I was so disappointed with my experience here. Last year we picked up our order so everything was great, the soups were hot and the pastas as well. But this time we decided to dine in, as my pre birthday celebration. The guy who waited on us should find another job--one that doesn't require interacting with people. For starters, he was very lame. It took him forever to get to our table, to give us our salad and bread, and he even said that there were no more tongs available for the Salad. He didn't refill our water as he should and we were hardly finished with our soups when he already started serving the entrees. He didn't give us a teaspoon for our coffee, the liquid creamer for the coffee was in little cups! And whenever he would get our plates, he actually made us give him our plates! The other servers in the tables around us were doing a great job, being really attentive with their costumers, bringing them refills without being asked. And the pasta served to my sister was already cold, same with her and my mom's soups. I think there's a possibility we were discriminated on because we looked Chinese!!??? Lesson learned, we are never going back to this branch!

Good food and they were VERY accommodating to our large group! Couldn't have been better! They even rembered my water was no ice when refilling!

Sistahs S.T.R.O.N.G., our non-profit 501(c)3 mentoring organization, had their annual Christmas Luncheon at Olive Garden and they had a private area setup for us. The Servers were all attentive to our needs and the food was delicious!!!

One of the best experiences I've had ever. All the employees were nice and welcoming. I can't remember the names but everyone was so kind to us and the food was amazing at great price. Everything was calm and amazing

We came in last Saturday with a group of about 20 people. The lead server was fantastic. She clearly had command of the situation and the staff around her. They handled our group which was a bit loud at times amazingly well. I was truly impressed with her, I know that no point in my life could have done it as good a job as she did. She just had such great control and not a single order was messed up.

We got seated right away. Front host were nice and friendly. Our server Kanoa was great. Soup was tasty. Quality of food was good. Parking was easy to find. Will come again.

Our Server Was On Top Of Everything That We Requested Of Her And Needed From Her. We Loved The Food, It Was Hot, Very Flavorful, And There Was A Good Amount Of Food To Have For The Next Day. Everyone Was Very Nice And The Manager Even Came Out And We Had Some Great Things To Tell Him About His Establishment.

Michael is an amazing server and very personable. He put our food we were taking home to go in a box for us when a lot of restaurants leave the box for you to do it yourself. Michael was very attentive and came by checking on us several times but we never felt rushed. The host were very welcome as well. They opened the door for us when leaving and made great conversation! The food was decent, I did the lunch special and enjoyed the salad very much. Their soups tastes like canned soups. Not restaurant quality. The service was just ok. Not bad, but not attentive and fast, and checking in on us. And the place is smells like swege, I think it's over some swege pipelines because it's only during the summer that it stinks.

We love Olive Garden. It depends on where you visit, but overall we always had very good and valuable food. It's a lot (especially the salad and the awesome breadsticks) and I love the lemonades. You can take home what you can't eat. Sometimes the staff doesn't notice you need more lemonade (free refills) or salad, but you can always ask for it. I'd recommend it and we will always return. We once had a disappointment in New York, the waiter wasn't very polite and he wasn't very discrete. But that was the first "negative" experience within 21 years.

We visited from out of town and my wife forgot her sunglasses which we realized after we had left town. The manager was kind enough to ship those back to me and there was no damage to the glasses. Oh and btw the food was great too!

I would like to recognize employee Edward D. He was very polite, friendly, personable, kind, patient. My daughter was unsure of what desert to pick and he was very helpful by showing pictures and giving explanations and what his picks and recommendations were from her likings. I feel that he also went above and beyond to make my dining experience an enjoyable one...The atmosphere was very calm and tranquil and halfway through my meal a large group was seated next to my booth. Edward asked if there was something he could assist me with ( I take it the look on my face) and I stated that it became Overly loud and I had to speak louder to my daughter and suggested she put her ear pods in. A few moments later manager Charles came to table, he apologized and offered to move me or anything else he could do, I told him my concern, and there was no need to move, I was almost done with the meal. Upon leaving Charles apologized again, welcomed me back. Overall I give Edward D and manager Charles 5 ⭐. I will be back dining again at the Flamingo location. It's a good vibe, employees are more nicer and friendlier compared to Nellis and Charleston . However I give 4 ⭐ for atmosphere. I would suggest though if the restaurant is aware of a large group or party to possibly seat away from other dining patrons which may be sensitive to noise and prefers a bit of quietness. It may not be possible at times but just something to consider for others that would like a quiet dining experience. .

Just celebrating my attention was not focused on the 3 ratings. Food was good a little Saltie without adding any. Service was above average attentive but not clingy or hovering. Acceptable for a chain restaurants. Cheers, K

Came in for lunch our server Daniel was amazing he went above and beyond he was so attentive and extremely polite he assured everything was at 100%best experience I've had at olive garden thus far. I took myself out for dinner at Olive Garden. The food was amazing I had the Lasagna and salad. My server was sweet and took care of me. The prices were reasonable and I'll be back again.

The food was phenomenal. I got a shrimp Alfredo and it was the best I'd had from any olive garden location so far. They were super sweet and my food came quickly. I would definitely recommend!

Win was our server. He was excellent!!! He gave us the best service ever. The manager came to our table to make sure everything was fine and the hostess was super friendly.

My experience here was excellent. One small incident happened but the manager solved the problem right away and the staffs were so polite and professional. I will definitely come back here for Italian food when I am in Vegas!

I was seated immediately and the server was ready to take our order. Sirloin Steak (cooked perfectly), Mozzarella sticks, Kids Pizza, Fries, Soup, Bread Sticks, Soup etc (taste test)... Everything was perfect at a great price. I highly recommend this Olive Garden.

Our server was awesome! Very helpful. The food was good. It wasn't very busy. Which was nice. We were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday. Our server went the extra mile to make it special.

In CA we were so mistreated at a Olive Garden, I swore I would never enter another one. Today was my birthday and my granddaughters chose Olive Garden. I consented. This restaurant, this server, this cook, WOW, service was so superior! First of all, we had possibly the best waitress I've ever met! Christine!! 10+ yrs ago, there was a dish I loved but they discontinued. I shared it with her, she remembered it, and went to talk to the cook. He knew exactly what it was!! He prepared it for me for my birthday meal!! What amazing people!! I wish I had thought to ask what the cooks name was!! It was so delicious!! Then Christine never let anything run out, she refilled drinks and brought more breadsticks before we missed them on the table!! I was with my daughter and 3 young granddaughters!! She was just amazing!! Then she asked my granddaughters what to choose for dessert for me!! I threw in the suggestion of tiramasu. She stood with my family and sang happy birthday to me, she was so kind and thoughtful, and when we gushed our thanks to her, and complimented her fantastic service, she wished me a happy birthday again, hugged me, and invited us back any time, with humility even said, if she's not there, there were many great servers there happy to help us. Hey everybody, Christine is server of the year in my book, and because of her giving us possibly the best sincere service I can remember, I hope she gets a raise and has been paid well, although she could never earn her worth as a server. Las Vegas location on Flamingo, just west of Eastern Ave. If you ever come here, make sure you go eat at this Olive Garden and ask for her!! You will not be disappointed in any way!! Thank you to the unnamed cook too, he managed to replicate a great meal, sadly to say, they no longer offer on the menu. But it was so delicious, my tastebuds and tummy were thrilled!! COME VISIT EVERYONE!! SERIOUSLY!!

Accidentally went here has a older people vibe if u prefer to wind down from the strip for a bit. Wait was long for water and food . The waiters are funny as they tell you they can go all night long while grating fresh cheese on your food.nothing special about the taste just average.

Very awesome experience. Julia (our server) was very patient. She suggested us vegan options and answered our questions very patiently (we had lots of questions because of dietary restrictions). Our party had a fussy infant but we were still accommodated. The food was amazing. The sides were fulfilling. Will definitely visit again on our next trip.

Went here for dinner. We were sat down in a short time. Our server was Madison and she was absolutely amazing. Greeted us with a bright smile and was very attentive. She made sure we were all very happy with our meals and took amazing care of us. At no point did we feel like just another customer and that's the service we love. Food was amazing and this olive garden and Madison both get 5 stars from us. Thank you Madison for the great service.

Olive garden is no doubt my favorite Italian restaurant. I love their breadsticks and salad. I have tried basically everything on their menu and I don't get tired of the food. The staff is nice and super friendly and there's somehow always a table no matter how full it is. The food is super affordable for sometning so nice. I'm only giving 4 stars because on the last 2 occasions I went to the torrance branch, the outside smelled like a sewer. This is not a nice smell for someone who's about to eat or just finished eating.

Our server Gemma was very attentive with our needs. She came around often to check if we needed anything. Her service was excellent. She was very courteous and professional. The food was delicious. This restaurant is definitely worth visiting. We will be returning in the near future and asking to be seated in her area of service.

Felecia provided the best service that I've ever has at Olive Garden and I am far from a newbie. Extremely helpful, never made us feel rushed, she seem to always be ahead of us Whenever something was wanted or needed. From now on this will be my got to location and all goes well we will always be able to have the amazing service from Ms. Felicia. I Spoke with the manager Ms. Liz prior to leaving so I could share what a wonderful job Ms. Felecia did and we had a very pleasant conversation and she also showed and provided great service. I will be back soon Thanks to Ms. Felecia and Ms. Liz. I forgot to also mention how amazing our food was🤗 the can go on and on and on. Great location once again.

This location is better than the one on Charleston and nellis, definitely worth the drive and change of attitude within employees. Excellent customer service, will be coming back. Kid friendly, waiter very attentive.

The place was a little crowded which I didn't expect because it was raining/snowing even though it was Valentine's day the wait for a table was short food wasn't as good as I remembered perhaps my taste has changed

Everything was great! Except for a weird hard chunk in the ravioli. Manager explained they buy them premade from vendors and didn't charge us. Also gave us free dessert.

Foods good. Service is terrible. Not only did I get followed into the restroom by one of the workers, cause she clearly assumed I was a man, but she never apologized and kept staring at me as we ate. I asked for a to go bag 4 times before they actually brought us one that wasn't for bread lol. We got ignored alot. The waiter brought out 2 bread sticks and told us he was bringing more they were still being prepared. That didn't happen until I noticed everyone around us receiving theirs and asked. Mom in laws order was wrong and they couldn't get it right. Over all just terrible service. Won't be earing here again. Worst experience so far.
