    I’ve been here today around 4:50pm - 5:00pm and the manager which is a lady was very rude when I was trying to redeem my validation for the free 2 piece and a biscuit with a purchase of a large drink. She told me rudely that it does not come with a biscuit but it clearly says it on the receipt that it does. So she did not honor the the promo for my meal. I also wanted to say the guy that was working the window was very polite unlike his manager.

    The absolute worst Popeyes in History! We ordered $49.78 worth of food. The cashier told us at 1:50pm that the spicy chicken would take 15min. We waited until 2:35pm then proceeded to ask for a refund. The cashier left the register to make our spicy chicken sandwiches after working the cashier. No gloves, perhaps these employees need to be retrained. You NEVER handle cash, then go make food! There's no exceptions PERIOD..... Food was left in the counter for 20min, and not under the heat lamp either. Once I realized, what was going on I registered a full refund. Customers walked in noticed the long line, she's said forget this we'll go to KFC! Either retrain your staff or terminate everyone and start with new employees. Life and time is valuable, wasted time you'll never ever get back! It's not like we went during the lunch crowd or the dinner crowd! Avoid this location at all cost!!!!!

    Most Popeyes have bad customer service but this particular location has got to be 1 of the worst. Place the order in drive thru at 11:48am they told me it would be about 10 minutes pull up to the front. I waited 25 minutes and still no food. Went inside to see if they forgot about my order. They gave me an attitude threw the bag on the counter and he walked away. I looked inside the bag 2 items were missing. I asked for them. Giving me a mad look again he put items in bag threw on counter and walked away. I know it doesn't mean anything but I'll never be going back again.

    Had a simple 2 chicken sandwich meal order for a door dash customer. They said there would be a wait, that's fine I'm used to waiting. However they then fully served (took, made and handed out) 4 people their orders and cleared their drive thru after me while I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwich combos. I've worked fast food and there really isn't a reason it would take over 20 minutes (my wait time plus however long they had the order in system). Really annoying when waiting for them to finish an order makes it so I can't be on the road taking more orders. At the very least don't take a door dash order here bc they will mess with your pay having you wait around for nothing.

    1) I do believe it's a health code violation NOT to have running hot water in restrooms. 2) Two weeks ago, ALL of the sodas tasted off, including the Dr. Pepper from behind the counter. 3) The toilet in the men’s room doesn’t flush properly. 4) Stop hiring ghettotards who show up for a paycheck but don't know how to do their jobs properly.

    People working in drive-thru-1pm please consider that some people are on break (30mins) I got a whole family pack meal ($39) and I didn't receive any napkins, silverware or plates. I had to drive back (10mins) and was treated very nice by the cashier so thank you for that. Worst Mac n cheese I've ever had.

    [Above all, will I be back?] 100%! The food is on point, staff are friendly, location is convenient, and aside from everything, you can't beat the price! Why not? I understand the wait time to get the food is a bit long so took 1 star off. 1. Food Had a spicy chicken and sides (mac & cheese and fries). The chicken was juicy and tender, the batter was crispy and not smelly! Finger licking good!! The Mac & cheese and Fries were piping hot and soooo good. Had to wait 20 minutes to get the food to go as they start cooking upon the order is received but it was okay for me to take my dog for a walk while waiting lol 2. Ambience It has about 10 tables with jars of spices as decor. It is cozy. 3. Service The staff is so friendly and polite. I like this location due to their nice service! 4. Hygiene The tables, chairs, the counter, floor was clean. 5. Price For a normal restaurant, the amount you can get here would be +$50!!!! It is like 6 servings so this is the best value western style spicy fried chicken in town! 6. Restroom It was clean and well maintained. Gender separated. 7.     Store was close due to shortage of staff. The drive through however was open BUT the line was ridiculously slow. I was about 14 cars behind and mind you it took literally 8-10 minutes per car to drive off with there food. Eventually after 3:30pm, they just decided to entirely close the store leaving the people who waited for almost an hour with no choice but to leave and have wasted their time. If management can't pay a decent wage for employees to stay or to apply then just shut down the entire store food good.

    Horrible experience. First of all, most of the menu was unavailable (no sandwiches or tenders), then I was having to wait in the drive thru for 30min (trapped really, because once you are in line with other cars behind you, you can't leave!), just for them to take forever to get my order. Maybe you can't help running out of supplies, but does that mean running out of "customer service" is acceptable as well? Then, when I FINALLY get to the window, no "I apologize for the wait" or anything. Just slow service... most of the time the guy at the window engaged in a non-work conversation with another employee WHILE handing me my food! He couldn't even look at me and tell me "thank you... have a nice day!" I was there on Friday May 6 3:30pm.. who ever was working the drive thru window then needs a lesson in work ethic. Does this guy WANT to get fired, or do ALL the employees work this poorly?

    My recent experience at Popeyes was quite disappointing. Firstly, the customer service left much to be desired. It took an excruciating 29 minutes to receive my food, and during that time, I observed several customers walking away due to the long wait, which is not a good sign for any business. One of the most frustrating aspects was the continuous shortage of chicken. They even informed customers that it would take an additional 35 minutes to prepare chicken, causing more people to abandon their orders. This not only results in lost business but also leaves a bad impression. To make matters worse, they were out of coleslaw and red bean rice, limiting the available options on the menu. The lack of variety was disappointing. Inside the restaurant, there were six employees, but it seemed chaotic with no clear direction. Four customers were waiting for their orders, and no one was at the front counter, taking orders or assembling them. In most fast-food places, there is a well-organized team, with one person frying chicken and preparing sides, while another is focused on assembling orders. Unfortunately, this was not the case at this particular Popeyes. Another concerning observation was that the cashier was also handling cash without washing her hands before handling the chicken, which is a significant hygiene issue. Additionally, during my visit to this Popeyes, I noticed an employee who was not working effectively. Instead of assisting customers or contributing to the efficiency of the service, this employee was ordering chicken, throwing paper around, and engaging in casual chit-chat with the other employees. This behavior was especially frustrating as there were six people in line waiting for their orders, and it was clear that this employee's lack of focus was adding to the delays and disorganization in the restaurant. To add to the frustration, there was a customer who had been waiting for 25 minutes for a sandwich. Instead of resolving the issue, the cashier argued with the customer and, to my disbelief, rolled her eyes and said, "I don't have to take this." It's essential for staff to handle customer complaints professionally, especially when the restaurant's service is clearly struggling. So, it seems like Popeyes is living up to their slogan, "We don't make sense; we make chicken," but in reality, the lack of organization, customer service issues, and unprofessional behavior from staff make their slogan ironically true!

    Worst Popeyes location I've ever been to. I work near this location, ordered some for my overtime staff and nothing tasted fresh. Most of my staff--myself included--refused to eat our meals. Very disappointing I couldn't feed the people who worked hard for me and stayed overtime on a Friday. Months later I stop by 15 minutes after opening. My chicken tasted like it was left over from the night before and my red beans and rice were spoiled and smelled awfully sour. I had forgotten about my previous experience and visited the same location. Never again. No idea how this location is still open. Both visits the service was never a problem.

    Typical Popeyes. Good food, horrible service! What's the point of asking me what sauces I want with the nuggets if you don't give them to me when I pick up the food. The guy working the front needed help. I got lucky to get my food at this location. There was a huge line behind me.

    When ordering in drive through, the woman was talking really slow, repeating back wrong items and our Popeyes infamous chicken sandwiches tasted as though they were double-dipped (fried twice)! They were not fresh at all! 😮😣

    We didn't get what we ordered. The drive through either had a speaker we couldn't see, or we had to order at the window. Well nobody came up to the window. It meant having a disabled person struggle more than necessary to get drive through chicken. The lobby closed after a few people came in after me. We couldn't exchange the chicken for what we wanted. One of our main reasons for choosing this restaurant was because we didn't need to special order our choice.

    The sandwich was delicious and the service was nice But there was some strange thing happened, after I gave them my debit card the lady at the drive-through asked me to pull up to the bush at the end of the drive through And back up to the window again. She didn’t want to give back my debit card and kept asking me to pull up to the bush. Of course I refused to leave my debit card with a stranger outside of my view. a manager brought me my food and I didn’t see that worker again. This occurred at approximately 1015 of November 15, 2022

    Great food, great attitudes, great energy, and on an otherwise dull Tuesday night Great customer. I only hit up the drive through but I drove off with a big smile on my face, and on the way home I was thinking, if I forgot to get something even as trivial as...idk.. a straw or honey packets, I'm sure the return would be just as pleasant. Perhaps I will dine in next time. Thank you for the great service... never change🤩

    Popeyes is the king of fried chicken! The tenders are on a whole other level it's not even funny. They have a variety of dipping sauces not like Cain's. The service is always fast and the staff is friendly. I recommend the spicy chicken tenders with bbq and ranch it's the bomb !

    The worst Popeyes I've ever been to. I do Uber Eats and I pass on orders at this location every time now. I've accepted 4 orders (4 separate times) and had unsuccessfully received any of them. Ive had to cancel all 4 times due to the excessive wait time. I always see the old lady cook eating the chicken while "working" in the back. Another dude was on a smoke break outside meanwhile there was a lobby of annoyed people waiting. Dont waste your time at this location. Its more stressful than its worth.

    I swear every time I come here they mess up my order! This time I bought $38 worth of food and I only got part of my order. I was missing a whole meal, one side and two apple pies. I now always check my order before I leave as I learned from past messed up orders. Even when I got the missing order it was wrong. I ordered an all white two piece and got a breast and leg. Like I don’t understand! How hard is it to read an order screen that you were trained on????!!!!! IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

    The staff there was good and professional, Even though it was a decent drive-thru line it moved pretty quickly. They took the time to make sure my order was done correctly and my coupon. Once I got home everything else was awesome as well food condiments napkins were on point.

    Waited in line inside for 7 minutes before a "worker" told me it would be another 5 minutes because they were going thru a shift change. Meanwhile there's there's ton of food in the warmers. During the 7 minutes about 4 or 5 males were just fooling around and laughing, and what sounded like rapping and cutting up. Seriously? Can you guys find some decent workers. It's not even the hood.

    I visited this location near closing time. I could hear the drive thru attendant telling the car in front of me that they only had ??? There also seemed to be quite a lag between actually acknowledging each car. When I got to the speaker, I was told they were out of everything. I still had to wait behind other cars that also got nothing. Several cars were behind me.

    Still waiting for my wings… To be fair, I just came in to cool off instead of waiting in my car for it to charge at Nv energy. Ordered some wings (only wings) and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. It’s been almost 40 minutes… My brother also went to ask if the order was out, and the employee instead showed him a finger she cut by accident. Really says something bout the way they work. Can’t yet rate the food because ITS STILL BEING MADE. (Edit: food was good, but not 40 minutes good… it’s fast food for crying out loud! It was not that busy either!)

    Awful experience. Total time between waiting in the drive thru and waiting for the food was well over an hour. Their lobby was closed due to some issue with the roof, but the fact that there were only 7 cars in front of me, I don’t give them a pass. The staff were very nice, I will give them that. When I finally got to order, one of the items I asked for was mac and cheese. I was told “it’s gonna be an hour wait”. WHY?? “We have to defrost it and we just took it out.” Like comon y’all. Once you run out, it’s too late to start “thawing” a new batch. It takes less time to make Mac and cheese from scratch. Another item I ordered was the 12 piece family meal. I only received 6 pieces and they looked and tasted like they had been sitting around. There was more to my order but I have no complaints on the rest. “We have just been so busy” they say. I was nice and understanding about it at first but Christ, I do not want to know how long the wait is when your lobby is open and you have orders coming in from two points instead of just the drive thru. I don’t know what’s going on at this location… but y’all need to do better. Your customers pay a lot for the food and they deserve better. It might be harsh but it’s true. This was my experience.

    Place has to be the worst Popeyes I’ve been too. I live like a block away so it’s convienent. I been here 3 times that have messed up my order every time. As well as taking a horrendous amount of time waiting. Todays order mobile ordered 15 mins ahead of time rookie 15 mins to get to the drive their speaker 3 cars ahead of me. Then another 15 mins of waiting to bring me 2 chicken sandwiches and fries ridiculous. I wanted to drive off but the app you can’t cancel. I could of went anywhere else and gotten food faster.

    The wait was 1 hr long in the drive through the chicken was cold and the the chicken strips was hard and even the Dr pepper was flat they even forgot to give them to me I had to go back in to get them as I did that I peeked at the back staff they had no gloves on and the inside wasn't cleaned either I never seen a worse Popeyes then this and I have been here more then once same service both times you could tell no one there gave a care about there job. I'll never go back

    I arrived at this place on 07/18 at 9pm and the drive thru had 4 cars including mines and the 1st car did not order or complete her order till 931pm and it took them 10 minutes to take the next car...so I was still in line at 945pm. I guess they didn't feel like working because it says closed at 10pm but it baffles me that between 9 and 945pm you only took 2 cars. SAD

    Popeyes is amazing I don't do fast food often however when I do I really enjoy the shrimp at Popeyes. The food is usually fresh hot delicious. The area of concern is the amount of time that it takes to get the fresh hot food. You're looking at a minimum of 30 minutes hands down every single time. Doesn't really make it fast food if you're on a 30 minute lunch break don't go to Popeyes because you will not get your food in time unless you pre-order. Other than that the biscuits are really buttery flaky soft the food like I said is fresh hot juicy really good it's worth the wait if you have the time.

    I placed an order for the ghost pepper chicken wings. When I got there they couldn't find my order. The employee at the drive-thru window told me to park out front and they would bring it out to me. While I was waiting I saw three other people that came in after me get their orders and leave. I asked the young lady bringing the food outside if she had my chicken wings. She said she'd check on it. I finally went inside to wait and I was given my orders shortly after. This is the only time I've had a glitch at this restaurant. I like their ghost pepper wings I just wish they were bigger.

    Had the best chicken in a while in a long time at this Popeyes. Chicken sandwich was HUGE, crispy juicy and delicious Fries were piping hot, sandwich goes great with the bold BBQ. And staff were friendly There was this black guy employee with long dreadlocks, he's funny. Was being sassy to me and joked, said "oh we have a napkin shortage and it's 2 dollars a napkin" lol I got bamboozled for a second and we both laughed. He was funny I liked his humor 😂

    Don't go here. My wife tried to get regular chicken and they said there was only spicy chicken. It wasn't late so come to find out they were just trying to get rid of their old chicken. I could tell it was old by just looking at it but the chicken was also dry from being under the lamp too long.I thought we'd be ok but my son and I were the only ones that ate it and it gave us both stomach issues for hours.

    We ordered food from the drive up window, had to ask for straws for the drink. Was told only had spicy in all white meat so we ordered the white. Then there was no biscuits available for 3 minutes. So we waited 10 minutes. Food came out and only had 1 piece of white meat and 2 pieces of dark. We spent 30 minutes for a drive thru order. Thank you to the young man with braids that finally got the order right.

    Ordered online at 8:30 pm on a Friday night arrived at the store at 8:45 to get my order. Store closes at 10 but they had closed the dining room already. Store hours are 10, open sign in window still on but forced to wait in the drive thru with 5 cars in front of me. Geesh, what's the purpose of ordering online ? Then when I got to the window they didn't have the fresh spicy chicken that I ordered and couldn't give me a refund. After a long time they finally gave me a refund...in a couple days. What a horrible experience. Just shut your doors !
