Passionate informative employees making great recommendations to my order, delivering amazing results. My friendly conversation with one of the employees taking my order, was very hospitable when I had trouble trying to find a menu and was not sure what was on it. Rating them three stars, because the fact they don’t have a posted menu anywhere in the establishment or if they do, not easy to fine. This restaurant requires you to use a smart phone, assuming the customer should not only own this device, but set the customer experience as a requirement for an mobile device to access their menu. This is very unfair and completely takes away from the neighborhood restaurant experience. As I was there, I witnessed five out of seven people staring at their phone while in line, completely unaware of the beautiful pastry display case on the right. I couldn’t help feel how depressing this was. Personally, I’m trying to get away from using my phone and putting it on silent. The fact that I am forced to use this device defeats the entire purpose of me distancing myself From Mobile phone dependency. Took away my experience at this restaurant completely. I really enjoyed my time here, normally I would just ignore this, but I’m tired of being forced to use my phone everywhere. Although this is my personal choice, I much rather shop at a local establishment with a fun menu and a cheerful staff. What’s the point of living life if you’re just going to live it on a device?

This place is simply gorgeous on the inside! I'm into the whole maximalism shtick of this place. It gives it more life. The workers are super nice. Anything on the menu is super easy to understand. I came in for brunch & I got a chocolate chip cookie and the tangerine chicken bento box. The cookie was the size of my face, and it was SO good. The salt was a bit much but not too overpowering. Everything inside the bento box was SO good, it came with chicken, kimchi, an egg that you can choose how you want it made, some type of macaroni salad, and some salad with some dressing that was SO good! I'd definitely order it again.

Amazing brunch place in the old Vegas area, only 5 minutes from the North Premium outlet! We didnt want to eat in the crowded hotel buffets, so we decided to try a local brunch place on the way to the outlet for shopping. We got there just after 10:30am on Saturday, and it was already bustling with people, with only a few tables empty.By the time we ordered and sat down, there was a long line up by 11am. The portion is huge considering how much we paid, and the quality of the salad that comes as part of the menu is fresh & unique. Lastly, the macademia nut latte had a strong coffee flavor but also the nut taste, abd I would definitely grab it again if I do get to go again! Pumpkin pie was also great. Staff was very friendly and taking time to help even when they are busy, and the interior atmosphere was great as well. Strongly recommended for a group of 4 or less, ideally by / before 10:30am to avoid the weekend crowd.

Pros: Love the environment, plenty of seating, quicker service than I had anticipated, and overall great vibes. Great menu options and fantastic coffee options. I got a pour over (Ethiopian wash single origin) and was extremely impressed. Food was well presented and cooked great. My lady got the burrito and she loved it; she ate the leftovers cold and said it still tasted great. The pastries are plentiful and delicious. Cons: The line moved fairly slow. When you get in, you have to scan the QR code near the register for the menu and figure out what you want while you are in line to order your food. People tend to have questions about the menu, understandably so, but there’s only one register and sometimes there’s a lot of questions, which makes for a pretty solid hold up. My potatoes had a lemon-y taste to them, which I wasn’t a huge fan of, and the topping on my steak was kind of bitter. In the end, I highly recommend this spot and would definitely frequent it if I lived in the area.

Great refuge off the strip. Not in the best location, but once you're here it has great food and drink options. Good selection of vegan and gluten free pastries and food. I had a few interactions with the staff and they were all super friendly. The interior design is also cool with some indoor trees and nice wall murals.

Because this place was close to our event yesterday, we popped in for a quick breakfast to go and thank God for that! It was so good, we had to come back again and enjoy such delicious food before heading back to Texas. If you love breakfast croissants/sandwiches, this place is for you! If you love breakfast burritos, this place is for you! And if you absolutely love steak and eggs, this place is for you! The cafe lattes are also delicious, not to mention their freshly squeezed orange juice!! It’s such a great vibe!! The staff are wonderful and are so serviceable. The restrooms are unisex but SUPER clean! Thank you all for EXCEPTIONAL food and service! Definitely coming back next time we are in town.

Busy little breakfast/lunch spot with quirky decor. Vegan and Non-Vegan options to boot. House-made breads and delectable desserts. Haven't had the opportunity to try everything on the menu, but all that I have tried has been phenomenally delicious, and all served with a side of incredible customer service. Thanks for being open, even when nothing else is downtown.

I was stunned by the energy of PublicUs. To me, this gem in the desert feels very San Francisco. I felt revitalized and excited just by the layout and visual space alone. Restaurants that display fresh food options in the case are some of my favorites. PublicUs boasts a large spread of savory options with greens and earthy twists on regular dishes. Add in a delicious French cafe with helpful employees and there you have it. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, the blueberry cream cheese, scone, and a cashew milk latte. My partner ordered the eggs Benedict. The latte: 10/10. I haven’t tasted a drink so good in a while. The cashew milk was rich and sweet, and I could tell they made it in house. I would go back again for the coffee alone. Scone: FANTASTIC. The flavor and texture were surprising but still traditional. I enjoyed every bite. Now, the -1 star is not to be critical for no reason. I genuinely like this place and want to see them improve because they are close to perfect. My partner’s eggs Benedict was cold, not just the greens or the toast, but the actual eggs. He was nervous about the freshness of it, so he didn’t eat it. My breakfast sandwich was delicious, and my first few bites of the brioche bun were very tasty, but then it started to taste too yeasty. It’s hard to explain, but it was a bread taste that was too overpowering. They were very busy, so the eggs Benedict issue was only solved while we were walking out the door. No hard feelings at all, because all the employees were super kind! We just wish the main dishes were as spectacular as everything else here!

This place is incredible! Walking in was an experience in and of itself. It’s so lively and bright. The fact that half of the building is all windows is fantastic. I have never been in a coffee shop with such a fun and exciting atmosphere. The staff all seem to genuinely enjoy being at work and that’s HUGE. Everyone was friendly and despite how busy the place was, they kept it moving at a good pace. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone in the area.

It was amazing! We absolutely loved everything, the decor, the ambiance, how happy and kind the people working there were. The ease of ordering and laid back atmosphere. The food was fantastic, we had the Traditionalist breakfast, the avocado toast, and a brekkie sandwich supreme. I also got a golden milk latte and their freshly made orange and ginger juice. I really can’t say which one was better because they were both perfect. Super recommended!

Get the date walnut chocolate chip cookie! Trust me, you won’t regret it. (It has a molasses taste to it and is soft/ chewy on the inside with outer crisp - superior to just the plain chocolate chip) The avocado toast was beautifully presented and tasty (not quite sure what they mix the avocado with for the spread). The shakshuka was also flavorful with some heat. A lot of seating indoors. My only complain is the design and use of the space; it looks like three different designers with different ideas came together and didn’t work on creating a cohesive space.

One of my favorite places near downtown Vegas to grab breakfast and a cup of coffee. They’re vegetarian-friendly and the flavors of the food are fresh. Overall, it’s a health-forward and delicious menu. Shoutout to their friendly staff who are always happy to help you figure out your order, and for the great ambiance all around.

The food was friggin bomb. I didn't expect such large portion sizes. It was worth every penny. And food came out very quickly. It's no surprise it was packed in there. My boyfriend ordered the fried chicken bento box in the photo and I got the biscuits and gravy. Both delicious. If you like green tea you will love this lemon lime green tea drink 😍🥰 I will definitely go again to try more from the menu.

We were on our way out of Vegas and looking for a unique, local place for breakfast. PublicUs did not disappoint! A cool local vibe with unique breakfast options. My hubby and I enjoyed the bento box breakfasts. I had the Mahalo and he had the Salmon. Loved the combo of flavors and the amount of food was certainly generous. We also had the macadamia nut lattes - great coffee, mild macadamia taste. Super friendly staff and even though it was super busy, the staff were very helpful and relaxed. We didn't feel rushed at all. Thanks for a great experience!

Attention to detail! Popular light bites & coffee! Locals, hip young people. Many shared seating options in a tight space. The bang bang chicken has so much flavor! The aged steak burger with Hawaiian roll made a great combination of sweet and savory. Several pour over options. Peanut/nutty flavor notes from espresso in Cortado. Great quality fresh pastries. Prices are great for how amazing everything is.

Great food! Tasted amazing and fresh. For a busy place, specially close to Fremont, they have great costumer service, they kept asking if we like the food or we need anything else, they have indoor and outdoor seats, love the decoration! One negative thing about this place is that their menu is online. Photo: 1-bread pudding, 2-shakshuka, 3-avocado toast.

This is a hidden gem in Downtown Las Vegas. Since it's on the east side of the strip, it's actually fairly easy to get to. There is a private parking lot in the back that is fenced and has a ticketing system. Once inside, after ordering, the staff will validate the parking so it's free. I would highly recommend this for a personal or business lunch. There is actually quite a bit of seating and I've always found an interesting spot inside or one near the windows to people watch. Lol So many different food options for Vegans and traditional diners. Great coffee and desserts too. Water is complimentary and there is a big water station to help yourself. The restrooms are clean too. The whole restaurant has an eclectic vibe and is super cool!!

You come to PublicUS for the vibe in Fremont East of downtown Vegas. Featuring farm yo table selections, award winning coffee options and many artisan baked goods, this place is a super visit. I saw many complaints below about long lines being a problem. I can't take that away from the establishment because they're so popular. It's also part of the culture. We waited and it was worth it to take part in the experience. The place was packed and had an electric hip vibe. The coffee was amazing! The food was great. And the service was extremely friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this establishment if you don't mind the wait or the scan code menu. Loved it.

Super cute little cafe & the people there were super helpful and friendly. We had a cappuccino and a regular coffee to start while we browsed the menu. Hubby got biscuits and gravy. It came with eggs but he didn’t want them so I ordered a side of bacon and that was my breakfast. Everything was super delicious and the atmosphere was just another thing that made it super cozy and warm. They even allowed us to fill up our water bottles 🤗love this joint

Honestly went here on a whim, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip to Las Vegas. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. There was a line the entire time I was there, so you know this place is always busy. The French toast was WAY more than plain French toast. More like a bread pudding that they then made into French toast and it was SUPERB!!! *Chefs kiss* the Death cream was awesome, basically like an iced icream coffee that's great if you like sweet drinks. They have real plants/trees in the tables and there are plastic dinosaurs everywhere. Its a great environment and I could not give more praise. 10/10 WILL COME AGAIN next time I'm in Las Vegas.

One word - INCREDIBLE. This is the #1 hidden gem in all of Las Vegas. I had stopped in maybe 4 years ago and the coffee was good. I stopped back by thinking I would just have a coffee. Well the atmosphere is electric and the food display sucks you right in. I ordered a bento box - it was delicious! At only $15 it was a great value - 100% made in-house. The chicken was delicious, the rice perfect and the salad tangy. The coffee bar has a wide selection and all the drinks are hand crafted to order. The espresso is delicious and the golden milk latte is the best I have ever had. I stopped back in two more times this week and wish I could make this my local morning coffee stop.

Very cute and cozy place to spend some quality time with your loved ones. We enjoyed the food. We were in Vegas trip and we tried this cafe. The macadamia coffee is OK though! My husband ordered the fried chicken, and I got the burrito. The portions are big, I couldn't finish my food. Highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch :) Also try the date cookies (see the pic)

This review is long overdue! Love PublicUs. Of course the coffee is great but can we talk about their eats?! We ordered the Death Cream (iced coffee), which is just 3 ingredients but oh soooo good, the Traditionalist (breakfast) + Portuguese sausage, the iced shaken almond latte, and the PublicUs BATL BORN sandwich. The sandwich is cut in half and arranged to look like a heart which was just too cute! The bread is made in house and earns the 5 stars all on its own.

This is a multi-sensual experience you need to come in and enjoy! When you walk I. - the fragrances take you away and you are lost in what to eat. As you look around - you can keep your eyes intrigued with so many Items of interest interest. The music keeps your ears entertained at a volume that allows for conversation. Of course,, the food is delicious and fresh - and you feel great when you leave! Chef Uber eats here often - so should you.

This is a great place to bring your loved ones. I love the decoration and atmosphere. The coffee is a little strong and bitter for ny taste and I saw a couple of other costumers living their coffees half finish as well. We had the waffles with berries which was a hit with my kids. They were crunchy but taste. I had the chimichurri steak plate which was a good enough portion to share. We also order two croissants (picture not included) that were amazing. One was a chocolate croissant, which had a sweet and soft chocolate feeling and the outside was a mix of chrunchy but soft. It was perfect. The otherone looked like a plain croissant but when you try it, it has a sweet feeling but not overwhelming. It is also chrunchy and soft at the same time. Strongly recommend it.

A touch of St.Kilda in Melbourne Australia? That was my first thought as I entered this extremely exciting looking restaurant cafe. I hoped that it also had food quite similar as most times I’ve eaten in such places it’s been delightful….. AND IT WAS! The food was cooked to perfection. It was fresh & beautifully presented. I loved the pay and order counter instead of annoyingly waiting for the cheque. The entire experience was fantastic. I particularly loved the water service feature (I’ll leave the details out) and the way the bathroom was showcased made even using the bathroom part of the experience (which sound whacky, you’ll have to go there to know). I’ve no complaints, only praise. And, I gave 4 stars as I only give 4 stars for actual 5 star restaurants. This was certainly a cut above the others I’ve given 4 stars though. GREAT PLACE!

For the last few days and our last few trips we have stayed around the strip for our meals. After eating here we realized how much of a mistake that was. This has to be one of, if not the best restaurant in Las Vegas. The Food is fresh and absolutely hands down delicious. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. I had some of the best coffee I've ever had in Vegas, whipped up by a very talented barista. You can't go wrong with anything you order here so feel free to explore the menu. This is a can't miss spot.

A cool breakfast place downtown. The food and service were great. I had the braised beef and it's awesome. I'm not a fan of their house coffee though. It's a little sour for my taste and kinda acidic. Maybe the flavored ones are better. They have Allan, the man who knew, performed magic card tricks to us and we're amazed. We'll be back to try other stuff on the menu.

Amazing little spot downtown that's off the beaten path. Was pretty busy for a lunch time visit. Had a plate and a juice. Both were exceptional. Very impressive menu selection, including vegan options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were knowledge about the products and made good recommendations. Looking forward to the next visit to try something else on the big menu.

Excellent dining experience with top-notch food and service. This establishment offers a self-seating and counter-ordering system. We enjoyed three delicious coffees and relished the flavorful chimichurri steak and eggs as well as the spicy bourbon fried chicken bento. The food boasts great quality, delightful textures, and is reasonably priced. The fantastic employees are a significant factor in our decision to return. We also got pastries to go, haven’t tried them yet

Amazing place! The decor and ambience is great. Love the trees within the tables. We came here for breakfast and the options from pastries to having loco moco was great. We enjoyed having our coffees as well - a mocha and a flat white. The hot chocolates were great, too! Highly recommend getting the loco moco - the sauce was just right! And, don’t forget to get one of the cookies!

You got to try this place for breakfast or lunch or both. Prices are accessible, good and healthy way to enjoy with your partner, family or friends, the service is awesome... I totally recommend it!! I had the smashed avocado toast and a latte and my daughter ordered a brekkie sandwich and a macadamia latte😋 I paid $11 for my toast and $11 for my daughter sandwich. They so have vegan options for dessert. They are open from 7am to 3pm every day.

First time I’ve been to PublicUS and I was massively impressed. Besides a phenomenal atmosphere with niche decor and trees in the middle of tables…. The service was fantastic! Friendly, outgoing, encouraged us to try the menu and made several great suggestions for coffee beverages. And then there’s the food!!! Oh my god. This might be the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! The Brekkie is a must try if you come here. I also had the macadamia nut latte, which came presented like a work of art. Even their bathrooms were cool with unique piped faucets and sliding doors. I already can’t wait to go back!

We came to PublicUS to have a quick late breakfast with a family member. The place was crowded for brunch. You stand in line to order at a counter, then hope like heck that you can find a seat (there were 4 of us). After finally getting seats, out food eventually came... Separately. First my boyfriend's sandwich, then several minutes later, my carrot tea (which arrived already poured into a glass cup with no offer of cream or sugar. Puzzlingly, the waiter brought the empty tea pot with the loose tea in it, though there was no indication of a refill or anything.), then my biscuits and gravy, then the steak and eggs (the other 2 people shared a plate). So in order to have hot food, you have to eat while other people's food isn't on the table. The carrot tea would have been better if it had steeped longer, and I bet it would have been phenomenal with a little drizzle of honey or cream. There are a lot of what seems like store-baked good on offer, but I don't think the biscuits are made in-store, so I was a little disappointed by that. Very bland gravy would have been helped by salt and pepper, but there was none to be found. The scrambled eggs with my biscuits & gravy were nice and fluffy. Oh, and better grab your silverware from what looks like a small server station near the cash register, because the wait staff looks at you like they smell a fart if you ask them for a fork and napkins. Our bill total was just under $71.00 for 3 plates of food, plus 1 hot tea and 1 coffee. Combined with the long order line, the lack of seating, and the bland food, I can't imagine I'd come back to PublicUS. Obviously, they have something that people like, because it's incredibly crowded, but what he had wasn't worth it.

Cafeteria style seating, take your number and grab a seat! Incredibly friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the waffels. They took quite a while to come out, but I would've waited twice as long for them. They were so crispy and delicious, I ate the first one (of three) without syrup. Street parking available. Clean bathrooms. Expensive for breakfast, but don't let that deterr you from going because it's worth it.

This is my go-to place on E Fremont! Easy, safe parking with 2 hour validation. Clean restaurant. Great food and lots of interesting and yummy vegan options. I've tried the steak and chicken dishes, and all were great. My friends tried several vegan dishes and loved theirs. The desserts are so good and massive! A must try! Coffees are yummy, too! Love the big water station to stay hydrated. The restroom is always kept clean and very spacious. Definitely enjoy my visit here. Plus, it was a great spot to celebrate my 47th birthday with friends and the staff, even lit a candle and put it in my cinnamon roll. Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing cafe! The staff are so friendly and the coffee is deliciously made and sooooo smooth. This was the best avocado toast of my life and tasted like summer. The shakshuka was delcious too and I love that it also has halloumi in it. The BEST treat was the cashew, date and chocolate chunk cookie. I’m sad that I’m not from the states and will probably never be able to have another one. It has forever ruined all other cookies for me.

Fun. Great breakfast. Trendy spot. Stand in line perusing the barcode menu. Place your order, they give you a table number sign and you take a seat. The man who took our order was professional and sympathetic; asked the chef to make the potatoes fresh for me to be sure the oil wasn’t contaminated. Had the Traditionalist, no bread with a salad and Portuguese sausage. The potatoes were truly the best I’ve ever had. Can order a La carte for breakfast.

Holy cow this place slapped. The shakshuka was amazing, so much flavor but not overwhelming. The space is adorable, and the dinosaurs among the baked goods spoke to my heart. There’s street parking and we came on a Wednesday morning and it was not too busy. Highly recommend 10/10
