I wanted a few higher end meals while on our honeymoon and were recommended the capital grille and it did not disappoint. I reserved us a table, told them we were on our honeymoon and when we were seated they had a card and confetti on our table. They were the first place to do anything special for our honeymoon. We shared a 10oz fillet and added a lobster tail onto it as well as mashed potatoes. The steak was incredible, it melted in your mouth. We than were served a surprise dessert plate. The cheesecake was some of the best cheesecake we have ever had. The chocolate cake was rich but still amazing. Les-was outstanding. One of the best servers we've ever had. He really made our dinner special. Could not have asked for a better dinning experience. They really go above and beyond.

My family and I had an early dinner here before going to Awakening. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. Our waiter was like the nicest guy in Vegas. He made us feel special, there are not many places I can say that about. He recommended a bottle of white wine, and it was perfect. I checked the price of this bottle(pictured below) at Total Wine, and it was $20. Capital Grill charged us $50 for the bottle, which hurt a little, but it's not surprising since it is the strip. I got the sea bass over asparagus and mushrooms. Like I said, it was delicious. I had never tried sea bass previously, and I'm glad this was my first experience. It started to get really crowded around 6:30 pm. So, definitely make reservations a day or two in advance! I definitely recommend 👌

Our waitress was exceptional, she definitely made this dining experience a 5 star. The food, ambiance and cocktails were all amazing. What a splendid and memorable experience we had at the Capital Grille. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any fine dining experience. My lamb chops were delicious and as far as the clam chowder and tuna dishes, those were amazing as well. Our waitress was engaging and extremely pleasant. She made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Looking forward to our next visit when in Vegas.

Not only was the food pretty amazing but our waiter Michael was as well. Very professional, funny, and did everything in a timely manner. Everything was cooked to perfection. Still one of the best restaurant so far. Will definitely stop by every time we stop by Las Vegas.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It sits adjacent to Fashion Show Mall and has an awesome view of the strip. Our server Daryl was BEYOND attentive. His personality was infection, his service was impeccable and his recommendations were spot on. Besides the spectacular service, the food was equally amazing. I loved the crème brûlée style cheesecake.

Lunch was delicious! I had the special french dip. Jeff our server took care of us. He made sure everything was on point. Great dining experience.

The food was great and the experience was everything. We had a great view of the strip and they even gave the a handwritten birthday card! The sides were plenty to share with the table. We had Bussel sprouts, creamed spinach, calamari (you gotta get this app), mushrooms, and Cesar salads. The cheesecake they gave me for my birthday was delicious! The service was good it was a packed house but everything went smoothly

Went here for my birthday. IT was spectacular. The service top tier. They gave me a happy birthday card and sprinkled confetti on the table and honored my request of a window seat. Also gave me and my party champagne 🥂. And ended with a birthday dessert. I would definitely go here again.

Had dinner with some friends here. Its located inside the fashion show mall. You have to go to the food court and go out the doors where they have their own entrance out on the balcony. Its got a nice vibe to it. Classic fine dining kind of feel. Our server was very attentive and polite. They give you a basket of a variety of breads and butter on the side to snack on. They had a nice selection of wines and drinks. We had oysters as an appetizer and they had a lemon vinegar type sauce that came with it aside from cocktail sauce and it was super good. It went really well with the oysters. The lobster mac and cheese was a chosen side to share along with grilled asparagus. Both were very delicious very flavorful. The lobster mac and cheese actually had a good amount of lobster in it and was a good portion. I had the filet mignon cooked a perfect medium rare. Tried a bit of everyone else’s food as well. The pan seared sea bass was good the miso butter was tasty. It was cooked perfectly as well, which is always nice because fish requires delicate cooking. The dry aged new york strip was top notch. The bone in ribeye was good too it had a creamy sauce with shallots on top. For dessert we tried the flourless espresso cake. It was good it had like chocolate truffle texture to it. Its definitely good to share because it was very sweet so you’ll only want a few bites unless you are an absolute chocolate lover. There were slight hints of espresso flavor but it wasn’t over powering. Overall it was a really good experience the price is worth what you get. Definitely recommend trying.

I had an amazing birthday experience at The Capital Grill. I highly recommend the dry aged ribeye and calamari. Everything was exquisite honestly. My server Bianca made great recommendations and provided excellent service . I can't wait to come back. I found my new favorite restaurant in Las Vegas!!

Had dinner here for my birthday. The sprinkles the table with confetti and had a birthday card waiting. Very nice touch. It was very really good. The service was excellent. One of our guest was asked to remove his cap for dinner. Prosciutto and mozzarella appetizer was delicious.

Best experience ever! We reserved for our anniversary dinner and were met with a window table overlooking the strip, long stem rose and Anniversary card. Jonathan's service was impeccable! The food was glorious! I highly recommend the Porcini ribeye. Finally, they tied our visit up in a beautiful bow with an anniversary dessert and cup of coffee! It's well worth the investment!

Nice dining experience! The dinner was delicious, the wine was great and the service was wonderful! I went with my date for my birthday and when we got to the reserved table there was a birthday card waiting with a little confetti on the table. Nice touch! The also gave me a yummy dessert for my birthday. It was a great dinner. A bit expensive but it was worth it. The mash potatoes were surprisingly delicious!

It was a sin of disappointment in many areas of having a late lunch here. Upon entry, the young hostess wasn't welcoming or friendly. Finding my way to the bar area where there was only 3 other patrons. I was quickly asked by bartender if I was going to be eating. First, water, wine list, and menu, please. Wines were more catering to the dry family. Nothing semi sweet or Riesling. The bartender was helpful in allowing me to taste and choose one to accommodate my meal. The menu from apps to dinner wasn't versatile in meats and vegetables. Creating my own dish to satisfy my appetite with a starting wedge salad that lacked full substance, then having a lump crab cake with a side of creamed spinach. The spinach was a standout that the Crab cake didn't hold. There was room for dessert but the menu couldn't unlock the door to indulge. Overall, the bartender was helpful and engaging, but it's gonna take Capitol Grille to improve their service and menu before Sin City have this angel return.

First time visiting the capital grille and I had a very pleasant experience. This was a corporate dinner and we were given a large private room that was stunning. We had the nicest staff and even the manager came to say hello. The food was awesome! I had a rare dry aged ribeye and it was perfectly cooked. Everyone had a great time, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Experience here was amazing. We were very happy with our service and very much so with the food. It was 5 of us, so we decided to do something different and share family style. The server was very kind and brought serving spoons so we could divide our foods. It was such a great idea and we got to try a lot of different foods this way! Thank you for the experience. Shout out to our server, Kevin, he was very kind and attentive. We were admiring at how well he handled so many tables. Very efficient.

The Capital Grille never disappoints from the amazing atmosphere with stunning views over looking the Las Vegas Strip. The service was superior to none, and our sever Les was very attentive to detail and informative about the menu. Lastly, the food is always delicious. You can't go wrong with the Lamb chops since they're very tender and flavorful. I highly recommend without a shout of doubt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you want to enjoy quality food at a higher end restaurant this is the place to go. The price reflects the quality. I went with 4 guests and we all spent about $70 on our main dish and $15-$25 on appetizers/sides. None of us got drinks because nothing popped out though staff did recommend a few options. If you like to pair a wine with your meal this establishment can accomplish that. Staff was overall quick and friendly. The table was small but surprisingly staff kept it de cluttered so it didn’t feel to bad. My meat came out slightly under medium rare which is completely fine. I’d much rather under than over. It had a beautiful crust with amazing flavors. Each steam and fish really stood alone as a dish. The filet mignon.was extremely tender and tasty, the bone in ribey had excellent flavor complimented by the light topping it had, the New York strip though was by far the best to me but I enjoy that cut. The final dish was the sea bass. It was cooked to perfection, presented amazingly at hit all the flavor marks I’d like. For the sides the Mac and cheese was good but didn’t feel like enough to share maybe I just wanted to eat it all but the asparagus did the job perfectly. Finally we got the flourless chocolate espresso cake. I personally liked the dish but the other guest thought it was a bit sweet. So if you enjoy sweet or coffee this is for you. The best meal that I have ever had in my life. The meat was cooked to perfection and I loved the onion. Read, but I had to limit myself on the starch. I really wanted the lobster mac and cheese, but ended up with the scalloped potatoes and creamed spinach.

Les was such a great server, and the food was always upscale! 👌🏽 I love to eat here every time I'm in Vegas. Anything you order you won't be disappointed!

Superb dry-aged NY cut, outstanding bone-in filet, but I specifically asked there not to be any uncooked meat at the bone, and I got uncooked meat near and at the bone, good lobster tail, but it was undercooked, and delicious grilled asparagus. The table was nicely decorated for our anniversary! A wonderful little surprise dessert at the end was a great way to top it off. Good service, vibrant crowd, well appointed interior.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife it was exceptionally delicious. She had a great time. The food was excellent. Of course you’re going to spend at least $100 per person. However it’s worth every penny. They gave us seats right in the corner and had a spectacular view ofthe strip it was amazing. Thank you very much for a great and wonderful evening.

We had a phenomenal experience at the Capital Grille! We were on a honeymoon road trip and decided to treat ourselves to a fancy dinner so made reservations for the early evening. They gave us prosecco and dessert on the house, which was totally unexpected. The table also had cute heart confetti for us. The food was totally fantastic. The steak melts in your mouth! We got the au gratin potatoes to share which were also super good. The drinks are strong and they have a really decent wine with surprisingly affordable options. Service was great, we felt welcomed and taken care of without feeling out of place or overwhelmed. Don't skip the creme brulee cheesecake! We're still talking about how tasty that was. Plus, we're already planning our anniversary trip to the Seattle branch :) it definitely started to get crowded around 630 as we were leaving, so make reservations! PS check the dress code before coming. We didn't feel out of place in what we wore.

Very accommodating, for the size of party we had, the service was fast and very professional, the atmosphere was also great, however the food did miss the mark a little in my opinion. My steak was cooked correctly however lacked flavour, the side were mediocre and overall the price was very high.

Capital Grille is one of our Family's Favorite. Excellent service and great food. My Wife enjoys their surf and turf. Forgot to take pics of food, oops. However got their desserts. GREAT place, I am highly recommending.

The food is incredible. Best food I’ve had in Vegas and well worth the prices. The 14oz NY strip seemed more like a 20oz and the Caesar salad is huge with freshly-peeled parmasean on the top. Husband and I really enjoyed this restaurant and feel it offered more for your money than any other restaurant off the strip.

Thank you Capital Grill staff for the amazing experience! We arrived 25mins before our reservation time and the hostess was professional and friendly, she made accommodations for us right away. Our host captain Robert was understanding and patient with our 8 year old who was there to have his first steak! Our son wanted to thank the chef for the delicious steak and Jason the manager took him to the thank the chefs. His steak was tender, flavorful, and prepared to our satisfaction. I like frequenting this chain; the atmosphere is always understated elegance and consistent quality of food and service, albeit at a price. This location was in the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, at the North end of the mall on the upper floor. I had a couple of Hendricks gin & tonics (because they didn’t have Empress 1908) and ordered the sliced filet over mushrooms and truffle fries. The filet came medium rare (as ordered) and it was fine, as were the truffle-scented fries. They didn’t use too much truffle oil, so the fries were excellent. Other places use far too much oil and it’s overpowering. Service was fine; my server was so quiet I never noticed when she brought something to the table. A nice meal at a nice, relaxing spot. Recommended if you don’t mind the cost.

Cool waiter, very nice atmosphere with great views. NY strip steak was best I've encountered. Wine was perfect, pineapple aged Vodka ON POINT. I burned my finger on the potato skillet but the food was so good I didn't care. I just kept putting ice on it. 10 yr anniversary dinner was celebrated here and it was EVERYTHING. Definitely would return

Spent my birthday there for the finest steak (porcini rubbed ribeye), the most attentive service and deluxe personalized birthday cake. All Capital Grilles I have visited across the country are quality.
