I’ve
gone
to
this
place
at
least
3
times
within
the
last
2
months
and
each
time
I
had
an
unpleasant
shopping
experience
that
I
now
feel
compelled
to
share.
As
a
paying
customer,
I
expect
to
be
treated
with
respect
and
courtesy
by
the
employees
there.
Unfortunately,
that
was
not
the
case
during
my
visit.
The
front
lady,
the
one
with
glasses
lacked
all
forms
of
courtesy
and
knowledge
of
where
the
products
were
and
what
they
were.
She
was
very
rude
and
disrespectful,
never
even
saying
hi
or
thank
you.
I
found
her
behavior
unprofessional
and
unacceptable.
I
will
not
be
returning
to
Rani
Market
in
the
future.
It's
disappointing
to
receive
poor
customer
service,
and
I
hope
that
the
management
team
at
Rani
takes
my
feedback
seriously,
but
I
doubt
it
because
same
poor
experience
3
times
over
couple
of
months
is
no
accident.
They
lack
the
Vegas
standard
customer
service..
Every
customer
should
feel
valued
and
appreciated,
and
I
hope
that
this
negative
experience
can
serve
as
a
lesson
for
the
staff
members
to
improve
their
behavior
towards
customers.
Overall,
I
do
not
recommend
Rani
Market
based
on
my
negative
experience.
As
a
consumer,
I
believe
that
it's
important
to
share
feedback,
both
positive
and
negative,
to
help
businesses
improve
and
provide
better
service
to
their
customers.
If
I
could
I
would
give
less
than
1
start.
