Enjoyed the “Pardon My French” drink while waiting for dinner reservations. Atmosphere was very inviting. Service was slow, ended up going to the bar to get my drink as the waiters never came over, still haven’t and I’ve been here for over 30min. So if you can handle the slow service the drinks are wonderful.

A quality hotel. Very expensive for what it is - we paid about $1,500 for three days with an upgrade to the tower which I am not sure was any better than their regular rooms. Morning tea for two in the room was $42. Massage for two (50 minutes) was $504. Overcharged by about $180 which took a call to the tower desk to receive the promise of it being corrected. Was told by an offhand reception desk staffer that I should have checked out at reception to avoid such mistakes - but that's what I did! Received no apology. Asked for a phone call from a manager, but never received it. Was not fully informed about the upgrade benefits so we missed a dinner on the first night. Main pool under repair, but there was no statement of its unavailability when booking. Lessons learned: (1) It seems to me that you are treated as a cost unit, not a client with whom the hotel would like to make into a return customer, (2) Don't go in January, as that's when major repairs may be performed, (3) Be very clear about what you will receive in any upgrade. Suggestion: Look elsewhere.

The tower suites were nice if you didn’t have to worry about TVs working, room service being picked up or the quality of services offered at the spa. Overall, the hotel and amenities were borderline-ok. The spa was a 1 out of 10 (beautiful but the services offered are inconsistent in quality - my friend and I got the same service and hers was awful and applied with two completely different methods) the casino, pool and shops were beautiful. I would suggest to go to swim, shop and gamble (and even eat though we didn’t dine much there the restaurants looked nice) BUT not to stay in the hotel. I was really hoping for the all around experience. :/

We had a good experience while on out Bar hoop here. We did a high end Bar hoop and this place was on out list. I recommend the martinis here.

This place was so pretty and relaxing. You don't realize it's a bar. It's more like a terrace. It's a patio surrounded be greenery with water below. Periodically there is music that plays with a show that accompanies it. Very entertaining. And yes, you can get drinks here.

One of my favorite places to hang out! The bar has a huge selection of drink and snacks. My favorite part about the place, is the tower suites lounge atmosphere. I have come here multiple times, and hung out. It is a great place to meet up with family or friends, before your trip, during, or after a long night. Awesome service, cocktail waitresses willing to get you whatever you need. Lots of good energy. You must be staying in the tower suites to gain access to this lounge/bar, but it is money well spent. Highly recommended low key hang out spot.

My mom and I went in for a drink. We sat and waited to be helped for over 10 minutes. The server kept passing us and paid absolutely no attention to us. We ended up leaving. Thus, the service was terrible. The menu of cocktails looked appetizing as did the atmosphere. Unfortunately, because of the service we did not get to experience it.
