Pleasant experience if you just wanna spend some times around artifacts and other oddities. Unfortunately due to heavy rotation between tours, you really don't have much time to hover and take a good look at some of the most intriguing/fascinating items. The lack of lights can be sometimes also disturbing in big contrast with other areas where you are totally overwhelmed by sounds and strobes! The basement looks very interesting but it's almost in the dark and you can miss some artifacts (such as Bela Lugosi's Mirror). The tour guides were pretty good and added a note of "macabre" even if sometimes their own voice can be overlapped by the actual recordings and other sound effects. Would be good to think about having them carry a portable speaker but it could certainly interfere with Zak's equipment that is monitoring the place. The massive use of different odors was sometimes overwhelming, was it voluntary!? As a way to disturb one's senses!? I honestly don't know the answer! John Shaw's part was pretty good especially with the innovative way of using a power drill!! Peggy the (in)famous doll didn't disappoint and delivered two responses 1)addressed to Kaycee the guide and 2) "Hi" back to my Wife who just said hello to her! All in all, The Haunted Museum is definitely a must have for all GAC fans that have the occasion to come to Las Vegas! Would be also a good opportunity to set a night investigation events open to small group of dedicated individuals without all the "shenanigans".

Beautiful old mansion in downtown Las Vegas. For the best experience, get the RIP pass, costs a little .ore, but you get access to areas that the regular fare doesn't get as well as a free t-shirt. The tour is about 2.5 hrs, so you definitely get your money's worth. The mansion is full of curiosities and memorabilia from serial killers as well as celebrities. Beware, there is no place to sit down, you will be standing/moving the entire time as well as going up/down several flights of stairs. The staff are well versed in the history of the objects and create an aura of creepiness. They are dressed in all black and carry small flashlights as the mansion is very dimly lit. NO cameras allowed inside the mansion and heavily enforced. Definitely worth going to visit!!!

This is interesting. It is a live version of Ghost Adventures. The guides are fun and there are many items to look at in each room. It's half haunted and half serial killer. They offer a basic tour or an enhanced tour which offers six more rooms and a free shirt for an extra price which turns out to be a little less then to the price of a shirt. If you are planning on getting a shirt then sure, go for it. But if not, then it's not worth an extra $33. It's definitely a place to go if you like the supernatural.

It’s definitely a neat “museum”. Zak has worked really hard to acquire all of these items and it shows. There’s so much going on though that it’s hard to take it all in. Hearing other tours going on around you is distracting. It’s all very theatrical but that’s Zak’s style I guess. I wish the tour guides would enunciate what they are saying better instead of rushing through it to push us along. Especially our first guide. She was so dramatic and trying to be in some sort of character….spooky I guess, that it was hard to understand her. I was glad that we had different guides throughout. Having said that, it’s a business and he’s killing it. Would I do it again….. probably not. We didn’t pay the extra for the “RIP” package and I’m glad we didn’t. We were definitely left behind throughout the entire tour because we didn’t choose that package since it was our first time there. I didn’t feel like we missed much though. It’s worth doing it once to see the stuff in my opinion. Bucket list item…..check!!!

We had the best time here! As avid fans of the show it was so cool to see objects we've heard so much about, as well as so many others we didn't know were contained within. It's hard to write a review and not give things away, I don't want to diminish the experience for anyone else. The no photos except for outside and the “box office” where they check your reservation and issue RIP passes & GA tickets is great. It would absolutely wreck the experience and take away any mystery. The RIP tour was absolutely worth the extra money, getting to see six extra rooms and have a little different experience than the GA ticket was really cool. The lanyard in the beginning and free shirt you receive at the end are awesome perks that make for great souvenirs. Some of the rooms were absolutely breathtaking, objects of incredible significance and history right at your fingertips (but NO touching) is unreal. Standing in the presence of storied objects and vehicles is so incredible and some are heartbreaking. There's some rooms that have video or audio by Zak upon entry and they further explain what you're about to see if the tour guide is not in there with you. Also, you’re not obligated to do anything, if there’s content you don’t want to see, you’re given the option to not go in the room. We went in all the rooms. The one negative is there's so much content, so much stuff to read, displays and signage, that it's nearly impossible to take it all in with the amount of time you spend at each place. We definitely missed a handful of things we wanted to read or look at, but by the time it was our turn it was time to shuffle off to the next thing to keep the tour flowing. We totally understood but it was still a bit of a bummer and not enough to leave a bad review. We can't say we experienced any connection to any objects in the museum, but it definitely left an impression on us and we're likely to go back in the future.

First thing - when you go there, go to the parking lot that you enter from 6th street - right by the black house with gargoyles. The front of the museum has very little parking. It was a pretty cool experience! The collection is amazing, and it's set up nice except that I really didn't appreciate the fog- it stinks, and I feel that there is no need to make the atmosphere creepier. (It was only in a couple of sections, though) Also, some parts were dark enough that it was difficult to see some of the pictures and things. Maybe this is done to keep the tour moving, but seeing that there's something there that you can't really see is a bit frustrating. We were hesitant to get the RIP pass after reading some of the reviews, but the fan in our group wanted to, so we did, and I'm glad we did. In our group, everyone had the RIP, so it wasn't a big deal as far as waiting, but there were a couple of rooms that not everyone wanted to go into, and it wasn't a big deal for them to wait. They just looked at some more of the collection that was in the halls or in the next area, which was only a couple of steps away. The museum is built in a house, so it's just like getting a tour of a home- not like you are waiting for 10 minutes with nothing to do. It was just a couple of minutes, and there's plenty to see. Overall, we all enjoyed it and will be talking about it for a long time. If you are into creepy stuff, it's a good time and worth the money. It's not super "scary", but it definitely has an eerie/ creepy vibe. The pictures I added are just the entrance/waiting area. They don't let you photograph anything else.

My fiancé and I went there on Dec. 20th. I had so much fun, he felt sick in a few areas. So we watch Ghost Adventures and love the episodes. When we went into korvorkians room he was standing in the spot that all those women stood in that fainted and he felt dizzy. It could be supernatural or it could be the mind playing tricks on him since we’ve seen the quarantine episodes. In the demon room where the stairs are he had to leave, he said he felt like throwing up and he was about to fall over. I pulled him out of the room. Now I had a lot of fun, I went to every single room. I said hello to Peggy, excited to see her and she said hello back, excited to see me. (I had a nosebleed the next morning but so worth it!) After the video about the dibbuk boxes Zak has, the door opened by itself and I literally pranced in, excited to see the dibbuk boxes, unfortunately I was unable to see/feel the dibbuk, looked like some prayers were written all over the glass and on back of dibbuk box. My fiancé said I surprised the tour guides and all the other people, including a few military guys that didn’t go into the room, by running into the dibbuk box room and how excited I was. At the end of the tour I asked my fiancé “Is that a real Chucky doll?” And this doll, named Cynthia, was behind us and there was a hiss that said “yesss” very loudly where we both heard it. It is so worth it, I would love to go again and next time get the RIP experience!!!

I always wanted to experience this!!! The museum is all you imagine and more, but I would love for them to change how much people they put on the groups that enter when you pay for the VIP service, because some people just want to see everything quick and there is much to see inside you have to take your time, I just feel I couldn't see everything, I will have to come back for sure, if you are in Las Vegas make sure you go to visit this one. Also you can find the TV show of the museum on Max/HBO (The Haunted Museum, that is what it is called), so you can have some info about what you are going to see inside beforehand.

It is definitely a must see if you are into paranormal places. He has acquired a lot of different artifacts and interesting items. The fact that the museum itself has a dark history adds to the atmosphere. It is worth noting that you aren't allowed to photograph during the 2 hour long guided tour. Overall, it was worth seeing if you are in the area.

Staff is VERY nice, informative, and VERY accommodating. If there's a room or something you don't wanna see, they do warn you and you have a choice not to go see the item if you don't want to. We went on 7/21/22 with the "RIP" tour. Tour is very lengthy. (2 hours plus) but worth it! I didn't get the females name, but Patrick (amazing guide!) Took over as she needed a break. Patrick thank you so much! This museum is huge and fantastic with the items Zak has been collecting. Put together very nicely. Will visit again! Photos only allowed in lobby area, attached to review.

**Update!!!! So could be pure coincidence but I went to the museum on Thursday 10/20 while there I felt a tug on my shorts. I'm sure in the surveillance video you can see me react. Well on Sat 10/22 the music festival i wanted to go was canceled and I had to be taken to the emergency room and On Mon 10/24 I was involved in a car accident! Wednesday 10/25 my flight was canceled. Now I know it could all be coincidence but I've never had a string of bad luck like this ever! I still recommend the museum but be careful and don't look the doll in the eyes! Absolutely the coolest thing I did in Vegas!!!!!! I recommend the RIP pass! If I ever come back I will do this again but the flash light tour edition! It's expensive but I promise you it is so worth it soooo cool! The exhibits are awesome and the guides are great!!! I can't rave about this place enough thank you Zak!!!!!

No pictures are allowed once you enter. This was a really fun experience. Very informative, it's not too much on the scary side so don't worry! It has some "thrilling" or "suspenseful" areas but is overall a themed museum experience. The tour guides and even entrance host are really great, they have great stories to tell and explain the artifacts seen throughout. Whether you get the RIP access or not, the tour is long enough that you'll be happy you did it!

This tour was awesome! Mike checked us in and did the upstairs tour. He was very good at his job. I have a bad leg and am a newly diagnosed diabetic. He checked on me to make sure I was ok multiple times during the upper tour part. When we got to the second part of the tour, Shawna was our guide. She was absolutely amazing! Her energy and caring for her patrons to assure we are having the best experience possible is second to none. We had multiple conversations with her and she was super interactive. My wife was scared to see a few exhibits, and Shawna stayed with her and made her feel at home. She deserves a A+++

This place is nuts. The tour was around 2.5 hours. Zak has acquired the most amazing oddities from around the world. I highly recommend this macabre museum. No photos allowed inside, so you'll have to see it to believe it.

It is definitely a place to visit, because there are a lot of cool displays. Overall, the whole experience was ok. RIP package seemed like a waste for the extra cost. Those exhibits should be part of the main experience. We felt pushed through the rooms too fast. Some have quite extensive displays, but you're not given enough time to look them over. Every room had a video Zak made, and by the end of the tour, you never wanted to hear his voice again. He just sounded like he was too full of himself. In one room, the audio was not working, so the manager came in to explain the exhibit and story, which ended up being the most memorable part because she was so much better than the videos. We felt like we missed so much to look at, but don't plan on spending that much money to do it again.

This exceeded my expectations. The guides were great, the artifacts interesting, the displays high quality and engaging, and the tour was long enough that I felt I more than got my money's worth without becoming tiresome. We enjoy Zak's TV shows and, if you do, too, or you are interested in the paranormal, or you are just down for a good time, I would highly recommend. Also recommended: the RIP upgrade. The spooky trip through the basement was well worth it, as was the souvenir t-shirt. Do it and have fun.

This place turned out to be different than I thought but in a good way. It has the historical aspect of a museum and the horror aspect of artifacts used in real murders. The tour itself was very long, like an 1.5-2 hours. A little long for my liking but we also got the RIP pass which was totally worth it for the souvenir shirt and going into the doll closet. If you're a fan of serial killers or true crime this is definitely a place to check out. While I didn't buy into every story they told, some seemed a little exaggerated for effect, it still was very informative and unique. I loved seeing Bonnie and Clyde's tackle box and the Night Stalker's drawings. Quite a number of celebrities have come through this museum and the whole visit was well worth the price. The staff and tour guides were fun and friendly.

This was so absolutely worth it! We decided to upgrade to the RIP tour and it was definitely worth the extra price. I don't want to spoil anything for potential guests and fans. But if you are a horror junkie in any capacity as I am, go here! The staff is also friendly and funny, and very helpful.

Pretty cool museum. I've wanted to go for a while, and was excited to finally visit. We paid for the upgraded RIP PASS to see five extra rooms, and I'm not sure it was worth it for getting a t shirt. The 5 extra rooms were okay. Nothing amazing. Kind of wish they had other options since I'm not really a t shirt person so it's going to just sit in my drawer. A tank top would have been better for me, or some other souvenir. I enjoyed the artifacts and haunted\cursed items, especially the true crime sections, but I never really felt creeped out or scared (except for the jump scares delivered in the circus rooms). But then I'm not easily scared or spooked. I like the supernatural and I find it intriguing, but it doesn't scare me at all. I think the flashlight tour would have been more creepy for me, if at all. A woman in our tour group had to sit down repeatedly and leave the room several times, but I attribute that to standing for long periods of time in small stuffy hot rooms crammed with people, smoke machines, lights and sounds rather than supernatural influence. They make you turn your phone off, which is kind of a bummer because at the end of the 2 hour tour I had thirty texts from my family trying to plan dinner and wondering where the heck I was for so long. There are some really cool things to look at, but I felt rushed through the rooms sometimes, and unable to read or absorb everything I wanted to. There are several other tours going on simultaneously so they have to keep you moving along. Overall cool and fun experience, interesting items. Not scary, for me anyways, but it would freak a lot of people out, so if you're sensitive and like being scared, this is your opportunity.

I had no idea what to expect going into the museum. I was mind blown. Zack definitely has many amazing, weird, and mysterious items in his museum. I saw an object move, was touched on my back, and consistently experienced energy changes. 7 of us went in together and with in the first 15 minutes when we entered the the first Dr.Death room 4 of our friends had to step out. 2 of them did not return to the tour, but in that one room we all had different experiences at the same time. I don’t recommend going to the museum if you scare easy, if your emotionally delicate, or if your faint of heart, it is very intense. After we were physically, emotionally, and spiritually exhausted, our energy was completely drained. A few friends went in not believing, but after the tour they were believers.

Amazing tour yesterday evening! My wife wanted too visit as her must stop in Vegas. We got the regular tour, the RIP was a little too much for us. We had a fun time, seeing all the rooms, we got poked and grabbed in the doll closet (RIP access) and Kevorkian office space where me and my wife got dizzy, My wife also got her pocket tugged at while walking up stairs too the clown exhibit. The tour guides are some of the best guides, interesting individuals that chat with you and want too know what your feeling as you go thru the Museum. Amazing crew of people, especially the security guards, who are usually, scary and get the "oh don't speak too me vibe", but the backyard security guard was so friendly and chatted with us while we waited for our groups other member. 5 stars for the crew, they did an outstanding job with our tour!

LOVED IT, so much so that we went back the next day for another tour. Great tour guides, friendly and knowledgeable. So many awesome things to see and experience. Our faves were the Dybbuk box and the basement, I experienced my first ever paranormal experience in the Al Capone room and Peggy the doll said, "Hi!" to us. Can't wait to go back for the night tour!!!

Never in my life have I ever had a paranormal experience... until I came here! I really think it was the little kids who lived here was following me throughout the museum. Wish I could see footage where I thought I felt things. I've never really opened myself up to things but I'm also a believer. Still didn't allow myself to really open up and sure enough I felt a few things! I plan on visiting again and every time I go to Vegas. Totally worth doing the RIP All access!

My wife and I were there for the first time last weekend. It was absolutely awesome. We had the R.I.P tour. While in the house when I was down in the basement, my name was said through the live spirit box that is running down in the basement. Something grabbed my right foot while walking through the museum and I was the last in the line of people walking with no one around me. Lastly in the Charles Mansion section of the jail room the left side of my t-shirt I was wearing was tugged and I was the only person in that part of the exhibit at that time. I had so much fun in there. As i stated it was my first time there and I can't wait to go back next year. I LOVE The Haunted Museum. Thank you Zak and all your staff.

We enjoyed our afternoon at the haunted museum. The museum has lots of interesting memorabilia. I'm not a believer in ghosts and spirits and such, but I still found it quite fascinating. The serial killer room and Dr. Kevorkian were very interesting. The tour took close to 2 1/2 hours to finish. We were all pretty tired from standing by the end of the tour. I purchased our tickets ahead of time online prior to going on our trip.

I went yesterday for my 21st birthday also in honor of my late cousin who loved ghost adventures but, she never got to experience this in her life time but, I did it for her. I went with my husband and we had an absolute blast. The tour guide was absolutely incredible she was so sweet and yes, you have multiple tour guides and to say the least they are very accommodating. You can tell Zak had put a lot of thought and love into everything every little detail from the lobby to every room the details alone makes this tour so worth it! I highly recommend getting the RIP TICKETS that’s what I had you get to experience things a little closer and up close without the rest of the group! You feet will hurt after the three hour tour which I did complain about halfway about but, it is to be expected because it is an old building with old floors and ALOT of walking and stopping (33 rooms). We did spend 3 hours walking around it was money well spent! Thank you Zak for all the details in this museum, you definitely went above and beyond. If you know nothing about the show either, it will still be a really good museum to go to!

Great fun at Zak'. Can't wait to go back. Amazing guided tour through all the room. Everything you seen on the Ghost Adventures show was there up close. Little pricey but very fun for the money. About 2 hours long tour. Didn't see any of the cast members but enjoyed every minute of it. If you are ever in Vegas you need to go.

Wow! We have gone to multiple museums around the country and this was by far the best. Just Incredible. There was something for everyone. The information and the way they set everything up was just beautiful. The sounds and the layout was mesmerizing. Our tour guides were amazing and knew so much. Their outfits were on point. Everyone was so nice especially the security guard; Ricky. He helped us with signing our waivers and making sure our party knew where to go. So helpful. If you haven’t been you need to go. Vegas hospitality at it’s best.

Had a GREAT experience! The only bad part is that they make it so extra as if it was one of those fake haunted houses that have pop up scares. Like why do that at a ACTUAL haunted museum? It's scary enough. But overall I loved it. There was this one girl with her mom who was happy and excited during the tour until after seeing "The Dubbuk Box", she was being a bit distance from her mom. I asked her mom if she was ok and the mom and daughter left the museum. Aside from that happening, I enjoyed it! Definitely returning.

an interesting place… many rooms and experiences to go through. lots of history and the tour guides are very knowledgeable. we upgraded to the rip pass but not too sure if it was worth the money(?). rooms are very small and stuffy (especially with the vegas heat) and you can’t bring in your own drinks so that might explain why some people collapse… would recommend of this genre is your type.

The Haunted Museum has lots of artifacts that will intrigue your spirits. lots of the artifacts have been obtained from around the world. The tour is about 2 /2 hours and there are not rest areas. No food or drinks allowed inside. You will need to be able to climb stairs for this your. If you get the "RIP" pass, there are some areas that you will need crawl on your hands and knees. I would highly recommend this tour.

This experience was just as overly dramatic as Zak is on his shows. There were a lot of very cool and interesting areas and pieces, so overall, I am glad I did the tour. I might consider doing the flashlight ghost tour if I'm ever in the area again. The tour guides were fantastic and engaging. These are some of the reasons I rated 3 stars: We did the guided VIP tour. You are shuffled from room to room where the door is shut and a video is played. Once the video stops, you aren't given much time to review the room before the door opens and you are escorted to the next area. A VIP pass is only worth it if you plan to buy a Tee-shirt in the gift shop or want to spend 3 minutes in the basement. They don't allow outside food or drinks. They do not allow photos. The James Dean experience was underwhelming. You had to watch a video that is several minutes long before getting to the "reveal" piece. There is an area that is set up like a haunted house with clowns for those that might be sensitive to that.

It was not bad. Some of the employees were amazing with how they controlled the tour. But the only few things are that the videos are way too long, plus you don't get enough time to read or look at any info or pictures. They just rush you from one room to the other. Plus, the gift store is 50/50.

We really enjoyed our experience at the museum. The hosts were all wonderful, and knowledgeable. If you had a question that they didn’t know they answer to? They were quick to seek out the answer on their headset. Another big bonus for us was how mindful they were of people’s boundaries. We were able to bypass a part of the tour, no questions asked. We were sad that we had to turn off our phones, but we also understand why, and immediately responded to others that were asking “well, I guess you’ll have to go and see it one day”. If you like seeking out ways to freak yourself out- it’s a great spot to visit. If you like seeking out rare items of the occult, and having some history lessons- it’s a great spot to visit! It is only as scary as you make it.

Really great experience and a must stop if you're a fan of Ghost Adventures, the paranormal, or honestly even just weird stuff with interesting stories attached. Note that this isn't a Halloween haunted house with jump scares, it's a proper museum and tours will take you through explaining the history and stories behind the collection. The tour is LONG and you really get your money's worth, particularly for the RIP all access pass exploring every room of the house. Shout out to Lucas and the other guides who were all fantastic and really seemed to have fun enjoying what they do!

Very cool place! I took my son while he was on spring break and we had a blast. There are lots of really cool exhibits and the tour guides give pretty good information as well as the video parts of the tour. Our tour was almost 3 hours long and we also got the RIP tickets. Definitely worth the money. Have plans to go back!!

Is this place haunted? Let's just say for no reason I can explain I found myself getting shivers up my spine. When we entered the Dybbuk box room you could feel the energy change I couldn't wait to get out! Then I thought I was brave enough to look at Peggy... wrong! I saw her foot and bailed! Now, the basement! I thought that would be much worse than it was. My wife however pulled me through that place so fast I might not have had enough time to experience anything. If you are a fan I would recommend doing this thing to the fullest! Oh and if you have a weak constitution this isn't the place for you. Zak Thank you for the experience but I don't think I'll be back.

A neat experience for sure! I enjoyed it way more than I had anticipated. We did the RIP tour and just a couple weeks later I’m wanting to go through it again. My teenage son and daughter loved it as well. The tour took 2 hours and people are right you can’t see it all in two hours but what do they expect. Even if you took 5 hours you couldn’t see everything in there. Well worth the money.

Such an awesome experience!! My wife and I are huge fans of Ghost Adventures and have been wanting to visit here for years, it was well worth the wait!! We reserved our spot ahead of time and only waited outside for about 10-15 minutes. We only just missed seeing Zak, that would have put this amazing trip over the top!! The tour took about 2 hours but there is SO MUCH to see I could've stayed longer! Everyone there was so nice from security to our guides. The tour guides were amazing, full of knowledge and information. I recommend the RIP upgrade for sure! You get access to places you wouldn't without it, such as the basement. It had a completely different vibe to it!! We will without a doubt be going back!!

MY FAVORITE experience in Las Vegas! Came all the way from Nashville and couldn’t have been happier to accidentally miss my flight for it. (Even though the next flight I could board was flight 1666 👀.) I have been a huge fan of Zak Bagans since I was little and Zak Bagans’ Museum has been on my very short bucket listen since it opened. Thank you to Zak and the incredible tour guides of the museum. The tour was incredibly in depth and the tour guides were very knowledgeable. Definitely want to experience the RIP all access next time :)

It is a great place if you like the supernatural or if you are simply a fan of the show. Zag collected a lot of unique items. From the ski mask of Ted Bundy to puppets that are supposedly cursed. The whole thing is set up in a very atmospheric way so you get that creeping feeling. And that's why we all love places like that, don't we? Some people were actually afraid to go into some rooms after the guide explained the details of the items contained in those rooms. Then there are some movie related items (Poltergeist and Ghostbusters for example). You are guided through all the dark and spooky rooms by a guide who explains everything. And this is the only reason what I only gave it 4 stars: if you are not a native speaker then it's often hard to follow them because they speak fast and the covid masks don't help the situation either. And if you are afraid of clowns: Think twice before visiting this place :)

This was seriously one of the most fun things I have ever done! Whether you're a believer or not, this place is absolutely FILLED with the coolest and weirdest stuff I've ever seen. If you're a fan of the show I suggest you get the RIP access pass. You get to do things that the normies don't 😂 I can't recommend enough! You have to see it with your own eyes!

Didn't get any scratches, so that's good. Would have been amazing to meet the guys, but... We did the RIP tour, was pretty fun, and definitely well performed. We had 13 people in our group (two kinda large guys). Some of the rooms were very cramped and rushed through. For the price of the RIP, I think being able to take a little more time to see things would be so amazing. Otherwise it was alot of fun.

This was one of the most important places to visit in Vegas for our family since we enjoy his shows, along with true crime. We had thee best time. 😊 The tour was about 2 1/2-3 hrs long for us and was well worth it. You could definitely experience the paranormal presences there. The tour guides were very informative and personable. The gift shop was full of great things to purchase. Everyone that worked at the museum was very helpful and kind. We were just kind of bummed to miss out on meeting Zak by an hour or so. But would definitely love to visit again and do the flashlight ghost tour. If you're out in the area, I suggest checking it out.

It was an awesome experience for sure! The museum was very creepy and fun. I would recommend getting the RIP pass holder. You'll get 6 extra rooms to see, plus a free shirt and lanyard as well. The only thing I didn't like too much was that the tour guides seemed like they wanted to hurry up and go on to the next rooms. There's definitely a lot to look at and read about, but I didn't get the chance to much. I just felt like you were being rushed in certain areas. Other wise, 5 of 5 stars! So much fun! I'm definitely going back again soon

Totally worth going. I got the RIP passes and it was great. We were allowed access to enter into the basement which was actually closed off to the public until recently. There was around 30+ rooms as well. One of my friends was in a wheelchair but we were able to get around and everyone was very kind and helpful. It was truly an eerie place and there was a lot of emotions that i had developed. Cried during one of the rooms and strange things would happen to my legs. They felt like jello. These objects are very much real and of course not all are cursed or haunted but beware of what you do. Be respectful that way something doesn’t follow you home. The tour guides were very kind and did great explanations. Obviously no photos nor videos allowed. Just be mindful once again of your surroundings and be careful not to touch anything. And do not try to provoke anything nor say rude things to any of the cursed/haunted objects. You have no idea what you are dealing with. Tour was around 2 hours or so. Overall I am excited to come back again, this time, for the flashlight tour.

I am a huge fan of Ghost Adventures and Zak Bagans. It was so much fun getting a taste of what Zak and his team experience with the paranormal. Be prepared for super dark energy when you enter! Thank you Zak for creating this museum and sharing your love of all things dark and haunted!

Wellll I got back to the hotel after visiting the museum and noticed I had scratches on my body. I kept complaining that my hip was hurting/burning and my back hurt while walking through the museum. I don’t even have long nails to do this to myself…I was shocked. I also have a tattoo on the back of my thigh that says “love me like my demons do” what a coincidence. I had an awesome experience and I will definitely be back! The experience was phenomenal and scary. This will push you to your limits. This is a must if you like paranormal, history, and adrenaline. I love ghost adventures!!

This was a dream come true! If you are a fan of Ghost Adventures and Zak Bagans, this will not disappoint! We did the RIP experience and got to go in to the basement. This was my favorite part! Your guides are awesome, great energy and friendly. About 2 hours and though the sound can be overwhelming in some areas, they are constantly monitoring for activity so you will hear devices doing their thing. Super cool and a personal check off my bucket list!

We paid for the RIP tour. It was very interesting and would definitely do it again. Unfortunately for us the power went out half way through. The tour guids did there best and still explained the exhibits. We did miss a bunch of stuff I would have liked to have seem but them the breaks. They did do good by us and refunded half the tickey prices since this was our last night and we could not do the reschedule which was offered to us. Side note, the tour guides and we met a few were all great and very personable.

Such a great experience! Super spooky. I even screamed at one point lol Even if you're a non-believer... you will enjoy this tour.

This was soooo interesting. From the outside, you have NOOOOO idea how much you are getting into (no photos allowed inside, I respect it). So many different categories of artifacts & info. Maybe the most interesting spot of Vegas. Every single tour guide (we probably had 6 - 8) was AMAZING!!! We have had Disney passes around 10 years, this is about that amazing especially because of the awesome guides. Thank you guys for this mind blowing experience ♥️♥️♥️

This is the second time I’ve been to this place. Every time I go, they add more details and Zach actually narrates a lot of it on a video in each room. It’s very interesting and I feel that you can have your own experience with the items, it’s more an educational level and it’s not hokey. If you know Zach it’s very true Experiences. One thing, is the tour is over two hours long and there’s no chairs and it’s on hardwood floors so your back does get a little sore standing. I Highly recommend this point of interest while visiting Vegas. We went during the week and it wasn’t that crowded, but I do recommend purchasing tickets in advance and they are over $100 apiece. Plenty of parking though.

Was looking forward to this visit since I booked it in January. Loved it! It would be nice if you could stroll at your leisure to see everything.

My family came all the way from Michigan to see the haunted museum. Our tour guides Craig & Jill were great. The RIP Tour is definitely worth the money. I want to go back to do the Flash Light Tour in the future. We didn’t back down from seeing any of the rooms. The basement creeped me out the most & made me very emotional all of the sudden. My mom tripped and knocked over the candle inside the pentagram, oops. we heard talking on the spirit box. It sounded like it said “thank you”?? Idk. I was too flustered to focus. It felt like we were only down there for 30 seconds, but apparently it was minutes according to everyone else. Peggy The Doll also said “Hi” to my Mom & I on the spirit box as well. Had some feelings of lightheadedness throughout the tour, but nothing too crazy for myself. After we left the museum, we visited the world famous pawn shop, where my mom got pushed against the wall, fell, and injured her toe. The same foot that knocked over the candle in the basement. So crazy. coincidence?

Great place to take a tour.. Thanks for a unique experience. I had an amazing time and learned so much. The history and the eye "candy ". Amazing. The items and unique collection is up my alley. If you get sick or uneasy there a crew ready to assist. A lot of people experience things and so did I. Thanks again Zack and his crew for this.

So this was an interesting place! Had a couple of experiences. 1 being the floor felt uneven like I couldn't get my balance all through the tour. 2 coming down the stairs and entering a room with a chair crossed the threshold and woah instant nausea. It left as fast as it came. The history and some amazing things Zak has collected are incredible! Things you sure don't see every day!
