Our favorite restaurant we've been to yet. The pork belly ramen is to die for, savory and perfectly cooked, amazingly large portions, beautiful to look at. The ambiance was casual and buzzing but private. We also got the buns which were delicious! I think the most important thing about my review is that several weeks later, we are still talking about and thinking about how great our meal was, and how much we want to eat it again. Go here!!

What a gem! Next time we're in Vegas, we'll be staying at the Cosmopiltan for the gems they have there. We were able to get into Mlmofuku twice without a reservation. The food options are great, the food is prepared and executed BEAUTIFULLY and the team are willing to make changes to the menu to accommodate the guests. The service was top notch and the team were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely sensational. We were big David Chang fans, so expectations were high going in. We were not disappointed. We did our best to try one of everything on the menu. No regrets. The ramen was top tier, and the pork buns were he'll addictive. The only mild let down was the tuna, which was just okay. Cocktails we're STRONG and satisfying. Service was friendly, attentive, and authentic. Can't wait to come back.

Momofuku was great! They sat me at the chef’s table where the cooks greeted me. Food came fast. Although i recommended sharing plates so you can taste everything. The pork belly buns were so good! The pumpkin with the chili crunch was very surprising. And last but not least, the crispy lamb ribs is a must try! Very tender, and very tasteful.

Great pork belly and shrimp buns. The ramen was spicy and authentic tasting with a good portion. We also had a tuna fish which was on the smaller side but very tasty. Everything was just a little over-priced. The speed in which the food came out was great! I'd recommend coming here with a group and doing group platters.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting the barbershop nearby. We sat at the bar and drank + ate. Great cocktails let the bartenders use their artistic abilities when you order. We ordered: 1. Mushroom ramen add pork belly - great flavors with fresh ingredients, delicious (5/5 🌟) 2. Brussel sprouts and cauliflower - the flavor profile was surprising and tasty. I ❤️ the🍍 vinaigrette, beware there is a little 🔥 when eating (5/5 🌟) 3. Crispy lamb ribs - these were really tasty and prepared well. They had a good mix of fat and meat. (5/5 🌟) 4. Fries - great flavors better than average. (4/5 🌟) Would recommend trying, and I would visit again for the cocktails alone.

I am Filipino and I love my pork buns. This is the best pork buns I have ever tasted so far. The pork belly was flavorful and so tender then the cucumbers were thinly sliced that the sauce combines with it. Now with the Duck Paitan Ramen, this was the first time that the broth and spiciness blended together and it was so smooth. I also tasted roasted garlic in the bowl, but I could not find it. It complimented the dish really well though. I’m just really glad I got to finally eat at David Chang’s restaurant.

A quick place to grab great food on a budget. Choose your protein and how you want it - wrapped, folded, or in a bowl. We tried the latter two, one with chicken and the other with spicy pork. Both were delicious, but thought the pork could use a little more spice.

Definitely one of the best places I’ve eaten at in a while. You could taste the quality and freshness. The food was so good. I was struggling to find something different in Vegas, and Momofuku delivered. And Mags was THE BEST SERVER. He helped us with sampling the best dishes on the menu. 100/10 👌🏾

My wife and I ate here back in April. We had a very nice experience and really enjoyed the food and the staff. The pork belly is amazing and we found some of the cheaper items more enjoyable than the more expensive items on the menu. We tried a lot of food and now that a few months have passed I do regret spending so much money here because I don’t think any of the food we ate was that memorable. We came here and spent a lot of money because we knew of David Chang from his documentaries and talk show appearances. Would I eat here again? Only if it was free or someone else was paying. I know this review might have turned sour for a moment but it was a good experience just not one I need to do twice. It was a splurge meal because of his reputation. A lot of the food tastes great and looks great but prices are just astronomical. I also didn’t enjoy eating at the high top tables. I’m not sure if anything could be fixed at this restaurant but if they could improve anything it would maybe focusing on how to get someone like me to return again. I visit vegas once a year or so and this won’t be one of my return spots but others will be.

What a dinner!!! What an experience!!! We went with a friend but weren’t sure what to expect. We sat at the chefs table (I think that’s what they called it) it was like bar seating but with a front seat view of the kitchen. It was so much fun to watch everything being prepared and see the pride they took preparing each dish, even using small tongs to place the garnish in just the right spot. Everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. We sat in front of Brian’s station aka Yogi, he enjoyed his job and didn’t mind answering any questions we had about anything from what dish to choose to what he was busily preparing. His recommendations were spot on! We started with oysters and the Brussels Sprouts & cauliflower which were oh so good, the Brussels were tossed in a pineapple vinaigrette and topped with some spicy peppers. On Brian’s recommendation two of us chose the Mushroom Ramen, one with a poached egg added and one Spicy Miso Ramen. All were simply delicious!! For dessert he recommended the Yuzu tart, and just as everything else it was amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough, the food was amazing and the kitchen staff were awesome! Our server was not the best, but everybody has an off day once in a while and with everything else warranting 10 stars, we will definitely be back!!

In a city of imitators, Momofuku stands out from the crowd. Dinner was perfectly curated by one of the most outstanding servers I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Luck of the draw landed us in “Mags” section and we were not disappointed. We had previously checked out the menu and upon our arrival discussed our thoughts with Mags who was more than willing to guide us further. We left our entire dining experience in his hands and everything was executed to perfection. Small plates and entrees were intermixed to perfection. Would highly recommend the pork belly buns, big eye tuna from the raw bar was out of this world and finishing with crispy lamb ribs and brussel sprouts was the perfect combination. Must try the old fashioned as well. If you happen to get lucky enough to hit the jackpot and sat in Mag’s section, share your thoughts for dinner and let him be your guide to an amazing dining experience! Can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing time! We felt so welcomed and valued as guests at Momofuku. Service was polished and engaging. Food was out of this world (except the Kanpachi Crudo, didn't taste fresh). Highlights were the Bo Ssam (large format), Ginger Scallion Noodles and their Brussels Sprouts & Cauliflower. Looking forward to visiting again!

We recently had the pleasure of eating at Momofuku Restaurant inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel, Las Vegas. We had a wonderful experience like no other. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they had great recommendations for what to order. We ordered a few of their signature dishes and were blown away by the flavors and presentation. Every bite was a treat, and I could tell that the chefs put a lot of thought and care into every dish. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend Momofuku Restaurant inside Cosmopolitan Hotel.

David Chang is a Michelin-starred chef who has gained significant popularity in recent years. He has successfully incorporated Asian culinary flavors into Western kitchen management. In 2004, he opened his first restaurant called Momofuku, specializing in ramen. In 2009, Momofuku earned Michelin stars, and since then, David Chang has written books, appeared on various shows, and expanded his restaurant empire worldwide. After receiving multiple recommendations from friends, I finally had the opportunity to dine at Momofuku upon arriving in Las Vegas. The food lived up to its reputation and was truly delicious. The restaurant also combines elements of Taiwanese cuisine, creating a unique fusion of Eastern and Western flavors. I am definitely looking forward to visiting again in the future!

First time here and was certainly impressed! We tried the Seasonal Pumpkin with Cashew Crema, Pork Belly and Shrimp Buns and we split the Shiitake Mushroom Ramen (photo is half size). Our server was so attentive and gave great suggestions. Everything was delicious. I can’t wait to return and try more!

The service was exceptional! We made a reservation and we were glad we did because the place was packed when we got there. We were immediately sitred, while some other groups with no reservation had to wait even if they got there before us! Our waiter was extermly helpful when we had questions and present to help any time we needed him. Food was fantastic! We wanted to try something different so we went for the pickles and OMG! What a great way to start our dinner! We had the pork buns and the shrimp buns... Cannot really say which one was my favorite honestly! We tried the iberico pork that was melting in our mouths realising amazing flavors (my boyfriend favorite part of the meal!) and the curry rice cakes...and we had to ask for a little rice to finished the curry because it was too good to be left behind! Great experience, great dinner! We will defenetly come back!

Trying momofuku for the first time. I got to try their chef’s special menu for only 45-48$ per person and my boyfriend got their spicy chicken sandwich which he love but was too spicy for his liking. The chef’s menu included a spicy cucumber salad top with peanut, pork croquettes, pork ramen, and lastly I got their black sesame ice cream. I also had their yuzu juice (Asian citrus fruit) but I also put a shot of tequila in it which made it 1,000% better. I was super excited to momofuku and it definitely meant the expectation that I had intended to be. Great service and beautiful interior.

Great food and service. I ordered the ginger scallion noodles, house pickles, and the shrimp buns. Each of these were excellent and I think the house pickles make a great starter. The noodle portions were fairly large, so something to keep in mind if you want other dishes.

SO GOOD! Did not expect much coming in. I’m a huge David Chang fan, but 70% of the time going to a restaurant from a fave chefs has been a bit of a let down. This did not disappoint at all!! The noodle texture was on pointe. Flavor of the soup (had the mushroom one) was crazy flavorful but not too heavy. Pork belly bao was delightful because it was not over complicated and the belly was cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to come back!

On the last night of our Vegas trip, we decided to try Momofuku. I wish it could have been a homerun, but it was just ok and wouldn't go back on my own, but I would go back if my mom absolutely wanted to try it out and wanted me to go with her, haha. I reserved our spot in more than enough time in advance, like almost a month. As I was taking a large group, I called in a large item on the menu as the restaurant asks you to do this because it has to be prepared beforehand. We arrived on the day of early for our reservation. We waited of course, but then our reservation time passed and when I went up to ask how long is a usual wait for someone with a reservation they let me know a table had just finished eating, not a time frame. That was fine, we sat and awaited well past our reservation. We contemplated just leaving and picking up something atblock 16, but I didn't want to just leave Momofuku high and dry as we called in a large portion order. Eventually, other members of our group asked when we would be seated as it was well over an hour of waiting. We end up getting sat. The staff had no idea about the large portion ordered beforehand. Oh well, we ordered the menu. The appetizers were good, the fluffy little pork belly tacos. The bowls or ramen are very pretty. My bowl of truffle ramen tasted like a Maruchan, chicken and mushroom flavor. I tried the other ramen, they really did taste like the ones you buy in a pack, not the cup, at the grocery store. No complaints, though. I ate it, I paid for it but wouldn't choose this place for dinner with so many other great options in the Cosmopolitan.

Absolutely fantastic! Both the pork and shrimp buns were packed with flavor and light as a cloud. The lab ribs were a bit gamey but good with extra yogurt. I feel like they were a bit overcooked. The spicy miso ramen was the star of the meal though! Such great spicy but not overwhelming. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Flying in late it's hard to make dinner reservations so I was glad to have gotten a spot at the chefs counter an hour or so before closing. The service was great and it was fun to watch the kitchen do their thing. It was also a pretty spacious seat and would be perfect for someone dining solo and not feel awkward. The cocktails and food were all top notch. The Ginger Scallion Noodle dish was excellent! I still can't get over the flavor of the mushrooms... The shrimp buns with spicy mayo, pickled onion, and iceberg lettuce were also the perfect little bite. You can definitely come here and ball out with a group (the Chili Butter Lobster & Shrimp dish that feeds 3-4 is $328) but it's nice to know you can also visit, get a couple things and not drop hundreds. They also have a separate, smaller lunch menu. Highly recommend visiting Momofuku at The Cosmopolitan!

This place was a wonderful food experience. I gave them an amount per person to spend to the waiter who then set up a tasting menu. I feel I had a unique experience I would have never encountered on my own if I had picked out my food myself. I feel it is a must to come here if you're in Las Vegas.

Overall great experience! We really want the duck dish to share for the table, but it was a late night trip right before last call so totally understand them running out. Between my wife and I, we shared pork belly buns, duck ramen, rice cakes, and whole branzino. Everything was to die for. We sat at the bar so we were able to watch the team prep and clean (since we got there right around last call). Awesome dining experience!

Absolutely amazing food. World class dining experience. We were a party of three desperate to try as much of the menu as we could. Our server, Macs, asked us how much we were planning on spending and then gave us the tasting table of my life! If you are a lover of amazing food and world class service, make a reservation!

Thank you for our delicious food and great waiter, Cooper! Service with waiter Cooper was fantastic. He's so kind, fun and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏 The food was very delicious: spicy cucumbers, Mushroom Ramen, shrimp buns, and mushroom buns were a little sweet for me. It was our second visit in 3 days because of Ramen and atmosphere. Thank you, Momofuku ♥️

Wanted to try a lot of things. The best thing that we had was the shrimp bun. It is shrimp cake. The pork bun is great if you have high oil tolerance. It taste amazing and melts in your mouth. The mushroom dish was ok. The Brussels sprouts and cauliflower was too salty. The rice cakes in green curry was good. The so called signature scallion and ginger noodles was disgusting. It is probably inspired by Chinatown chicken as they do give you ginger scallion salt oil to dip your chicken into. This is what the noodles were dipped into. Super oily and salty AF. Don’t know how anyone can eat this. Sorry, not sorry.

My dining experience at Momofuku in the Cosmopolitan Casino, Las Vegas, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between elegance and a relaxed, welcoming vibe, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The menu, crafted with creative flair and precision, showcases a delightful fusion of flavors. Every dish we ordered was a testament to the chef’s expertise in blending ingredients and techniques from different cuisines. The highlights for me were the pork belly buns and the ramen, both bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. What truly elevates the dining experience at Momofuku is the impeccable service. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about their offerings. They made excellent recommendations and ensured our meal was an enjoyable journey through their menu. Adding to the experience was the vibrant view of the Las Vegas Strip, visible through the restaurant’s expansive windows. It created a backdrop that was both dynamic and enchanting. In conclusion, Momofuku at the Cosmopolitan Casino is a must-visit for food enthusiasts in Las Vegas. It’s not just a meal; it’s a culinary adventure that excites the palate and leaves you craving more. A well-deserved five stars for an exceptional dining experience!

Absolutely wonderful experience at Momofuku while my best friend and I were in town. The steamed pork buns were INCREDIBLE. The flavor profiles of everything we ate were SO GOOD! Nothing bad to say! Really affordable Ramen options, too. For the first time in my life, I liked Ramen. I have NEVER liked it before, but here- it was DELICIOUS! Will definitely come back here again when I'm in town. Love the ambiance and natural lighting throughout the restaurant. Make a reservation!

We recently dined at Momofuku and I decided to follow the waiter's recommendation. I tried the Ginger Scallion Noodle , and it was absolutely delicious. The freshness of all the ingredients was evident, creating a delightful combination. However, I added the pork belly, which, unfortunately, was a bit plain. I believe if the skin was broiled and glazed, it would bring a crispy texture to the meat and enhance the overall flavor of the meal. Overall, a great experience with room for a small improvement.

Tasty small plates - a lot of good fusion flavors. We arrived close to opening time and were able to get seated without a reservation. Servers were friendly and helpful. Food came to our table as it was made, which I prefer rather than having any dish waiting for any other under a hot lamp.

I had one of the best meals I've had in a long time at Momofuku the other weekend. Try making a reservation ahead of time as it is popular and right in the middle of the Cosmopolitan. We were walked to a back room with an amazing view of the strip - so awesome. Our server offered an option for the kitchen to pick our dishes based on how much we wanted to spend per person which was so fun. I would definitely recommend doing this if you're up for an adventure. Each dish was incredible, unique, and delicious. My favorites were the truffle ramen, brussel sprouts, and pork with crispy rice. Our server was so nice and attentive. The visit here was a highlight of our trip. Outstanding food and service all around.

A very good bowl of ramen. Tasty Asian food and drinks in a posh atmosphere. The ramen was delicious. It had a luxurious broth and very tasty pork. The ginger scallion noodle was good. It was a flavorful dry noodle dish which is perfect on a hot day. They did over do it on the scallions though. The shishito peppers were on point. They also have a great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The service is of course top notch.

one of my new favourite places to go to in vegas! couldn’t fault anything! drinks were amazing and the food 10/10! the servers were on top of their game! pork buns and cauliflower/brussels are to die for… it was so good that we wanted to go for lunch (different menu to the dinner menu), however all booked out :( defiantly recommend and to book in advance! if you book far ahead you can choose to sit by the windows and over look the strip! phenomenal.

Great place to stop in to get even tapas. Great selection of drinks. Variety of food on the menu. It was busy due to, the technical problems that was going on at the MGM Grand. But we still were waited on promptly, and food came out super fast. Very good food enjoyed the atmosphere.

Wow, this place did not disappoint. We ordered the pork belly buns, grilled iberico pork, and whole roasted dorade. The pork belly buns were amazing. The bun is soft and the pork belly was crispy on the outside and soft and juicy inside. The grilled iberico pork did not taste like pork at all. It was so juicy, I thought I was eating steak. My wife got the dorade and she loved it. The fish was soft and flavorful. The nuoc mam was made well too. Highly recommend this place.

  • 3/5 Rolando B. 10 months ago on Google
Seated really quick which was a PLUS! Very good vibes. The cucumbers were good to cleanse the palate and the shrimp appetizers were 10/10. The ramen lacked flavor- asked for hot sauce and they only had chili oil which was okay but it really needed more body. The service was poor -1/5 stars. Not attentive at all. I do service: 1/5, atmosphere: 5/5, and food: 3/5. Reasonably priced.

We ordered the Bo Ssäm and it was fantastic. The pork is super tender, and the sauce was very flavorful. The sides we got were also quite good (corn and brussel sprouts). Service was very solid (expected for a restaurant of this price / location). Would come back to try some noodles and other dishes.

  • 4/5 Liam L. 1 year ago on Google
The food is good as you'd expect, the David Chang name pulls. Atmosphere is modern, tastefully decorated, but very noisy, similar to many restaurants around the Strip. The taste of the cucumber salad was well balanced between spiciness and acidity, the cucumber pieces must have marinated longer in the sauce, still crunchy on the inside, but quite soft on the outside. The duck also combined well: sweet, spicy, crispy, the combination with the yoghurt sauce underneath was very suitable, the coriander was too little, especially in terms of taste. A fresh component (lime?) was missing. Priced upscale.

Had the best experience at Momofuku. My bf and I were trying it for the first time. We got the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo, Pork Belly bun, Caviar bun, Ginger Scallion Noodles, and the Truffle Ramen. Scallops - 👌🏻 Pork Belly buns - big sized chunk of belly and the meat was not dry Caviar bun - the chicken was perfectly crunchy!! Truffle Ramen was PHENOMENAL. It's an ABSOLUTE MUST TRY if you like truffle flavor. Service was great, and we got very lucky getting the best seat/table in the house. I didn't take a picture of everything but that's cause the food was so good I forgot the rest of them. 100/10 would recommend!!

Great food, amazing staff! We dropped in without reservations and got seated right away at the bar. They were busy but we felt right at home, tried their suggestions which were unique and delicious. Definitely recommend the pork belly buns, and dessert from Milk. Richard at the bar was fantastic! It was fun to see him in action, a true artist who made sure to perfect every drink before sending it out. Our best experience in Las Vegas this year.

This is an amazing restaurant! We ordered the Duck, Ramen, market items, and drinks. You will enjoy the food, drinks and experience. Everything tasted really good. The duck was probably one of the best thing I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly. I would make a trip to Vegas to have it again. Service was great. They were able to handle a large party easily which is always a plus in my book. I'm definitely a fan!

Could not have had a better experience! We sat at the chef table (highly recommend) and took our server’s advise on ordering. Our chef Nathaniel gave us a couple of small tasters of orders we didn’t get. It was such a fun evening!

For appetizers we got the spicy cucumbers and the shrimp bao. Both were really good. For main, we got the lamb ribs and it was really good: just wished there were more.

Our server Chris was the best service we had during our time in Vegas. He gave fantastic recommendations, seemed to genuinely care when talking with us, and was friendly the entire time he spent with our table. Food was absolutely fantastic, with the only complaint being some of the pork belly came out a little dry. We were informed the kitchen was a little backed up, which could account for the pork belly. This is a mild complaint, as it was still delicious. Overall we will definitely return!

Legitimately one of the best meals / experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Every dish was memorable and challenged my preconceived ideas as to what is possible. A truly life changing night. Unbelievable.
