It's a beautiful restaurant with authentic Chinese atmosphere. Service was great and very helpful. Cocktails were delicious. But food was not that great. Some dishes are really delicious, and some are just like at any other Chinese American restaurant for lower price. A lot of deep fried dishes. I would recommend their goose liver, and chocolate dessert. In my opinion, next door Lemongrass has way better food, but that's just my taste probably. It's less greasy and more flavorful at the Lemongrass.

Blossom is my favorite restaurant in Vegas! The decor is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is so friendly, and the food... delicious. The staff was also very helpful on what was vegan and they are very accommodating on special requests. My other dinner guests and I have requested things not on the menu, like tofu lettuce wraps & blackberry martinis, and they had no problem making them for us. I can't wait to eat there again on our next trip back!

Not your typical Chinese restaurant. Restaurants is very elegant and classy. Food was very good. Cooked perfectly not overly seasoned. Service was great just like you would expect from any high end restaurant

Great atmosphere. It truly is a high end Chinese restaurant. The flavors are amazing but doesn't have that familiarity of a good mom and pop Chinese restaurant. The drinks were perfectly made! Will definitely visit again for a special occasion.

Wanted to get some awesome Chinese food while in Vegas. The service and ambiance is great! As far as the food for the price..some was good, some was just ok. King Pao chicken was very good. The Beef and mushrooms was fair. It does state black pepper as an ingredient but it was just too much and ruined the meat.

Great spot for Chinese food on the Las Vegas Strip. Blossom is one of my favorite spots in Vegas. Food is always top quality and service is amazing. They always have specials that are off menu so it's worth asking what they have. We pre ordered King Crab for dinner just to make sure it wasn't sold out. Highly recommended and I always come back when I'm in Vegas

The Blossom has the best food I have eaten in Las Vegas so far! Great atmosphere, Food was top quality, and service was terrific. I started with the goose liver, which had a unique, rich flavor. The Pekin duck tasted better than the one I tried in Beijing. Highly recommended, and I always come back when I'm in Vegas

This was hands down the best dining experience we had in Vegas. The waiter was super helpful and funny. Very good service. The food didn't take too long to arrive. For the UK folks, you are definitely taking some home, just look at the quantify. It can be pricey for some but once you taste the food, I'm sure you will accept the cost happily. The food is just well cooked, not overly greasy and delicious!!!! The calamari is a very top contender for Yauatcha. The duck and the sauce, the special fried rice, the ribs - all top quality stuff. Decor in the restaurant is similar to Hakassan so quite dim to set the mood. Good venue for birthdays, family dinner, dinner dates etc

I wanted to give 4 stars but I really thought their quality was there and the service was also very good. Mandarin Spare ribs - crispy even with the sauce and after a while, the crust still pretty crispy. Flavor was good as well. String beans - Really good flavor. Little bit spicy for some. I don't consider it sweet. Crispy Sea bass - Really impressive. The fish battered was crispy and the sauce is very flavorful. Most impressive was that at the end of the meal, I tried to finish it and it was still crispy!! Fried rice - Good. Done well. Not too oily and rice stay individually not stuck together Crispy fried chicken - delicious, not oily. Good flavor. Mongolian beef - Good. All in all, the chef here are for real. He's got skills. You can noticed many little things about these dishes, he's got good skill. I suspect he's from HK and very likely a really good restaurant.

We have been back a few times and they never disappoint. Just really great food. This time we were able to fetch one of the old Buddha beer bottles 😋

Sam was such an amazing server! Perfect meal, we loved the Peking duck, the clams, and walnut and shrimp, and salt and pepper tofu. Definitely elevated Chinese cuisine and I'd be back!

BBQ pork, Chinese broccoli and live prawn are amazing. White white fry rice and three cup chicken are not as good as expected. Overall, it is a good place for dinner.

This Hong Kong chef knows his stuff. Eat here if you can't eat at Din Tai Fung. The waiters do know what to recommend. They do charge for rice.

We had egg rolls, soup, spicy Beef, and lobster rice and green tea dessert. Everything was excellent and fresh and so flavorful. We will definitely be back!

Amazing experience. Blossom is a high end Chinese restaurant located in Aria that serves ACTUAL Chinese food, a welcomed surprise for anyone in Vegas who enjoys the authentic thing. The menu is fairly large and I was only able to sample a few items, but a must have is the Peking Duck. On top of the excellent food is the exceptional service. The staff not only carved the duck at the table but also graciously made the wraps. Water cups were never empty, not alcohol glasses. Definitely a strong recommendation.

Had an amazing meal! The Peking Duck was spot on with great flavor, perfectly cooked and supperb presentation, ample variety of drinks and wine, a must stop when visiting the strip, Thanks for keeping quality a priority.

The fried eggplant and Kung Pao chicken were great. BUT the real star of the evening was the service! Top notch in every way!
