Wanted good barbecue and I was told this was the best place to go.. It wasn't. Maybe it was just a bad batch? I don't know but the brisket was very dry and the St. Louis Ribs wasn't the "fall off the bone" type. I didn't understand the hype. Lots of people would come and go, too, so I guess they are pretty known. It was fine. I liked the variety of sauces tho!

Service is a little slow. Only 2 people in line and it took 10 minutes to even take my order. I had the burnt end brisket, 1/2 smoked chicken, mac and cheese and loaded baked beans. The burnt ends have too much sauce on them. The smoked chicken was dry and lacked flavor. The mac and cheese and loaded baked beans were delicious. Price of the food isn't horrible. Check out the original Rollin Smoke for better service and fresher food. I give them a Solid 3 Stars.

Stopped by because of the raving reviews. TIP: Downstairs, you can order food Upstairs, you can order food and drinks. When we walked into the downstairs restaurant, it did not feel welcoming. We stood there about 5-10 minutes trying to figure out what we wanted. The restaurant was also empty. The service was ok. I would say, go to the bar upstairs and order your food there and grab a few drinks. Wish we did that. The bar was much more welcoming. Alexis was very friendly and talkative with us. What was nice is she mentioned a local discount, which the worker downstairs did not mention it at all. We had a few drinks there and ate our food. The outdoor patio is headed, and it's nice to watch the sunset. Also, they have comedy night, so I'd love to return when they have that event. Food: 1/2 Rack of Spareribs Huge Beef Bone (idk what it's called) The Spareribs were seasoned well and it fell off the bone. So soft and tender and went well with the sauces. Overall, I'd definitely return. Rick's would have received a 5 Star had we engaged with Alexis only.

Saw this Bloody Mary online and had to try it while I was in Vegas. It almost made my whole trip! It was a lunch and a drink all in one. The slider and ribs were perfect. I ordered a side of smoked Mac and Cheese to go with. It was delicious and just enough for me. The bartender was great also. We also got a reusable souvenir cup with another drink we ordered. Highly recommend!

The pulled pork was awesome. Had 1/2 pound pulled pork mac n cheese with loaded mashed potatoes & drink for $26. The food was great and well worth it. The servers and cook were very polite. I highly recommend

Let me start by saying the staff members were really friendly and helpful for me as a first timer feeling overwhelmed by the menu. Had the 3 meat combo (beef ribs, chicken breast with wing, and beef brisket). The beef rib was amazing the rest of the meat was extremely dry. The load mash side I had was also really good but the greens were watery with no flavor. All the food I received for $27 dollars was a great deal, I just wish it was more enjoyable.

Had the duo combo with Ribs/Brisket and Smoked mac/cheese for the side. It was delicious! Meat was super tender and I used both the sweet sauce and the Arkansauce and both were very good. Will definitely return!

The food was absolutely delicious. We were not even planning on stopping here, but wow, you could smell the BBQ from across the street, and we couldn't resist. 😋 Mark and Alexis, you both were awesome! Amazing customer service, and we all really enjoyed the conversations. Thanks again. We will definitely be back. And the mystery beers are worth trying. 👌

Had a great time as a local. It’s right next to the pawn shop and by Fremont st. Food was great and the staff was friendly. All the meat was great. The menu was to the point but it was hard to pick Only idea is maybe have a first timers pick that has a sample of the best.

1st times here I just had the sweet potato with butter, cinnamon and sugar..not much taste to it..I was bummed. 2nd time here had the loaded potato with burnt end brisket and it was excellent. Bacon pieces tad bit hard but I ate it and enjoyed it none the less. I did not get BBQ sauce on it and I'm glad I didn't. The 2 I tried, spicy one and a sweet one, did not like. The mac n cheese, omg. Way better then I expected. Definitely get that again. Anxious to try the other meats.

Okay, we'll stop by here. After we left the pawn shop I've heard make sure you use about this place. I wasn't sure what to expect. Prices were a little high. I will let you guys know that in advance, but here's the kicker. We got a couple drinks. Fantastic. Done. Just right food. We got sliced brisket burnt ends. The hot dog with chopped brisket greens, potato salad with bacon and baked beans. Let me tell you greens are fantastic. Baked beans are good and the bacon potato salads. Also awesome. Sliced brisket was good but seem like it could have been cooked a little bit longer but the taste was still good. The hot dog was fantastic from top to bottom. Had great taste and gray flavor. Do anything I did not like was the burn-ins. They were kind of little on the spicy side. I like to have them a little bit more. What I call smoked but are all fantastic place to stop if you want barbecue I thought the food was great. Definitely give it 5 out of five. If you need to stop by, give them a try

We decided to check out the golden silver pawn shop in Las Vegas, and stopped in at Rick Rollin Smoked Barbeque for a small meal. Staff are very friendly and gave us good advice on what to order. I ended up ordering the appetizer size, brisket, sausage and pulled pork which was amazing Only thing that would’ve made it better is if Rick was there slinging the meat. CHECK IT OUT GUYS!!!!! #lasvegas

The St. Louis spare ribs were very tender. The exact right amount of tug. They were good without BBQ sauce but there was a self serve sauce station. The burnt ends were good but I’ll take these ribs. The Mac and cheese was excellent as was everything we had.

Came to see the pawn stars and wanted to check out the restaurant too! The food wasn’t too bad. I got the brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese. The brisket was a little on the dry side but was still good. Really enjoyed the mac and cheese. Also had a Bloody Mary! It was excellent, had the perfect of alcohol and spiciness.

Super friendly staff that treats locals right. Expensive beer menu both on draft and cans. Great craft cocktails. Food is always delicious. Alexis is my favorite bar tender. She is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great BBQ. Lots of sauces. Amazing flavors. Fun bar upstairs with trivia going on. Will definitely return and recommend. Great side dishes and staff as well. The ribs were so tender, falling off the bone. The pulled pork and chicken had so much flavor. Pour on that vinegar sauce to have even more foodie fun.

We’re BBQ fans and we travel looking for the best BBQ. We’ve been to plenty of BBQ places in Texas, such as San Antonio, Lockhart, Austin, Dallas and Houston. We’ve tried BBQ in New York City., Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Washington DC, and we found the the best place is a small place “hole in the wall” family run restaurant called “Community Q BBQ” in Atlanta. Honestly and objectively, we were expecting more from what’s supposed to be the best BBQ place in Las Vegas. The service is what you can expect. However, the food isn’t that great. It’s good and tasty, but not quite the best. The baby back ribs where normal, but cold. The brisket lacked texture and flavor. We didn’t have time to try more places in Las Vegas.

My husband and I just left here after adventuring in the Gold and Silver Pawn shop right across the way. My husband got the duo platter and I got the loaded potato with brisket. Let me just say, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! So delicious and they are not shy about the amount they topple your plate. We paid $51 for 3 different meats with a bunch of sides/toppings! Well worth your money! Great staff, amazing options. So happy we went! Definitely check it out

Wow best ribs I ever had. Great staff. The looks dont do the food justice. Many different sauces from mind to supper spicy. The ribs were mindblowingly good. You must try this place out. To be honest it was way better than the pawn shop itself. We will come back again and again.

The food was absolutely delicious! The prices are good and worth it. The place is a nice size with seating in the middle as well as around the windows so you can look outside while you eat. The smell of BBQ lingers in the air and the food tastes as good as it smells! The blonde associate with the cute bow in her hair was very efficient. She wiped the tables, changed the garbage, assisted customers to cash out as well as helped the cook serve when it got busy. The cook was generous with his servings. This place is conveniently located in the strip mall right bedside Pawn Stars. If you’re all the way up there on the strip, it’s a must stop into to eat! I highly recommend!

We had our doubts about this place but it proved to us to be a good place to eat bbq! The only complaint is that some of the beans were still a little bit hard. The meats were all tender and falling off the bones. The Mac N Cheese we could taste the smoky flavor. It will be one of our favorite food place especially for BBQ!

My fiancé and I got the all you can eat BBQ, and it was so worth it! The banana pudding desert was insanely delicious, and probably the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back!

REALLY GOOD BBQ!!! The service was 5*, they were friendly, helpful with what to order and fun! Playing great 80s hits, there was plenty of impromptu karaoke, lol. Hubby and i split the meat platter... one beef rib (Big!!!), 3 St Louis ribs and 3 baby back! Sis ordered pulled pork sandwich. Sides were Sweet Potato, Mac n cheese, bbq beans and coleslaw. We were not fond of the slaw, but that's always hit or miss with us, wherever we go. We will for sure be back!! Oh. They have canned beers, too. The bar upstairs also orders from them and it's served thru the dumbwaiter.

Didn't eat but can smoke on balcony and bartender was sweet, knowledgeable and promp at responding to my needs. Nice atmosphere. I loved the way they served my shot and thanks to the bartender , I consider this a life changing event... she showed me something I had never seen in all the tourist cities i visit ( not giving away her secret ) loved visiting this place and I'm not really a person who goes to famous places, don't really even care for tv... epic visit. I could see the thought that went in its every detail... very impressed with the artistic talent, thought and time that must have been spent here.

Why did a vegetarian go to Rick's Rollin Smoke BBQ?? For * comedy* on Wednesday Night! It was great!! The food smelled amazing and I quite enjoyed the peach cobbler! And the comics were GREAT! There's a photo of the stage and a photo of the peach cobbler (half-eaten, oops!)

Surprisingly one of the highlights of our trip to Vegas. The food was great... yo that meatloaf. We hung out in the bar upstairs for a couple of hours around lunch time. Meghan, the bartender/server was fantastic. Would 100% come back.

It’s a small bbq joint next to the Gold and Silver pawn shop (the one from pawn stars). The food is amazing! And the people are super nice. It doesn’t get very crowded but there can be a lot of people there. There is an upstairs bar which is cool. The food is tastes delicious and they give you a lot. The price is reasonable, considering all that you get! There is also an all you can eat option I tried once and really couldn’t finish my second plate so there you have it.

I should've ordered the kids meal. 4bones side and drink for $25. Cornbread is a side not necessity. 🤦🏿‍♂️🤷. The cornbread was tasty and no I didn't get butter on it...? Didn't realize that was a thing lol. The meat is very tender to the point that I didn't to much care for a pork rib with rabbit meat consistency. Very soft with a nice shell, not barky. It was very flavored(a bit to much for me) it was more season than smoke. The sauce was pretty tasty. The service was very kind but weird acting, the guy was a little rushy even though no one was there, but he was still nice. The cashier was nice as well.

It might have been the day that I went, but the food IMO was overrated. The meats were dry and tasteless. The ribs were my main reason for going, but the thing was like the dessert. While eating, I am not a drinker, and I had to take a bite and gulp some soda afterward to swallow. The only thing I enjoyed was the brisket and mashed potatoes. I have had way better BBQ. The service was meh. Would I go back? The answer is a no.

  • 4/5 Robert B. 9 months ago on Google
The food was pretty good. I asked for some point brisket rather than the flat and was very happy that they pulled out a fresh brisket for me. Good selection of sides. The weather was great, so I sat outside on the balcony upstairs overlooking the pawn shop from Pawn Stars.

I was referred to Rollin smokes by three people before I tried it. The good news is the ribs are so tender they fall from the bone. The bad news is I am from Texas and I am used to good barbecue this didn't have flavor at all everything needed more flavor I did enjoy the sauces more than the actual meets I had the rib and Link combo the links weren't even particularly spicy my friend had the chicken and said she could have skipped it the people were nice enough the barbecue just wasn't hitting for us
