Was recently treated to Tableau for Brunch. Until family friends invited me, I never knew it was inside the Wynn Resort Casino. I tried their Lobster Burger with Truffle Parmesan Fries, Acai Blaster, & Cherry Cobbler. All very Delicious. My friend had their Seared Salmon with Clams. The other tried the Crispy Branzino & Cheesecake. You Can't go wrong with any item. Ambience was wonderful. Customer Service excellent.

I made a reservation but they let us stay in the hall for 45 minutes they asked us about window seat so we just waited more but they gave us table in the hall. The food was worst the croissant was almost like a rock. The server never check back the table no apologies for wait they just made an excuse. Horrible experience. I spent almost 60 bucks for brunch I should have to better donate that money to homeless. Edit. After I wrote this review they wrote the answer but I am living in another state. I went to Las Vegas with my friends for fun but you ruined my time and money. I don’t want anything. I don’t even want to provide my info. I will never going back this restaurant that is the only thing I can do. Most of people just visit this town you know right? You can do nothing for the customer who already left. You need to treat customer and check the reservation clearly. Plz plz don’t ruin customers travel.

We went to Tableau for brunch during our Vegas stay. Word of advice, get a reservation. We had one and it still took 10 minutes to get seated. The hostess was saying over an hour without a reservation. The ambiance, and food are fantastic. The waffles were perfect, bacon was awesome, super smokey, and the eggs Benedict was solid. Definitely recommend for a morning brunch.

We had Sunday brunch today and it was absolutely awesome! Our first time in the restaurant. Tableau didn't Disappoint! This place is beautifully decorated! And the service was excellent! Our server Gregory took great care of us! And our bus boy Leo was great as well! The food was fresh, hot and Incredibly tasty! The highlight of our dinning experience was one of the managers came over and Introduced himself to us and told us if there was anything he could do to make our dinning experience better! We said no sir but, thanks for asking! 5☆'s all the! We will be back! Thanks again 😊

A great place to get brunch if you are staying at the Tower Suites. There are a lot of healthy options and a large variety of flavors on the menu. The service is always friendly and the presentation of the food is excellent. The restaurant is a bit pricey so be prepared to spend around $50 per person without drinks.

We really enjoyed the food, The choices were plentiful, the preparation was good, but the poached eggs on both of the eggs Benedict were way over done. The waffles were light and fluffy and the cream was amazing. The omelettes were cooked perfectly. Service was quick but not rushed and very responsive. Our server checked back regularly but was unobtrusive.

This place was one of the best brunch places I have ever been to. Everyone was so nice! Our server was so so so friendly, he was on top of everything! The food was sooo good! I highly recommend the pancakes with the lemon ricotta! Get a cocktail while you are there so yummy. 🥰 Such an amazing experience!

Me and my boyfriend came here for a cute brunch for our 6 year anniversary. First off its very difficult to find the place. The ambiance is absolutely beautifully I will say, but we barely saw our waiter, which I can understand cause there were larger tables there, but we technically had poor service you could say. Besides that, the food was not up to par. I ordered the steak and eggs and I ordered medium, it definitely came out rare, to medium rare. I ate what I could cause I don’t like complaining, but left the steak there. When it came to paying, our server asked how everything was and I said that the steak didn’t come out right, but it we were ready for the check. I thought he would discount it or maybe give me a free dessert or something like that but instead he rudely took my plate and charged me for the whole thing. I truly don’t mind at this point because I am not one to complain in restaurants, but I thought he would handle the situation better than that. Just writing to basically say the food isn’t that good! Don’t waste your time.

My wife and I had brunch over the Wynn hotel at this restaurant in April for her special occasion. We were first greeted by Amy (host) and sat us down on our table with a nice view of the pool. The ambience, mood and the service was great. I wish I can say the same with the food. We have been to several different restaurants for breakfast or brunch but the food has the potential to be a lot better. Hopefully we will have a better food experience the next time we visit.

Brunch after my spa day. Gabe was my server, five stars to him specifically. I had fresh coffee and Steak and Eggs. The steak is a filet, cooked perfectly with 2 eggs exactly as ordered. The potato "cake" and accessories were fantastic. I loved that I was not rushed. I'm not really a food picture person, which I regret for this. But my pictures somewhat show the setting. Outdoor seating available with just immaculate gardens around. One of the best moments of my Las Vegas visit. 6 stars if available!

A beautiful restaurant with excellent service and incredible food! Lemon ricotta pancakes are my favorite. Also, try the fresh juices, steak & eggs, lobster Cobb salad, and the new waffles! (My pancake pic is a half order.) Valerie, Maria, & Sandy greet you with a smile! Gabe, Alfredo, & Emily are amazing servers!

Very bright and beautifully decorated establishment. Our waitress rushed us throughout our meal so we couldn't fully enjoy the meal. The Tabeau burger is fantastic. You need to eat it with a fork and knife. The fruit is fresh and delicious as well

This is probably my favorite breakfast place in Vegas. The dining room is beautiful, the service is great, and the food is absolutely delicious. I’ve gone here a handful of times now and everything I’ve ordered I have always loved! The oatmeal is my go-to starter and the scrambled eggs with caviar was so yummy!

You definitely need a reservation for this restaurant. The bottomless drinks are the way to go for brunch, especially the pink sangria. The waiter will bring around fresh bread, which is a nice touch. The short rib benedict and lemon ricotta pancakes were delicious! We also ordered the short rib cavatelli, but sent it back because it did not look appetizing at all. The pasta was all wrong! Finally, the waiter will come by with macaroons, the mango is yummy!

5/5 brunch experience. The service at Tableau is top notch. From the style and decor of the restaurant to the out of this world food, I can't recommend Tableau enough to anyone staying at Wynn or Encore. I would 100% recommend the lemon ricotta pancakes and Tableau Potatoes as a side. Best we've ever had!

You can never go wrong here. I had the salmon Benedict and it truly is the best you can have anywhere in Las Vegas. They even have a little stool for your purse.💗 👛 💗

This past Thursday I went to have brunch at Tableau with my family, the beautiful restaurant is located within the luxurious Wynn hotel, the restaurant is nestled inside the the Wynn Tower Suites and perched over a grove of pristine pools. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the elegant and luxurious ambiance and impeccable decor. They have this glorious avant-garde setting filled with fresh flowers, bright colors and natural light. But one of my favorite things was the back of the Louis XVI dining chairs hand-painted with a masked face. Each table had simple linens and a gorgeous single rose. The attentive staff welcomed me warmly and guided me through the menu, which boasted a diverse selection of culinary delights. The service by our waiter Lester and his assistant Rolando was absolutely delightful, so professional, friendly and accommodating to our every whim. I give them both a 10/10 The culinary journey at Tableau was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I started with a robust cup of coffee and a mimosa with the perfect balance pour of champagne and OJ. I was also happy to find they had an “Living Well” menu with various vegan options for me. I ordered the Vegan Scramble With JUST EGG, Wild Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, Housemade Cashew Mozzarella, Maple Tempeh Bacon, and Potato. It was delicately cooked to perfection and accompanied by your choice of toast. I also ordered the Belgian waffles with peaches and bourbon cherry syrup, they had a melt-in-your-mouth softness with the perfect amount of crunch. We also got the Tableau Burger, with Avocado, Blue Cheese, Smoked Bacon, Tomato Jam, The burger was cooked to our desired doneness and had a rich, smoky flavor that delighted our taste buds. The attention to detail extended to the way they bring you the bill at the end, it comes accompanied by a small tower of macarons, chocolates and sweets, honestly it made paying for the meal a delight (if there’s such a thing). I was thoroughly impressed. Overall, Tableau exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The prices were commensurate with the quality of the experience, making it a worthwhile indulgence for a special occasion or a memorable brunch (they’re only open for breakfast and lunch). From the elegant setting and attentive service to the exquisite culinary creations, it delivered a dining experience that will linger in my memory. I highly recommend Tableau to anyone seeking a refined and unforgettable gastronomic journey in the heart of Las Vegas.

Always excellent for breakfast or lunch, tableau is a very beautiful, well run and excellent restaurant. The restaurant itself is really nice, with a main dining room, a circular room behind that which I think they call the observatory and then some outdoor tables. It is small, but exquisite. The food is delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the service is extremely kind caring and professional. All in all just a really wonderful experience particularly for staying at the Tower Suites.

As residents who live on the Las Vegas strip and have several Options for brunch, this is our favorite. The cocktails, the entree options and the service along with the patio are literally hard to beat. The front desk ladies are so kind too. This will forever be our Saturday morning spot!

AMBIENCE: Entrance is located in a secluded area of the hotel, overlooking the pool. The place has a lot of windows, natural light and a very calm and intimate vibe for a place that serves breakfast and brunch. Sat outside and it's reminiscent of a villa in southern Italy. FOOD: I ordered the European Breakfast, which ended up being more than what I was expecting. Presentation was lovely, appreciated that included in ordering this dish, was your choice of either juice or coffee. Ordered the sangria while my friend ordered a strawberry mimosa, both were great when it came to cooling down in the heat. OVERALL: The service wasn't too bad, the hosts were nice and professional. The server, was attentive enough but I wished she had come around more often to refill our water. I don't think service was too bad though, it could've been the heat since it's still summer time.

Absolutely one of my most favorite 😍 ❤️ Breakfast joints in Vegas! The Lobster Eggs Benedict is to DIE FOR!! Absolutely 👍 💯 scrumptious. I would lick the plate. So tasty! Splurge! It's Vegas! Use a lot of Maine Lobster 🦞! The OJ is fresh squeezed. Fresh fruit is accompanied with a side of yogurt. Such a great treat and the view are amazing 👏 too. Just a great way to start the day. I do recommend setting reservations before arriving. The walk up wait is long 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Get a reservation!!

I got the steak and eggs, steak was over cooked but they took it back no problem and chef got me a new one cooked correctly! Potato patty was amazing wish it came with more than one. The avocado smear was terrible, all it did was make eggs taste bad. I think they need to redo the menu because what you read and what you get are two totally different things. I thought I would be getting potato’s and it was one potato patty, I thought I was gonna get avocado and it was an avocado spread. Place was beautiful inside, waiters were attentive!

Very cute place for breakfast or brunch! If you like a table by the window, definitely make a reservation day before you go! This place is popular! Grabbed something really light and refreshing before I run to my spa appointment. Love the coffee and the watermelon juice! The overnight oatmeal is great as well!

The ABSOLUTE BEST experience today. The staff was beyond accommodating and catered to our every wish while providing INCREDIBLE service and food at one of the best seats in the house. THANK YOU Emily & Amina for a memorable Birthday brunch for my wife and I!!!!!!!!!

The food - delicious. The service, once seated - amazing. The service up until being seated is something that needs addressed and soon. Reservation or not - the hostess staff leaves a lot to be desired. This isn’t an anomaly either - we were at the hotel 5 days and ate there 4 times. We were often greeted, then told to hold while xyz happened and then later asked if we had been helped - BY THE SAME PERSON. They forgot about us, then as we were talking the phone would ring and rather than putting the call on hold, took the call and assisted them rather than help the person they forgot about standing in front of them. I hope this was just a bad week and overall love the restaurant and the Wynn.

Amazing place for breakfast or brunch. Do make a reservation though, if you don’t the wait time is easily 1-2 hours. Food is really good and service is great. I’ve been here 2x and going back 3rd time next time at Wynn. No issues with customer service and personally I don’t think the food is overpriced. I mean you can lookup the cost before you eat there, if you want cheap food go somewhere else don’t leave a bad review on here…

Great place for brunch. Make reservations because it’s small, and highly sought after. Menu changes quit a bit. A bit overpriced for what they’re offering but It’s a great dining experience and great service.

Brunch here is the best! I've dined here twice over the past couple of years. I've ordered the same items. The Tartar and the Eggs Benedict with Steak and Crab. It is amazing and was vey delicious both times. What surprised me the most was that I had the same server who recognized me and remembered what I ordered previously. HOW COOL IS THAT!!! Needless t say, I felt very honored. The restaurant is always busy. Despite that, it is always very clean and the service is on par. The servers I've had have always had a pleasant and courteous attitude. For me dining outside on the terrace just adds to the whole experience. Recently I found out that Tableau is no longer serving the eggs benedict which I love so much. I almost deducted a star rating for that alone. However, in all fairness I could not. This is perhaps a sign to try other items on the menu. On my next visit I will be sure to write a review.

Amazing vegan breakfast. The tofu scramble is so so good. Worth the trip here. Tableau might a bit hard to find so ask the staff to direct you. The vegan dessert was also amazing. Perfect cappuccino.

Agree with several of the reviews here. Service was ok. Server never came to ask if our food was satisfactory. Our French toast and bacon were over cooked, and server didn’t come until we were ready to leave to ask if I wanted a coffee refill. He did ask if wanted a coffee in a to go cup. Pastries were hit and miss. Croissant was hard and brittle. Other one with jelly in middle was delicious. Atmosphere was nice and upscale.

Tableau at the Wynn was absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was beautiful with quality you can truly taste, and next level service. I had the braised short rib Benedict which I will be dreaming about for the rest of my life. My husband had Lox and Latkes which was a beautiful spread of smoked salmon, latkes, and toppings. We also split and order of the lemon and berry pancakes which were also amazing. Additionally, they were incredibly accommodating for my sister in law who has a gluten allergy. Although they didn’t have the dish she typically gets, they made it up by ensuring she got something equally tasty and making sure she was well taken care of. The quality and attention to detail here was off the charts. They really helped us kick off our honeymoon on the right foot. Although it is rather expensive, it is absolutely worth the price tag. You truly get your moneys worth between the quality and taste of the food, amazing customer service, and gorgeous dining area and atmosphere.

Service is great My food was mediocre. My friend enjoyed the egg wrap thing I didn't care for the egg Benedict. Not a fan of the shredded ham. The bacon was to greasy it made it unedible. The espresso is great. Higher brunch prices doesn't bother me if the food is worth it. I didn't think it was. Decor is super nice.

A breakfast place you have got to try on the strip! We found this place listed as one of the best breakfast places in Vegas, so decided to give it a shot and see how good it was. Make sure to place a reservation because this place is packed all the time! The service was fantastic, attentive at all times, always checked on us and always offering suggestions. They even found out we were visiting and gave us recommendations of places to go. The setting is nice and the outside seating is quaint when it’s great weather. Inside it has a nice European breakfast style feel. The rolls and muffins they brought out to start were delicious, baked to perfection. We then dove into breakfast, where we ordered French toast and the European breakfast platter. The platter had tons of options from poached eggs to sausage, cheese, mustard and more. Worth everything delicious bite! The French toast was just as good and the syrup tasted perfect together. The selection is quite decent, and the prices are very very reasonable especially for the portions and the food. I highly recommend checking this place out!

We stayed at the tower suites so most of the food was covered. It's a pricey little spot but you get views of the pool and the outdoor patio is great. The food was really good and you can't go wrong with the overnight oats!

Tableau Burger!!!! A juicy patty with avo, Bleu Cheese and fried egg!!! Match it with an orange juice and it's a nice combo IMO. 👌 Don't forget to thank the Chef and the amazing staff/servers!

This is the best breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. The Salomon Eggs Benedict had the most amazing buttery luxurious taste and texture, and I’ve had a lot of benes. The Cream Cheese and Apple Waffles were excellent too - heavenly sweat and creamy, and you can tell from the sharp apple flavor that they are made using real apples. You need this breakfast in your life!

Upscale dining with great service. We dined here for breakfast today. The atmosphere is welcoming and service is definitely above standard. Our waiter greeted us by name and was friendly. The food delicious and we enjoyed everything. Nice fluffy pancakes and the bagel and lox was flavorful in every bite. The Tableau breakfast was also enjoyable through every bite. The ambiance is upscale and different from the usual breakfast restaurants. Definitely a great family dining experience. The breakfast here will average around $30 per person so be prepared to dive into your wallet. However, you do have a decent variety and options to choose from.
