My fiancée and I went here everyday just for the garlic-cheese bread! We’ve never in our lives tried cheesy garlic bread as cream and delicious as it is as Flour and Barley. It’s definitely one of a kind and something that’s a MUST try when you go to Vegas! It’s right next to the In-N-Out on the strip by the Linq Roller. As far as other foods- we tried the margherita pizza but I was not a fan. It tasted very bland and it was extremely greasy. Definitely had to be one of the worst tasting pizzas I’ve tried personally but the garlic cheese bread- I LOVED. It’s soft, crispy, creamy, cheesy, flavorful, and just so delicious! Make sure you go during happy hour on Mon-Fri from 2-6pm! You’ll get a discount on the garlic cheese bread; pizza too.

I really really liked this restaurant! I'm gluten free so to find out they had gluten free pizza crust I was excited about it! It was by far the best pizza crust i've ever had in my life! I literally went twice in three days!! They seem to be pretty good with cross contamination as I didn't get sick and I can be pretty sensitive! I highly recommend!!

Brick oven cooked 12 inch pizzas made to order with a wide variety of topping options. They also offer appetizers, salads, and other entrees including chicken alfredo, spaghetti, and salmon. They have an extensive beer list as well as wine. Pizzas are good and a good size for two people to share. Friendly staff and fast service. You can eat inside or they do have an outdoor eating area.

Their pizza was thin and they used garlic in it, which made the pizza taste better. Also, our waitress (wearing hoops) was super professional… Nice place to eat and fair price!

We were looking for a light lunch. But it was 107 outside where you can order pizza by the slice. Some people braved the heat, ordered their slices and sat outside in the outside seating area. We decided to go inside where it was much cooler. The only caveat is that you had to order a whole pizza and you could not get it by the slice inside. To be honest, we did not order much. We simply drank water and ordered the cheesy garlic bread and a pepperoni pizza. This is wood-fired pizza and let me tell you, it tasted delicious. Both the garlic bread and the pizza. I wish I could say more but that's all we got. The service was great. We're definitely going to go back and when we do, I will edit this review. If you're looking for pizza that won't break the bank but tastes like it should, this is your place.

Solid 3 stars. Twenty bucks for a pizza on the strip seems like a steal. Pizza was excessively greasy but good. One of the better pizzas I have had in Vegas and also the cheapest. Was ready less than 15 minutes after placing an order to go.

This was the BEST pizza I have ever had!!!! I am gluten & dairy free and the crust was so fluffy and vegan cheese tasted like real cheese! I am blown away I’m just sad I didn’t try it on the first day of my trip it was soooooo good!!! My husband who does not have food allergies had a bite and loved it too! Seriously, best gluten dairy free meal of my life!!!!

Their gluten free pizza will fulfill all of your wheat bread cravings. You know what I mean! Can be made celiac friendly too. It is so airy, squishy and delicious.

I have passed this little gem up many times but on a recent visit was looking for an indoor option and gave it a try. Pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff. Pizza was good. I will look forward to trying other options in the future. They do have a walk up window for pizza by the slice as well.

I absolutely loved this place. Great service, delicious food. Perfect location. They have inside and outside seating. Staff was super friendly. We had Bianca pizza and cheese chili chicken pizza. It was recommended to us by our server. We all loved both the pizzas it was super delicious, hot and fresh with perfectly baked crust. We explored place on our last day of the trip. Definitely coming back here when in Vegas.

The pizza was very good. Go during "happy hour", certain pizzas are marked down (don't remember the price)🤔. We had the garlicky pizza and a sausage pizza, Calamari with fried lemon slices 😋 👌🏾and the happy hour staple ... wings. I would definitely go again when I get back to Vegas.

Absolutely love this place. There is a restaurant and outside is a to go walk up counter where you can grab a quick slice if you're in a hurry. I always stop here when I'm at the promenade. They are so friendly and the food is always good. There is an outdoor patio attached to the restaurant. The waitress was so sweet. There was a service dog in our party and she asked if she could bring water. We requested just a small plastic sauce container and she brought 3 full sealed ones. Its the little things 👌 👍 ❤ Will definitely be back.

Good ambience, nice service, tasty food. But I still give 3 stars why? We asked for pasta without chicken, which they happily served us but the portion was very small(not enough for one person) as the removed chicken from it. I feel that when they charge us the same for the food with or without the meat then at least they should have the courtesy to add some extra veggies to compensate for the missing protein and make portions a little okay.

The food was great. My GF and I shared a bottle of wine and a pizza. We enjoyed our experience and loved the vibe of the restaurant. it was quiet in the restaurant, which is what we were looking for. but the winner for us was the service. We wish we could remember the gentleman's name but he was working the bar and serving our table and was fantastic! friendly, helpful, and honest! he will remember us as the people who drank 3 gallons of water :)

Had friends in town so we checked out FLOUR & BARLEY. I never liked Brussel Sprouts until now. Fried with bacon & potatoes, YUMMY! We ordered 2 pizzas, my favorite was the VAMPIRE SLAYER! Sausage, purple onions, delicious. My friends liked the pesto. Nice atmosphere & great service. We loved it!

Nice place to stop by for a slice to go if you're just looking for a snack and nothing over filling. You can be in and out in under 5 minutes. The young man working the counter was fast and polite. I've hit this spot several times because I didn't want to wait in the long lines at In-N-Out Burger.

Big apple pizza is nowhere close to New York if you have had Bleecker Street pizza, but it's still good. Pepperoni is salty, and crust just isn't the same. The Greek salad had a good vinegar bite and was filling. Loved the caprese salad, and the gluten-free pasta was delicious! Got the Martha Stewart Chardonnay and was pleasantly surprised; I guess even convicts can make decent wine.

Don’t let the name fool you if you are gluten intolerant. The garlic bread is awesome and so is the deep dish pizza! And all gluten free! I was even able to have dessert which rarely is there a gluten free option. Our waitress, Lynnette was the best! Very friendly and helpful. If you’re in Vegas, this place is a must!

If you only visit one pizza restaurant in Vegas, visit this place. Once you enter the boardwalk to the high roller you will sense the tantalizing smell of freshly fired pizza. Do not let this place pass you by. Edgar S. was our server at the end of his shift and he treated us like family. When we come back to Vegas we will be visiting this place again. Farmhouse pizza and tiramisu are fire.

I have celiac disease, and eating out can be a real hassle. I was skeptical with a name like Flour & Barley, but their gluten free food is fantastic. The staff, especially Alecia and the head chef, were able to answer my questions and accommodate me. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We stopped here for lunch today. Very good thin crust pizza! I had the Hawaiian with pineapple, mushrooms, and sub pepperoni for ham. It was very good and filling! I recommend trying this place out!

This place is so good. We were trying to find a place to eat and tucked back in a little nook with a bunch of other places to eat. A group of 7 went in got seated and the pizza came out and it was sooooo good. Gooey cheese and crispy crust. Pretty quick service too. The best part, it is even amazing reheated the next day. Highly recommend this place!!!

I felt like I had to come back and right this review. I still dream about this pizza, 5/5. Such amazing flavor and seriously - LOOK at all that pepperoni. Amazing Vegan cheese (I'm dairy free) Our server was also the bartender and he was awesome. Great service! Already looking forward to my next stop here on my next trip to Vegas!!! Yum 🍕

After the initial shock of Vegas, we were so happy to find this spot on the Promenade. Taking the recommendation of a local, we settled in on the quaint patio for beer and pizza. I opted for a side of brussel sprouts, intrigued by the combo of brussels plus potato and egg. The food was flavorful and was served hot with great presentation. The staff was efficient. This was a perfect space for people watching and lent itself to striking up conversation with other tables. Thanks for a great experience!

Came here for the gluten free pizza. Have visited other locations and it is always nice to be able to order deep dish gluten free pizza. It was loaded with pepperoni but definitely needed more sauce. Asked for a side and was charged $1.00. No biggie but the pizza itself for one is $24. We also ordered the lobster flat bread ($25). Again, yes, we are in Vegas but for that price, would not order it again. The Vampire Slayer was very good.

This is Little Caesars pizza except you're paying 7 bucks for a slice and it's in a great location. Seriously, if anyone thinks this is top tier pizza, they are being intoxicated by the great surroundings. I don't mind Little Caesars but it's packaged as if it's made with the greatest ingredients. Be aware!

Awesome pizzeria. My son and I shared a pizza (he had the side without the basil) and he said it was the best pizza he ever had! I had the sangria and everything was excellent. Our waitress was so nice! Would totally come back here.

I was here for a conference and I like to try new places. My friend and I reserved a table and we were seated right away by Jared who also ended up being our server. We asked him for suggestions on what drinks to order. My friend went with the Italian margarita and I went with a 9 island. These drinks were so light and refreshing that they can sneak up b on you and so delicious we got a 2nd. We split the Hawaiian pizza and just kept the mushrooms on my half. It was so good. The crust was light and crispy, I love that fire baked taste. The flavors were fresh just like the ingredients. We suggested this place to fellow conference attendees and they thanked us for telling them about our experience. If your looking for pizza and drinks, I suggest this place.

The server was fantastic. She wasn't too in your business, but was there when we needed her. Didn't want to go too far for pizza and wasn't disappointed. Everything tasted great. The fried lemons in the calamari were a sleeper hit. Cool space and a nice place to people watch.
