Great atmosphere, very friendly. Very cool staff!! The portions are really huge. I ordered tea, they forgot, at the same second they treated me without including it in the bill. Service is solid 5. And also, thank you very much for helping Ukraine. I am Ukrainian and I was pleased to see support for Ukraine 🙏🇺🇦

This place has FREAKING good food! Yeah it's expensive, but it's tasty. The atmosphere is great and they have cool memorabilia all over the place. We had 7 people in our party and they said we would have to split up but they were able to stuck all seven of us in a table, yeah it was made for six people but we liked staying together. The waiter was super nice and attentive. We showed up late and didn't realize they closed at 11. Everyone was still nice even though we were there past closing time

Title: An Unforgettable Experience! Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas exceeded all my expectations! The ambiance is electric - reverberating with the history of rock and roll, adorned with captivating memorabilia. But the Hard Rock Cafe's magic doesn't just lie in its scenery, it’s also in the food. The menu is a gastronomic journey, covering the classics with an innovative twist. I highly recommend the Hickory-Smoked Ribs, tender and succulent - an ode to the authentic American BBQ. The staff was the cherry on my 'rock n roll sundae' - splendid service! They managed to strike a perfect balance between attentiveness and giving customers room for a personal experience. The Hard Rock Cafe, Las Vegas, isn't just a restaurant, it's an experience - one I'm thrilled to have embraced. If you're seeking great food, unparalleled service, and a rip-roaring rocking time, this is the place to be. In a city of stars, the Hard Rock Cafe shone brightest for me. Beat the house - dine at Hard Rock Cafe!

Came here on Monday September 27, 2021 at about 9:30 am. The staff and service they provided was excellent. I ordered the chicken and waffles off their breakfast menu. It was $18. Well worth it. The chicken were good portions and so juicy. The waffle was crispy and soft on the inside! Everything was great in general. I would recommend this place for breakfast. There is a Dennys right next door/ below the restaurant, but the wait is always long.

We were visiting Vegas and thought we'd try out the hard rock. Before you get seated a man pull you aside with your group and forces a photo on you with a cheesy back drop and a guitar. When you receive your check their is high pressure to purchase one of the photos and add to your bill. This reminds me of the guy who washes your windshield without asking and then wants you to pay him for a service you didn't want. The food was pretty good not better than apple bees though and very very over priced 25 -30 for a basic salad. Our waitress was nice but didn't check on us enough and my water glass was empty. It's not worth the price tag, it's a tourist trap that sales over priced food. You can purchase stuff on the store if you'd like and we did but eat somewhere else.

We go to all Hard Rock and collect the glasses. The food was good and the atmosphere was good. We had to catch a shuttle so I told our waitress to please bring the food to go. We waited an hour for food and it came out regular. Asked her for to go boxes she starts telling us about catching train and buses but they don't go to our hotel. Instead of bringing our boxes I saw her for a while at another table. I got up then she told me she was explaining to them about the proper tipping procedure. I was like wow at this point. Now it's our time for bill finally. Since we were running late already I told my wife, I'll go get the glass just finish paying. So we already know it's possible the bus already gone. So I told my wife tip her 10%. You know she told my wife she can't do nothing with that. My wife said she intentionally waited until we were at the hotel because she knew I would have asked to speak to the manager and requested no tip be given. Manager please explain to your staff begging for tips and requesting bigger tips should not happen in your establishment.

This is a nice place and good lunch food. It’s placed where we were looking over the strip. The burger was great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because our server seemed to be inattentive. We asked for extra napkins and he didn’t come back to the table for 20 minutes, we asked for refills on drinks he didn’t come back for 10 minutes. There was no point in us asking again because we were already done with our food. So that was the only thing that I didn’t like. I recommend making a reservation, not just for this place but for anywhere in Vegas. I come from a small town where reservations just aren’t a thing, so I was kind of shocked when we really couldn’t stop to get something GOOD to eat.

Honestly, Hard Rock is an experience that is so different everywhere you go. It's great to see all the articles of clothing from the different bands and actors, just the history of our society throughout the decades. The best part to me was the service. Stephanie was beyond wonderful. I asked her to do me a favor and not mention my birthday and she agreed. She was above a 10 in service and personality. I know food service takes a hit on how they do with customers, but she showed her true colors and represented herself very well with a smile and great attitude. For that would be the reason to return. As for the food. Delicious is all I can say. Eat what you want and try what you want. Enjoy and have fun!!!

I recently dined at Hard Rock Las Vegas, and I have to say, it was a bit of a mixed experience. Kristen was our server, and while she was friendly, we had a few issues. The restaurant had some authentic memorabilia and TVs at the tables playing music, which added to the atmosphere. However, there were some drawbacks. We waited a while for our drinks; in fact, two people in our group were left waiting for their initial drinks for quite some time. Another person had to wait for a refill for over 10 minutes, which can be frustrating, especially for someone like me who places great importance on refills. Kristen didn't check on us after we received our meals. Both my drink and water were empty, and it took forever for us to get the check, making the whole experience last for an hour. I ordered the Messi chicken sandwich My friend ordered the surf and turf burger. The food was good. Overall, the visit to Hard Rock Las Vegas had its ups and downs. The atmosphere and memorabilia were cool, but the service and the delays in refills and getting the check left something to be desired.

Now serving breakfast, they are all good but could use some additions to the menu like some grand slam combos with their existing recipes. Still figuring out how breakfasts work they will serve you coffees and cappuccinos but forget all about sweeteners or spoons for you to adjust it. Needed to wait for some Spenda, and while waiting again for a spoon or something to mix it I needed to use the back of my fork. Super friendly staff and as always, the music and ambiance are great. Didn't expect to have live music, which was an excellent add on to our meal.

Been to a fair few Hard Rocks, so pleased to knock another one off the list. We were seated by the entrance, with a good view of some of the memorabilia. The service wasn't the fastest, but the food was ok. The receptionist was helpful taking photos of our party.

It's kind of a thing that I like to go to every Hard Rock Cafe in every town! I came to this one with a friend from work. I had the salmon caesar salad and he had the cute burger slider things. :-) There was some type of impromptu wedding thing going on, which was fun! I just got a few random photos of the place. Food was good and we had a great experience.

This place has one of the best steaks I have ever had. I love the vibe inside the place, along with the decorations. The server is especially the nicest person I have talked with, food was ready in 15-20 minutes. The line wasn't long inside. I'm very satisfied with this place, and definitely will revisit this place.

The food and atmosphere was great! Our server did not have the greatest personality and it took some time to get a kids menu to the table. Besides that, we would return.

We had a great visit and enjoyed our food. Our server accidentally ran the wrong tab to close us out, but I caught it and got it reversed without issue. Besides that, it was good music, good food, and cool decor.

Enjoyed our dinner and the vibe at this restaurant! The menu was a little smaller that what we remembered from going to HRC in the past, but that was most likely due to COVID. The grilled chicken sandwich and chicken fingers were very good, and our server was terrific....just the right amount of attentiveness, not too much or too little. We did feel a little bit bad for the restaurant, the city of Las Vegas plopped a big overhead crosswalk right in front of it so it is difficult to see the cool looking guitar that they've always had out in front. The gift shop was fantastic, they even had changing rooms so you could make sure you were buying the correct size. Made sure to purchase a few souvenirs while we were there.

We had a great time at the Hard Rock Cafe on the strip in Las Vegas. The Hard Rock is three floors and we attended for a private event on the 3rd floor. The venue is huge. After socializing and having drinks at on the third floor we went to the first floor and sat at the bar for some food. The bartender was very kind. We shared the pulled pork sandwich, chicken wings, and fries. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious and the wings had great flavor. I typically like smaller wings, these were definitely larger than I normally enjoy but they were still very good. All in all we had a great time. It is worth noting that this is not a Hard Rock casino, so no gaming.

Hard Rock is known for their rock n’ roll atmosphere. I visit their locations to add to my pin collection from around the world. I shopped around their store and was able to find what I was looking for. The customer service was great! Very friendly employees.

Cute cafe right on the strip. We walked in after waiting 20 minutes, and got our appetizers pretty quickly. The drinks weren’t too bad, but watered down. I can’t complain about the food, as I was starving when I came in.

Our server was fantastic. The food was my favorite of the weekend. We also ate at Gordon Ramsay's signature burger joint. This place was better in every way. The music was at an acceptable volume rather than blazingly loud. The food was excellent and the people were great.

This Hard Rock cafe did not disappoint. Great atmosphere with rock memorabilia all over the place to look at. Cool gift shop downstairs. Food was good. They do offer a gluten free burger bun and an impossible meat burger for those with food allergies

Let’s rock & roll! We ordered the One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp to start with a Hurricane Signature Cocktail for my hubby & a Strawberry Basil Lemonade for me which was so refreshing and delicious in this Vegas heat! And as for our meals we went with the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger & the New York Strip Steak both cooked to perfection!! And for our dessert we couldn’t pass up the Hot Fudge Brownie which was perfect for the two of us or one of us on a good day! We can’t wait to come back the parking was so convenient which was a bonus too!

The location is great, decorations/memorabilia were really cool. The layout of the restaurant is great and has awesome views of the strip! But, the food is AWFUL which was the main reason we came. I’ve never had such a bad piece of salmon in my life! Overcooked, drenched in sauce and just basically looks like a flat frozen piece of salmon from a package at Walmart. My friend got an overcook piece of steak and wasn’t able to cut through it. She had to ask for a sharper knife. Our server was so sweet the whole time and was able to get my meal comped since he could see I clearly didn’t eat any of the salmon. But the service is not the problem, the food is! I’d rather pay $40 at a casino restaurant for something edible/delicious than waste money to not be able to eat when that’s what I came here to do…

When visiting Las Vegas, we had to stop at the Hard Rock. We didn't have a reservation, so we had to sit at the bar, which we did. And we did not regret this. We were served by "Patrick Star", one hell of a guy. He is a joy to watch, friendly dude, he likes his job and you know it. The food itself came quickly and was very good. The fries are to die for, and the burger was magnificent. We'll definitly come back here next time.

A trip to Vegas for our 50th birthday girls trip was amazing! My first time ever eating at a Hard Rock and the staff were amazing!!! So wonderful! The food was yummy and the atmosphere was very inviting. Inside the Caesar off the strip, it was convenient and easy to be seated.

You have a 24" TV screen in your booth playing random hit videos. A host makes sure he stops by and makes small talk. Asks what your fave groups are...Suddenly, they ALL appear on your screen during your meal!!! Don't miss it AND their Legendary Steak burger 😋!

Loved our visit to the Hard Rock Cafe! Great food - actually enjoyed it more than anything else I ate while in Vegas! Friendly and helpful staff. After a great lunch, we viewed all of the memorabilia. I am a rock music enthusiast, so really enjoyed that! Visited the gift shop on the way out. Highly recommend!!!

We had drinks upstairs on the patio, great view of the Strip and in the shade. We were served by a wonderful young lady named Lauren. Friendly and helpful. There needs to be more employees like this. The Aperol Spritz wasn’t on the menu but she made it happen.

The food was great. I had never been but my husband had. The waitstaff was amazing. He was happy and gave great advice for food choices. The food was great! The music was fantastic. They had cool decorations all around. Would 100% go back!

The apple tart is delicious! Skip the milkshake. The food was great. Mac and cheese is worth trying. Drinks are good and strong. The bill adds up quick, but expected. Definitely recommend!!

The atmosphere is great! My husband got the legendary burger, which was delicious. I got the fried chicken sandwich, and was completely underwhelmed. It was a small step up from a fast food joint. Super disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend ordering it. Staff was too rushed and didn’t check up on us. Didn’t stay for dessert. Rating 4/5 for the vibes and my husbands burger.

Worth paying a visit too. Very reasonably priced food for Las Vegas. The staff was all very helpful considering how busy they was and they even helped us get a seat on the balcony after we was seated indoors. Food was very nice too may I add

Fantastic place, had a small wait for a table but they text you when they're ready so you can wonder around the coke store or M&M shop close by. Food is fantastic, waiter was fantastic, tons of memorabilia, Elvis suits, Madonna's tops etc. Great soundtracks whilst you eat and drink, would highly recommend!

Great food and drinks. The lemonade is exceptional and can't really go wrong with any of the food options. A little pricey but for Vegas strip prices it's average.

We went to brunch on our trip to Las Vegas, and service provided by Deisha was above and beyond. Food was delicious and affordable. ( they even let me order from the Kids menu, I highly appreciate that)
