Please read!!! Ignore all the positive reviews because I guarantee they are fake!!! I’ve read reviews where they try and discredit the bad reviews by saying they’re just people that are paid to do so but I promise you, they’re not. Every bad review is spot on!! Me and a group of my friends rented a couple scooters and before we could even leave the shop one of the scooters would not start. An hour later into riding we ran into 4 other problems that caused the scooters not to start leaving one of us stranded each time. We eventually got tired of running into problems and asked for a refund so we can take our business elsewhere. They said “No” and that “they would give us a discount for the inconvenience”. Long story short when it was time to pay they forced us to pay for damages to the scooters!! The same ones that have been breaking down on us the whole day, $230 for me, 290 for my friend. These people are scammers and nothing less. They assumed that we were not machanicly inclined so they tried to come up with problems. The guy who inspected my scooter unscrewed the tail lights and tried to Charge us for that but we went out there and screwed them back in simple. I can go on and on but you guys and girls are getting tired of reading. Basically, Unless u want to ruin you’re trip to Vegas early then don’t go through them!! UPDATE So let’s say you go to a restaurant to eat. They seat you on a old, wobbly, squeaky chair. as soon as u sit down, your chair cracks. Should you be responsible for that. I don’t think so!! Scooters that can go 50mph max with like Zero torque doesn’t sound like much of a drag race to me, and I’m sure no one called, your mechanic informed you the same one that tried to create extra issues to charge. The same one that prolly came to our hotel to jump start the scooter that wouldn’t start while we were away. He could’ve easily took off the muffler on my friends scooter. Not saying that’s what happened but money makes people do crazy things, am I right. I’m sure we would’ve seen and heard a muffler fall off after all, it was 5 of us riding together. FYI the picture is a screenshot from the video I took before the crack accord. But we’re gone and so is our money. Word of advice maybe next time you should Make and exception and issue a refund after 4 issues occurs within in hour. It’s only fair. It could’ve all been so easy. LAST RESPONSE Brand new u might get 70mph, but that they’re not. 10mn after leaving the shop a spark plug came out, 40mn later a battery died, an hour later a belt broke, 30 more minutes later another battery died out. Keep in mind, just about each occurrence was on a different bike. 25point inspection huh? Like I said before the tail lights on one of the bikes was said to be broken, but yet we screwed them right back in. Shouldn’t you’re certified mechanics have known that? They must’ve got they’re certification out of a cereal box. Sarcastic voice: But anyway good luck with you very legit, not so shady business!!

Third time I come to Las Vegas and this time I turned to VSSR Rental LV to rent cars or scooters. On this tour with my wife we ​​decided to rent a scooter to get around better. We were really satisfied with both the choice of vehicles, how well they are kept and tidy and the really excellent price. The staff with us was always very kind and gave us excellent advice. We will definitely go to them again when we return to Las Vegas for rentals. I recommend it to everybody....

They are dishonest and should be avoided. Go to a real business. Equipment I received was not street worthy and dangerous. 3 of the 4 scooters my group encountered had issues. Police pulled me over and told me I would be ticketed as the vehicle was NOT street worthy. Absolutely no effort on their part to resolve my complaint - only a challenge from some juvenile to fly back to Vegas for a fist fight. Go somewhere where they hire adults and maintain their equipment.

We had a great time renting the slingshot, the staff was very nice and helpful. They explained all the rules and seemed very understanding if anything should happen. They joked with us and seemed very down to earth and just wanted us to have fun. Yes there is rules as they want to protect their investment and I am sure they encounter a lot of individuals that don't respect their equipment. Everyone we encountered was professional and we are happy to support a small family run business. We are planning on going back there soon to rent them again!

Even though these aren't Honda Ruckus these are great scooter, I recommend the 150cc for experienced riders. So much fun cruising the strip or anywhere around town. Staff was super friendly, service was quick and knowledgeable. We did the 3 hour but I recommend doing all day it's that much fun. I wasn't a fan of the three wheeler however I would recommend it for inexperienced riders, it's like a three wheeled go kart. Would def do again!!

We decided to rent a scooter for our trip to Red Rock. Scooter itself was $120 that was fine, the deposit on the other hand was $324, too much in my opinion. Scooter was fun to drive although it looked a bit worn and the seat wouldn't close fully. Before I even made it red Rock after driving it for only 30 minutes it died on me. Luckily it died at a stop light and not while I was driving. We tried for so long to restart it via the key like they taught us and even kick starting it to no avail. They had to call a tow truck to pick the scooter up, at least the tow truck driver was kind enough to let me ride with him back. I asked for a refund since my scooter died on me, and ruined my whole day. Couldn't even go to red Rock anymore since it was dark already by the time we got back in the tow truck. The lady at the front desk told me I would get a full refund as soon as the accounting team came in the next day and call me back. It's been a week and half now and everytime I call them for the refund they say they have to get with accounting department and get back to me. Deceitful behavior on their part.

Came here for my bachelor party and had a great time with the the slingshots! It was quick and easy to get the slingshot rented out and took a great ride around the red canyons! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away from the strip and the casinos.

WOW I rented the lambo for three day what an amazing ride the staff there were beyond amazing, helpful, kind and very knowledgeable when you come Vegas and want a rental this place is top notch like no other come see them and get one of there many options the staff was beyond amazing

Rented 2 Slingshots with another couple for 3 hours and had a blast riding out to Red Rock canyon! The owners were very nice. Highly recommend renting the Slingshots. I would repeat.

This place is a blast! Rob with the mustache is awesome and chill. They’ll hook you up with something affordable. I personally rented a premium scooter overnight. Thing must have an endless gas tank cause I drove it all over town for hours!

Great service and suggestions from the team at Vegas Scooter and SlingShot Rentals. We had originally booked this through a Groupon deal for a two hour rental to check out Red Rock Canyon. Admittedly, you could definitely do it in two hours but you'd be rushing to get back on time and probably not enjoy the trip as much as if you did three hours. We decided to get the additional hour to make it a three hour trip which gave us plenty of extra time to relax, make multiple stops along the Red Rock scenic route, and really enjoy the drive. Super friendly, and knowledgeable team here and very accommodating. Highly recommend this company for any motorized off-strip adventure that you're planning.

I would go through them anytime. The people that work there are very respectful and find what u are looking for. They treat u amazing and the cars are awesome. I will use them again.

Rented the Maddog 49cc Scooter for a full day. Fun ride. Took it up n down the strip over n over n over. Definitely a highlight in my stay in Vegas!!

Just returned our scooters that we rented from Andre. He was great and gave us all the information we needed and made sure we were comfortable with the scooter before we rode off. Definitely recommend renting from them when you are here. It gets you off the strip and to see more of Las Vegas. They have single or double rider scooters. My husband and I each had our own and enjoyed every minute of riding..THANK YOU ANDRE!!!!

My family of 13 had the best time on the scooters. They accommodated us with no hesitation.Great customer service and prices.Tons of fun.

Website is completely off. They dont deliver scooters and they got rid of all their scooters except for the Tesla electric that only have a 50-mile range

Definitely one of the highlights of our vegas trip! All of the employees were very helpful and we had a blast! Will come again for sure.

Unprofessional, we rented a slingshot with my husband at the beginning of September, when we returned it 2 hours before the time for which we rented it, they had us waiting for 45 minutes while a worker from the luger checked it and they told us everything is fine, they can go, it turns out that they did not return my deposit and when I call them they tell me that they would not return it because we broke a seat, I wonder, if they checked it why 5 days later they say that I did damage to it, it could have been done by a worker or someone another client to whom they have rented it after me, in a nutshell I say that they are thieves...

We had a issue but Mike resolved it, we will be back soon to rent Scooters Solely because of Mike and his problem solving skill. Much Appreciated Great Company!!

The price per scooter was $65 per day and the motorcycles they had were dilapidated, in the end we took a dilapidated premium one for $100 that left us stranded on the second day, fortunately they took good care of us and gave us the dilapidated $65 one that stopped and drowned , at 30km/h... imagine the panorama. In short, good service but the scooters are clunkers that should change NOW.
