I
would
have
given
this
venue
zero
stars
if
it
allowed
me.
Let
me
start
by
saying
that
NOBODY
should
ever
be
treated
the
way
myself
and
my
team
were
treated
by
Jonathan
Warren.
He
was
the
most
disrespectful
human
I
have
ever
come
across
in
my
years
in
the
industry.
We
helped
source
this
venue
for
a
client,
but
the
venue
was
booked
and
paid
directly
by
the
client
(unlike
what
Jonathan
says).
I
was
in
charge
of
all
of
our
vendors
bringing
in
decor/furniture
into
the
venue.
I
tried
multiple
times
to
contact
Jonathan,
but
as
he
told
me
onsite
"we
are
busy
and
aren't
phone
people".
I
never
once
saw
the
terms
he
is
referring
to,
otherwise
I
would
have
gladly
followed
every
term
as
we
do
with
all
venues.
His
communication
was
horrible
from
the
start
and
as
we
all
know
communication
can
lead
to
a
disaster.
Well
arriving
onsite,
Jonathan
had
not
removed
any
of
the
decor
promised
to
our
clients
on
the
2
walkthroughs
we
did.
He
denied
it
and
played
dumb
saying
the
conversations
never
happened.
When
I
explained
how
important
this
event
was
to
the
client
and
that
we
needed
to
make
something
happen
and
work
together
he
got
in
my
face
and
screamed
at
me
(multiple
times
this
day).
One
time
he
slammed
his
hands
on
the
table
yelling
"LISTEN
TO
ME,
I
AM
IN
CHARGE".
Another
time
he
got
in
my
face
and
yelled
that
he
wasn't
doing
anything
he
told
the
clients
he
would
do
and
if
I
didn't
like
it
I
could
take
the
money
and
get
the
hell
out.
As
this
was
an
important
event,
I
remained
calm.
He
eventually
worked
with
me
and
removed
the
items
we
spoke
about
(and
acted
completely
nice
and
calm).
When
our
bus
arrived,
he
got
in
my
staff's
face
and
started
screaming
at
her
about
the
size
of
the
vehicle.
The
information
he
"claims"
I
have
is
nowhere
to
be
found
and
he
cannot
provide
any
evidence
that
he
ever
gave
me
this
either.
Towards
the
end
of
our
event,
I
found
him
outside
screaming
at
my
catering
vendor
and
in
his
face.
I
walked
up
to
see
what
the
issue
was
and
try
to
help
resolve
it.
He
then
started
screaming
at
me
that
we
could
not
remove
the
catering
equipment
(dirty
dishes
and
glassware
from
the
house)
until
the
next
day.
I
explained
that
his
team
had
given
me
permission
to
do
this,
but
that
all
other
vendors
would
not
load
out
until
the
time
he
gave
me
the
following
day
(side
note,
it
took
about
6
emails
before
he
would
even
give
me
the
load
out
time).
He
got
inches
from
my
face
screaming
at
me
"who
did
you
get
permission
from?"
"it
wasn't
me
and
I
run
this
place"
I
explained
that
I
tried
to
contact
him
and
schedule
a
call
many
times
but
that
his
staff
Cynthia
(who
was
so
incredibly
sweet
and
apologetic)
confirmed
this.
He
started
screaming
at
me
to
move
the
truck
and
get
in
and
move
it
NOW.
I
told
him
it
was
not
my
truck
and
I
couldn't
move
it.
I
remained
calm
as
he
stood
screaming
with
spit
flying
in
my
face.
I
nicely
said
"please
get
out
of
my
face,
that
is
so
disrespectful".
Clearly,
this
was
the
wrong
thing
to
say
to
this
man
because
he
REALLY
lost
it
at
that
point.
He
put
his
finger
in
my
face
and
got
closer
to
my
face
until
his
nose
touched
my
nose
screaming
"I
WILL
GET
IN
YOUR
FACE
IF
I
WANT
TO"
"GET
OFF
MY
PROPERTY
NOW"
"SECURITY
REMOVE
HER
NOW".
Security
stood
there
as
they
had
just
witnessed
the
entire
thing
and
seemed
just
as
confused
as
I
was.
I
explained
that
all
of
my
belongings
were
inside
and
that
I
was
in
charge
of
making
sure
the
event
and
load
out
went
as
planned.
He
refused
to
let
me
inside
to
get
my
purse,
keys
or
any
of
my
own
property.
So
I
did
not
put
up
a
fight
and
walked
off
property,
to
the
street
in
the
pouring
rain
and
storm
we
were
having.
He
called
other
security
guards
to
all
gates
to
ensure
I
did
not
step
foot
on
his
property.
One
security
guard
even
went
as
far
to
come
out
and
take
off
his
jacket
and
make
sure
I
saw
his
gun
on
his
hip.
I
coordinated
loading
out
and
getting
my
belongings
back
with
my
team.
While
inside
he
got
in
2
of
my
other
staff's
faces
as
well.
It
is
sickening
to
know
this
man
gets
away
with
treating
people
this
way
&
doing
business
like
this.
