I think this location is accurately rated at over 3 stars, but less than 4 stars, in my opinion. My spouse and I came here as a result of trying to find a place to sit down, relax, and enjoy our food. We came across this location by happenstance and for the most part it was just okay. My spouse selected the chicken and turkey items. My spouse indicated that the chicken was not very flavorful nor was the turkey. My spouse indicated that her side were very average and at some points in her selections the items tasted like out of the boxed items. I selected the fish and prime rib items. The fish I selected was the fried cod which apparently was the type that one gets from a pre-packaged frozen food isle item. The prime rib on the other hand was pretty good. I selected some side items that were in the bar areas and they were also just okay. One of the items I selected was the tomato, cucumber, and red onions salad. The tomatoes were not fresh cut, but soft textured and appeared old. When I sampled both the cucumber and tomato there was a just blah taste and slightly sour, but nothing special at all. After paying almost $55 for the two of us, I had expected a bit more in the overall restaurant area than we got. We were a bit disappointed with the selection that was here or rather wasn't here. The server here was really good and I thought that the he deserved an attaboy outside of the three rating. The desserts here were many in variety and small plates in selection. some of the ice cream was not there and appear to be melted and not very appetizing.

Large selection of different foods to accommodate everyone. Tastey, reasonably priced and the service is always top notch. Whenever I eat here, Frank the waiter takes care of anything I need and is prompt. I recommend the breakfast/brunch buffet. Fills you up after a night of partying on Freemont St. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant. The dessert bar is insane, many options to choose from. Great for families and kids. I would highly recommend this place. Never a problem. No complaints.

I'll never stay any where else in Vegas. Only the Golden Nugget. Small dog friendly, you get a free disposable bowl and a door tag that says "dog inside room". Steak and eggs breakfast too! Thank you all!

I don’t mind the seating. The atmosphere is average nothing special or over the top. Food was mediocre but defiantly edible. The seafood was good just remember they have cold and hot crab ;-) the prime rib was good but i didn’t go back for another piece although I could have. The services was a little slow. Having to wait almost 20 minutes or more for water refills and plates that were finished to be removed. Breakfast the next morning was okay. Plenty of variety of foods and fruits. The lines do not really exist and there is organized chaos to fill your plate. It’s decent for Fremont street and you will leave full!!

I was staying at the Golden Nugget for 4 nights for work and came here one night for dinner which cost about $25. I was seated quickly and while the buffet is small I don't mind that. I think that means more turnover on the food so it's not sitting there in giant trays forever. There's a salad bar section in the center with a U around it with some cold cuts, cheeses and giardiniera, sandwiches, then the hot stations with Italian, meats/carving station, Chinese, American comfort food, then a chilled shrimp station and deserts. I was sat facing the buffet and watched as the staff refilled several stations so that was good. I started with the antipasti station and the cheese and proscuitto were very nice and there was a good selection of pickled vegetables. Then I got a plate of carved prime rib which at best was medium. It didn't seem like there was a medium rare piece on it but it was still tender and juicy. The chilled shrimp were fine. They were definitely brought in frozen already deveined and split but tasty enough. The dessert section was probably the highlight with a wide selection and an ice cream section. Most of the pastries and desserts were pretty good except for their "creme brulee" which wasn't bruleed at all and just had some sugar syrup poured on top which wasn't even caramelized so it wasn't even like a flan. It was totally fine and I think the small stations help keep the food fresh because it doesn't seem to be that busy on weekdays.

Giving this a 2 because we came for lunch the first day here and we came back Saturday. The cashier charged us for brunch (which is $5/person MORE) although brunch ended in 5 minutes of our arrival. The eggs were hard and dry, food that being brought out for lunch looked overcooked and dry. I ate the blintzes and they tasted like they had been sitting for a day. Nothing seemed fresh and we noticed many of the choices were simiar, if not identical to what we had 2 days ago, only more brown or dried out. Sausage was hard, I dont recommend the brunch for sure. Maybe lunch buffet during the week when they open so food will be as fresh as it will be. However, the Cadillac Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar downstairs had better food for less per person!! Todays "brunch" got a negative 2, so over all was a 1 because our lunch the other day was a 3.5. They did refund our money but you dont come for brunch hungry to leave disgusted!
