We expected better. I had the fresh lobster which was great. However, my wife had a NY Strip that she ordered medium. It was served medium rare and was very tough. Of course, the restaurant offered several options for their mistake, which I really appreciated. It's just disappointing to go somewhere expecting fine dining and not getting it.

Outstanding as usual with excellent service. We had the lobster and steak and then sides of creamed corn, creamed spinach and escalloped potatoes. We started with the Palm salad and lobster Bisque soup. We took a patio table this time as we had no reservation and they were very busy. We found we liked the patio seating more so than the inside table or booths. We were too full for dessert and especially since we had delicious cocktails at the bar area before dinner.

The Palm Restaurant in Las Vegas is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking an upscale dining experience. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels simultaneously grandiose and cozy. The decor features a blend of classic and modern styles, with rich wood paneling and plush leather seating. The menu at The Palm boasts a wide range of dishes, ranging from classic surf and turf to unique twists on traditional favorites. The seafood offerings are especially noteworthy, with fresh oysters and lobster taking center stage. The wine list is equally impressive, featuring a robust selection of both domestic and international wines that pair perfectly with the entrees. One of the standout features of The Palm is its commitment to hospitality. The service is exemplary - servers are knowledgeable and attentive, making sure that each guest feels well-cared for throughout their visit. Additionally, the staff take extra care to ensure that dietary restrictions and preferences are accommodated so that every diner has a memorable experience. The Palm Restaurant in Las Vegas is a culinary gem that should be on every foodie’s bucket list. The combination of delicious food, stunning decor, and unparalleled hospitality make for a dining experience that is nothing short of exceptional. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent architecture! Food was below average except Tiramisu. There was a bartender there, that kept on coughing and sneezing, which made it uncomfortable for us to enjoy our food and has made me sick. This is a season of flu , either she should go home or at least wear a mask and Not spread Germs around. Besides, there were NO customers at the bar. She didn't have to be there. She ruined our dinner practically! The restaurant barely had any customers. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Loved it!!!! The attention we got, the service, the location so convenient -first floor at Cesar's Palace plus the food and cocktails. My son ordered a 14 oz NY strip I really thought we will get half of it to go, he couldn't stop eating he almost finished the entire steak by himself. They accommodated each special request I had which really makes a difference between regular restaurants and really good restaurants. I can't wait to go there again.

Wonderful eclectic restaurant in Caesars Palace. Great service, great menu selections, and we especially enjoyed the shrimp lunch special and the lobster bisque. Definitely a great choice for dining when you're in the forum shops.

This was one of the best experiences I had! They were understaffed and totally killed it. Me and my group sat at the bar. We had the power lunch combo. Totally reasonable price for what we got. They went above and beyond as we only had an hour to eat! Food was delicious and staff amazing.

Amazing!! We stopped in randomly while visiting Caesars Palace and do not regret one minute of it! Ruan (I hope I spelled it correctly) was the absolute best! From the time we sat down he was very attentive and offered great suggestions. We did the lobster special, with lobster bisque and Caesar salad, along with a crab cake and meatball. The crab cake was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was full of meat, no filler. I didn’t care much for the meatball..it had a weird texture IMO. The lobster bisque had good flavor but I couldn’t finish it. The cocktails were not the best, but we didn’t make a huge deal out of it. I look forward to visiting the next time I’m in Vegas so that I can stop in!

Had an amazing lunch! Kelly, the bartender/server is fabulous. She was kind and friendly and recommend the power lunch which was amazing! I had the beef/barley soup, blackened swordfish with asparagus and cheesecake for dessert! I also signed up for the Landry’s loyalty card and Patti was very helpful in explaining how it worked and how to sign up on line. A great dining experience and will definitely go back to try some other menu options. 😀😋

We went to hell's kitchen but it was fully booked. We were looking for a restaurant to eat a good steak. Palm had one of the best steaks i have ever eaten.

In Vegas for the Thanksgiving holiday, and found this gem of a place in the Forum Shopping area of Cesar's Palace. First off, my hats off to the manager who made our dining experience possible since my dad's in a wheelchair and we had a party of 7. Next, our server, Stacy Valdiva, was just amazing. You cannot get a better server anywhere. Honestly, you'd be lucky to get her... what a ray of sunshine. Thanks, Dimples! Our meal was flavorful and memorable. I had the meatball sandwich, which was so big, I couldn't eat it all. My wife had an amazing Ceasar Salad. Great wine and the desserts (chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream, cheesecake)...damn they were tasty! It's a fantastic restaurant, and I loved their outside seating for people watching. Go here for an outstanding dining experience.

Absolutely amazing. Went on a monday 6pm, inside the atmosphere was perfect for our anniversary/birthday dinner (if you sit on the "patio" it's much more casual of a vibe). They had an anniversary and birthday card on the table for us which felt like a beautiful person touch. Our server was very knowledgeable and so nice. She got amazing whiskey recommendations from the bartender for my partner as well as food. The lentil soup was good, nothing too special but delicious. They offered us bibs which they tied on for us to not get our clothes dirty. Her and a helper took apart the lobster and cut the steak for us and the food was AMAZING. We asked for extra of the roasted garlic and she did not disappoint that's for sure. Then as dessert we got a slice of cheesecake with candles for us to blow out. While it is pricier it's 100% worth it.

We ate here before the Garth Brooks Concert. We made reservations ahead of time and really enjoyed our dinner. They were very busy but excellent food and service. We enjoyed the Lobster Special for two and added a Filet mignon, all delicious and perfect. I really enjoyed the wedge salad and the cheese cake was so delicious, light and fluffy. If your looking for great lobster in Las Vegas this is it, fair price too. I gave four stars because it's a large, tightly packed restaurant taking away from the romantic ambiance.

First of all, if available, ask to sit on the "patio." Great spot to people watch and see the "sky" turn different colors. The food here was just okay. They have an interesting take on their wedge salad. They use almost like a vinegarete instead of a blue cheese dressing, and there are walnuts. Not bad, just different. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly but pretty charred on the outside, which took away from the flavor of the meat. The au gratin potatoes were good, if you like a lot of oil and butter. My dirty martini was brown, way too much olive juice, and had ice chunks in it like it wasn't even strained. When we gave a complaint to the manager, he offered to give us a complimentary dessert, but when we got the bill we were charged for it! Service could definitely be improved here.

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about my experience yesterday for my belated birthday lunch! Five stars for the hospitality, the food, the atmosphere ( Including the awesome throwback music of Frank, Dean, and our current crooner Bublé) and last but not least the staff that works hard to ensure their customers are happy! A HUGE thank you to Victor, Patti, Katia, Mayra and Ronnie— you’re much appreciated!!!! Hugs n HUGE Hope! 🇺🇸✌🏼💛✌🏼😇🙏🏻💛✌🏼🇺🇸

Nice place. The 32 oz Tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection. Pepper corn sauce is Delicious. Chimchu sauce was as well. We also had 2 sides and shrimp cocktail. An 2 Drinks $210 + tip! Great price in this town.

Absolutely fabulous food. Service was great. Wine top drawer. Steak was perfect. Our waiter Tony was so attentive. Would definitely go again.

Got in just before close and the staff was quick, accommodating and friendly. We had the jumbo shrimp cocktail, 32oz tomahawk steak, 3 cheese Au Gratin potatoes (super yum in my opinion) and creamed spinach. The chimchurri and pepper corn sauce to accompany the steak was on point. They also provided table side carving. We spent 200 total including one whiskey and a tea. Solid place if you want to be spendy but do not want to be to spendy. Affordable and fancy is a win.

We came here for a birthday celebration and was disappointed by the food. The service was good even though they forgot our calamari I ordered the filet and it was dry. The lobster bisque was good, as well as the bread and butter. It was nice they sang a song and dessert was on the house. The classic margarita was as definitely the star of the night. It was so good.

have always loved this restaurant, in a city of superb restaurants, and they did a stellar job this evening. Not only was our server fantastic, everything about the experience was top notch. When I expressed hesitation to our server about eating a 3 lb. lobster myself, she let me know they had a lobster tail, which I ordered. Imagine my surprise when she later delivered TWO lobster tails to our table, explaining the kitchen felt the lobster tails were somewhat small. That kind of care is incredibly rare these days. Plus, these were not small in my recent experience. The atmosphere, bread service, lobster bisque, lobster, and sea bass were so good. Our server was genuine, and the cocktails delicious. 5 stars. ❤️

I was going to grab a quick bite but the restaurant in my original plans was closed. This was a wonderful plan B and I'm so grateful. They had tables available and the food was delicious. I didn't try the cocktails so I'd like to do that next time. I will certainly come back and try more menu items. The Lobster tails were amazing and the meatball appetizer has been at the top of my cravings list for a week now.

The restaurant is located in Caesars Palace and we went for a dinner. The dishes we ordered came with family size sides, to be shared at the table. Our favorite thing was the dessert: Palm Zeppole's and the cannoli duo. The lobster bisque and the shrimp bruno were delicious. The place is spacious, they have private rooms.

I come here every time I’m in Las Vegas. This is a must do. Wonderful vibe in the restaurant and excellent food. I have never been disappointed. This time I went during lunch hours which I highly recommend as they have a prix fixe menu which is great value for the money.

Outstanding service, outstanding food. The waiter was charming, attentive, and informative. I ordered a filet seared-rare with melted blue cheese and they absolutely nailed it. My wife had the Chilean sea-bass special that evening, and it was really good too. This is one of my go-to spots for a nice dinner and it's great to see they're as good as the first time I went.

Love The Palm at the Caesar’s Forum Shops. Always great service, always delicious. We had the prix fixe lunch for $29.99 ($10 more if you want filet) added some potatoes and that was a great meal. GM a was very attentive. We will be back !

Always consistent and decent. This trip has lipstick marks on my glass of (not cheap) wine. Overall, fun to bring guests from out of town and enjoyed my clams and salad. Au gratin potatoes were awesome too. Make sure to remember your wallet as paying strip prices, not real value here. I like it for lunch better.
