Overall a good experience and is worth a try. Reminded me of an upscale Applebees. The deserts are unique and great. The service was decent but definitely could be better. I ordered my dessert to come with the appetizers. When the apps came the server let me know it should be out soon which it wasn’t. It did come out with my meal which killed it a bit for me. There was no apology which was a bit off putting though no hard feelings I get it’s not the servers fault. We did receive boxes for our food quick and after the check was paid we weren’t checked on at all. We were never given bags and our server was gone it seemed as we waited 5-10 minutes. Eventually walked to the front and asked for a bag. We will probably be back but it wasn’t a great experience. I’m sure typically it is much better though. Most staff seemed great. One big thing, don’t let other guests cut to check in. You guys see who comes in. It speaks volumes if you mention or pay attention to your customers.

Brandy our server made the visit excellent. Thanks Brandy! :) They have extensive options of food & beers. Parking sometimes is an issue because this location is surrounded with lots of shopping centers.

My food was cold when it arrived and was overcooked. Cheese was burned and hardened. I was also disappointed in the portion size for what was supposed to be a Deep Dish Ziti. I had high expectations and was let down. Will never order this particular dish again from BJ's.

Because it's always good every time I stop by. Or even order for delivery the presentation of the food is always beautiful and looks as if the cooks really did take their time to prepare it . Waiters are always friendly .Prime rib always good I definitely recommend their salads and tortilla a soup , also they have really good cider beers and drinks alcohol and non-alcoholic. I also really recommend poke Tacos that's a new favorite !

I'm rating this based on being a Celiac. Here's what I ordered last night at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Las Vegas. Make sure to ask for a gluten-free menu because their regular menu makes it seem as if they have no options. My non-gluten free husband ordered the Thursday rib special which came with 2 sides and a dessert. He told me to order one of his sides for myself. I ordered a side wedge salad. For my main dish I got the Santa Fe chicken salad without tortilla strips as they have a shared fryer. The dessert was a gluten-free chocolate chip pizookie, which is just their name for a large cookie in a skillet. The gluten free ice cream comes in its own packaging to prevent cross-contamination from a scoop. Restaurants can be a bit loud and chaotic at times as it seems to be a favorite of huge groups of people. Latest visit: December 2023.

The fact I have to make this negative review makes me so sad because I love BJ's and their vast selection of healthy yet delicious meal options. I ordered 2 kids meal spaghetti with marinara and garlic knots. I am appreciative of the large portion because I can make 2 meals out of the 1 order, but there was not enough marinara on both orders and we were missing 1 garlic knot. I tasted the spaghetti to make sure my kids were not exaggerating...it was pretty awful. Gave 2 stars since my husband's entree was perfect. I am hoping it was just a rush hour blunder.

BRUH, IDK why this place doesn't have better reviews on Yelp cause their prime rib steak special is the best. It is the most tastiest prime rib I ever had. The food was great and the service was great. If you come here on prime rib special nights don't even think twice. Just get this steak or you'll regret it. Get it medium with a little sear on each side, it's just perfect. Obviously it's good cause that's all I'm talking about. Trust me.

Great service staff and food. Entire bar area is open seating which is awesome. Bartender was awesome! Went above and beyond and ensured we were happy entire service. Chekcked IDs provided a sample to help with drink decisions and offered suggestions. Everything you would ask for. Place was very busy but with reason. The food was excellent. Best artichoke dip I had in awhile and the pizza really hit the spot. We enjoyed the happy hour menu and order the great white and pepperoni pizza! Both are a must try.

My cousin and I went in today for lunch. The young lady at the front counter said it would be a 25-30 minute wait. I could not understand why. Because, I walked the restaurant and there were a lot of open tables. So we decided to wait on a table. 35 minutes later I said when would our table be ready? She said, they are cleaning it right now. Our server was Kiana and she was great! The food took a while but, it was worth it. There was not hand soap in the men's bathroom. But, it was clean. I will try another location. Because the food was delicious.

Nice cozy family restaurant with a nice selection of adult beverages. I usually get the pizzas but decided to try other things on the menu. Some items were not available but there was still a number of other selections. Definitely a must visit when you are around. Service could be better but they may just be overwhelmed with customers or short staffed.

Went to BJ's Restaurant for the very first time tonight and the wait was only about 10-15 minutes. When we were finally seated our server politely took our drink order and gave us few minutes to decide what we wanted to eat and by the time she got back with our drinks, we were ready. So we all chose the BJ's Favorite (Large) deep dish pizza 🍕 and a simple house salad before dinner for me! When the pizza made it to the table it looked great and all three of us just dug right in and as fast as started eating, we stopped!! All three of us mentioned that something was missing and the questions about the vegetables as well. When the gentleman brought our pizza to the table he had said " please be careful the pan is very hot 🔥, it wasn't ", and then we moved the vegetables and other toppings out of the way to discover the missing part ( the sauce ), they didn't put any sauce on the pizza at all!. The other non- exciting part about the pizza ' those vegetables I had mentioned were undercooked and still in the very, very crisp (raw) stage.. We brought it to our servers attention and she was extremely gracious and offered to have it redone and we took her up on the offer. When the second pizza arrived it was so much better than the first but was still a little rushed. Would I recommend going here, yes. Just because we had a small slip with our meal doesn't mean all the food is terrible, I asked other customers how they liked the food and they said it was great!! So I'll go back because the service is impeccable and they have a great atmosphere, plus the menu is big enough to order something else.. I enjoyed the salad too

My first time at a BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, Centennial locationHad a 25 minute wait to be seated (average for Vegas). A lot of choices; I settled for an Asian salad and hubby ordered the ziti. Both were prepared well, attractively plated and extremely tasty. Service was good without a long wait. Can't wait to go back for a burger.

BJ’s is always a good choice. They have very hearty dinners or just light appetizers to share with some drinks, which are also always delicious. There is a very diverse cocktail menu as well as a huge selection of beers. The pizzas are actually very good, considering this isn’t primarily a pizza place. Service is always quick and friendly and the prices are typical of this type of restaurant, meaning it won’t break the bank. A bit of advice: those nachos are big enough for 6 people.

They finally scaled down the menu!! So much less stressful to eat here. The food isn't inexpensive but it's consistent quality. We are in the bar which is open seating. Waitress was wonderful. Salmon was over cooked unfortunately. But the Mozzarella tomato salad was awesome. Ahi poke appetizer perfect!

Normally my experiences are great, but this time, subpar. We sat in the bar area this time, not at the bar, but in the bar. The first thing that happened was that our appetizer got to the table after our dinner arrived. He asked if we still wanted it & we hesitantly said yes because we know it's great & really wanted it. You figured they'd at least comp it said that's pretty messed up, but nothing was said about that. We wish the manager would visit the tables through the day to see how the customers' experience has been, but that didn't happen. Lastly, my wife & I shared the 14 oz Ribeye & when it came out it looked nothing like a 14 oz Ribeye, it was no more than an 8-9 oz steak plus it was pretty thin. I even mentioned that to the waiter & he said to him it looked like a 14 oz steak. Nothing was done about that either. My neice is a Restaurant Manager at a BJ's in So. California so sent her the picture of our meal & she even said that was no where near the 14 Ribeye they serve at her restaurant. Why couldn't they make it right, I'm sure the manager never knew this happened. It's a shame because this is one of our favorite places to eat & the food is always sooo good. The breakfast steak & eggs at any breakfast joint are way bigger than the Ribeye we got today. I never, never rant & give negative feedbacks at any of my reviews, but this had to get out there so hopefully the manager will watch out for this kind of stuff. Sorry it's so long.

Our family doesn't come to dine in at BJ's often but we always enjoy our time here. The pot stickers (made crispier than regular) are to die for and the tiny pizooki trio desserts never disappoint. The shows on the huge screen TV's are a plus point because they're so hilarious and entertaining. All in all it's a good place to spend a happy family time together.

An absolute delight! The hamburgers here are perfectly grilled to juicy perfection, accompanied by fresh, flavorful toppings that make each bite a delight. And the Pizookie? A divine treat! The warm, gooey cookie paired with luscious ice cream is pure bliss.

Been waiting 10 minutes to pick up my food that has been ready sitting right in front of me in a bag getting cold.. Had not been acknowledged except from when I walked through the door where a man, assumed to be a manager, asked for my name and repeated my name to a woman, assumed to be working the togo counter. Literally was staring at my completed order sitting there the whole time. Even considered hoping the counter to grab it myself. Ridiculous service would rate negative stars if I could.

Layla was truly awesome! I ordered the salad, which is amazing by the way, but the kitchen was a little heavy handed with the wasabi and I couldn’t quite get through it. She helped me get the order revised and the salad was phenomenal, as expected. She has a really great energy and can be really personable, making the dining experience more enjoyable. I hope everyone gets Layla as their server! Also posting a picture of the gorgeous salad.

The happy hour prices after 9pm are great. Usually it's pricey but for the same price as an entree, that's about 14 and up you can get 2 appetizers to equal an entree price at $7 each. Also their pizza's are half off at happy hour So our table of 6 ordered the artichoke spinach dip that comes with chips, mozzarella sticks, wings, Avocado egg rolls, sliders, and a large deep dish pizza at $14. Bill for food was only a little over $60 and that's because we ordered drinks. AND WE TOOK FOOD AND PIZZA HOME because we were so full. Great late dinner. Our server was so nice and on top of Everything our drinks were never empty. She was very nice and accommodating. Love BJs!!

I was profiled , let me explain . I just left w/ my daughter because I was asked 3x for my ID . After the 3rd time the manager ? (I’m assuming) , asked me for something else with my Picture on it because it “didn’t look like me” . Mind you, the ID is a real ID that required documents to prove this is me. In my picture I have bangs , today my hair is in locs . Culture should be respected and taken into consideration. I’m black and so is my daughter. I change my hair often therefore I won’t look exactly as my ID. I had my work ID but guess what ? My hair is different in that too . So what’s the point ? How could that have been resolved ? How do I prove its me when I’ve already done that with the government ? The Manager didn’t understand why I was offended but he’s asking me to prove something that I almost can’t . I had proper documentation and it wasn’t enough . White women color their hair all year and I’ve never seen that questioned once. I hope the manager / waitress sees my name on this review and uses this as my “extra” identification . I’ll never be going back .

I've been to this location several times. I've enjoy the food, and the atmosphere. I was there a few days ago, and was shocked they allowed a dog in the dinning room where people are eating. This dog was a big German Shepherd. I realize that there are service animals and this new thing emotional support animals. I do like dogs, but not around any kind food where people are eating. Most dogs shed, and their hair floats in the air which is hard to see and it can end up in your food. Also with most big dogs people don't tend to bathe them as much. I can tell this owner rarely bathe his dog, because he looked as he hadn't bathe in awhile. The guy had a female companion with him, that should of been all of the support and service that he needed. From now, any place that allows a animal in the dinning room where people eat , I am not patronizing that place. That is just nasty.

This place has excellent food, friendly service, and the Brussels sprouts appetizer is one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. Food was cooked perfectly, seasoned just right. Pricing is very fair for the quality and quantity of food. Very nice atmosphere inside and kept extremely clean.

There is a celebration going on in my mouth…I tell you the truth, BJ’s, you have out done yourself. The taste from this dish will have you enjoying a delicious meal hands down. If you are tired of eating, the same old thing, and what a new taste for your mouth. The Parmesan-Crusted chicken is a must have dish. The favors are so explosive and delicious to the taste. It will be the best treat for your taste buds as well as, fulfilling to your appetite. If you haven’t tried this dish…go now and order it. A little note: I switched out the broccoli for the asparagus because their asparagus is better than their broccoli.

Ordered a Prime rib Wedge salad for lunch today....$18 for this salad. I got..4.3 oz. of meat with what looks like someone just scraped the food off a counter into the counter. On top of that they subbed in boneless for bone-in wings without first checking with me, because we all know they are two different things. And the boneless is like 70% breading. Needless to say I was very ripped off. Would you like to pay $18 for table scraps????? See pics.

My husband and I are loyal fans of BJ’s…so much so that the location near our former southern CA home catered our wedding reception! True story…they had never done that before. This evening we had an unfortunate experience at now local Centennial Center location….just a mess in all respects. Before I get to the meal, the manager should know that the restroom was filthy and out of toilet paper. NEVER have I seen a BJ’s so bad…or other restaurants for that matter. Two weeks ago we sat at the same table, tried the prime rib for the first time (husband) and I ordered a favorite..Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Wonderful experience! Today we stopped in for an early meal before the football game, sat at the same table and had …wow, just a mess. - they were out of a beer advertised on the table tent as “new”..the Silver Bock..really? - ordered another beer and the bartender (male) spaced it entirely - Cosmo was exceptional (mixed by female behind bar) - salads came out and 2 minutes later entrees (prime rib @$30 each) arrived. Husband sent entrees back because they arrived too soon. - when entries came out, they were lukewarm ..we don’t think they were even put under a warming lamp. - Second Cosmo (made by male bartender) was not in chilled glass, was warm and not made correctly…left it on table. Overall, we were just stunned by the entire experience. Our server, Jacklyn, was very nice, but she’s been there 4 years and should know that bringing salads and entrees at the same time is not okay….and there was an excuse for everything. We packed up and left and will think twice about returning. The final straw was asking to speak to a manager and being told there was no manager there at the time…what??? We left…won’t be back soon.

Ohhh was great service, steak was tender and cooked just right, shrimp scampi was delicious, had the asparagus and they were good but a bit undercooked other than that I ate it all. No verbal complaints that I could give. Great nice place to eat, they have lots of food item to choose. My grandson ordered the fish and chips and they were delicious also i tasted one of them. Also they gave him 4 good size portions of the fish. Cooked well and nice and crispy on the outside.

This is one of my favorites restaurants on the NW side of town. My family and I frequent this place because it's delicious and the service is always outstanding. The calamari Ahi Poke are my absolute favorites. Try the White Peach Margarita! They're dangerously good.
