Awesome concert, Santana was amazing. Smaller venue so almost all seats a good seat. Lower level seats are at a table, so if it's only 2, would end up seated with 2 strangers. We got upper seats, still great view and I loved that they had servers to bring you drinks so you didn't have to make the whole row get up.

Saw Carlos two nights in a row this last weekend and all I can say is wow. I love this venue. If you're able to stand throughout a show, there is no better way to spend a hundred dollars in Las Vegas. I seriously cannot recommend Santana at the House of Blues any higher. What a great show in a great venue.

Excellent venue. Very adequate lighting and sound systems with a large stage. It has a wraparound balcony with theater-style seating a mid-level containing all the bars and a sunken dance floor in front of the stage. The stage crew is very knowledgeable and friendly easy to work with. The restrooms are large, clean and well equipped. It has 3 bars on the main floor and 2 bars in the balcony. Plus there is a very nice VIP lounge on the 3rd floor 😀

For me the best venue in Vegas to see live music. The small venue makes for a memorable up close and personal experience. And tickets are inexpensive. Add to that there's really no bad seats here. I love seeing my favorite bands play here.

Be prepared to pay 10 bucks to check bags!!! Went to see Amigo the Devil on a week day. The venue is clean and well kept. Sound system is pretty good. Enjoyable show for the most part. I tried to book a table with no luck because of the limited seating available. If you attend here with general admission tickets just know that you'll be standing the entire time. They don't provide any seating areas unless you're paying extra for it. While most venues look through handbags, this venue forced us to check my GF's purse for 10 dollars. Bring a see through bag or just leave it at home all together. I suspect they make a killing off of unnecessary charges. It's not like they didn't employ the staff to search, they were already there wanding everyone. Another trap.

Great food and service. Gluten free options. Located in the MGM in the casino area this House of Blues offers a cool place to take a break from the slots and tables while enjoying a nice bite. For celiac diners they menu is clearly labeled and as we learned the staff is more than knowledgeable about gluten issues. We enjoyed the stouts, a steak salad and my non-celiac company they had the Yard Bird. Good food, decent prices. Great service.

The waitress was amazing, she was very attentive and even do she was the only waitress she manage on her own. The wings are amazing. Prize wise it was decent. I did not like the ultimate burger it was very salty and bland. I like this place people are very friendly and kind. I gave it a three because the burger was not good and the napkins are so fréeken small. I used around 10 of them. But honestly give Cristina a raise she’s amazing

My first impressions were very positive thanks to the friendly, personable people who work at House of Blues Vegas. Every single employee we interacted with were very friendly and professional. The show was great, the sound system was thumping! Drinks and food were made quick and tasted great.

Excellent venue and a truly awesome place to see a concert and enjoy the music and dance and drink and really let it all hang out and have some serious fun! We've been a couple of times and give nothing but 5 stars for every performance. The line moves really fast. They do not play around, I'll have you know. You can squeeze right in with your posse and find a spot to enjoy the music. I'm partial to the wall towards the back near the bar. Great view of the stage and close to a beverage should the mood strike you. They have a variety of shows to please even the most fickle of fans. Trust me, we can reach these people. Do not give up. Never give up. Of course drinks cost more than your average drink but what can you do. It is located inside Mandalay Bay at the south end of the strip, next to Luxor. It's also across the street from Tropicana. And.... feel free to stop in for a preshow bite. This will give you the best chance of success in all areas. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Food was good. The live music was the best part of the experience. Reviews said the menu was inspired by Aaron Sanchez and if that is true, I think they have changed it up. But, the samon and Cajon chicken pasta were good.

Lots of standing or lots of money to sit. Venue is on the smaller side and if you are standing you can get pretty close to who you went to see. Just, you know be prepared to stand. I'm 60 y.o. It's to much for me. Plus they charge a minimum of $15 for parking. And that's if you time it well. So don't eat/gamble before or after or you will be there too long and get stuck with the higher rate

So after a long exiting day, what better opportunity to end the night by dining at House of Blues. Unfortunately they closed at 11, disappointed so ubered to the Shake Shack. So decided the next day we had to go after another exciting day. When we ordered our food came quickly which was the Jambalaya and Spicy Chicken Pasta was on point. I guess you can say it was worth waiting another day and the service was good.

Santana was fantastic. VIP tables are the way to go rather than standing room. Read all the fine print. Tables are sold as a package for 2 or 4, and some include dinner and some a bottle of wine. You get a badge. However, since it is a couple, you only get one pin and bag souvenir per couple! My bad. I went with my brother and he paid me for his ticket but we could only get the one. Also, we did not drink wine, and I didn't realize we didn't have to get it. There was no one to even give it to, so yeah, 50.00 or so extra. However, our waitress was sweet about it and even brought us a little box of sweets. I don't even feel too bad. The band was worth it! I would go here again. It is small enough to see well with high energy and NO smoke. Well done.

The food was excellent! Hubby had the gumbo and cajun chicken pasta. He said the tomatoes in the pasta were delicious and he doesn't really like veggies, so that's huge! Brisket was tender and jalapeno cornbread was so good. Our server Jackie, was friendly, pleasant and attentive. We would definitely come back.

Love the love music and the ambiance. The performer/musician on 11/11 was great. Super disappointed by the food and service. She rang up our side Caesar salad twice by accident saying she lost 1st ticket so had to ring in a 2nd one, but charged for both. And we waited so long for her to bring the bill we didn’t want wait for her to correct it. Our food took a long time and we had a hard time getting our servers attention for refill etc. Food was a big let down. We ordered 2 wedge salads…which weren’t wedges at all. They were the tiniest cores and end (bitter) pieces of Romaine lettuce with burnt bacon and the bottom of the bag crumbs from the crouton bag :( I was starving and didn’t wanna wait anymore so we just ate it anyway. Bummer. Bf got shrimp and grits that were actually ok but super spicy. Love the art and decor :)

The Starset concert on June 4th, 2022 was AMAZING!!! This venue worked perfectly!!! The VIP experience during the concert was awesome to be able to enjoy the concert and get wait service on the spot! Will 100% be going back!!!

Fried chicken was delicious with a generous portion, drinks were good, friendly service but don’t go for a quick meal- it took awhile to get our food but we had time and the atmosphere was fun. Music was nice. Our waitress was very kind Beware of the photographers offering to take your photo- they snap a “free photo” and charge you $35 to get a print but I’m sure they’re allowed to use them for promo

Got the steak with brussel sprouts. It was absolutely delicious. I think I filled up on endless glasses of raspberry iced tea and one delicious margarita. Our waitress was amazing and the rest of the staff appeared just as friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Santana was great. Wait was too mych, to own doors and get seated. Music Hall is a good concert venue fir music, sounds and visual, and bar service and restrooms. It has way too many stairs depending on your age and mobility. I would not choose the vwnue again for that. They do have an elevator and handicapped seating but we are not handicapped, there are just too many stairs.

What a fun place! I have added another favorite to my list in Vegas. Will be coming here again. The vibe is awesome here. Our waiter was so friendly and super chill which was really nice. We felt like we could listen to the live music without being rushed out. The music was great the night we went in. Will be coming back for sure.

I've eaten at the House of Blues before and the food was good but I haven't eaten at this location. I did enjoy it as a concert venue though and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We saw the Motels, Bow Wow Wow and When in Rome II and had a great time. It's more of an intimate venue and the performers came right down and into the audience a few times. The acoustics were solid and the overall experience was stellar. I would definitely come to shows at this venue again

House of Blues venue has a mosh pit ( that's for SRO tickets) and VIP seating above it. I was lucky and got to sit in the ADA section without any hassle at all! It's on what might be considered the mezzanine section between a large VIP section and a much smaller section. Everyone was kind and accommodating.

  • 5/5 DI M. 5 months ago on Google
Santana! He and his fabulous band haven't lost anything except some hair over the past 50+ years since Santana appeared at Woodstock and wow'd the crowd with "Soul Sacrifice." Ditto this performance where everyone was on their feet for much of the concert. Blew us all away!! Great venue for "intimate" gatherings of 2000 or so. Perfect!!

I had lunch here and it was PERFECTLY PERFECT! David was my server and he was AMAZING. Thank you so much for the tour of the establishment as well as impeccable service. I had Cajun chicken pasta and key lime pie. Everything was delicious and presented nicely. The restaurant decor looked and felt like a blues restaurant. BUT I just can’t understand how a blues restaurant doesn’t play the blues. All I heard playing was pop and 80’s popish music. A MAJOR PART of the experience of dining in an establishment such as this is hearing and feeling the authenticity of the blues music. I specifically chose this eatery because I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE BLUES. It may not be important to other patrons BUT it may be. PLEASE REPLACE YOUR POP MUSIC with the blues. It really is the ONLY THING MISSING.

Fantastic venue for live shows! I would think most seats are going to make you feel like it’s an intimate show. The entrance and exit is a bit tight, so be prepared to be patient. Although I didn’t partake, there were bars on both floors. I wish there were a HoB somewhere close to me. I’d be going a lot.

Went for Opening Night for Erika Jayne's show. Was it good?? It wasn't horrible. Not much in the way of stage theatrics other than lights and smoke. During the transitions, there was a montage of video clips. Not very exciting or engaging. She looked down at the stairs when descending and was singing over the tracks. Thank goodness her backup singers are very good!!! The Male performers are buff and shiny, but I prefer Chippendale's, a little classier perhaps? Anyway, a fun way to start a girls night out. But I wouldn't go crazy on the type of tix I purchased.

Mac and cheese was horrible, missing salt. Loved the decor and layout of the open restaurant. Live music was awesome. My juicy Lucy was very dry overcooked and they came out with fries instead of the Mac and cheese (mistake). Staff took my whole order back into the kitchen for ten minutes. The same juicy Lucy came back to my table cold. Yuck, I complained to the waitress and they took off the Mac and cheese.

I didn’t see a show here, we just had breakfast. I had the Cast Iron Skillet Grits, they were good. All of the food was good, the service was great. This place definitely looks the part of a music venue, the design is great. There’s also a gift shop.

  • 4/5 Megan S. 11 months ago on Google
I have mixed feelings about this venue. On one hand, I liked the music hall. But the line to get in was confusing, because there were multiple lines, and it was not clear how to get to the fast lane. Not enough signage, and at one point the fast lane line merged with the merch line which confused a bunch of people. Once I was inside the venue though I had a great time! I saw VV (Ville Valo) and his band perform there on 4/21/23. As for the restaurant, it was ok but it didn't quite live up to the hype. I kept hearing about how it was one of the better places to get breakfast on the strip but it was kinda average. I'd eat there again but probably wouldn't go out of my way for it. The service was good though, friendly staff.

  • 5/5 Jami T. 1 year ago on Google
The atmosphere here was awesome! We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, seated quickly and our waiter was out within 30 seconds to ask if we would like some water. We looked over the menu and he returns to our table again to find out if we wanted anything other than water to drink and obliged my husband with a Margarita. He returned with the margarita and then took our food order. He chatted with us after taking our order about Vegas in general. After that our food was brought out by someone else and was cooked perfectly. We did not have one thing that was not good. Our server checked on us the perfect amount of times and came and chatted a little bit more with us about Vegas and even offered some ideas of places to check out. The restaurant industry needs more or him in the industry. His name was Tony and if we ever return to House of Blues again when we're in Vegas we will definitely come back.

House of Blues is absolutely phenomenal. I've been here for Breakfast and for Post-Show drinks and this place is phenomenal. The food is incredible (I highly recommend the chicken and waffles) and so are the drinks (espresso martini is a 10/10). They are also one of the few places I've been to that has Blackened Whiskey and I'm so appreciative of it since it's my favorite whiskey and I was so happy to have it in an old fashioned. The service is great and even with the place getting crowded I still feel like they are quite fast and provide excellent service both in the restaurant and in the bar.

Surprisingly good food. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh and tasty. Concert was good. I was shocked that the waitresses made such an effort to take orders from people that are GA on the floor. Definitely give props to their waitresses. They were awesome!

House of Blues is great for a show, dinner or even breakfast. We went for breakfast on our last trip and it was absolutely phenomenal. We sat at the bar but the place is huge and has a great ambiance, as we’ve sat in the restaurant for dinner as well. They also have the Music Hall if you want to catch a show. As far as the restaurant, breakfast was excellent. The Bloody Mary’s we’re spot on and the food was phenomenal. The steak and eggs may have been the best meal I had in Vegas. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the the breakfast menu. Dinner was really good as well. If your in the Mandalay Bay you have to stop in, not a far walk from the other connected hotels either. Would’ve been a 5 by service was average and the bartender was fairly rude.

Started nearly an hour late, and then they told us that due to scheduling error they put the Gospel Brunch in an alternative venue where everyone was assigned different seating than what they paid for. We were put at a bar stool along a railing when we paid for a private table. We left and got a refund which they quickly provided to their credit, but we will never go back based on how mismanaged it was.

Me and my boyfriend went here to eat at the House of Blues Cafe with a couple friends from out of town. My friend's got the brisket to share with a side of macaroni and cheese. Which is what they always get when they come here. They said it's amazing! My boyfriend had the impossible Burger. Which he said was pretty good. And I wasn't that hungry so I actually just got the side of street corn. Which honestly I've had better other places but it wasn't too bad that I didn't like it overall. My boyfriend and our friends have all ate there a million times but that was my first time. Overall I'd say it was a good experience and we just had fun hanging out with her friends. Over although I would recommend it as a place you should go check out. Plus the way it's decorated is pretty awesome just to see in itself. Wish I would have taken photos.

It may look good but the food was bland and the eggs were terrible and chunky seemed like they were from a carton and not fresh. The biscuits and gravy gravy had no sausage in it and was sweet. The waffles were good but the chicken tenders were bland and salty. The service was terrible took 8 minutes to get a refill for water.

We were hungry and this was just the right place nestled inside Mandalay Bay! Super friendly wait staff, Carlos was awesome and the food was a win all around. Loved the HOB Smash Burger. A double patty treat with good balanced flavors and just the right accompaniments. Good portion of tasty fries. We also went with the Fried Chicken. Basted in a bourbon butter, the flavor has a wow factor, almost trending to the sweet side. The two pieces were so big, you could make two meals out of it. Fun place and solidly good food!

One of the greatly executed opening for dining in Vegas. Reserve ahead of time or stop by to pick up your to-go order. Like all restaurants in LV, they strictly enforce 6ft and 4 people per table. Great dining and drinking options.

Fantastic! The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was delicious. The candied applewood bacon was amazing. Our server Ashley was fantastic and chatted with us quite a bit since it was so slow in there. Definitely a good place to eat :)

Great service, fun atmosphere, large portions. Food was decent, but the sauces were too sweet and salty. Still enjoyed the meal. Always enjoy the live shows.
