The food here is terrible. The customer service is even worse. The people who work in here must hate their jobs because not one of them will smile at you or even pretend to be happy to see you. The manager is a rotten person as well. She looks like she just graduated high school. It's obvious that the casino doesn't care about customer complaints or these reviews because they have done nothing to fix the problems here and I've been coming here for years. If you're hungry. Take the short walk across the street to the golden nugget and get some good food.

First impression, the servers were rude, and unhelpful. I came here because the rewards program offered a half off coupon with select items. I chose the grilled cheese. That's all it was. No fries. Just a bland grilled cheese. I am glad that it was half off because I would be very disappointed if this is all I got as a meal. This shouldn't even be an item on the menu. I did order tater tots as a separate side and those were amazing. My boyfriend ordered a burger and that was delicious. The better quality items should be marked as half off as most people only come here for the reward coupons. That would make people want to come back.

The older lady with the blondish white hair (Heidi) is VERY rude. My second time here and the same experience. No customer skills whatsoever. We ordered Philly steaks. Never order one of those from there. They topped it with nacho cheese sauce and dry steak. No shredded cheese, bell peppers, onions... nothing. But Kaun (I believe that was his name; possibly the manager) came out to resolve the issue and got us burgers ordered with no problem. A really sweet Hispanic guy brought it out to us and was very apologetic. The burgers were good.

So it all starts with Beatrice .She hated us from the start. Unfriendly rude .Short. Unhelpful. Then our order comes separate .So my girlfriend gets her entire order with no napkins. No silverware and we wait .not good so far . Update .So my burger with egg comes out .And it was amazing .I'm a burger snob. So it sucks the first impression is rude and un-lnvited. Not sure I'll be back . Second update . Decided to try it again. .the philly was cold .So I sent it back. But then questioned. Why would you bring one meal and not my girlfriend's which ordered at the same time . They said it's based on how fast a meal is made. I ask . Don't you think couples would like to have the meal together. He said yes .but not his fault .I guess it's mine .

Good quick and simple dinner. 5pm to close steak dinner. Good steak, mashed potatoes were real, veggie mix was decent. This is NOT a $25 steak, so don't expect it, but it was done properly, good flavor, quick and easy. Staff is friendly and quiet when you want it. For $9.99 it was a great meal.

Surprisingly abysmal. Paying $9 for a burger, sans sides, and its clearly a frozen patty, not even well cooked. Then they serve an incredibly stale pastry, I am not nearly drunk enough to overlook it. Incredibly mediocre, given the plethora of options, it has rather ruined the night.

Rudeness at its best. Food quality is fair however once you had expected the service just trying to order you will have an extra bad taste in your mouth.

Chicken Fried Chicken and eggs $9.99 Utensils had to be requested and they were plastic. Eggs were ok. Chicken fry taste like lard. Biscuit was hard and dry. A fountain drink is $3.50. Save yourself 35%. Go to one of the downtown buffets, where you can get some food you can actually eat

It was ok. They share a kitchen with hash house a go go. They are cheaper with a smaller portion then their sister. Nothing special as far as food. Breakfast sandwiches were being made by the servers with bagged eggs. The tongs were used for eggs, bacon and sausage. I.e. cross contamination at its finest. No manager to ask food allergy questions. Decently quick.

Love it as soon we walked in. Cute, small quick breakfast or brunch place, a 50’s soda stop. Steps away from the main lobby entrance. Fits the vintage classic feel of the Plaza. And you gotta take advantage of the jukebox.

Where do I start.. Ok I went in for the steak special. I ordered and paid for it. Then I was like make it medium rare. The girl says we only do it well done. The reason is the steak is so damn thin it is well done in 1 minute. So I said cancel that steak. Then figured ok I still have this promo %50 off. Well very few items are actually 50% off and nothing that most people order. For example one of the items is the deli sandwich combo sandwich with chips $12 so I was like give me the pastrami. Come to find out the only deli sandwich that is 50% off for that combo is a tuna sandwich. Finally I decided on a full priced burger she beat me down. (The younger Asian girl I believe was the manager. So she asks me how I want my burger .Medium . medium well or well done. I replied medium and asked if medium here is just a little pink inside. She then says we never leave any pink it's always cooked all the way so no pink is left. To that I replied why do you ask how I want my burger cooked if you only make it one way that Medium means pink and she kinda sneered at me like I was an idiot even though I know what medium cooked is and obviously they don't. Ok so I got my burger and asked for thousand island or sauce for my burger as it is served dry. The land landdy who brought me the burger didn't speak English well at all and said we don't have sauce I said no thousand island dressing. She said no then about 3/4 through my burger someone got a salad with what appeared to be thousand island. Oh I didn't even mention yet that when you walk in it can take over 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge you are there even though there are only like 6 people in the restaurant. The burger tasted good but I wish I wpwou have left and went to the cafe at the 4 Queens as they have awesome food and don't skimp on the specials and only offer choices nowbody wants. Oh and when I got my burger I was informed they had no onions but offer no soultion just a half as..ed apology like they didnt care at all. and yes I like damn onions on my burger . If you want a real steak special goto Ellis island $7.99 . Or 4 Queens for my player sign up it was BOGO or 1/2 off at the cafe and nothing was left off to choose from I got the steak there and it's very very good..any way the also advetize chicken fried steak special and as it turns out it is actually chicken fried chicken. I just don't understand how this place with so many negative reviews is allowed to operate. If I went here to eat before booking my room I would have went somewhere else because at that restaurant the quality sucks and the prices are out of line with the quality. The staff and manager are rude and customer service if low priority here. Oh and as someone else mentioned a soft drink is $3.50. but at least that is one of the items you can get for half off. Two stars only because the burger was pretty good. Would I ever return here no way...

Food was actually pretty good. Lady that took the order wasn’t great, but the server who gave me the food was really sweet. I recommend for quick, affordable, tasty food.

I ordered a chicken fried steak meal. First they brought me out a piece of fried chicken burger style. When i told the waitress it was nt a chicken fried steak she was very polite and went back to the kitchen. Not even 5 minutes later she came back with the same piece of fried chicken covered in country gravy. I called her back over and asked her what is this?. She replies its chicken fried steak... ? So i asked her "what to you is chicken fried steak?" She replied quite simply "its chicken fried like steak.?" I just laughed and went about eating it tho i was very disapointed

The place was pretty empty but that's probably because we were there twelve hours before everyone else was ready to take a break after playing the tables. :-) I thought the place was great because it seemed like a little slice of an old-fashioned diner in the heart of a vibrant part of Vegas. The staff were friendly and the food and service very well done. Thanks Brightside, you gave us the strength and resolve to attack the tables again.

I should have read the reviews. Staff is nice but food is awful. I ordered a chicken fried Steak and eggs I got instead a dried out puck of fried chicken with burned eggs. I'm sorry? Why is it called chicken fried steak? When it is just horribly charred chicken?
