A wonderful place! and very glad to see it has finally opened back up! The view is beautiful view and awesome food!! "Old School Vegas" ambience and. best kept secret in Vegas for steakhouses. . Definitely should be put on the list of "places to dine" during a visit to Vegas! Excellent place for locals to take guests and a unique way to make it part of the "Fremont Street Experience"!

Top of Binion's is "top shelf"! From the decor to the service to the views you will be impressed. Who knew there was such a place? Well now you know... the secret is out. There is this unique dish only served here; chicken fried lobster (see pic). Story goes it was a special celebrity request many years ago and has remained on the menu since. Great aged steaks are made to perfection! The pork belly is another item we enjoyed very much! The atmosphere is cozy elegant and special for any occasion. We always make a stop at "Old Vegas" to walk along Fremont Street and try our luck, so this will be a part of our visit from now on too!

We came here for our wedding anniversary last Friday night. It was phenomenal! We started with the escargot, which was beautiful and perfectly cooked. I had the rack of lamb, and my husband had the NY strip. We couldn't stop trading bites and delighting in the obvious attention to technique and detail that the entire cooking staff took with every single menu item. On top of all of that, the wait staff was delightful and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend this place more. Wonderful!

Had a very enjoyable dinner at #TopofBinionsSteakhouse. Service was excellent, food was tasty, and we had great views over Fremont St. 24oz. Ribeye was perfectly cooked, and had a nice taste to it. Chicken-Fried Lobster was interesting, but not a lot of taste to it, and at $70, I would probably skip. Bread was delicious, as was the baked potato. The Baked Alaska was good, but not really a Baked Alaska in the traditional sense. We had great service, and it made for a wonderful evening. Will definitely be coming back.

Went out for a “treat yo self dinner” and could not have chosen a better place! Roland, was the sweetest most attentive assistant waiter! This dining experience was worth every penny!

We really enjoyed this place. By Vegas pricing standards we felt we had a great meal for a great price. The steak was perfectly cooked, sides were tasty and generous, and service was fantastic. You get the feeling they haven't changed a thing in 50 years, from the decor to the menu, but that's part of the charm! Everything is changing so quickly in Vegas it is nice to experience how things used to be once in a while too.

Great view of Fremont/downtown Las Vegas. Service is superb. Wine selection is great. I did as my steak medium cooked but it was medium rare. I could have mentioned it but I enjoy medium rare from time to time. It did Las some salt needed in the cooking process. Resoto was good. The sorbet to cleansed palate is a nice touch.

Overall, a fantastic experience! Steak and seafood we're both spot on and the views of downtown Las Vegas are very nice at night. A couple of the tables have a very nice view of the giant Circa Pool screens which were playing multiple pro-sports games at the time we were there. That could be a plus or a minus for some.

Oh, wow I liked this place more than I thought. I'll start with the one negative: The steak was under seasoned. That wasn't a huge deal, though, as they had already brought three kinds of salt to the table with my bread. For dessert I had a huge glass of Hardy XO for $35, which is a huge value. The service was excellent, the steak was perfectly prepared, and I enjoyed both the risotto and the crab cake. I also loved the view. I'll put the full video up on my YouTube channel soon, but this place was a winner.

Damien steakhouse never disappoints!! This is our often go to place for special occasions including birthdays and anniversaries. We are always delighted by the prompt and attentive service. Our waiter have been part of the Binon’s and stuff for 40+ years. He was super engaging with the table surrounding us sharing all ‘Vegas’ stories and guests that have been into the steakhouse. We are so grateful one of our Vegas favorites have reopened!!! The lemon drop it was delicious, the steak was cooked to perfection! Everything about our night from arrival to departure and everything in between was fabulous..

Aaaaamazing food and atmosphere!! Gorgeous views!!! This was our wedding dinner and went far and above our expectations!!! The staff is wonderful! They were so friendly and on top of our every need. They even celebrated our wedding with a sweet card and complimentary dessert that was to die for!! We had oysters Rockefeller and cowboy ribeye steak (16oz!) Encrusted in blue cheese, veggies and augratin and creamy potatoes. We had to share because it was enormous! Also, when sharing a plate, you each still get your own sides which is awesome! We will definitely be back for our anniversary!! 💕🎉🍾

Second time coming here and am still extremely impressed with the service and the little touches that this old school steakhouse does. Hole in the wall restaurant that we found by chance while we were exploring Fremont Street. Amazing view and even better food.

Top of Binions was an enjoyable classic steakhouse experience with commanding views of downtown Vegas. The food is fairly expensive, but my New York strip was cooked perfectly. The service is good but old-fashioned; the maître d’ sneers down his nose at you and there’s an entire team of gentlemen handling different aspects of the service. I’m not a veteran steak eater but I would recommend it to anybody looking for an experience off the strip.

Such amazing food with a great view! The service here is impeccable. Wait staff are true professionals. The extra touches like a little scoop of gelato (?) to "cleanse the palate" before the main course raised the experience level. The ribeye melted in my mouth. The garlic mashed potatoes were the perfect compliment. The three different sea salts - regular, Hawaiian black, and smoked, made it extra special. It was a quiet, elegant place. We didn't have reservations, but didn't have to wait long. We'll have to come back to try out some of their other specialties!

Excellent service and food. Compared to some of the nicer restaurants on the Strip, you get a lot more on Freemont Street, and Binion's Steakhouse is definitely top of the list.

The Bellagio recommended Binion's. So glad we came! We came in a side entrance and I was unsure about the place until we got upstairs. It has a vintage feel and amazing views of old Vegas and beyond! The food was out of this world! Service was excellant! This is by no means an inexpensive restaurant but the food is wonderful! A great splurge!

We were at Top of Binion's for our daughter's 21st birthday celebration. I don't have words for how superb the service was. The food was incredible. We had 6 people and they took care of us so well we didn't want to leave. Coolest atmosphere. The View is stunning. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend the French Onion soup. And it's a lot. The short rib Mac n cheese is a meal all by itself. The lemon sorbet to cleanse the pallet was a nice touch and so good. They were able to make a drink my friend randomly brought up. They even brought out an awesome cake with a bday candle for the birthday girl. It was a special dinner. Thank you!!

Had the pleasure of being served by Rene! Best bartender that I’ve ever been served by! These are the type of employees that you must keep and reward! You have a customer for life! The Short Rib Mac & Cheese was to die for! The Caesar Salad was delicious! Best Prime Rib I’ve ever had! The views here were absolutely stunning of Downtown! Such a great memory! Will be back 100%

This place was beyond our expectations. Ribeye was cooked perfectly and so flavorful and juicy. Service was outstanding. The only negative I would have is although the crab cakes were very good, we thought they were over priced at $38, half the price of the Ribeye. LOL

Great place to eat, a little more pricey than the average dinner place. But the good is amazing for the occasional visit. Everything tastes great down to the bread they serve you. Everyone is so attentive and explains the choices in great detail. With entree, drink, and desert my meal ended up being 140 with tip. Attached are the cheesecake I had and the view of the buccaneers game that was on at the time.

Old school Las Vegas at its absolute finest. I've lived here 23 years and finally ate at this amazing steakhouse. The service, hospitality, food, bar, and view are all outstanding. The BEST Bread Pudding I've ever had!

Celebrating our good friends 70th great choice to dine. The service provided by Salvador was amazing, but were here to talk about the food. The appetizers were full of flavor good portions. Best of all you have to try the Pork Belly great flavor and just melted in your mouth. We had a large party so many dishes were ordered and no one complain of the food. Wife's rib eye well prepared as were the filet mignon I had the salmon along with garlic mashed potatoes. Holly Molly they were good , see I love mash potatoes but since wife doesn't I only get them on Thanksgiving lol. Oh the salmon was perfect. Now those the got the king crab legs well let's just say they were not disappointed. The plates were 14" long and the legs hung over wow there were good. We all shared plenty for all. Now let talk about the view. Wexsat face east and the view was amazing to say the least. Looking for a gem this is it. For me a good thing is there are restrooms located in the restaurant big Plus. I've been to restaurants on the strip paid more, food not to pare appetizers tasteless and had to walk to the restrooms.

Absolutely fantastic. Attentive, friendly staff, wonderful views; an exquisite experience. I had the 16oz prime rib, cooked medium. It was perfect, and much bigger than the advertised size. Drinks were well-crafted and reasonable. Tip: Don't be the disrespectful losers coming in wearing shorts, flip-flops, and a t-shirt. Have some class. An elite, expensive place that screams vintage Las Vegas. We'll be back again and again.

The service was outstanding! It's an old-time atmosphere restaurant that's classy with delicious food! The steak was done to perfection. It's a little pricey but worth it! They don't skimp on their alcoholic beverages or food. The only place that I know of that still serves sherbet before your meal to cleanse your palette! The waitstaff is amazing, funny, friendly & extremely attentive & will tell the history of the place! Highly recommend eating there!

Oh yes, the medium rare ribeye is perfection. The loaded baked potato is a complete meal unto itself. The service was wonderful, the food exquisite, and the wait was quite short.

Fantastic service, Mario and Nick! Ribeye was perfect, garlic mashed potatoes were excellent, the soughdough bread was some of the best I've ever had. BUT the crème brulee was the BEST ever. They torch the sugar table side. It was absolutely the best. When we come back to Las Vegas, we absolutely will be back.

I had a good steak here cooked to perfection. Service was great until the point of leaving.... basically the waiter looked at the 20% tip (on a $180 meal) and effectively stormed off and didn't acknowledge us or say goodbye. Irrelevant on whether that's tight it kinda spoilt the experience for me. (Oh and the asparagus wasn't trimmed right which you can get away with if it's not woody). Views are great and it's worth trying when in vegas but there are so many good options out there.

A classic old fashioned Vegas steakhouse with some great views of Vegas at night. My track record for steakhouses in Vegas has been rather disappointing over the years so I kept my hopes in check. Very happy to report they did not disappoint. Will likely make this steakhouse a regular stopping point for future visits to sin city!

A Dining Experience With a View in Vegas If you're seeking an exceptional dining experience with stunning views in Las Vegas, there are a few steakhouses that stand out. Overlooking the city's bustling plaza, the iconic Spire, and the Four Queens, these restaurants offer more than just fantastic vistas. The quality of the food is absolutely outstanding. The shrimp cocktail, served with a horseradish sauce that is as complex in flavor as it is delicious, is a must-try. The French onion soup, shockingly good, surpasses all expectations and sets a high bar for the main course. When it comes to the steak, the New York strip steak, ordered medium-well, is cooked to perfection. The balance between the juicy interior and the charred exterior is just right, making each bite a delight. Duke, the waiter, contributes significantly to the overall dining experience. Not only does he provide excellent service, but his knowledge of Las Vegas and the menu further enhances the meal. His presence is engaging and fun, making the evening even more enjoyable. Last but not least, the Baked Alaska dessert is a showstopper. The combination of flavors and textures is astonishingly good. To say it's tasty would be an understatement – it's a dessert that's not to be missed.

Top of Binions has a great view and old school ambience; along with an old school menu. Oyster Rockefeller is just not something someone sees anymore and it was tasty. Steak was cooked to perfection and was quite tasty. Dessert was a creme brulee and was also classically prepared. Service matched the food. My only complaint was the mashed potatoes. I'm not sure that this isn't a problem with Vegas water. I've seen this issue in many places. Potatoes in LV always seem over whipped with too much cream and butter. And consequently get a fake mushy taste and wet consistency.

This steakhouse is as classy as they come. I took my wife here when we were in Las Vegas. The restaurant was very clean and the service was impeccable. I liked that we could order an entire meal without everything being a la cart. The food was very good and the steaks were cooked perfectly. I will definitely go back the next time I am in the area.

I'm glad that I was able to dine here right when they reopened after being closed due to Covid. Follow the signs to the restaurant. Unfortunately for me, the elevator to the restaurant was closed and we had to find the detour way. Service was good and the views from the top of Binion's are beautiful. Food: 2 Loaves of Complimentary Bread Steakhouse Mac & Cheese Garlic Mashed Potato Maple Bourbon Glazed Poek Belly Chimichurri Sea Scallops Rib Eye Steak -Medium Washed down with a couple of glasses of wine. All the dishes were delicious and yummy. I loved the char of the steak. The pork belly was equally delicious. Overall, I'd return again to try different dishes.

It's a classic old school steakhouse. I can't say it was the best steak I've ever had, but it was good, no complaints. Their onion soup was too salty though, and didn't have that rich flavor. Cocktails were great. Service was great as well.

  • 4/5 R P. 5 years ago on Google
I was pleasantly surprised by the old school charm of this resturaunt. From the rustic downstairs casino to the top floor resturaunt with all its class and high society service. The food was outstanding, the service was refreshingly on point, and the management making sure everything was running smoothly took the time to come by our table and make sure that we were happy. The plates will run you $50 per person, the classic cocktails will cost you $13-14 each, but they are not watered down, and the steaks are aged for 40 days. Dinner for two ran up to $150 used the 20% off coupon from joining the players club saved us $29. Im the type of person who tips well when the service is excellent, im also quick to leave no tip when im always asking for something that shouldve been brought already. Considering the excellent food, the superior service and management, the great view at sunset of Downtown Las Vegas, and taking into account me and the wife each hit on the slot machine for $200 and $150 and dinnner was free. We felt a $50 tip to be appropriate and well deserved. We had a memorable and delightful dinner. A peaceful and relaxing dinner was what we were looking for, in the midst of all the hustle and vustle of Vegas. Thank you Binions!

One of the best dinners I have ever had with impeccable service. The wait staff was amazing they brought back old school service about every detail from beginning with the bread to the dessert. They really made my wife and I feel like the most important people with the whole dinning experience. Thank you so much and I can't wait until we meet again.
