their bread board is probably one of the best I’ve had. They do charge for it however. If you order the tasting menu, you get a little folder to take home with a pic of Giada and a couple recipes including the recipe for her signature lemon spaghetti pasta. I made it at home last week and it was great. Nice quieter atmosphere. So many of the restaurants in Vegas are noisy with music playing or lots of commotion so it was nice to have a bit of a quieter dinner even though it was mostly full when we went.

A truly great experience for my wife and I on a much needed vacation to Vegas. This was our "fancy meal" and it did not disappoint. We started out at the bar where Jeremy took great care of us; even making up a drink for us based on what flavors we like(and it tasted fantastic!). And I finally got to try a "smoked Old Fashioned"! We paid the extra fee for the window view facing the Bellagio fountains, which provided a very romantic setting. We both ordered a $100 "tasting menu meal" and chose different things from each course, so we got to try as many dishes as possible. All of them were exceptional! But what made our night one to remember was Diego, our server. Funny thing is, from a distance, he could look a bit intimating to some, but he might just be the best, most interesting server we've ever had. Ask for him by name if you get the chance. We both highly recommend Giada's for that special date night. You are going to spend a lot of money, but in our view it was worth every penny. Thank you for a great memory.

We had such a great time at Giada in Las Vegas for my birthday week! the tasting menus were top-notch! I got the dinner for two and it was such a perfect choice! We had such a great dinner at Giada in Las Vegas, we will definitely be going back soon! Giada in Las Vegas is one of my favorite dinner spots. The dinner was top notch and the service is just as good as the food. I love that they offer gluten-free desserts too! Giada in Las Vegas is by far my favorite dinner spot. The dishes are always so tasty and there are SO many options for any dietary restriction you might have. This time around we tried out their tasting menu, which is now my new favorite way to eat at Giada Las Vegas! If you're looking for a dinner spot that's classy but relaxed, then Giada in Las Vegas is just what you're looking for!

Giada’s restaurant in The Cromwell was divine. We all really enjoyed the food and cocktails. I had the Destroyer which Giada featured on Ellen’s show. Food was decently priced. Cocktails were slightly more expensive than I’d expect. $35 for an Old Fashioned? A bit pricey. Loved my scallops and risotto. Desert was awesome, too!

A wonderful place on the Strip! The food is excellent and freshly prepared! A lot of work goes into making great food with an Italian flare! A lot of Italian food can be heavy, the menu items here keep in tradition of being Italian and staying with a health conscious theme. The view of the Strip is also stunning! I recommend waiting for a window seat to enjoy the full experience!! Place is always busy, lunch time there may not be as much of a wait with supper. Regardless I strongly recommend reservations. One of the best places on the Strip!!!

Had a company dinner with co-workers here and was pleasantly surprised! I normally avoid Italian restaurants in America after living in Italy for so long and always being underwhelmed. I wasn't particularly excited when the location was revealed but wanted to be a team player anyways. Much to my surprise, the food quality was excellent and delicious. We had a fixed menu but everything was top-notch. I loved the family style presentation and the drinks were fantastic. Highly recommend dining here!

We celebrated our 23rd Anniversary here for dinner about 2 weeks ago. My husband made reservations a week in advanced. To my surprise, our waiter and server graciously took great care of us. They went out of their way to congratulate us and also brought us some bubbly. We did have a window view but the restaurant itself was very beautiful. The food tasted amazingly delicious. The strawberry amore was truly refreshing with fresh strawberries on a fluffy not too sweet chiffon cake that went so well with our heavy meal. I really enjoyed the bread board as each bread complimented either the oils or the salt. We know how much work is put into the execution of getting everything right and I’m so thankful to those who worked on providing us with a great experience.

I always wanted to go to this restaurant and finally had a chance for my nephew's birthday. The food is fantastic and very fresh. The ambiance is very relaxing and the staff is 100% helpful and the best customer service! The food is proportioned correctly and the food is well seasoned. If you want a bit of "posh" for brunch or dinner come to this restaurant.

What an incredible brunch @Giada The portions were plentiful and the meal extraordinarily delicious. Got seated with a view of the strip. 🦞 Lobster hash had so much lobster in it. This was also very decently priced.

We had a res at 5:30, we waited 15 for a table. The service was perfect, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable about the food. The Bread Board, Bacon wrapped dates, Chicken Marsala, and Lemon Spaghetti looked great. However, the main dishes were toned down and nearly bland. The dates were the most flavorful by far. Perhaps we should have sent them back, but the restaurant was very loud with every table taken. Several large groups were into the drink, and their voices increased volume. This is to be expected in busy places, but I didn't want to stay waiting while they constructed new dishes. We enjoyed being there, but I don't feel we got our money's worth.

What a great experience! We were given a great table with a spectacular view of the strip. Had great service and a waiter who was attentive to food allergy concerns. Loved the frose and the lemon spaghetti with shrimp. A great experience.

There is no doubt this restaurant is beautiful but the food did fall a little short in my opinion. We started with the bread basket which was a beautiful presentation but after taking a small piece of each none of the options left me reaching for more. Our server Ronald was great very friendly and attentive but I did wait a very long time for my $21 espresso martini when it did arrive it was good but definitely not worth the price. My husband got the filet he said it was seasoned well and very tender but he did not enjoy the sauce it was plated with and they don’t have an in house steak sauce. I got the lobster ravioli which was amazing and the best thing I tried all night it was perfect in every way. We also got a side of Mac and cheese that was extremely bland we used the salt and crushed red pepper flakes from the bread board to season it and that helped a little. We usually always order dessert but after being underwhelmed from the meal we skipped and had it elsewhere. I had high hopes for this restaurant I have only heard good things but I won’t be returning.

I have followed Giada’ career since the beginning. So obviously being in Vegas I HAVE to go to her restaurant! By far the BEST lemon pasta I have ever had. The staff was so attentive and my glass never got below half. My wife and I would highly suggest going here for an intimate dinning experience in the heart of a busy city. We will be back every time we visit!

We just finished a double anniversary dinner here and everything was perfection. This was not our first time here and I can confidently say the food, service and quality is all as fantastic as it was every other time that I have been here over the years. Every member of Mike’s staff was an absolute pleasure. From check in and our appetizers to paying the bill and our espresso martini they made our experience five stars. Lots of restaurants on the strips are tourist traps but NOT this one. We have eaten at most of the great places on the strip and this remains on of our favorite. Extra notes: don’t sleep on the oysters, bacon wrapped dates, and the scallop risotto.

We were seated by the windows looking out across the street towards the Belligio fountain, and they opened the window. It was fantastic. The service was very good and the food was some of the best I have had at any restaurant ever. The desserts are also fantastic. The ambience is really great, classy and relaxing. A total overall experience which was just great.

Table for 2 for Dinner I would definitely suggest making a reservation if you want to eat here to avoid any long wait. I booked mine online the day of and the earliest window I could get was 7:30pm. This was a little late for us, but I jumped on it. We arrived on time and were greeted warmly and seated quickly.  As we entered the restaurant, we immediately noticed the great design and ambiance.  The whole layout was very elegant. As we settled in at the table,  our server quickly came over to greet us and provide us with some water.  We reviewed the drink and food menu. Their beer selection was respectable with about 10 craft and standard offerings.  I ordered the Tenaya Creek Brewery 720 Pale Ale and Wifey ordered the Peroni, an Italian Lager. We enjoyed our beers and decided on our entrees.   I ordered Giada’s Signature Lemon Spaghetti and Wifey ordered the Lobster Ravioli. Our food arrived fairly quickly and both dishes looked great. I started to dig in on my spaghetti meal.  It was very good, but to me the sauce tasted a little chalky. It was like the flour did not fully mix long enough with the other ingredients.  As I said, it was enjoyable and I would order it again to see if that taste is consistent.  Wifey on the other hand, had zero complaints about her Lobster Ravioli.  Her exact words were, “WOW, cancel all our other reservations and book Giada again.” She said the lobster was super sweet and the pasta was just the right texture. She loved her meal and occasionally still daydreams about it.  We asked for the dessert menu and noticed there were only a few options to choose from.  I wanted something sweet, so I chose the Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch cake. We shared it and it was a nice sweet finish to the meal. Our server started to get pretty busy and could have checked on us a little more, but overall we had a great experience at Giada’s and will be returning.

We were drawn to this place because of the stellar reviews it got. Upon entering, my first impression wasn’t too good. The awards featured on the wall was mostly from 2016-2019 and I was wondering why. We requested to be sat beside the window overlooking the strip but was told flatly it will be a 25 charge per person so things started awkwardly. We ordered the ravioli and lemon pasta with chicken added. The ravioli was creamy, chewy, but the filling was a little lean. The lemon pasta with the prawns were quite nice but the pasta will cool and clump together quite quickly. The chicken was dry and tough, felt like it had been cooked a while and left there to dehydrate. Overall, the food was not impressive but the lack of hospitality (we had a different person hosting, taking of order, and serving food each time) kinda turned me off. They didn’t bother to ask how was the food, and just didn’t really seem that interested in serving us. Anyway, they replaced the chicken with scallop. It came and was a bit over cooked and seemingly devoid of any salt. After informing the staff of their recovery scallop, we got a nonchalant reply of we will relay that to the chef. We promptly paid the bill, including the bland overcooked scallops, and left By far, the most uncomfortable experience I had but at least I understood why their awards were so dated. I suspect it might’ve been an amazing place once but the lack of hospitality and yummy food might have made this place a shell of what it was.

The food overall was relatively plain. The service was really good, attentive, and the ambience and location are unbeatable! My steak was definitely rare, not medium. All in all great food but maybe a little pricey for what it was.

This a great place to have dinner with a great view of the strip. Service is always great. Wait staff is good about checking in on the guests and answers menu questions with ease. Food was outstanding and complimented the experience.

We had a very nice meal here. We had the meatball appetizer, which was excellent. My wife had the signature lemon spaghetti withshrimp and I had the short ribs entree. Both dishes were good and seasoned well, but the shrimp in the lemon spaghetti was overcooked and tough. As with all Vegas dining of this caliber, everything is a la carte. Our server was very good and made great recommendations. The ricotta and salted caramel chocolate chip cookies were a great way to end the meal.

I wish I could give it more stars. Best meal I have had..... EVER. Italian is my favorite and this was hands down the best meal I have had. The pasta, short ribs, and everything else was amazing. Table of 8 and everyone has the same reaction. The tasting menu is the way to go. Hope I can come back soon and Giada is in the house so I can tell her how good this is. Put it on your bucket list. Don't forget to get a smoked Manhattan

The food was delicious and I enjoyed everything that was served. I tried my friends dishes and they were delicious as well. The staff was very kind and attentive, stopping by to ask if we needed anything and refilling our water. The only issue I had with this location was the fact that I called to confirm the dress code ahead of time, my party scrambled to get the proper outfits, and then when we arrived everyone was wearing the same things we were told were not allowed. So that was a bit of money lost that didn’t need to be. But that is my only gripe.

  • 5/5 Mario L. 8 months ago on Google
Giada’s was a fantastic experience. The food was incredible, properly portioned and packed with tones of flavor. My party left satisfied but not overly full. My only knock on the experience was the alcohol beverage. I ordered the “Destroyer” which I expected to be more flavorful/sweet but ended up being more tequila then sweet fruity flavor. I would still 100% be back when in Vegas.

Giada at The Cromwell was brunch on our first morning there. We had made reservations a few days prior. On their website, they had a $25 charge to sit by the window and I decided not to pay the extra fee for that. We arrived at 10am for brunch and they had a few open tables by the window and seated us there without us even asking. The upgrade was nice because the view was overlooking the strip and the windows were open with a great morning breeze coming in. The service was wonderful and my Polenta Waffle was delicious!! Just a personal review and I highly recommend that you check it out on your Vegas vacation. A+ 10/10!!

I went here as a part of one of the celebrity restaurants I wanted to visit on vacation. I will say the food was out of this world delicious. But the true downfall of this restaurant was how long we waited to be seated (with a reservation), and the food took forever to come to the table. The first course came quick, but waiting for the main took over an hour, which I understand you’re busy as this is a high end restaurant, but it just seemed unreasonable if you’re paying a lot of money to eat here. Other than the waiting times, the food was amazing and our server was excellent and apologetic for the wait. Worth the visit if you’re in Vegas. Try the pre-fixed menu and choose a couple things you like it’s well worth it!

What an amazing evening! Visited with customers and co-workers while attending a convention. This was a dinner we were all looking forward to and Giada didn't disappoint. We started with meatballs and some delicious bacon-wrapped dates as appetizers, but the pre-meal highlight was the shrimp Cocktail which was so large they looked like mini lobsters. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. Next, we're the Caesar salads which were equally delicious and the oversized pepper grinders were a nice touch.

Very nice dinner. We had items from the tasting menu. I am gluten free and the waiter was extremely knowledgeable. They have gluten free pasta (not marked on the menu) and he knew all of the ingredients to leave out by heart. Expensive but very enjoyable.

Every time we’re in Vegas we try to stop by. This time we shared all of our meals so we could try several dishes. We had the bone in rib-eye and it was amazing it literally melted on our mouth. We had the scallop risotto and the lobster raviolis. The raviolis had a fruity taste that gave it a kick.

  • 5/5 DeAnna B. 2 years ago on Google
The lobster ravioli is awesome. The cacio e pepe has so much pepper it was hard to even eat half of it and the bread was too hard to bite w my teeth. Portions are pretty small for the price. Service is great. Cool experience though. Dessert was the best part of the meal!

  • 4/5 Don L. 2 years ago on Google
The view and ambiance is a solid 10. I had a window seat so I could see the Bellagio water show. I got Giada's tasting menu and I was impressed. The arugula salad was tasty as a starter. I would have preferred a soup to start on a cold, winter night. The signature lemon spaghetti was very good but I thought the sauce should be creamier instead of soupy. The petite filet was on the bluish side not medium rare as ordered but it was still tasty. The mashed potatoes had a cheese base that was gummy for some reason. The dessert of the chocolate hazelnut crunch cake was absolutely superb. I could eat that all day. I then went back to the menu and ordered the sorbetti as another dessert which I also thought was excellent. I then ordered the lobster ravioli which I also thought was excellent. I really loved Giada's personal sangria with white wine. That was one of the best drinks I've ever had. I got two glasses of it! The biggest problem I had was that I didn't feel the dishes such as the lemon spaghetti, the filet and the lobster ravioli were hot in temperature. They were all at room temperature which means that they probably sat in the kitchen too long due to poor expediting. I think if those dishes had come out piping hot and prepared correctly, this would be a solid five-star restaurant which is why I rated it as a 4. I think Giada should be in the kitchen overseeing the staff once in a while to ensure the quality is kept high. Whomever she has doing it now is either overwhelmed or unqualified but I would give them another chance. Plus, thank you for the gift from Giada at the end of the meal. I really wish Giada autographed the photo though.

Arugula salad was delicious! Spaghetti with shrimp was yummy! Filet was cooked just right! Great portions for a tasting menu! The fried chicken wasn't as good as we had hoped. I'd like to see a different chicken option that's more Italian on the tasting menu. The drinks were really good too! We had a great view and the service was great! An almost perfect birthday dinner!!
