Pizza was cold. When I told the employee she told me she was going to make me a new fresh one. 2 minutes later the manager a woman told me she can’t because I took a bite. How else was I suppose to know if it was cold or not. Manager was rude. Pizza wasn’t good at all. Way over priced. I paid $30 for 2 slices and one drink. I’m from New York. This is not New York pizza. I’m so disappointed. The lady in the black mask should be fired. No people skills what’s so ever. The food made my stomach hurt.

The women at the counter was beyond rude when ordering our food! Are garlic knots were under cooked and had a hair baked into them. Will never be back this is the worst pizza restaurant around! FYI your employees could use some training in the customer service area!!!!

Do not be fooled into thinking this is the same quality DiFara pizza as the one in Brooklyn. The DiFara Pizza at Caesars Palace is a walk up stand in a mall style food court. There is no Restaurant with sit down seating. The cost for a pie. Sit down. $50. A single slice $10. This is for the kind of pizza you would find at a rest stop on the turnpike. Inflation is a problem these days, but this is simply outrageous.

Trust the reviews! We ordered a large Pepperoni to-go. They stated it would take 35-40 minutes to make. Fine. 10 minutes later they called our name. They took the pizza out of the showcase and put it in a box. 47 dollars for a cold pizza with nasty pepperoni. Disgusting

In Forum Food Court. Stood in a long line with great anticipation... what a colossal let down. The server/cashier was bubbly and terrific and thereafter just meh. The meatball sub had zero sauce, on a stale bun with mushy, tasteless meatballs - ice cold and congealed. Yuck. The Caesar salad was fine while the cannoli was old, limp with a soft unpleasant doughy shell/chalky filling. Just keep walking!

Food is good but I was served by a black lady on May 29th about 11 PM. The lady was rude and very poor services, very slow and look to me she doesn't want to work there. Couldn't get her name but she was the only black lady there. Nothing to do with raze but she was hard to understand and very rude. Services was Terrible but food is good. Thinking about going back there again! Customer services is the most important thing in any business!

I used to live in Ditmas, Brooklyn and loved going over to Avenue J to wait at least an hour for a couple slices of this NY institution. The Vegas brand is HORRIBLE and an insult to the DiFara franchise. I can’t believe I paid $20 for this garbage. 110% disappointed.

Not sure what's with all the bad reviews. Must be from a bunch of slot playing losers. I had their pizza and it is excellent. This place will surely satisfy your pizza craving.

First day we ordered a whole pizza. It was pretty good but $65. Next couple nights we got slices while gambling. $10 per slice out of the cooler. They tasted fine but were smaller slices than what you get with a whole pie. Maybe slightly bigger than a domino's slice. Soda was $6 each. Each.

The pizza was big. But they don't warm it up so it is cold and dry after sitting all day. The garlic knots are also served cold and they are hard from sitting out. The marinara served with the garlic knots it's a sweet sauce which I didn't like. It cost $20 for a slice of pizza, 3 garlic knots ( you can't order just one), and 1 20oz soda

If I could give them less than 1 srar I would. Overpriced and nothing was good, including the pizza. The sausage sandwich was disgusting, like grease on garlic bread. My husband and I both had diarrhea after eating here. Caesars should be embarrassed to have this place in their food court.

The worst. They gave me a slice that had been sitting for over an hour. And they charged me over $15 for it. Absolutely disgusting. On the other hand I feel bad for this company because they obviously have trouble hiring good employees that actually care about delivering a good product to the customer.

We were thinking of grabbing a quick slice of pizza and a soda. However, when we saw they wanted 9.99 per slice we changed out minds. Instead, we ordered the garlic knots, which were good but a little doughy. It's too expensive for just a run of the mill, food mall restaurant.

An oven was closed and they were still pushing thru the night. We couldn’t buy a whole pizza so we got slices. If I’d been drunk or hungover, they’d get a 5!!! Salty, huge slices layered with pepperonis. We all felt full and satisfied afterwards. Anyone upset about prices…you may want to bring your own food. There is virtually no saving money in Vegas when it comes to the experience.

I'm so sorry if your coming to my review for the pizza...I got dessert. Their tiramasu is delicious. The layers are not your standard tiramasu layering and as you can tell in the photo the mascarpone is definitely 70 percent of it. There is a single layer of a lady fingers in espresso at the bottom of the cup, which I wish there was 2 layers of for a more balanced taste between the ladyfingers, espresso, mascarpone and dark chocolate swirls on top. The dark chocolate swirls really saved it because the lady fingers and espresso were so sparce and my last couple of bites became only mascarpone and chocolate swirls. But I have to admit it was still DAMN good!!!! 8/10. Service was friendly 10/10 and I felt for them because the 2 servers were taking orders and the hotel is at full capacity this weekend not including additional visitors.. hopefully I'll update this before I leave with a pizza review.

Pizza was one of the best I've ever had for a food court place. The cheesecake was the bomb. I wish I could mail deliver it to my home town.
