Very good restaurant in terms of food. Outstanding ramen, you have to try it! But the service is a bit slow...

The ramen was good, regarding the noodles, pork, and soup, although there's a bit less in terms of the soup. Fried chicken was ok, as too much flour wrapping hiding the actual meat content. Sushi roll was good. Would be glad to come again.

Whilst these guys have been open for some months now it still feels a bit like they are trying to get service sorted. Wasn't bad just a little disjointed and not quite polished. I had two type of yakitori, gyoza, shrimp tacos and red hot jalapeno peppers. The sake I chose was excellent - wandering poet. Mixed thoughts on the food - gyoza was ok but the peppers were creamy hot and delicious. Props to the team for putting the game on for me.

First time going here tonight with my friends. We were looking to try new place for ramen. We got our orders and guess what our foods are not even hot like they didn’t even put an effort I don’t care if it’s night time we were so hungry that time we didn’t even brother to get a new one that are hot. The foods are delicious JUST that it’s so cold like dead. Hope next time we visit this again our food should be hot. AND one more thing we’ve waited so long just to get our bill and I saw the other customers get theirs first. So disappointed we have to call the 3 times.

Parking is rather difficult and inconvenient because there’s no parking on-site. I don’t mind it too much; it is Downtown Las Vegas. I found a spot to park next to the building that was $3.00 per hour. I really liked the fact that the server saw me walk in and stopped what he was doing to greet and seat me. Service was excellent and the food came out quite fast since I only ordered spicy miso ramen and takoyaki. Spicy miso ramen was delicious and so was the takoyaki. I wish there was more takoyaki in their serving, $5.95 is a bit steep for only 4 balls. Overall I enjoyed my lunch. I will definitely revisit next time I’m craving ramen!

The food was good here at Shinya. The restaurant is very messy though. The tables & chairs/banquet's all had debris or were not wiped from the previous shift. The salmon sushi was nice & fresh, my wife enjoyed her gyoza & edamame. I had the black garlic ramen. The flavor was great, maybe the best I've had in Vegas. Only gripe was the belly was cut to thick and the broth didn't soften the fat. The chicken karagge (sp?) Was crunchy & had good flavor but you could tell it was scraps, deep fried with a nice dipping sauce ;) I would come back to enjoy a bowl of ramen & sushi. I've also already recommended it to a friend!

Stopped in a whim, and so glad we did! We were able to seated right away. Steamed gyoza, takoyaki, and black garlic tonkatsu ramen. Delicious, and reasonably priced!! Full bar is available, and they have a happy hour. Definitely will be back!

So so delicious... it was my first time here and would definitely recommend to all ramen and non ramen lovers to stop by and chow down. Went on a weds and they had half off ramen which made it even better!!!

Great Food and Great Service! Ramen bowls, bento boxes, sushi and sake! Downtown location at Freemont & 6th. Happy hours twice a day - Vegas style. Had a great Bento Box and will definitely be back!
