This was a true foodie experience, taking Italian dining to the next level. I'm including pictures of the menu and the dishes we tried. This isn't a place for a cheap bite to eat, but if you're looking for excellent Italian food walking distance from the Las Vegas convention center, Piero's is a wonderful choice. Note they take reservations, so waits for walk-ins can be quiet long, but they also have bar seating with the full menu available if you're coming on impulse. My only gripe is that it's pricey: we spent $150 for two people to have an appetizer, main dish, salad, and one drink each. No dessert, nothing too elaborate. But when you try it, you'll know where that money is going. Definitely suggest trying for a couple or friends looking for fancy foodie goodies. Steer clear if you're on a budget or trying to feed a bunch of children: there are far cheaper options.

If you like Italian food then this is the place while visiting Vegas! Great ambiance, staff was a little snooty at first, but as I started ordering all kinds of things, they lighten up 🤣🤣 Nonetheless, food was good, service very timely. A bit on the pricey side but I do have to say the portions are worth it. Entrees range from $50 and up roughly, if my memory serves me correctly. Sides are a la cart but shareable so you save on that front. Drinks are a bit pricey. Be wary if you ask for neat there is an additional cost but again definitely worth it, they're not stingy. So overall, if your in Vegas looking for a nice Italian ambiance, great food, hit up Piero's. No disappointment.

Food is really good, the atmosphere... o solo mio. Dark, trapped, and rushed... yet the food is amazing. A bit torn here. Absolutely a fine choice for cuisine and amazing fall off the bone veal; shrimp, avocado, and heart of palm Caesar salad; and a fine shrimp with seared scallop risotto. The night started with a half mile walk from the LV Convention Center area to Piero's building where we were happily greeted by a hostess. We walked from the desert warmth into the air conditioned building, or what should have been, but we were told the owner got mad at the staff and shut the air conditioning off prior to our arrival. Must have shut the lights nearly completely off too to conserve his/her dominance. A little coaxing by us got the air turned back on before the sweat fully trickled down our backs. The place was packed and the din was loud and mostly happy but overwhelming and added to the subjectively claustrophobic environment. We were shoehorned into a semicircular booth table in the back with numerous packed tables in front. At least most all the customers seemed to get along. Given the wine list and menus, it was only by the light of my wife's iPhone that allowed us to make a choice. The staff was pleasant and attentive never letting a water glass go empty. Our dinners were perfectly prepared and presented succinctly (from the little that we saw). They were adequately awesome! Fast forward... So we left Piero's after a pretty fabulous meal rather confused. Great food, but what felt like a stressful environment for a romantic couple. Remove a few tables, cool the place to a reasonable range, and let people see their food and this review goes up by two! Dark, trapped, and rushed - but the food was fantastic.

The most delicious meal in the coolest venue with lots of movie history. We have eaten here before but we brought friends who had never eaten here. They loved it as much as us! Swordfish, pasta, linguine and clams and New York strip. ALL GREAT! Joe Robinson, the manager who served us, was amazing. Our other server, Kenny, did a great job! Our dining experience was the best ever and we would recommend this place to everyone!

I really want to give this 5 stars but just can’t. I had the signature Osso Buco and it while it was good, it did look better than it tasted if I’m being honest. However, the large portions are nice as I ended up taking some home with me. Presentation of the food was phenomenal. Service was quick and on point, and Bruce behind the bar was also the man. The dessert menu being brought out live on a tray was note worthy, VERY NICE! But sadly the Budino tasted like a richer .99 cent snack pack we ate as kids, really disappointing. Wish I went for the Nutella Crème Brûlée. I would reccomend and try Piero’s again because of the ambiance & service but reccomend not automatically going for the Buco as I’m sure they’re other hidden gems on the menu.

The staff is wonderful, quick, knowledgeable, and attentive to your every need. They work as a team to serve you and do so with style and grace. I don't even have words to describe the food. Fabulous isn't good enough, superb is too faint, life-changing would not be exaggerating. I almost hesitate to post the pictures because they don't do it justice. If you want to feel special, cosseted and loved, order Pat's meatballs. Tender, moist, flavorful. These are made by someone who knows how to make meatballs properly! I swear when I split the first one open angels sang. My husband had the veal parmesan and said it was amazing. (he ate the leftovers for breakfast the next morning before our plane and told me if he couldn't finish he would dump anything else we were bringing back so he could pack it in ice and take it! No worries, it got carried on in his tummy lol.) Best food in Las Vegas. In my humble opinion this is the one restaurant you must go to if you are ever in Vegas.

Piero’s…overrated, over promised and under delivered. I was not impressed by this place AT ALL. The best thing about it was the service. I visited this establishment during a weekend getaway with my husband to Vegas. They tout themselves as the best Osso Bucco & Veal Parmigiana in Vegas. We decided to try those specialties and was greatly disappointed. OB was under seasoned and meat was EXTREMELY TOUGH. It allegedly was braised for 3 hours… meat wasn’t tender at all. Veal parmigiana was under seasoned and simply drowned in flavorless sauce & cheese. I took the OB to go, planning to give to my friends puppy, I ultimately ended up throwing it away. I also had the beef carpaccio… again, underwhelmed and the vinegar dressing was overpowering. The chef did send us complimentary sides of cream corn & veggies. They were very tasty! Try those if you visit. Now outside of that, we had a nice booth table, located where we were able to watch the TVs while dining. The actual servers were excellent. The restaurant was a little dark for my personal taste. They definitely have ample parking and they serve large portions, which would be great if you actually liked the dish you’ve ordered.

This was a take out. The place looks elegant and nice, a bit pricey. In regard to the food, veal was cooked and over cooked not tender, noodles were a bit oily. My desert /Tiramisu was practically a small container of literally cream. Disappointed!!

We loved Piero’s. Old school Vegas feel just off the strip. Dark and elegant. I felt like Sinatra. Had the garbage Caesar salad, Sunday Gravy, Tiramisu and an Angels Envy Old Fashioned. We even saw the Golden Knights dining their with their recently acquired Stanley Cup.

This place is very old school Italian-Esque. While the entrance is very discrete, it does have a nice charm at the bar and entrance. As soon as I sat down my group was greeted by three lovely waiters that made it feel like a quiz was coming at the end of their talks. The food was good but the rigatoni was just ok. I would not order the fragua again but the crab cake balanced it out really well. I really wanted to try the desserts as they looks visually stunning but that will have to be for a later time. :)

One of the more unique places in Vegas. It’s off-strip but worth the quick cab ride. Martinis and drinks are always well sized and prepared. The meatballs are giant. The veal shank is worth it for the experience alone. The decor is great (check out the monkey bar) and they manage large parties very well.

SAVED the BEST for LAST! We spent a week here in Vegas and wanted to make a night to remember for my dad's 80th Birthday celebration. He loves spaghetti and meatballs..We hit the bullseye with this! We made reservations for 8pm..They have valet parking (very polite) so you don't have to worry about parking. You enter the waiting area and greeted with a smile and a thank you for choosing Piero's for dinner... we had a slight wait due to us being there early but they had two different bars areas to wait and have a cocktail or wine (great selection)... we were seated and the wait staff greeted you instantly and welcomed you with dinner specials and made sure you didn't have any questions...We had Joesph as are waiter. He went above and beyond any expectations we had...I told him about our venture to Vegas from NY about dad's 80th... he came through at the end (see photo). Bread served as you wait. Salads served with meals and the portions were not small... so if you leave hungry, just saying! Penne Vodka, Ravioli, Eggplant Parmesan and Sunday Gravy ( Dad's Meatballs and spaghetti). It was close enough for him and he throughly enjoyed this plate! The deserts looked amazing but we passed on them due to being full. The portions are fantastic. This is a definitely a MUST in VEGAS! Thank you !!

I’ve been coming to Piero’s for well over a decade and look forward to it every time I’m in town. Highly recommended the stone crabs and Osso Buco - the best braised veal shank I’ve ever had. The bartenders are attentive and friendly, and Jackie makes an amazing Old Fashioned, even though she’s an unabashed LA Rams fan!

Salutski! Bon Appétit! Cheerski! Italiano! Carne de vaca! Mashed potatoes! Vino! Ensalada! Con carne! Mariscos! We had fun but the most fun was from the guy next to us having lots of fun and we laughed so hard with him! He was jovial about the food as well. And why wouldn't he be? He had a hearty dinner surrounded by friends who were also indulging in delicious cuisine and alcoholic beverages. We didn't want it to end. I had two entrees to prolong the fun experience I was having. And to be honest, I finished them both. Then the beef coma kicked in. Heavy duty, my friend. I suggest the seafood delight as an appetizer or a main course with the pasta on the side of the dish. It was wrapped in the butter blanket to distribute flavor throughout. This is a house specialty of theirs at the restaurant. Tried and true Italian creations made especially for your table upon request. Try the crab claws. They don't disappoint anymore. As if they ever did! No way! You'll love the flavor because they are so delicious. Try the steak! It is the only way to enjoy their beef products at this location. Yummy!

We have been to Piero's 2 times now, both times around Valentine's Day. The food is delicious and the staff is so friendly. The ambience is very romantic, perfect for a fancy date night. Make sure you bring cash if you'd like to tip the valet (which is not optional) and your server. Overall a nice place to go if you have some extra money to spend. On another note, we ordered 1 Stone Crab claw to try since they were $30 each and they don't taste any different than a normal crab claw so keep that in mind. Also I looked up Stone Crabs and it turns out they take the claws off and release them back into the ocean to fend for themselves without their claws for protection. Seems a little cruel in my opinion.

We were at the conversation center and saw this place right across the street. It was busy and we didn't have a reservation, the host recommended that we sit at the bar to eat and I am glad we did. The service here is top-notch! Our food was amazing, I ordered the veal shank. AMAZING!!! The bar tenders are excellent. Make a reservation and enjoy this amazing dining experience.

For the best Italian food in the country, you have to go dine here. The service is unmatched with attention to detail like no others. The Caesar salad is made from the freshest ingredients and the very delicious Veal parmesan with fried eggplant on top is fantastic. Last but not least, you have to have one of their homemade desserts. What makes this place stand above others is the fine people that work here.

We (3) were in town (from Hawaii) to attend the Still Raining (Jung Ji-hoon) concert at the MGM, so we made a reservation at Piero’s Italian Cuisine at the corner of Paradise and Convention Center Drive. It was the first visit for us to this Vegas landmark. The restaurant reminded me of old school, traditional Italian / Steak House with no windows and very subdued lighting, the kind of place for a romantic rendezvous. My experience in ordering a bottle of wine was problematic as three of my selections were unavailable. The wine book at Piero’s is extensive and I was pleased to see a wide selection of French Burgundies … Well, they weren’t in stock. I then moved onto an American Pinot Noir and was dismayed to find that was unavailable. If it weren’t for another wait person who said he saw that bottle (Kistler Reserve, $150), I might still be there trying to select a bottle. I think the restaurant should have an insert in the wine book indicating what is out, so the customer doesn’t get frustrated when selecting a wine. I suppose I should have selected an Italian wine, but I didn’t see anything compelling. Perhaps a sommelier, if Piero’s has one, could have facilitated my search for an appropriate wine. Bread and butter were brought to the table but interestingly, it was taken away before we were served our main course. Entrees come with a pretty large salad, so we split the Hamachi Crudo special ($29) and ordered Linguine Pomodoro ($29), Orecchiette with Prosciutto and Peas ($42) and Osso Bucco ($62) and two sides, Broccolini ($15) and Grilled Asparagus ($15). The linguini looked fine, and the orecchiette was delicious. My osso bucco came with a large serving of pasta which I had them box up. The veal was tender and the sauce was flavorful; we had no issues with any of our entrees. The broccolini was a disappointment; it was not seasoned or dressed sufficiently; it was just a mound of broccoli to us. We had no issues with the grilled asparagus. I must say the portions are large so come with a hearty appetite. We had Tiramisu ($15) and Profiteroles ($15) for dessert; I convinced a tablemate to have one of the profiteroles because three was too large an order for me. I paired my share of the profiteroles with a cup of (okay) coffee ($5). The tab was $408.57, and I left a $90 tip. What did I think? It was good but not great. I think I expected more from Piero’s, but it might be the problem in ordering wine that tainted my experience. The place was packed with diners so it must be fine dining, Italian style. For me, 4 stars at best. Would I return? Maybe.

One of the most memorable dinners I've had with my friends in a long while. Service was amazing, and the atmosphere felt like it was straight out of a mob movie. My only complaint was that the quality of food for the price was a bit much... the food was generally very tasty, but $40 for Sunday sauce is quite steep. Would highly recommend for any special occasion, though.

  • 5/5 Matthew H. 9 months ago on Google
Classic Upscale Italian ambiance, friendly bartenders that went out of their way to accommodate a request on the soup I ordered. I just had a quick soup for lunch, so I can't speak in detail on the food other than the pasta fagioli was great. They seemed very very skilled bartenders and had an excellent liqour selection...but I didn't have a drink.

Last night we went to Piero's Italian Restaurant with my family. Piero’s is a well-known and highly-regarded establishment located in near the strip, by the convention center. Since its opening in 1982, the restaurant has earned a reputation as one of the best Italian restaurants in the city, serving up classic dishes with a modern twist. Piero's has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, we loved the service and the fresh high-quality ingredients Over the years, Piero's has played host to numerous high-profile celebrities, including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr. These legendary performers were regulars at the restaurant during its early years, and their presence helped establish Piero's as one of the premier dining destinations in Las Vegas. Today, Piero's continues to attract a wide range of celebrities, from actors and musicians to professional athletes and business leaders. Some of the famous faces who have been spotted at the restaurant in recent years include George Clooney, Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, and Floyd Mayweather Jr. The menu features a wide variety of traditional Italian favorites, including homemade pasta, fresh seafood, and mouthwatering steaks. We ordered some delicious salads, mouth watering stone crabs (extra large claws BTW) pastas, and Branzino fish that was to die for. In addition to its delicious food, Piero's is also known for its extensive wine list, which features an impressive selection of Italian wines as well as bottles from around the world. The restaurant also offers a full bar menu, with classic cocktails and specialty drinks. And let me tell you, the martinis are well worth it, they are a very generous pour and taste delicious and they don’t skimp on the alcohol. Piero's has received numerous awards and accolades over the years for its exceptional food, service, and atmosphere and I can see why. Whether you're looking for a romantic night out or a celebratory dinner with friends and family, Piero's Italian Restaurant is sure to provide an unforgettable dining experience.

The Charcuterie board was great but could definitely use more bread and the Rigatoni bolognese were cooked to perfection. I would also highly recommend getting the meatballs to accompany any pasta dishes that you might want. The price was a little steep for the location and quality of the food but overall very good. I highly recommend bringing some cash with you if you’re planning on driving there since they force you to valet your car with them and don’t allot self-parking.
