I'm almost always hungry and it takes a lot for me to feel full. After spending $20 on burgers and fries meals I knew I needed a heartier, less expensive meal. So glad I took the trip down to Fremont Street to eat at Simply Pure. Chef Stacey's food is amazing, delicious and nutritious. The cold zoodle dish was my favorite. I'm glad she talked me into the sampler platter. It was under 13 bucks and kept me full until the next day. No joke. The next time I'm in Vegas to try her lasagna and desserts. Can't wait!

Try, try, and try again. A must have, friendly to the budget, and tasty to the taste buds with a location causing you to want to stay all night. When your in Vegas, its simple: Go to Simply Pure by Chef Stacey Dougan.

@dawnd2 Okay Im not going to agree that it was easily located. BUT you have to visit the Container Park which has this little gem snuggled inside. Fun restaurant. It's tiny with like 4 or 5 tables but the smell when you walk in was yum.

My wife and I are here visiting from New York and found this place right around the corner from our hotel. Located in a beautiful container park, you'll find the place snuggled amongst a bunch of other cool shops. The food was pretty good, we ordered the ultimate sampler which still has me full the nest day. The service was super friendly as well. Prices aren't going to break the bank either.

Nice atmosphere when I first walked in. I drove 20min across town passed up dozens of vegan restaurants to be treated bad on 4/5/18 at 8:40pm by the woman cook in the back. The two gentlemen were magnificent. I stood in line for 20mins. (Not a problem) Ordered my food was told my wait time was 20 more minutes. (Not a problem) I came back in 30min to give them more time just in case. I came to pick up my food and she says it’s going to be 10 more minutes. I jokingly said “it’s been about an hour. She snaps “No it has not been an hour” She went on to say “your order came in at 8:10 so it has only been 30 minutes” I said “well, you told me 20mins it’s been 30mins and now you want me to wait 10more that’s 40mins, almost an hour... She then finally told me about the oven being full... she should have said that First... I would have understood... They food is way too expensive to have the audacity to have bad customer service... And gave me and insulting side salad, that was side lettuce. Food was great not dry which is why I gave 1 star! But I pay for the atmosphere not the food!

Located in Downtown Container Park, it’s a nice 8-10 minute walk from the Fremont Street Experience. I decided to visit because I read all great reviews. I ordered Mama Mia Lasagna I heard was popular and its reputation was for a good reason - it was absolutely delicious! It’s made of vegan beef, tofu ricotta, mozzarella, spinach, sundried tomato marinara, served with mixed greens. I also enjoyed Thai Basil Spring Rolls (Vermicelli noodles, shredded cabbage, carrots wrapped in rice paper, served with sweet chili sauce). I was somewhat surprised how small is the place, which didn’t bother me but I’d recommend to the staff to lift the small posters on the glass so that guests can see through while they’re waiting or eating. I’m a little disappointed with a service and that a vegan place uses so much plastic (container and utensils).

Came to the Container Park and was pleasantly surprised with a vegan restaurant being here. We ordered the nachos with cashew nacho sauce and green chili enchiladas. Both were delicious! The "beef" was tasty, and the salsa and avocado were super fresh. It's a tiny place, only 10 chairs. There's outside seating also in the park. Staff is friendly :) I would definitely eat here again if I were local!

Seriously the best lasagna & cheesecake on the planet. The tacos & enchiladas are to die for too. Also Chef Stacey is the sweetest & most authentic person ever! If you’re *thinking* about eating here, don’t wait, just do it! You’ll be so happy you did.

While visiting Fremont Street, did a quick google search for vegan/vegetarian restaurants expecting to find places with a limited menu. I did not expect to find a place with so many creative offerings. I was tempted by many things on the menu (especially the lasagna), but settled on the TLT panini (their version of a BLT) and the Asian Taco Lettuce Wraps. The dressing on the lettuce wraps was very flavorful, and the tempeh in the TLT was crisped very nicely to give the sandwich a good crunch. I would recommend adding avocado to the sandwich. As a bonus, Simply Pure is located in the super cool Container Park. During warmer weather, there are tables set outside where you can grab a quick, delicious meal, and enjoy a fun atmosphere. Will definitely visit again during my next visit to LV.

Before our trip to Vegas, this is one of the places I found with high review. It's in the downtown area or near it. They are famous for their Lasagna. My daughter ordered it & indeed, it was delicious. We were treated by a non-vegan friend for dinner. We split a nacho. It's ok. I've had better nachos. The owner and staff were friendly - I like that. The place itself is tiny, but you can go outside. It's in a village like shopping area - which has many other eateries. It's a wonderful place to spend the day with your friends & families. They have entertainment.

Incredible food! EVEN BETTER SERVICE!!! I Didn’t have an encounter with the woman everyone is talking about on here but the two gentlemen that were there were incredibly nice and demonstrated superb customer service. The zucchini noodles were delicious, the cheesecake was decadent, and the nachos were scrumptious. I will definitive returning before I leave!

I'm only giving 4 stars because I went on a Tuesday during happy hour and my receipt says that I should pay 50% for my nachos. I paid full price. Aside from that service and food was good. I purchased nachos and Mac n cheese. I recommend
