Extremely Unprofessional - Booked this tour prior to our Vegas trip. After arriving at the pick up point early (45 minutes before the tour since we walked and didn't want to be late), my wife received a call from the tour company that the tour was cancelled because they didn't have enough people. While I have understand that with illness, or mechanical issues, a last minute notice may be necessary, but for this cancellation they should have notified us the night before so that we could have made other plans. (Even a heads up about a potential cancellation.) Now we have a wasted day in Vegas since we're not gamblers, and we come for specific tours and shows, and we're scrambling trying to find something worthwhile.

Christian was our tour guide and he was a blast. I didnā€™t realize all that we actually got to do. The new stadium for the Las Vegas Raiders, the Shelby museum, the famous Las Vegas sign, etc. Honestly I was a little disappointed with Counts Kustoms. It was dark and small. We didnā€™t tour the shop. They had a few people milling around watching us, but nothing behind Dannyā€™s cars. I didnā€™t really expect to see any of the guys from the show but I did think we would see more. The tour of their shop seemed rushed. After that we were offered to see the shop from Pawn Stars with a behind the scenes tour for a little extra money of course. Christian seemed to know everyone around and was lots of fun. We had a small group which made it even better. We did see Chum from the show and decided to eat at the BBQ joint that Rick owns. Neat experience overall. I would ask for Christian again.

This tour started out as something off the beaten path to do while in Vegas. Little did we know this would be one of the best tours we have ever been on. Christian, our tour guide aka ā€œThe Entertainerā€, was fun, knowledgeable and pulled a complete group of strangers together like we had know each other forever. Highly recommend the VIP your of Count Kustoms for all you car enthusiast.

Easy and efficient booking process. Mike was a great guide. He talked a bit about the history of Las Vegas and each location we visited. We packed a lot into the 4.5 hr tour and went to multiple locations including the famous Las Vegas sign. Got to meet Ryan from Count Kustoms! Was really cool to physically see the places we watch on TV.

This is an amazing tour if you are a true American muscle car lover. My husband and I had a great time. Christian was an awesome tour guide who really made the tour a memorable experience.

My son and I took the History channel Las Vegas tour that included stops at Counts Customs, Vegas Rat Rods, Shelby USA and Pawn Stars. Our Guide Christian was great! His knowledge of Vegas and all the attractions was outstanding. He has a great working relationship with the people running each of our stops. He also did a great job of translating and making sure the group of 4 Italians That were on our bus got the full experience. The best part of the tour was the behind the scenes look at the Pawn Stars shop. It was our lucky day when he was able to hook us up with the TV producers to participate in filming a commercial for Pawn Stars later that evening. We were able to up close and personal with Rick Harrison the star of the show! I would highly recommend this tour with Christian.

I highly recommend this tour group! The price was reasonable and well worth every penny! Our guide was so funny! He knew folks at the places we visited and the experience couldnā€™t have been any better! He helped us get some great pictures and make forever memories!

Amazing tour! I accompanied my dad, who is a fan of the show, so I wasn't expecting too much... but I ended up having a really fun time! The visit to the Pawn Stars shop was interesting, but what made it a fun tour were all the other places we visited and the professionalism of the tour guide. The guide really knows what he's talking about and makes visits way more interesting. I highly recommend the tour. The fun-to-price ratio is unbeatable!

Our tour guide Christian was AWESOME! He went above and beyond to make this tour a definite highlight of our trip. He easily connected with his guests, kept the flow of the tour at a ā€œjust rightā€ pace and his anecdotes during the trip kept even the non car enthusiasts entertained! 100% recommended!!

We had a fantastic time on this tour!! I was so impressed by all the places we visited and even more impressed and astounded by the amazing tour guide we had. His name was Christian and he knew so much about every place we visited as well as Vegas history in general. Even though we didnā€™t have a direct tour guide from the Shelby American shop, Christian gave the tour as they have an agreement with the shop. (An added bonus for choosing Annie Bananie tours!) I was a little worried about that, but Christian really knew his stuff!! (I am a Shelby enthusiast) I highly recommend upgrading your tour. It was so worth it to visit all the other places as well! Christian was so friendly and all around nice guy that also helped take our photos at the best spots!! I would highly recommend Christian as your tour guide and Annie Bananie tours as well! Loved riding in the bus that was customized by Count Kustoms!!

Tour was very informative and had several recognizable destinations. Christian kept it light and humorous and answered all our questions. He even dropped us off back at our hotels. Would highly recommend this tour.

The tour was very much more than just a tour. The guide was informed about las vegas' history it's future and the present. He made my day despite my hangover. My attitude was better when it came to an end. I tried to reach him to let him know. But yeah 5 stars.

These guys are awesome! Their new train tour is the bomb. We wanted a tour of vegas to show us the city and the train tour was perfect for us. It was so much fun and plan to rent their super cool train for an upcoming event in the Fall.

I had the pleasure of enjoying the newest tour, The Las Vegas Movie Tour, courtesy of Annie Bananie Tours and Introdeuce Las Vegas. The Movie Your Bus will pick you up at the Treasure Island Casino location, and this tour will show you the many incredible movies, cameo roles, and the magical movie scenes that were filmed in Las Vegas! As you enjoy your complimentary popcorn and water, you will be truly mesmerized by the movie scenes on the screen - as you are passing the Las Vegas Casino locations and the movie filming locations! You will be magically transported through the Las Vegas Strip areas, as well as the Downtown/Old Las Vegas/Fremont Street locations. The tour will take about 90 minutes, and you will love every movie cameo and scene you will experience! I do highly recommend this tour for families, friends, and movie buffs!

Experience wasn't very good unfortunately. Didn't appreciate the tour guide trying to upsell something that was supposed to b included in the tour after he shows up 30 minutes late. The vehicle should have front facing seats , not side to side. Just a cheap set up

Had NO idea what to expect from this tour, but I am glad I went. It is very fortuitous that they provide water, too! You start with Allegiant stadium for some cool facts, and then youā€™re on your way to the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign where your tour guide will be more than happy to help you skip the line and make sure you get a snap of your Vegas moment. Next was the Shelby museum where the guides have a PLETHORA of knowledge on the cars and their history. Even not being a huge car buff myself, I found it just fascinating the ins and outs of it all. We even got to experience a cool new part of the tour at a place called Welderup where we saw some of of Evel Knievelā€™s old vehicles. In that same vein, we went on to Countā€™s Kustomā€™s for even more impressive automobiles, and we even saw Elviraā€™s car! Then we got to head downtown to Neonopolis where we actually got to meet one of the experts that helps with sports memorabilia on Pawn Stars (Jeremy Brown of Ultimate Sports Cards and Memorabilia) in addition to visiting the Toy Shack where we actually got 20% off since we were on the tour. We, of course, end at the very shooting location of the world famous Pawn Stars where you should definitely be sure to bring at least one item you want to find out about because YOU JUST NEVER KNOW!!! They own the BBQ place next door, and I recommend the burnt brisket sandwich if you got time. All in all, the tour takes as fast or as slow as your group moves. We went on five hours, but thereā€™s literally so much to see (and even buy if youā€™re so moved). You can even bring your beer on as long as you donā€™t pass the yellow line!

We went on this tour while in Las Vegas. We had Suzie for a driver/guide. I must say she was nothing short of marvelous! She was very informative and comical! We had a great time in great conversation with the other people on the bus! I would highly recommend checking this out if you are so inclined to go on a tour around Las Vegas!! If 10 Stars was an option I'd still pick 11 ā¤ļø

Annie was great and very servicial and the stories she told was fantastic. The ride was great and we have knew a lot of places that we saw only in TV Shows..... We recommend the ride a lot. The only bad thing we can say about it, is to get a better AC for the truck because it wasn't enough were very uncomfortable in the back because we had all the hot air of the air Conditioner. We know that was the hottest days in Las Vegas when we were there but we travel in others buses and was freeze inside we prefer that. Thank so much!

  • 5/5 Cathy H. 2 years ago on Google
Christian was an awesome guide! Very knowledgeable about all the cars at the locations we visited. It felt like we got a personal tour instead of a generic experience.

  • 1/5 Sherry B. 2 years ago on Google
The van's AC was very out dated and did not work properly. The trip was HORRIBLE. It was warmer inside the van than outside and the outside temperature was extreme. They even ran out of water for the passengers. The driver was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The tour description commits to meeting one of the Pawn Star people and that we would be treated as VIP; however, that is the farthest from what actually happened. We were stopped at the door and had to wait in line with everyone else. NOONE from there even spoke to us. We were very disappointed in every aspect of the tour...down to what was on display. The items we were excited about seeing (war items, car items, antiques) were not even on display. I even asked about them and I was told, they only have out the items that sell. HUMM... very misleading. We did NOT meet anyone from Pawn Stars and were not even approached by anyone. The "so-called" VIP badges meant NOTHING! Part of our tour was to see Counts Kustom's and Shelby American - both of those were super cool to see and the AC worked really well.

Pawn Stars Tour was decent. Not enough time at each stop to really look or buy. Can easily get to all but Tanked on your own.

  • 5/5 Lisa S. 2 years ago on Google
The tour busses arrived exactly on time. The meeting location was slightly confusing as the pickup was not the benches furthest west as instructed. Mike, our tour guide was wonderful--very personable and knowledgeable. Enjoyed all the tour stops. I thought Pawn Stars would be the highlight, but Counts Customs turned out to be. Highly recommend!

This really was a great tour and our guide was amazing! It was so great to learn about so many aspects of Las Vegas besides just the Pawn Stars. Not only did he know a ton of info he seemed be genuinely interested in all of it as he talked about it, which makes it so great to listen. Everywhere we stopped we had plenty of time and never felt rushed. I canā€™t give this your enough praise, especially for the money. Anyone will enjoy this tour, even if you never saw Pawn Stars!

Had a great time on the quick tour of Vegas including Pawn Stars etcā€¦If youā€™re new to Vegas I recommend this tour. Mike, our tour guide, gave a lot of stories and facts about the city. Highly recommend!!!

Pawn Star Tour was amazing. Mike was a Great Tour Guide! He went above and beyond. Counts Customs went out of the way to autograph my husband shirt! Also Gold and Silver Pawn shop was Awesome! I recommend Ricks Barbecue. Friendly Customer Service.

This was the best tour if you are a fan of Pawn Stars! Mike was the most charismatic tour guide, even sharing with us his knowledge of Las Vegas and taking us to some sites not advertised on the tour. This was the highlight of my Vegas trip!

  • 5/5 Julie S. 1 year ago on Google
It was so much fun! The bus is air conditioned, so you are always comfortable. Our tour guide was amazing! He was full of life and fun. He took us past the Raiders stadium . We then went to to visit the famous sign and on to our planned destinations. What was really amazing, was that out group was formed from different countries. And yet, even with language barriers, we still managed to communicate and share our love of music.

  • 2/5 Henry L. 1 year ago on Google
The tour fell way below average. From the website it said it guarantees you will meet one of the guys from the pawn shop. It also said bottled water would be given and it was not. After we were on the bus , we were asked to pay another $20 per person for the VIP experience. I felt like this was a scam to get more money. This should have been told when we paid for the tour. We only had barely an hour to look around. I never had a chance to even go across the plaza. Also the tour bus had issues with the AC, it barely worked. When we stopped at the Las Vegas sign we paid $8 for a vendor drink. The driver was nice he was good. The bus was 20 min late picking us up and it was 105 outside.

This was an AMAZING way to kick off our Vegas stay. Our tour guide, Christian, was so knowledgeable and fun!! We took the Countā€™s Kustomā€™s Tour which included stops at the Vegas sign, Shelby, Nostalgia Street Rods and Counts Kustomā€™s. Christian shared insider ins and outs of all of Vegas, the history, the mob, the jokes. He talked about the shows, but he talked about all the things you could see and do for free also. He also shared other local experiences available that were not directly on the strip. And the way he talked about the various stops was so amazing. He did a thorough informative tour of Shelby like he knew the back of his hand. He knows the people in the tour and he shared it all with you. I would probably take any tour if I knew he would be the tour guide. The tour was a great experience. The tour guide was outstanding! I would definitely recommend the experience!

The Strip & City Train Tour was such a fun and unique experience! Our tour guide Mike was very chatty and informative, and he knew loads of facts & stories about all the hotels we passed, as well as other key points of interest along the tour like the Lou Ruvo Center (which has instantly recognizable and fascinating architecture!). You learn quite a bit of the history of Vegas along the Strip, starting with its very origins as a train station in Fremont! There's a stop halfway through at the D Hotel on Fremont Street for half an hour to use the restroom right inside the hotel, grab a light bite, and walk around to explore the area for a bit while you're there. This was critical to me staying warm by walking around the whole time, since it's still quite chilly weather and the train is an open-top converted minibus! The train itself is absolutely amazing, and I wish I had taken any photos of it at all to show it off. Our driver was also named Mike, and he told me that he reconstructed the entire thing by himself to keep busy during the height of the pandemic! I think it's a very impressive vehicle, and I still can't believe he managed to make such an incredible transformation. One word of warning however is for anyone sensitive to noise - the train is equipped with a horn that gets pulled fairly often, and cars often honk at the train in order to hear it! They also play music on the train, and I felt like the old-school (80s?) music really gave the feeling of being in a movie montage as you take in the grandness of all the hotels on the way back. This tour also has a bit of a parade feel to it since people will also cheer and wave as the train passes by, so the level of noise and attention is something to keep in mind if you or your companions wouldn't like that.

Billed as a 4 .5 hour tour that started 15 minutes late and ended an hour early. We got a 3.5 hour tour in a mini bus with mostly side seats so you could not see anything unless you kept twisting in your uncomfortable seat. And the mini bus was a poor quality leopard skin covered thing more suited to a drunken bridal tour. And the floor was filthy. The tour - well for $155.90 two could have visited the 5 stores for far less. The Pawn Star store is really small and they only carry things in the thousand of dollar range. The stars never come to the store anymore. You see two stores of Pawn Star experts - a card store and a toy store, The Ford Shelby display and The Count guy who restores and paints cars. It was OK but horribly horribly horribly overpriced. Even for Vegas.
