My Vegan friend was in town and so we went to check this place out. As someone who is not Vegan at all I tried the chicken and waffles (all plant based so yes it was vegan) and I absolutely loved it!!! I would totally go back! It was so tasty and delicious I didn’t even notice it was Vegan! So good! Em Ian e is great as well it’s so cute and they do serve smoothies and alcoholic beverages as well. My vegan friend had the BBQ Mac and Cheese and looked so delicious! I don’t know how they do this! But everything on the menu is plant-based even when you look at it you think wait there’s no way. But it totally is! I thought it was so good and at the end of the meal I didn’t feel all heavy and gross which is a plus! Maybe I’ll turn vegan! Hahaha! I will definitely be back! This is also a great stop in between the airport and the strip! Customer service was also great as well! Alex was our waiter and he was really fun and knowledgeable and had many suggestions for us!

By far, most incredible Vegan restaurant I’ve dined at to date. My dear friend who I was visiting here in Las Vegas is not Vegan like myself, but volunteered returning the second day because he enjoyed it so much. We had the Hangover fries as an appetizer, they were delicious. Also, pictured below we had the King burger and Lobster Melt. We also had an Oreo shake, which might I add was a huge bonus to me because I haven’t had a shake in years, even looking at a shake would make my stomach ache. The food was pleasurable, however the service was the highlight of the visit and essentially what I believe brought us back the next day. Abby was attentive, communicative, thoughtful and guided us genuinely through the menu and elevated our overall experience. Such a genuine person with character that emanates through her service. She’s a gift to this establishment!! Thank you, The Modern Vegan! Top notch!!

We absolutely loved everything about this place. Food was incredible in presentation and taste. We did the Valentine’s 5 course special for $65 and also tried their marvelous hangover fries which are on of the bests I’ve ever had. Food arrived on good time and just as ordered. Our server, Alex, was so nice and friendly! We loved him. The restaurant has a super cool atmosphere and even sells merchandise. Super recommended!

The Modern Vegan is one of my favorite vegan restaurants in the US. Each visit to or layover in Las Vegas warrants a stop there. The only improvement needed is more friendly and welcoming hosts from a high quality customer experience perspective. The waitresses are always on point and friendly. The menu is nicely divided and easy to follow. I love that breakfast is available all day.

A vegan paradise! I loved this place! From the atmosphere when you walk in the door to the food! It was an amazing experience. They have a huge selection of vegan food. Highly recommend even if you're not vegan.

I’m shocked this place isn’t on every Vegas food list. We had the most amazing meals here, and I love the ambiance. The food came out quickly and was all delicious. As other reviewers state, the prices are in the $20-30 range, but in the best way: the portions can easily feed 2+, many of the vegan meats are made in-house by several chefs (you can see in the kitchen), and the food is quality. I wish I could eat here regularly to go through their menu. We stopped in a second time since it’s close to the airport and had the pleasure of Kristina being our server twice and even remembering what we had on our first visit. Kristina was very attentive and helpful while giving us ample space enjoy our meal. Will be coming back on the next trip to Vegas! Would highly recommend everything we had: BBQ brisket mac n’ cheese, Philly cheesesteak, and the Hawaiian skillet. One of the best restaurants we ate at in Vegas, highly recommend!

Food is all vegan-licious! I had the portabella steak and wished I could eat 2 orders of it, yes, it is that good. We also ordered chicken with waffles and were blown away by its texture, flavor and its combined frangrance with the waffles, mm, so satisfyingly yummy. Service was top-notched. Our server was wonderfully sweet. Her recommendations were gold, her service sterling. We cannot ask for a better server. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. This restaurant should be found everywhere in the country so that it's prices can be lowered over volume and more people can enjoy vegan food and have a healthier approach to fine dining. I rate this place A++.

This was such an awesome surprise walking inside this spot! The ambiance is off the charts. They did a spectacular job on design at this place it’s gorgeous inside! Drinks were not very good but easily fixed with a little more bar staff training the food was spectacular, every dish we tried was very very good and the presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

This place is the TRUTH! Not one of those “I’ll just take that because it’s your vegan option” places. Was in the area for 4 days and ate here twice. So many amazing options and each one we had, including the appetizers, were great. We tried 6 different items and loved them all

Good portions of food. They use vegan Gardein meats mostly. Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. I would not recommend any cocktails. B52 was not prepared as it should be. Those who worked as a bartender or know about cocktails will understand what I'm talking about just based on a photo.

It's an all-vegan (food can also be customized for Jain dietary restrictions) place with tons of options. Loved this place so much that we went there twice for brunch on our 4-day trip. We tried multiple things like skillets, Pancakes, Mango Toast, and Waffles and were amazed with their portion sizes. One of the coolest things about this place is they serve the entire menu throughout the day. A must-visit place in Vegas.

My boyfriend and I have been here before in the past 2 years. Last time was a great experience with friendly staff and delicious food and large portions. The inside of the restaurant is always cool and hip. This time the food was okay. I was pretty disappointed because we always refer our friends to this restaurant when they say they’re visiting Vegas because of how great and above and beyond the staff were last time. Our waitress was nice, but didn’t go above and beyond like the ones we had in the past. No rapport building, and no solutions for all of our plates with under seasoned foods. Mashed potatoes, gravy, asparagus, and breakfast potatoes were all under seasoned. Biscuits and waffles were pretty dry. The fried chicken and Reuben sandwich were delicious. Reuben sandwich lacked presentation with a burnt look for the bread from being over grilled. The milkshakes were good, but not worth $10. Our server didn’t seem to care about our complaints and I asked her to share with her manager about our experience and she didn’t. Nothing made right for us and my family’s first experience there. As a past waitress, I know how easy it is to give good service if it matters enough to you. For 4 people, we spent almost $170 after tip, overpriced gravy on the side, and overpriced milkshakes. Not worth the experience this time. So this brunch we anticipated was below our expectations and I don’t think we will be coming back and referring/bringing friends here again.

We ordered the Louisiana Fried Chicken over fries instead of mashed potatoes and The BBQ Cauliflower Wings. It was delicious!! We shared and it was perfect for lunch. Service was friendly and quick. We will be back soon. Abby was our waitress and she was very helpful as it was our first time here. She shared all the popular items and some of her favorites. Can’t wait to come back again.

We had breakfast. Vegan Crab Benedict and Vegan Chicken and waffles. The food was really great overall. Maybe a little too salty on the vegan chicken but flavor was very good. My wife was very happy with the Crab Benedict. Coffee was a good quality coffee. We will definitely be going again next time we visit Vegas.

Excellent location near the strip, very clean inside, excellent customer service and a huge variety of delectable lunch and breakfast (all day) vegan dishes your taste buds will thank you for later. The hangover fries and crab cakes are amazing (even to my non-vegan husband). The vegan Philly cheesesteak is so fantastic and comforting, and the Mac and cheese brisket was pretty good. Very good portion sizes. I will be back!

Hands down one of the best vegan meals we've had. I get skeptical of "vegan" places as many just don't have good flavor. I had the portobello mushroom steak filled with lobster and my husband had the Louisiana Chicken Fried steak! The portions are generous. Enjoy!

Exceptional place to eat for vegetarians/vegans in Vegas. 5 star in all areas. Simply wow. This place made me believe how good vegan food can be. Being a vegetarian, I was always skeptical of taste when it comes to vegan food because of missing milk products. However the taste of food and desserts here is mind-blowing. There is a huge selection to pick from. The price is reasonable and portion size is fairly large. Their service is sweet and personalized. The only slight downside of this place is its location. This is a must go place to try all the different items on the menu. Thanks for serving us.

Everything is was good except for one meal. I’m the only vegan in the crew and they came here to try vegan meal for the first time in “support” of my vegan lifestyle. Two had the bottomless mimosas and they loved the pineapple and cranberry mimosas (they didn’t care for the orange juice mimosas). The service was great, food came out fast and was very fulfilling. I’m definitely coming back. I personally had Louisiana fried chick’n.

Vegan Decadence comfort foods! It's been a journey locating greet vegan places. This is Definitely a Must!! Prices are steeper than most, yet the portions and flavors make up the cost. Looking forward to going back. Definitely try the Mac and Cheese enough for 3 people. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service Superb!

My new favorite place! Sad I am no longer in Vegas because the food here is phenomenal. I went probably at least once a week for about a month or 2. The food is amazing and the staff are nice. Expect to only eat half of whatever you get and take the test home as the food is filling and portions massive. It's a great place and I couldn't recommend it enough!!! They have specials almost everyday and you can easily find out about them on their instagram

The wings were the highlight of the meal. They were excellent! Mango toast was good as well. The rest of the plates were average. Portions were large but I believe the prices were matching the portion. We also got drink, a shake and a cherry float, they were ok but the float had ice cubes in it and not very much cherry flavor. Service was good and staff was very nice but there was a long wait to pay when we were finished.

My dad recommended this place to eat before my flight. He's been there before so it was my first time trying vegan food in Nevada. I ordered The Grown Up Kids Meal. Man was it warm and delicious!!! I just drank water because it lets me taste the food without disrupting my taste pallet. The waitress was kind enough to explain the items my dad had questions on. I'm definitely bringing my brother to eat here next time. Looks like it's closed from the outside but definitely visit. Go Vegan!!!

Ate here with my man on our latest Southwest New Year’s Eve / holiday trip cuz we missed our reservation with Hell’s Kitchen; it’s a vegan’s dream! The menu is 💯 vegan, & the choices are overwhelming! We decided on the mango toast appetizer, avocado toast, and a tofu seared Thai-ish salad (forget the name). The portion sizes are enormous! Our server was also excellent; since we were early bird eaters for the day, the bar tender made us a free mimosa! It’s a really chic spot with a romantic edge. A tad overpriced, but all the food is in Vegas! Even if you’re not vegan, the food is delicious- one would never know it’s not meat. I wish a place like this existed in Texas! Til next time Vegas! ♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️

Aubrey couldn't have been a better server, the perfect amount of attentive without being intrusive. I had the Fettuccine Bolognase yesterday for delivery and the Chick'n Fettuccine Alfredo in person and it was so, so delicious, I think the Bolognase was my favorite. So spicy and so good. Look out for the portion sizes they're really big! Definitely plan on sharing or taking home leftovers.

I am a vegan and typically have a tough time when traveling to find delicious vegan food. Well well, I discovered TMV on google and I couldn't be happier. I truly enjoyed the food and the hospitality of the waitresses. Amanda was our primary waitress and she was awesome, she ensured we had all we needed to enjoy our experience. We will visit again when in Vegas.

This place has a very impressive menu for a vegan restaurant. The options were so plentiful I questioned if it was all really vegan!! It is!!! 10/10 come try this place. The ambiance of the restaurant is awesome. Staff was friendly. Portion sizes for price is also very reasonable!

Our visit at the modern vegan was just amazing!!! The best vegan breakfast/brunch I ever had! If you wouldnt know you would never realize that its vegan! It was so delicious! And very nice service personnel. Thank you for the great meal!

The food at The Modern Vegan is always spectacular! From when we walked into the restaurant and were greeted with a smile, to every single little detail during our meal, we just had an excellent experience. I am a regular at TMV whenever I am in Vegas. Every single dish that I have tried on their menu has left me very satisfied. If the world had more restaurants like The Modern Vegan, it would be so much easier for us all to follow a Vegan diet. The mac and cheese is creamy and delicious. The cheese itself had a little bit of a tang to it, but it's delicious nonetheless. I recommend it with the BBQ Pork, although that's not what we got this time. We had the Ruben, which is another delicious sandwich, and the vegan version tastes identical to the normal version, and had I not told you, you probably wouldn't know. We also got the pad-thai, it was creamy and peanut-y. We had it with the chicken and again had I not told you it was vegan; you would have not known. We also had the cha-cha-cha desert which is a fried sweet chimichanga, served with ice cream. Delicious. This place is really good, but a little heavier on the pocket. We spent $100+tip for the 3 of us with one non-alcoholic drink and a dessert to share. This restaurant is A MUST GO TO EXPERIENCE IF YOU ARE IN VEGAS!! PS: Best place to take your non-vegan friends to introduce them to vegan food for the first time, they'll fall in love! ❤️

So after a few days staying on the Vegas strip, I went off the strip for food and found this amazing place. Amazing staff and owner, amazing food and the best Vegan Meal I had in Vegas. I would highly recommend you go and try the brisket Mac and cheese. Truly amazing. When I return, this will be the first place I go

Ok, I was very excited to experience TMV and I can say the food was good, I just wish they had a few more Gluten Free options available for my family members. The Nachos and BBQ Brisket Mac n Cheese were really good though. The prices were a little higher than expected especially considering the food was served very quickly after the appetizer and they did not provide napkins and the server was busy. The menu has limitations, no substitutions or modifications, on multiple sections. I would like to rate higher but even though the food is all vegan, it is not flexible or accommodating to people who avoid gluten.

Got the vegan crab cakes and 'beef' pad Thai. The crab cakes had a little sour taste to it, it was good but then got overwhelming. The pad Thai's portion was enough to feed a family, but beware it is very peanut butter heavy and spicy! It was alright.

Great atmosphere & loved the set up. I was preoccupied with the food to take pictures of the place 🤣 they give you great portions & the food is delicious! We were in town for the weekend so I can’t wait to come back! Definitely coming back with more people so we can order a couple of things & share it all, the portion really surprised us & we appreciate it! Our waitress was very friendly, the service was awesome!

A huge menu of 100% vegan options. Huge salads , wonderfully made vegan versions of such savory dishes as Louisiana Fried chicken w/ mashed potatoes & gravy; mushroom steak with lobster, loaded Mac & cheese, and chicken Alfredo. The drinks were delicious and the service was incredible. Aubrey led a team that made sure our large party of 9 was well taken care of. Vegans and non vegans will love this experience the next time you’re in Las Vegas.

I'm obsessed with this place. To have such an extensive menu makes my vegetarian heart happy. Everything being vegan, no cross contamination, no worries, just amazing food. The atmosphere is great, I love all the pretty decorations. The food is incredible. I've been there 3 times, getting something different each time and each of them was amazing! Make sure you get the bbq cauliflower wings!! Best appetizer ever!

Food was very delicious, but the prices are very high. It's like $20 for any item on the menu. I think I saw a burger that was $30+. Probably one of the more expensive vegan restaurants I've gone to. Service wasn't that good either. BUT, the food was amazing!

  • 4/5 divinelyfavored 11 months ago on Google
My husband sent me to TMV alone as a Mother's Day gift. I ordered the BBQ brisket Mac n cheese, pink lemonade and the Oh My God dessert (fudge brownie with ice cream). The Mac n cheese was great, flavored very well, and an excellent portion size. I had to take some of it home. The dessert was over priced for the amount. The brownie was less than half the size of my palm. It was worth maybe $10 versus $15. It wasn't very busy that day, but it took about 15 minutes for my waiter to initially greet me and get my drink order. I'll attribute it to the fact that it was Mother's Day and maybe they were short staffed. I'll give them another try on a non- holiday/ holiday weekend and compare the difference. My waiter was friendly and helpful. It was overall a good experience.

Let’s put it this way, we came every single day, 3 days in a row - that’s how unreal the food is here. Not only is the menu MASSIVE, with tons of (100% vegan) options, but so are the portions. But that won’t deter you from trying as much as you can. The service is also top notch - super friendly, attentive, and quick. The food is really unique too, everything from a loaded vegan breakfast that includes waffles, sausages, tofu scramble, and no-egg Benny’s (with homemade hollandaise) to wraps, burgers, and what dessert dreams are made of. Don’t miss checking out this truly fantastic vegan restaurant when you’re in Vegas.

Very good place to visit if you're looking for a good vegan food in Vegas! We loved the desserts. I wish we stayed longer and tried in all. The menu is huge! The next day we've tried biscuits and gravy with potatoes. Great taste and a huge portion! The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. See you next time!

  • 5/5 Andrea Del C. 1 year ago on Google
A lot of food per serving! It’s kind of ridiculous. We got a crab cake wrap and an order of breakfast chicken and waffles. There’s no outside patio area. The decor is very pretty and inviting. Service was quick. There’s a full bar. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms were unisex and clean. There’s a merch section to the right when you first walk in.

I love this place! This was my second trip here and it did not disappoint. The food is wonderful and the vibe is cool. The cauliflower wings are a MUST try! I had the stroganoff which was super tasty, and my friend had the waffles with fruit - the plate was stacked high! As others may have mentioned, the portions are extremely generous. Shout out to Aubrey, who was super attentive, pleasant, and had great energy! She hooked up a birthday dessert for my friend which was delicious! Even if you're not vegan, their menu has something for everyone!

Tasty vegan food, nice service. Portions are way too big, so don’t order too much or be prepared to take some to go with you. Parking available on site.

  • 5/5 Vibhu D. 10 months ago on Google
I wasn’t expecting much when I went, but the commitment to provide plant based foods by their kitchen is praiseworthy. I had never had a vegan Philly cheesesteak before so I opted for it. The steaks were over cooked, dry and charred, but the buns they used were delicious. Overall I enjoyed my meal. The kitchen can try a different process or ingredient to keep the steaks tender and juicy. Just needs a slight adjustment. All the best.

  • 4/5 P K. 8 months ago on Google
While I loved the service and overall atmosphere, the food was a bit heavy for breakfast. (For me) We had eggs florentine and thank goodness we shared it. The flavor was good and cooked to perfection, however it was all piled on a giant hill of mash potatoes- presented beautifully, as you can see. Now I love the idea, but it was just too much. I don’t like wasting food and bringing it home for leftovers wasn’t an option since we were just visiting the area and didn’t have the means to keep it. Besides that, by the time it went from the kitchen to the table, the English muffin it was served on was already soggy. However, I’ll come back when I’m in town and try something else.

The heaven for vegans 🫶🏽 if you’re in Vegas, you can’t miss it. We came for lunch and came back for breakfast next day. Everything was really delicious and flavorful. I would say you can share the breakfast options, the portions are pretty big.

Very good vegan chicken, satisfies your smothered friend chicken vegan desires. It should have a spicier edge to it if you’re gonna call in Louisiana chicken. Very good mashed potato as well. Price is steep, but the portion was rather large.

Great place! Very wide menu with options for breakfast, lunch, sandwiches, and salads. I ordered the "v'eggs florentine" which was very tasty! It's a pit pricey (with +taxes+tip I ended up spending nearly 30$ for this) but the portions are huge so I'd say it's worth it. The staff was kind and friendly

I’ve been vegan for years and I’ve been fortunate to try many vegan restaurants all over the world. TMV is one of the best if not the very best vegan restaurant I’ve been too. I wanted to eat here everyday. This is also a great place to take non vegans. The food is closer to the pricier side but the portions make up for it. Also, the service is excellence!

I was just a casual customer. A friend took me there for breakfast, and it instantly became one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. Food is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Drinks are really good, vibe is nice. I never leave reviews...for anything, literally but this is how good this place is. Great place.

Came here with my boyfriend, brother and sister in law for the first time out of Virginia and when I tell y’all, it’s like that!! The staff was soooo darn sweet and welcoming. They explained the menu and let’s say we were very pleased. My birthday has been topped with good eats. We will definitely be back. 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

I am not vegan, but the food, but what we had was delicious. I am considering becoming a vegan. :) thank you for the great service and food! We had "chicken" and waffle, "beef" burrito, and coliflower "wings". Very very good.

Surprisingly delicious.! This is a great place for vegans/ vegetarians that cannot decide on a place to eat. This place as everything from breakfast to dinner, to dessert.! They have sandwiches, pasta, waffles, ice cream you name it.! Definitely worth a try.!

Amazing food, fantastic service. Each dish is a work of art. Everything is completely vegan and the "Monkey Business" dessert is to die for!!! For those price conscious-- entrees are about $20 a plate. Well worth it!

The menu is so huge it’s hard to choose! Crab cake Benedict is amazing! Everything is so big we have plenty of leftovers. I’ve been missing jalapeño poppers and have had very few vegan versions done like the original. This one was great and spicy.

Outstandingly delicious and creative dishes. Waitress was lovely and knowledgable. Food was SO tasty. Staff was beyond supportive and intelligent when it came to some random, fairly aggressive and violent mask nazis that ran in and tried to tell other patrons who opted not to follow the propaganda, to wait outside. {The crazies are everywhere. LoL) We will def return and make sure our whole squad knows how awesome this vegan crew is. Thanks again for all you do... Was a highlight of the week.

I saw this restaurant featured in a you tube video on great vegan food in Las Vegas. This has been hands down the best vegan food I have found in Las Vegas. The menu had my partner and overwhelmed with excitement. We had two monstrous sandwiches one BBQ burger and the Tuesday special which was spicy chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese. We also go hangover fries which were fantastic!!! Jason our server was an absolute pleasure. He was incredibly kind and helped walk us through the impressive menu. We will 100% be back!

Loved it! We had the buffalo burger, and the mac and cheese pulled pork brisket. It exceeded our expectations. We are from philly with many good vegan restaurants, and this is one of the best we ever had.

AMAZING! The food is so savory and delicious 😋 and everything plant based. We had the burgers and Pad Thai. Yum! Can't wait to come back on our next visit.

Wow. Talk about overrated and over priced. The food is GOOD but not spectacularly amazing by any stretch. Have had much better vegan food elsewhere. The service was impressively bad. You can get better elsewhere for less with better service.

I wish I could move my house here so I could eat this food everyday, but I would probably lose that house because I would spend all my money here.

I was so excited to find a vegan restaurant that was only a 20 minute walk from the Las Vegas Strip. And the Modern Vegan didn't disappoint. It was good vegan food and the service was WONDERFUL! I ordered the Chicken and Waffles my husband the Vegas Breakfast. Both HUGE portions (share with friends) both lacked flavor. It was good/Ok, just not great. Maybe it was what we ordered? Overall it was good and I will give them a try again in the future.

Great Vegan food!! My whole family was so happy! The portions are quite big for most things you order on the entree side, so that makes up for them being a little pricey. Don’t be discouraged by the outside. Once you walk inside you are charmed with a lovely ambiance and the service is excellent.

Amazing food, good vibes. I had the Chicken Parm Sandwich and Jalapeño Poppers. So delicious I wanted to try a dessert but was too full with half a sandwich to take home! I will be back!

The Mexicanos was the best thing I’ve eaten since going vegan. They have a great menu and atmosphere

Amazing Vegan Restaurant. We went here on our way back to Phoenix that was in July and I can’t stop thinking about this place. I’ve told everyone I know who’s went to Vegas since I was there. Can’t wait to go back!!!! 🥰

It was okay the chicken parm was wayyyy to thick the "chicken" cutlet was like the thickness of 4 normal cutlets the fries were great

Don't mind the neighborhood. Inside of the restaurant has a retro-futuristc feel. The menu has much more variety than I would have imagined. I had been thinking about trying to go more plant-based meals and this restaurant helped me decide that I can live a cruelty free life-style. Would recommend again and again.
