I
came
here
with
my
friends
during
our
trip
to
Vegas
for
a
bachelorette
party.
After
waiting
in
line
for
an
hour
(which
was
fine,
as
it
is
a
very
popular
place
and
we
were
ready
to
wait),
we
sat
down
and
ordered
five
Hell’s
kitchen
burger
and
two
sweet
potato
fries.
We
were
not
told
that
our
burgers
would
take
another
45
minutes,
so
we
waited
and
waited,
and
when
the
burgers
were
finally
served
after
45
minutes,
I
saw
a
strand
of
hair
sticking
out
of
my
patty…
It
was
so
visible
that
I
saw
it
AS
the
server
was
putting
the
plate
down
and
told
the
server
it
had
hair
stuck
in
the
burger.
When
I
told
the
server,
he
didn’t
even
looked
surprised,
no
apologies
and
just
said
“oh”
and
took
it
back.
I
was
confused
because
he
just
said
“oh”
and
nothing
else,
so
I
wasn’t
sure
if
I
had
to
wait
again
while
all
of
my
friends
already
started
eating.
After
ten
minutes,
my
burger
was
remade,
but
again,
the
server
did
not
even
care
to
say
sorry
or
anything
and
looked
like
he
couldn’t
be
bothered
and
just
left.
We
were
visiting
from
Canada
so
we
weren’t
really
sure
if
this
is
a
normal
dining
experience
in
Vegas,
but
was
really
disappointed
with
the
service,
especially
as
it
is
a
very
well
known
and
expensive
fancy
restaurant
(at
least
for
burgers).
It
seemed
like
since
they
already
have
the
name,
they
don’t
care
about
customer
service.
I’ve
been
in
the
food
industry,
worked
as
a
server
before
too
and
when
there
is
a
mistake
on
our
end,
it
is
a
given
that
we
apologize
to
the
customer.
The
food
was
good,
especially
the
sweet
potato
fries;
they
were
amazing,
but
the
service
was
just
not
at
all
what
we
were
expecting.
