On
the
last
night
of
our
Vegas
trip,
we
decided
to
try
Momofuku.
I
wish
it
could
have
been
a
homerun,
but
it
was
just
ok
and
wouldn't
go
back
on
my
own,
but
I
would
go
back
if
my
mom
absolutely
wanted
to
try
it
out
and
wanted
me
to
go
with
her,
haha.
I
reserved
our
spot
in
more
than
enough
time
in
advance,
like
almost
a
month.
As
I
was
taking
a
large
group,
I
called
in
a
large
item
on
the
menu
as
the
restaurant
asks
you
to
do
this
because
it
has
to
be
prepared
beforehand.
We
arrived
on
the
day
of
early
for
our
reservation.
We
waited
of
course,
but
then
our
reservation
time
passed
and
when
I
went
up
to
ask
how
long
is
a
usual
wait
for
someone
with
a
reservation
they
let
me
know
a
table
had
just
finished
eating,
not
a
time
frame.
That
was
fine,
we
sat
and
awaited
well
past
our
reservation.
We
contemplated
just
leaving
and
picking
up
something
atblock
16,
but
I
didn't
want
to
just
leave
Momofuku
high
and
dry
as
we
called
in
a
large
portion
order.
Eventually,
other
members
of
our
group
asked
when
we
would
be
seated
as
it
was
well
over
an
hour
of
waiting.
We
end
up
getting
sat.
The
staff
had
no
idea
about
the
large
portion
ordered
beforehand.
Oh
well,
we
ordered
the
menu.
The
appetizers
were
good,
the
fluffy
little
pork
belly
tacos.
The
bowls
or
ramen
are
very
pretty.
My
bowl
of
truffle
ramen
tasted
like
a
Maruchan,
chicken
and
mushroom
flavor.
I
tried
the
other
ramen,
they
really
did
taste
like
the
ones
you
buy
in
a
pack,
not
the
cup,
at
the
grocery
store.
No
complaints,
though.
I
ate
it,
I
paid
for
it
but
wouldn't
choose
this
place
for
dinner
with
so
many
other
great
options
in
the
Cosmopolitan.
