I love this place! We went three times on our recent weekend trip to Las Vegas. Honkytonk bar located inside Treasure Island. Liz is one of the best bar tenders ever! Fantastic live band and country dancing. Try riding the mechanical bull or just have fun watching others fall off. Food is delicious but the portions are huge! The nachos with pulled pork are especially good. Some of the best nachos we’ve ever had. This place is crowded so you aren’t guaranteed a seat right away, but there are plenty of places to stand, walk around, mingle, and dance. We also attended their super bowl party. $160 per person for unlimited beer or cocktails, plus super bowl merchandise and a raffle in which we won a football and sweatshirt. Fun atmosphere for watching the game. Can’t wait to go back to Gilley’s this summer.

This place is like one big Country Western style party on the Strip!! Located in Treasure Island, Gilley's provides a unique experience a bit different from the usual party venue along the Strip. The bands and music that play there are really good and it is nice to see a disciplined dancing venue along the Strip. Some people actually dress up in keeping with the theme and decorum. The food is great as well, especially the BBQ dishes which are their specialties. Well worth a visit for both locals and visitors.

What an excellent little bar for country dancing, riding the mechanical bull ($10.00) or eating dinner. Their brisket sandwich was amazing... My daughter ordered nachos. Super tasty and enough for a few people. There was enough on a plate for two people. Hubby had the cowboy burger and he thoroughly recommends it to anyone who loves burgers. Hard to get dinner service on the dance/ bar side of Gillys but very attentive service in the restaurant.

Place was absolutely a god send to get us out of the sun. Good food, fast staff, and fair prices. I got the brisket sandwich and fries. 3 sauces at our table to try from and I highly recommend the Jack BBQ sauce.

It was good. Great location, good menu, plenty of seating and decently priced. Beers are a tad pricey at $11 for a draft. I got the Cowboy Burger. It was fantastic. Very filling and the pulled pork was amazing! My wife got a salad and loved it. We would definitely eat there again.

The food was delicious! We ordered the breakfast burrito and the french toast. Even though the servers were awful they didn't ruin our breakfast. KUDOS TO THE CHEFS!!!! Maria and Arubai were 2 servers assigned to our section and even with just 5 tables they couldn’t handle it.

We have eaten there twice. Both times, it was very good. We also went back and watched the line dancing. Very good atmosphere. Everyone was friendly. The prices weren't too bad.

Stopped in for breakfast and went in thru the hotel entrance, and at first, we were confused because it appeared as if we were in the kitchen. We were directed towards the front of the restaurant. We were seated and immediately catered to. Zuleyka was awesome. Her helper was an older gentleman, and they both did an awesome job. The food was delicious, and the steak was well seasoned. The breakfast burrito was much bigger than anticipated. Nothing was going on in the bar or dancing area.

One of my new favorite places to eat in Vegas. The atmosphere is laid back, country, and altogether incredible. Prices don't hurt and the food tastes great. I have spent 3 times as much in other places this week and not enjoyed myself half as much. Had a brisket sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it. I must also mention that the service was attentive without being bothersome. I am looking forward to coming back at night for some live music and fun. Thank you for this country oasis amidst the glitz of Vegas!

We were staying at Treasure Island and stopped in for dinner on our last night in town. The brisket “filet” and sides of broccolini, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese were fantastic. Big portions and friendly service made for a great meal!

Portion size is fantastic as is the food. We were here at lunch so we missed the dancing. Food was excellent, I had the BBQ burger, definitely recommend and the fries are good too.

Fantastic bartender, made some amazing drinks! Attentive, friendly, and funny. The Texas Tea is my favorite! I also snacked on some chicken tenders that were good and I've eaten full meals here before that were fabulous. The atmosphere is awesome! Watching alcohol fuels folks having a go at the bull ride can't be topped! While I was there, a chap from England had a go at it and it was the highlight of his trip!

Love the atmosphere in this place. Great dance floor. Large and lots of room. Bull riding is a thing here if you want to try that. Food is a little pricy. But it’s Vegas. Otherwise, delicious. Have patience on busy nights when trying to get service. The bands they get here are great as well. Looking forward to another visit hopefully soon!

We were here for a late lunch - food was amazing. Customer service terrific. Had the Southern Fried Chicken and the Cowboy Burger. Portion size is very large, we could have easily split a meal. Love the selection of BBQ sauce that is on the table. Will be back tonight for the band.

We came here to watch the Packer game, and we loved it! The staff was FANTASTIC!!! The bartender - wish I could remember his name because he deserves a raise - was so fun and informative. He's worked everywhere here and shared all kinds of fun and fascinating facts! The nachos were super good, and the Bloodies were outstanding! Thank you for a great experience!!!

We enjoyed the great energy and friendliness of everyone who works at Gilley's Saloon, Dance and restaurant. The barbecue is extremely tasty and the servings and crazy humongous. I suggest that you request your French fries to be crispy and hot. Both entries had room temperature French Fries. Be really hungry when you go to eat. The Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great time and views from everywhere you look or dine. Great Texas BBQ. Hands down.

Love this place. Nothing like this in the UK so my go to when in Vegas! Cowboy boots on, Stetson on the head and away we go! Great to watch the line dancing and also the fun of the bucking bronco when in action! We also are in the restaurant where service was impeccable and food was really nice. I had the ribs!!! If Country is your thing it's a must do!

First time here. Although we went for the line dance lessons and stayed for the band, we went early to enjoy some BBQ. Delicious and generous portions! Gilley's does not disappoint! We will be back!

Nothing over the top here, just a normal restaurant of sorts with a blended menu that works for pretty much everyone. As my last night in Vegas and ofcourse dinning at some very fancy places, this almost seemed like a cracker barrel in comparison, but it was a nice change. Prices were much better as you could expect, similar to those in the Midwest. We had a large party and the server did not miss a beat and the food was hot and perfect. I was actually pretty impressed with how well managed everything was. Atmosphere was cool. Nothing spectacular or Jaw dropping but the view of the stip and the cool pirate ship and water outside made it a unique place to get a meal. The highlight of it all however was the boots. Various different flavors of frozen goodness in a collectable boot with a handle. The price was like 24 bucks making it one of the best drink options I had the entire trip. What I learned was walking around Vegas is hot, so keep a large frozen cocktail in hand and you'll always feel good, lol. I recommend the boot if anything. I'll stop in next time I'm in Vegas.

We arrived around 5:45 and were immediately seated. Our drink order was taken and delivered within minutes, my son said the Huckleberry was delicious. The atmosphere was upbeat, and the country videos were fun, being more of a metal head, this was new to me. Service was fast and the food was excellent. The salad was fresh and the southwestern tots had a bit of a kick For the Strip, prices were fairly reasonable.

Delicious food and very friendly staff. Food prices are reasonable for a restaurant on the Vegas Strip. Drinks are pretty expensive though...

Decided to dine here after our show. The food was good, pricing typical for the strip. Only complaint was we came in before cover and were not allowed to go back into the bar unless we paid.

Really good food and cocktails. Great atmosphere. We had the brisket sandwich, pulled pork sliders and it was all fantastic. Highly recommend the pink lady cocktail.

Indoor outdoor dining and super ample portions. I sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the people Watching. Ordered WAY too much food but it was all pretty good. Pork sliders were not as juicy and tender as they could be but the shah on wheel max and cheese was the bomb. Respectable side of brisket. My fav was the chopped salad. Got Amir with chicken strips and the dressing was amazing. Tempted to go back in the evening for country line dancing or to throw my in the ring for a ride on the mechanical bull! Fun place good eats. #foodgroupie #bbq #country #linedance #casual

This place was huge inside and well decorated with cowboy south aesthetic so we knew we had to order the full rack of baby back ribs. They are hand-rubbed with Gilley's secret spice blend, slow-smoked in mesquite, and then slathered in sauce over an open wood flame. This had our mouths watering. The ribs were tender, juicy, however it didn't fall-off-the-bone. Although something about the hand-rubbed spice blend has this bold, savory flavor that complements the pork. We wonder how long they slow smoked it in mesquite because the infuses gave it a wonderful smoky, woodsy flavor, while the sauce added a sweet and tangy. This is probability the first time tasting ribs grilled over an open wood fire. It caramelized the sauce, giving it a smoky charred flavor. Overall, great tasty ribs!

Love the live music, dance floor and country ambiance. The food is pricey but not bad. Friendly, helpful staff!

Well I’ve been wanting to try Gilley’s for awhile and during my last Vegas visit I finally got to try their food. The ribs I ordered were pretty tasty and the portion size was generous. The meat does fall off the bone. My only drawback with the ribs was that they did not have a smokey flavor and tasted more like they were cooked in an oven. The garden ceaser salad was very good and the portion size was plentiful. I do not know what it is about Mac and Cheese served in restaurants but I find it difficult to find a happy medium. They have to do something about their mac and cheese. First of all I recommend getting rid of the honeycomb Kraft style pasta which makes me feel like a kid again. The mac and cheese was not runny which I like but it was also not cheesy enough in my opinion. Overall the experience was very pleasant and what made me give it 4 stars instead of 3 was the service I received from the bartenders. They went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one!

The world famous Gilley's did not disappoint. Stopped in for a drink on the way to the strip from Treasure Island where the parking is free. Enjoyed a few songs and a few drinks. Bartender was super friendly and so was everyone else. Bought a few bumper stickers and a t-shirt for the lady. Definitely will be back! Thank you!

A person in our party wanted to visit this place and after seeing the reviews I was skeptical since there's other BBQ joints around Las Vegas. Let me start by saying the servings are enormous! The full rack of ribs are as long as your arm, no joke! So the prices are legit since you get so much food. I tried the southern fried chicken with southern tater tots and Mac and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised how tender and juicy the chicken was. The outer breading was crunchy but I enjoyed it. It came with 4 pieces of on the bone chicken. The southern tater tots were more like stuffed tots with cheese and jalapeños. Mine we're over cooked and a bit tough on the outside but another in our party had some fresh ones and they were pretty good. Mac and cheese was good, run of the mill but the shapes of noodles got me, wagon wheels! We also tried the pulled pork sliders, pork was good but the bread was hard on the top and soggy on the bottom. The sauces on the table were good, my favorite was the gold sauce. Other entrees we had in our party were the cowboy burger, full rack of ribs (HUGE), and brisket filet (big chunk of meat). Overall I was pleased with our meal especially after seeing ratings on Yelp. Would I go back? Not unless we were invited or someone else is paying.
