Been here multiple times and really like the food here. To me, the best part of this restaurant is how they can make any burger in the menu with a vegan patty (although it’s $6 extra). There usually is a 15-20 minute queue on weekends but that’s not bad at all. They kinda take a while to get your food though, also we didn’t get any cutlery until we asked for them hence the 4 stars. Here’s what we ordered and how we felt: Hell’s Kitchen burger with vegan patty - 4/5 Sweet potato fries - 5/5 Stout burger with beef patty - 5/5 Sticky Toffee Ice cream sandwich - THIS IS A MUST HAVE, THE BEST!!! 5/5 We tried a lot of drinks as well, skinny dip was our favorite.

This restaurant is a must try when you’re in The Strip. I tried to book for reservation but it’s all fully booked. Came to the restaurant at 9 PM on a Friday night, long standby queue but line moved fast, get inside around 15’wait. I tried 24 hour burger, truffle burger, Hell’s kitchen burger and truffle fries. All were very delicious!! The beef patty was tender, the fries dipping sauce was yummy. Service is very friendly and nice. Overall very good!

We stumbled upon Gordon Ramsay Burger while walking the strip. The wait wasn’t long, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the 24-Hr Burger, the Ultimate Cheeseburger, and the sweet potato fries. Everything was excellent. The burgers were perfectly cooked, moist and delicious, no extra condiments required. The sweet potato fries dusted with powdered sugar were paired perfectly with a delicious dipping sauce. Given the fact that this is a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, the prices weren’t bad. The burgers range from $15-$25, the sides are extra at around $10-$13 if I remember correctly, but they are share-able. If you’ve been wanting to try some of Gordon Ramsay’s food, but don’t want to spend a ton, give this place a try.

Finding ourselves hungry on the strip of Las Vegas, as we walked down the Las Vegas Blvd., we came across Gordon Ramsey burger nestled in Planet Hollywood’s Las Vegas Blvd entrance. Hoping for an amazing burger experience we decided to try this out. They have a variety of burgers but I went for the specialty burger, “the celebration burger” As you can see from the photos, it was stacked. Medium is my preference and that was perfect. At $27.00 I was expecting an experience and it did not disappoint. If you have not eaten here I recommend you go for the gusto and order what in my opinion is an amazing hamburger. We split the Hellfire Chicken Salad and yes, there was plenty to share. The side of fries were crispy and not soggy or over cooked. An old fashioned (not with soda) and I must admit, it was better than expected. The service was quick and efficient. Our server was pleasant and helpful. Definitely worth trying. We closed the place down at midnight as we headed out for more Vegas fun.

Let’s start off with the burger it was cooked perfect and it was amazing. The brunch tots had lots of flavor and were also amazing. The sticky toffee pudding. Let me start by saying if you’ve been to England and had sticky toffee pudding, you won’t find this one as enjoyable, but if this is your first experience with sticky toffee pudding, you’ll love it. The toffee pudding is delicious. Don't be deterred from it at all.

We went to Vegas and were super excited to try this place. We arrived at about 430pm and of course there was a line. We got seated at about 4:45 pm which was super fast! Our waitress came right away to let us know the food was taking about 20 minutes to come out. We ordered immediately. Our food didn’t come to the table until 5:50pm. We were so happy to try out the burger with the egg and the 3 cheese we ordered. Our burgers looked amazing BUT cold! The egg was completely cold. The meat was cold. We ate it happily because it was still really good. I can’t say I would be back, even though I love Gordon. I’d rather visit his other restaurants.

I don’t think we needed to pay extra $50 for chef’s experience just because we are not a big eater but what’s included were good deal, chefs and servers were all so nice and professional. Personally wasn’t the best burger ever but you should definitely try in Vegas. The burgers were delicious.

Such an excellent dining experience. We were able to be seated immediately! Lovely atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and on top of it (especially Fred). The drinks were so well made. Perfect balance of flavour. I definitely enjoyed the food! Had the Hell’s Kitchen burger. Tender, juicy patty cooked to perfection. The roasted jalapeño was amazing with the right amount of heat. I will say that flavour of the house ketchup was interesting at first but when your palate is used to being bombarded by corn syrup and “tomatoes” the you get a pass. All in all. Definitely on my return list!

The food here is fabulous. Had the chicken Burger and it was better than a beef burger. The just fries dipping sauce was very unique. Need to get both types of fries. The only thing that surprised me was that it was a diner atmosphere where I was expecting a quieter restaurant atmosphere.

Was the (in)famous Michelin starred chefs slightly upscale burger joint, worth it? Simple answer … sure why not, it’s Vegas. Gordon Ramsey Burger is in Planet Hollywood casino right on the strip next to Paris and is more of an upscale fast casual environment. No dress code required but there may be a slight wait Overall good meal , however not necessarily worth the hype when you know there are better burgers out there for half the price but the experience is really what you are paying for. Don’t expect a relaxing atmosphere. you’re in a Casino. Service was great , appetizers were honestly imo the real star. Amazing Chicken wings and crisp onion rings. The burger was cooked to perfection and a really decent quality and size. If i were to go again i would just try the basic cheese burger rather than the Guinness Pub burger. When you have 10 sides and condiments on your burger the actual beef gets lost. Overall a fun albeit lofty burger experience with excellent food and service and again why not… You’re in Vegas!!!

The food was excellent, burger was delicious and the onion rings were light, airy, and crunchy in texture. The parmesan truffle fries were delicious and the salad was very refreshing. All and all the food was excellent and the only letdown for me was the fact the burger was almost $20 alone and wasn't plated with any fries. A bit pricey for a burger and I would have liked to see something else on the plate. This restaurant is a must try and everything else we got was worth every penny.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was unmistakably top-notch. First and foremost, a shout-out to our server, Cassie. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. For those who are gluten-sensitive or prefer gluten-free options, the menu was thoughtfully crafted with clear indications. I opted for the Celebration burger in a lettuce wrap and I wasn’t disappointed. The flavors were rich, and the burger was cooked to a spot-on medium. On a similar note, if you visit, don't skip the truffle fries - a game changer in the world of gourmet sides. My husband's choice, the Farmhouse burger, also deserves special mention. He was literally licking his fingers by the end of it, which speaks volumes about its taste and quality. That being said, our entrance was slightly marred by the hostess's attitude. Everyone can have an off day, so it won’t hold us back from returning, but it was a point worth noting. All in all, the portions are generous, and the quality of food is in line with what you'd expect from a Gordon Ramsay establishment. We'll certainly be returning, and if you're in Vegas, this burger spot is a must-visit.

An awesome experience with amazing food! I have always wanted to try a Gordon Ramsay place and I have no regrets; already planning to go back soon! The wings were awesome, very juicy and flavorful. A little heat but not too spicy. The brunch tots were killer! A must try for sure. The truffle burger and hell's kitchen burgers had so much flavor and were cooked to perfection. Can't wait to come back!

Actually amazing! The first half of the burger did make me full, but the quality and the taste makes up for it. A 9 1/2 out of 10, mainly because we did have to send back a burger due to it not being cooked to the right temperature, but we still enjoyed it. The staff were very nice and entertaining, the burgers look like how they’re advertised, the wings were very tangy and delicious, and the milkshake was very sweet and enjoyable. I very much hope to return in the near future to enjoy more of this food. A truly amazing experience for anyone in Las Vegas.

Gordon Ramsay Burger is delicious! There are tons of burger options. We tried the truffle burger and cheeseburger—both were awesome! Another favourite were the truffle fries. It is definitely a pricey place, as burgers are stand alone and the fries are an extra cost. The service was great! Our server was friendly and checked in a bunch. It’s worth a try if you’ve been wondering! There was no line or wait around 11:30 a.m. too.

It's not worth the hype. Went to , to say I have. Burger needs some seasoning. Can I get some real ketchup, not the gourmet stuff. Their ketchup was really good when I put it on my sandwich. Didn't care for it with the fries. After adding the ketchup and salt, it was pretty good. My husband got the burger with the pull pork on it. After adding seasoning, it was also good. If I hate to choose again, I would have gone with the burger over the chicken sandwich.

We got to sit at the chefs table/bar area. It was awesome sitting there and watching all the chefs work. The burger was amazing, very juicy and full of flavor. I also had the sticky toffee pudding ice cream sandwich which was by far my favorite dessert that I have ever eaten. Highly recommended Gordon Ramsay's Burger!!! I can't wait to go back when I'm next in Las Vegas.

This restaurant is phenomenal! Every time my family visits Vegas, it’s tradition that we eat here. We have enjoyed everything we’ve ordered. Everything is flavored so nice. The service is great. The burger with the fried egg on it is awesome! I recommend getting a shake for dessert, best shake you will ever have!

The burgers here are so delicious. The truffle sauce is also amazing. It was hard to decide what to get because everything looked so good. The waiter was very accommodating for all of us and we loved our experience. I would definitely go back.

  • 3/5 Peter M. 4 months ago on Google
Expect to wait at least a half hour maybe longer for your burger. And while the burger was very tasty, I’m not sure it deserved a $30 price tag. Taking a star off because the fries were very average. They were seasoned well but were very soft to the point of almost being soggy. Also the portion was just insultingly small.

  • 2/5 Dan H. 5 months ago on Google
The fries were great and so was the dawg. That’s where it ended. Both burgers were WAY under cooked. We ordered one well and one medium. Both of them could have been revived by a talented veterinarian. I love Chef Ramsey, very disappointed.

So I finally got the try the famous Gordon Ramsay hamburger and fries, I got to be honest with y'all I got to give an A+ and is one of the best hamburgers and hot french fries I've ever had. The service and atmosphere is fantastic and The wait staff is on it and take very good care of us guests. Also, I have to say the cooks do an excellent job. Worth waiting for. So, stop by and grab a bite to eat.

Of course I have seen Gordon Ramsey on TV. I really wanted a good burger and I saw this place on Google maps. There was a 30-40min line out the door for people without reservations. I went on Google and made a reservation within 5 minutes I was sat and bypassed the line. We ordered onion rings- they were awesome. I love freshly breaded rings and not the frozen garbage. My burger was perfect!! I really enjoyed our experience here.

I came here with my friends during our trip to Vegas for a bachelorette party. After waiting in line for an hour (which was fine, as it is a very popular place and we were ready to wait), we sat down and ordered five Hell’s kitchen burger and two sweet potato fries. We were not told that our burgers would take another 45 minutes, so we waited and waited, and when the burgers were finally served after 45 minutes, I saw a strand of hair sticking out of my patty… It was so visible that I saw it AS the server was putting the plate down and told the server it had hair stuck in the burger. When I told the server, he didn’t even looked surprised, no apologies and just said “oh” and took it back. I was confused because he just said “oh” and nothing else, so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait again while all of my friends already started eating. After ten minutes, my burger was remade, but again, the server did not even care to say sorry or anything and looked like he couldn’t be bothered and just left. We were visiting from Canada so we weren’t really sure if this is a normal dining experience in Vegas, but was really disappointed with the service, especially as it is a very well known and expensive fancy restaurant (at least for burgers). It seemed like since they already have the name, they don’t care about customer service. I’ve been in the food industry, worked as a server before too and when there is a mistake on our end, it is a given that we apologize to the customer. The food was good, especially the sweet potato fries; they were amazing, but the service was just not at all what we were expecting.

We made a reservation for lunch, and I highly recommend doing so. The atmosphere was upscale burger. Chairs were super comfy! Blue cheese burger was super tasty! Spicy ketchup was also good. Fries (both potato and sweet potato) were average. The dip with the sweet potato fries was bland and gross - just get spicy ketchup with them. The big winner, however, was the Street Corn Dip! Ah-mazing! Service was OK - pretty slow and not up to typical Ramsay standards.

A very good experience at Gordon Ramsay's Burger restaurant. We did have to queue to get in & once we had ordered they're was a reasonable length wait for food. But once it arrived, all 3 of us we're really impressed by what we were presented with. Each burger cooked to our liking. The restaurant was extremely busy, but thr staff were polite & attentive. Highly recommended.

Located at Planet Hollywood, Gordon Ramsay’s burgers were very delicious! Many different burgers to choose from including chicken and vegetarian burgers. I went with the bacon cheeseburger and my friend got the chicken burger. Both were very delicious. I also recommend upgrading to the Parmesan truffle fries. Service was excellent as well!

  • 5/5 Pat W. 7 months ago on Google
Perfect burgers! Hell’s kitchen burger definitely has nice kick. The blue cheese burger is amazing. A perfect balance of flavors that don’t overpower the beef. And the toasted sesame seed bun-wow! Fries and onion rings added to the experience. Definitely worth adding this spot on your foodie tour!

Went in late at night and we were seated straight away. Friendly, courteous staff. Usual waiter introduction and drinks ordered. Meals ordered, but took a while to come out. But, that was because it was so busy in there. Burgers were very tasty. I had the Specialty 24 Hour Burger $33.99 with fries and a beer, and my son had the Backyard Burger $25.99. It did come out a bit warm, but it was still worth it. So very delectable and satisfying, with a friendly atmosphere. Our server Craig, was very friendly and courteous, keeping our iced waters filled and my son’s soft drink filled.

Gordon Ramsay Burger in Las Vegas offers a fantastic combination of a prime location, delectable food, and a lively atmosphere. Situated on the Las Vegas Strip, its central position adds to the overall experience. The stars of the menu are undoubtedly their burgers – they are juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. Paired with sweet potato fries(additional charge) it's a mouthwatering delight that leaves you craving for more. The drinks selection is impressive, with a variety of cocktails, wines, and craft beers to choose from. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or a cocktail enthusiast, you're sure to find something to suit your taste. The ambiance is vibrant and bustling, making it an excellent place for socializing and meeting new people. However, with its popularity, it can get quite crowded, so reservations are advisable. The service can be hit or miss at times due to the high volume of patrons. Despite these minor hiccups, Gordon Ramsay Burger in Vegas is a must-visit for those seeking a memorable dining experience with a great burger, sweet potato fries, delicious drinks, and the opportunity to mingle with fellow diners.

Went on a Tuesday for lunch. No reservations but we only had to wait about a half hour. I had the hellfire chicken salad, and it was perfect. The chicken had a smoky flavor, and the hellfire sauce with ranch and blues cheese was the perfect flavor profile. The chicken burger my boyfriend had was tender, juicy, and flavourful. The house ketchup hit the spot, and the fries cooked to a perfect mix or crisp and soft.

24-hour Burger is pictured. Something to note was that the 25-min ETA was only mentioned *after* I finished ordering. I do feel like the experience was worth it though. Monday @ 10PM line was light and got a seat at the bar in minutes. Burger was an experience on it's own, certainly one of the best I've ever had. Bar staff was attentive, nothing negative to note overall. Certainly a good experience, not necessarily a place to go multiple times per trip but I do feel like worth a stop on a trip (especially if you can get a short queue as I did).

This is my third visit to GR Burgers, always fresh and tasty. We ordered chicken salad and hummus as starters. The salad was good, but the hummus nothing more than a flat chickpea dip. We ordered the Hell's Kitchen burger and the Ultimate cheeseburger. The burgers and fries were delicious. Amazing service

  • 5/5 Joseph W. 5 months ago on Google
Had the Stout burger and substituted the truffle fries. Easily one of my top 5 burgers ever. The truffle parmesan fries where phenomenal. There was a little bit of a wait to get seated, but it was well worth it. My wife had the Euro burger and my son had the truffle burger. Both were delicious. All three burgers had distinct flavor profiles and I would happily order or recommend any of them. The staff was amazing. Attentive, professional, polite, and not over bearing. Absolutely a must go to for a Vegas trip.

On our Vegas trip we had the pleasure of visiting not once but twice! We HAD to go back one last time before catching our flight home. Gordon knows how to make a delicious burger! Perfectly cooked with a beautiful pink center and melt in your mouth delicious. The short rib burger is over the top, next level amazing. Buns are fresh and hold up to an ample burger. Condiments are kicked up a notch and house made. Craft cocktails and hand made onion rings complimented the meal exquisitely.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gordon Ramsey Burgers and wanted to take a moment to commend the exceptional service provided by Ryan, our waiter. From the moment we walked in, Ryan's warm and friendly demeanor put us at ease. He expertly guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations that perfectly matched our preferences. Ryan's attentiveness throughout the meal was remarkable, ensuring that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His professionalism and knowledge of the menu truly impressed me. Ryan's exceptional service made our dining experience memorable, and I highly commend him for his exemplary skills as a waiter. If you visit Gordon Ramsey Burgers, be sure to request Ryan as your waiter for an outstanding dining experience!

We had a great meal here and were lucky not to have had to wait for a table at around 1630hrs. By the time we left there was already a sizeable queue. The food was fantastic, we had the Stout Burger, the Vegan Burger and some fries. This was the best non-meat patty I have ever had! The two different types of ketchup with the fries were tasty with a good kick to them. Our server Ashley was great and speedy with the drinks. Would definitely come back.

It was a nice experience to dine in at a Ramsay restaurant. After watching many of his shows, the food did not disappoint. The burger tasted very flavourful and enjoyed it. The sauce for the ketchup had a spice and took a while to get used to. The Mayo was better. The service was very nice and pleasant. I walked in without a reservation and there was a line outside which was moving fast. Overall would recommend this experience!

Great atmosphere. Came for our son's 2nd birthday dinner. Service was great thanks Adam! We all tried a different burger. They were all gone under 10 minutes. The ultimate cheeseburger 🔥. Truffle fries and tots were cooked to perfection. Don't let the line deter you; it doesn't take that long to get seated or to get your food after ordering. Can't wait to comeback!

  • 5/5 Elena L. 1 year ago on Google
The place is very popular, there is always a queue at the entrance. We only took burgers, they were very hearty and tasty, you really don't need to add anything to fill up. The cutlet in the burger is juicy, take the medium roast, it will be cool. The waiters are very polite and pleasant despite being busy. Prices are slightly above average. These burgers are worth it. I recommend this place

Great burgers! We tried 2 different ones and both were sensational. Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Also the chicken wings were amazing. We had to que 45min to get in but it was worth the wait

  • 3/5 Karen Y. 9 months ago on Google
I so badly wanted to love this place and their burgers and fries. Pro's you know the food quality is high. Cons The wait. They can't cope with the volume of people waiting for you food can be over 30mins so bring your phone or friends to distract you from the tummy rumbles. My bun had a soggy bottom from the burger juices. The rest of the 24 hour burger was great, great short ribs, crunchy lettuce but the fries were sad. 1/3 of the fries were thin stick slither or had black bits. Definitely not work the money. The burger has real potential. The service was okay.

  • 5/5 CD 9 months ago on Google
The food was spectacular. The Hells Kitchen Burger (my son’s) was by far the best burger. The sauce was fantastic. We placed a to go order (charging it to our room) and received texts to update us about order status. A quick walk downstairs and fast pickup. A++ Pro tip: Ask for medium well instead of well.

  • 5/5 Dorothy C. 9 months ago on Google
Very tasty! We were shocked how fast the onion rings came out and they were very good! They don’t look the best but they were very good. They ask you how you like your meat patty cooked which was nice and it was very good! A bit expensive but was good quality! The service was good but I found it weird that a lot of the staff were allowed to have their cell phones in their back pocket. Also saw two staff gossiping while setting up the tables but that didn’t bother me. Just an observation.

Definitely a must try when in Vegas. Went here with hubby and the kids. We have been trying burgers around Vegas area for the last couple days. For me this was the best one by far. I had the Euro Burger and I highly recommend it. Hubby had the Hell’s Kitchen burger (it wasn’t his favorite), the kids had the Backyard burgers (guess it wasn’t their favorite either). But this was absolutely delicious. Service was amazing. Thank you

I was thankful to have a vegan burger as an option on the menu, the rest of my table enjoyed the options they had, too. I can say the fries and onion rings were very tasty! Overall though, you are paying for the name and the wait can be extensive. Phoenix (direct server) and Eymon were wonderful though. Special thank you to them!

  • 5/5 Westley 9 months ago on Google
The burgers were delicious, the service was fast and on point, and the drinks were strong. The Ultimate Cheeseburger lived up to its name with 3 different cheese as it oozed cheese. The chicken burger didn’t even need sauces since it was juicy. Onion rings were crunchy and the ranch truffle was a unique take on ranch dip. Wasn’t a big fan of the spicy sauces for the fries, but that’s personal preference. Would highly recommend trying a sticky toffee ice cream sandwich, probably just as good as the regular dessert dish at Gordon’s other restaurants.

My burger told me to “Piss Off” and I knew it was going to be good. Sure enough, it was the best burger I have ever had! The drinks were amazing as well. Thank y’all for an amazing time!

The food was amazing. The waiting staff was amazing. The atmosphere was great. The only negative thing was the hostess had said halfway through the line to get a party of 6 over us a party of 5, which were next in line..... when questioned, she said it was cause of their parties size....?

  • 5/5 Gil B. J. 9 months ago on Google
Great food! Great service! The line to enter went by really quickly. Their beer selection is impressive. The only negative that I could think about, is the fact that when I asked for pickles on my cheeseburger, they were sweet pickles (a heads-up on that would've been nice). Fully expect to pay a premium for what you're getting, but it's safe to assume that Gordon Ramsay himself designed this menu from the ground up.

  • 5/5 Dylan Y. 8 months ago on Google
This is a great burger joint by Ramsay! Great selection - Fair pricing for what portion sizes you get. Our waiter was great & everything went very smoothly. Pro-Tip: If you don't want to wait in line, you have 2 options. Make reservations OR eat af the bar if they have open seating.

  • 5/5 Aysha R. 8 months ago on Google
Definitely one of the busier restaurants on the strip but definitely worth it. It’s located by one of the entrances to Planet Hollywood so it’s the perfect location if you’re wandering the strip. The line up can be a bit discouraging as there is ALWAYS a line but worth the wait. Had the Backyard Burger and the sweet potato fries - fantastic! Burger was perfect and the fries were so different than what I’ve had. They are sprinkled with a vanilla powdered sugar and come with a honey jalapeño mayo for dipping.

  • 5/5 Kristina H. 8 months ago on Google
The line to get in was super long. We really appreciated the plus size friendly tables. The staff were nice and honest The burgers are a decent size and do not come with a side. The chicken jalapeño poppers were great and the dipping sauces were yummy. The chicken burger is a ground chicken and we got it lettuce wrapped. The skinny dip cocktail was very good and not too strong/weak. The hellfire chicken burger was not spicy at all. I would have liked more of a kick to it.

They don’t take reservations. First come first go. Burger is really good. Very impressed by how organized the kitchen is. So many orders and they manage to do a great job. Service at the front needs improvement. Seats next to the fire are really bad. It was super hot.

  • 5/5 Victoria A. 8 months ago on Google
Be prepared to wait because this place gets busy! But honestly the food and drinks are worth it. My boyfriend ordered a burger and it was huge! And my fish and crisps sandwich was even bigger! And very delicious! I didn't even need to order the parmesan fries because I was so full but please do not pass up on dessert. The sticky toffee pudding ice cream sandwich is soooooo worth it! It was the perfect amount of sweetness to end our meal. Also, they do not skip on the alcohol when it comes to their cocktails! My boyfriend and I were both a little tipsy after just one drink. Definitely don't pass up on this gem of a place.
