Went to the arts factory on Saturday to check out the fresh 52 farmers market. I am very familiar with most of the vendors. Fresh 52 produce. Gail. The body butter lady. Hammons honey. Etc... But was surprised to find the "poppin market" in the same area. Poppin is a true pop-up. Lots of vendors I have never seen before. Got some awesome hot sauce. Got a Greaaat jerk chicken lunch from the Jamaican chef tent. Huge pieces of chicken. Not like the 3 bites and it's over from KFC. Here is the best part.. the MIA SOUL DELICIOUS SPICE. Featuring the one and only KIM. Perhaps the best and most animated vendor in the valley. There are 3-4 people at the markets in Vegas who really know how to sell. Kim is one of them. So go get some chicken, hot sauce, and spice. No salt. No sugar, no MSG... Go for the gold get that big jar of Chipotle... Ps:. Got a child paint kit also...get in there. Ps:. The strawberry guy is there now.

This is a cool place for artists and art fans. Las Vegas has an art community that is warm and welcoming. You will definitely be amazed at the variety of work from the artists in residence at these studios! Simply beautiful!

Free. Interesting building where artists work and you just walk around and look at their stuff. There is a bar in the back of it that is closed from the art place but you can get to it from the doors inside or out. Almost mistakenly went in there with our 4 kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed walking around here after brunch at The Pepperclub. So much color, life and fun going on our here! 18bin was off and poppin on this particularly beautiful Sunday. We popped into the Arts Factory & Art Square to see the artists working there and all the cool art. The highlight of our day was meeting artist Ruben Martinez at RM Photo Gallery. He can lift anyone's spirits with his energy. He graciously shared his inspiration and story with such enthusiasm that we didn't want to leave. You have to go see him at Art Square! We will definitely be back to check out all the shops thay we're closed because there was definitely more to see. Such a fun, lively place to hang out and meet new friends with cafes, restaurants and bars.

Great place with amazing galleries and studios of local artists. It’s so nice to find out LV is not only neon lights and gambling. Awesome exhibition and great art!

You won't believe it until you see it! The experience is beyond words. The pictures simply don't do justice. You have to go there to witness it yourself. It's like living in a role play, where they are creating something new every day. You can even watch them work and get inspired. If you miss out on this, you're playing blind and dumb!

Went in the middle of the week. Most of the studios were closed. There were art on the walls and the eateries were closed. Also, not the safest neighborhood. Interesting art, but very raw.

If you are looking for the Hub of artistic and creative folk, this is the spot. Besides galleries, gift shops, yoga, beauty services, and other cool stuff, there are a few bars and restaurants nearby. You can spend a whole day here exploring, meeting, eating, and hanging!

Great place to see and support local artists. It's the heart of the downtown arts district. They also have a nce venue space as seen in my photos. First Friday gets pretty busy with lots of crowds, it is a lot of fun though. Be sure to check out the arts Factory during slower times for a different experience.

Would have been nice to have seen more artist but went on a wednesday so its understandable. Artists have to have a day job, sadly, to pay the bills. It was great though!

What art? What factory? Run down dump is more like it. Schlepped out from the Strip because NY Times said it was fabulous. R? Really? NO!

Looking for interesting things to do in Vegas other than gambling and shopping malls we came across this art factory and we're so happy we came. We met one of the artists and it was delightful experiencing awesome art pieces. Plus they had a bar we were able to get a cocktail, sit outdoors and have some peace.

Fun place to view some art, but please note that it is actually a building of individual artist galleries, and the artists come in generally no earlier than noon. There are interesting paintings on the halls though - both upstairs and down. AND although the trend is modern, most (happily) do not look as if a 3-year-old painted them. I DID (as usual) speak to someone - in this case, a woman originally from Boston. She suggested a scenic drive where I could actually pull over for scenic views! ... but more on "Red Rock Canyon" tomorrow! ☺️ Never be shy... always speak to locals!! ❤️

Totally worth a visit! Many of the artists, and their work spaces were closed while I was there. But there were plenty of amazing pieces around the hallways. It felt alive with inspiration, and imagination ♥️

If your looking for a good starting point in the Arts District I would definitely recommend this place. When I first moved here back in 2014 this is my go-to place. Now that I'm back visiting this still is the go to place. The art is always enjoyable and it's a free art gallery. I'm never disappointed when I go there. 🎨🌌🌈

Very cool area with lots to do and see. Very unique artwork. Not your average everyday studios.

The arts district is a nice place to visit when you are in Vegas. It's located in South Downtown and it has quite a bit of shops and studios of local artists. They also have stands with vendors sometimes; when I went it was plant day and there were quite a bit of vendors selling cool stuff plant related. There are a few tattoo shops too if you are in the mood for a tattoo in Vegas!

Artist residences with an eclectic approach. We were able to talk to the artists about their work and backgrounds! "First Friday's" of every month is their art and foodie street fair!

So much local talent in Vegas. It was such a cool, chill vibe. filled with great people. Will say it was hard to get a drink but it was 1st Friday. straight up lit

I went pretty early in the day and most people weren't set up yet, but it was absolutely still worth going. The pieces throughout the building have so much character, and the artists who were there had plenty to share about their work and the community. One of my new favorite spots in LV.
