This is no longer a motel its not even called the Peterson its Nellis Studios - studio apartments for rent monthly. Prices are reasonable ill share some pictures. Glad to see that this place has new owners that care about the place.

This place is horrid I would never rented here except they promised me a remodeled room and I was in an employee room temp 11 pclock at night I'm told to move I'm alone disabled but they do not care. So I move everything from one end of motel to other. New remodeled room not!!! I get mattress on floor TV with no buttons but that not half of it owners never paid cable bill so no TV !! I have hot electric wires hanging out by sink not capped live! Blood all over shower curtain on ceiling no handle to turn shower on and off and you stand in water to your knees. They gave me one towel won't exchange it no vacuum to use they don't loan them out hle in bathroom window front is half black paint and a sheet over it. Filthy beyound compare and list goes on. No refund no repairs. And good news is I'm here broke for the month. We had a warrant in parking lot new owners and old owners. About 20 to 30 people all fighting and ignoring tenants. Today new manager post paper on door wants me to come sign a lease. Ha ha ha ha ha not a chance. Payday I'm gonna open door and run as far as I can from the new janay Peterson motel.

The Peterson motel and apartments are all studio apartments. I went to visit a friend. This husband-wife couple have three children. It is a bit cramped but the rent is inexpensive and they are able to make ends meet because the rent is reasonable. Peterson Motel also is situated with convenient bus routes. Both Nellis bus and Lake Mead bus routes are at the major intersection of Lake Mead and Nellis. Our son moved into the Peterson Motel when he turned 18 because it's what he could afford when he moved out on his own. I would not necessarily want to walk through that parking lot at night alone. During the day it is just fine.

When we checked in they gave us a can of Raid. This place was the worst. Not only were there roaches this place has mice. The room was filthy. Looks as if some tweaker did the carpet. I made the mistake of paying for the week before seeing the room. No refund is what they told me. So please don't make the same mistake. Don't stay there.

This is truly the worst, most disgusting place in the world! This is a rat infested, drug spot! With the managers getting high in the office and paying there employees in drugs, to them not ever fixing anything or changing the prices on what they feel you should pay this place is just horrible! Always doing illegal things like telling kids there not allowed to play outside or having a 15 year old child cleaning the property at 7am, the health department, better business Bureau and police need to shut this place down! Its completely trash 🗑

If there was a zero ☆ available I would have chosen it. Its just a very dirty cockroach infested place. Residents usually drink to get drunk. Resulting in loud music all night or fights dirty language. People knocking on your door wanting something for free. If you don't mind roaches, beggers, loud drunken music then The Peterson's is your kind of place to stay.... ¿

The management he's a pretty awesome guy and yes You get what you paid for but I was surprised because I really did get a lot more bang for my buck it was definitely clean as far as the bedding goes and the shower and towels plus they have awesome cable with all the movie channels a couch a dining table a microwave and refrigerator all in your room. Reminder it is way out here on the east side near the desert there are roaches all over the place and it is an old building but from my experience I didn't see any big roaches maybe some babies that snuck by through the window. You don't get roaches when it's built out of bricks.

They want to much money for a dump. The room's I rented had no kitchen sink until I fixed it the bathroom sink had some kind of brace holding it from falling. And it took 2 and a half weeks for a AC.

Have these finished being remodeled? If so what's the contact number because the one listed does not work.

They do ok with what they got.
