Stay away from this place. Thw orkers are rude. Food is bad and cold. They charge you more than what you are suppose to pay so chexk your bill in case you decide to order. I saw them picking up the donut from the floor and giving it to a customer. I dont know how they are surviving and still in business. Owner and corporate needs to check camera and take action.

Came to this Dunkin’ Donuts and apparently they were closed but only serving their “relatives” after hours because they go there a lot and they know them. The girl in the second picture on the counter was rude and was the one who made the statements. Just because we ain’t their race and ain’t related they discriminated.

they told us they were closed but there were some people who got donuts after that, and when we confronted them about it we were told because they were "related" to each other.. That's pathetic since they're customers like us and the person on the pic is the person who told us this. They rather throw their donuts away than to sell them or give them away.

Dunkin’ Donuts is a forever fav of mine! Their bagels are more of a “takes me back in time” than anything else. Although, the taste was pretty much the same (which was good) - this review is more about the service. The service was excellent and the staff was very sweet!

They know how tonget the orders out quick, coffee is fresh. Bagels could be toasted a bit more, but it's good for food on the run and decent coffee coffee to go.

Picked up bad food poisoning from this joint. Had an iced coffee with whipped cream. Was all I’d had all day and was as sick as a dog for 48 hours. Avoid at all costs.

If your up early a need some breakfast this is the place I recommend! Need a coffee this is the place I recommend. No coffee machines in the rooms at the Golden Nugget this is the place I recommend. Other restaurants not really well staffed in the morning (McDonald's) so no wait outside of just the line. Donuts we're fresh and staff friendly! Milk is lactose free fyi if that's not your thing.

Awful customer service. The girl working the counter messed up my coffee and I kindly asked to get it redone, and she said she couldn’t take back anything upon crossing the counter, or something like that. This doesn’t happen at other DD locations. Like someone else on here said how am I supposed to know it’s right without tasting it? She gave me attitude as well when asking if anything could be done.

“CJ” seemed to be the shift leader and was very rude. It cost $5.95 for a sweet tea and then she refused to make it. She started spitting out words like “it’s not Dunkin Standard and she WILL not do it”. I have never heard of such a crock of bull before. She needs to learn customer service.

I ordered a macchiato and an espresso. The macchiato was overfilled and spilled everywhere. I'm trying to clean it while 4 attendees are standing there doing nothing. I asked for lots if napkins to clean it up and the macchiato was sugarless. I waited a few more minutes while the 4 stood there and I finally asked the young boy who took my order about my espresso. He made it in 10 seconds and it was when he gave it to me it was almost cold.

I love Dunkin, but this location is bad. This time we ordered online. Drinks were ready on time but we had no idea and had to ask for them. The food was ready 20 minutes later and no one could be bothered to tell us. Worth a drive to avoid this one.

Don’t go this location. Ordered nitro coffee, supposed to be poured and served by ‘manager’ and it was only half full, the other half was just foams from too much nitrogen. Asked if she made it right way and manager claimed to be “it’s how starbucks makes all the time.” Ummmm… i strongly don’t think so. They don’t even train the manager in this location.

$30 for two people to get a coffee and a sandwich. My drink was filled a little more than halfway and my sandwich didn't have cream cheese like I ordered. Line was wrapped all the way around the back of the casino.

Pleasant staff except for coughing “manager” without a face cover, that was not appreciated. Guess I’m not a regular but was surprised that all doughnuts and bagels I wanted had an “up charge”. Up charge for apple fritter. C’mon man!!!! Might come back if desperate.

I had the most delightful experience with the cashier at this McDonald's at 4:00 a.m. . We will we first drive, we were told that we can only pay with cash and we cannot use the McDonald's app because the systems were down. The cashier took our order by hand with a calculator and a blank piece of paper. It was a life of experience because she remembered all the prices of what we ordered by heart and charged us accordingly and correction. We had to wait a few minutes for the food but it was worth it. The only thing that I was disappointed about was not getting a Sundae at 4:00 a.m. If the restaurant is open for 24 hours, all items on the menu should be available 24 hours.

Please note that there is a no returns, no exchanges, all sales are final policy. I'm not sure if that applies to all Dunkin ' locations or just the one at the Fremont Food Court. My husband tried to get a replacement drink because the oat milk used in his was spoiled. The manager pointed to the policy and also shoved the carton in our faces to show us that the expiration date of the product had not yet expired (really?). She was rude and unreasonable. So, I asked for a corporate phone number. Then, while we were sitting in the food court and I was in the process of speaking with somebody over the phone, the manager slammed a replacement down on our table, mumbled something, and stormed off. By that time, we got another drink from a different vendor. And anyway, we wouldn't dare drink the replacement after all that negativity. We believe it, but we can't believe it. Three weeks later, we are still appalled.

Maple donut tasted fresh and my ice chai latte was refreshing. Customer service was a bit dry but not expecting them to go Dutch Bros mode lol.

The iced matcha is overpriced and tasted like flavored water with a hint of raw fish for some reason. Donuts were overpriced too, could of just gotten one from a gas stop

Great place to grab a coffe and breakfast on Fremont Street. Located in the new Food Hall in Fremont hotel. Try the refreshers or the new energy punch. The pineapple coolatta is delicious and prefect for the hot Vegas weather

Funny story is this was my first time having Dunkin' donuts so I made sure I took time to give this a review. Got an Iced pumpkin coffee and a few donuts, everything was good the lady at the cash register even gave me some free donuts because she said they were a big on the hard side so she didnt want to charge me. The donuts were fine to me. This might just be my new coffee spot every time I'm in Vegas.

Cool place to get a good study over you meal in the wee hours of the morning after your Night Shift. Great Biscuits, chili Cheese Hotdogs, nice friendly cashiers that enjoy laughter.

I went to this location yesterday, Saturday 06/03/23 and feel so bad for their employees.. Fresh, fast, friendly service . Great breakfast sandwiches . Just need to be 24 hours. My recommendation is the sausage croissant with the side of bacon to put on it . Their bacon is the best. Brownie Batter filled donut not that bad either

I've been a loyal customer of Dunkin for years and regularly visited the locations near me when I lived in other states, so I was excited when they built one within 15 min of my home in Ohio. Unfortunately on my first visit I learned this location, for some reason, decided against adding the barvarian cream, powdered sugar donut to their menu. It's a staple, and one of the best sellers, and my favorite. I ordered a vanilla latte and left. The coffee was bitter. I won't be going back.

It cost $17 for 2 large coffees and 2 donuts! Jesus. This kid couldn't figure out how lids work. Coffee dribbling everywhere. I waited 10 minutes for my donuts until I finally caught someone's attention and asked why I had been waiting 10 minutes for donuts that were IN THE DISPLAY!! The girl then asked "What did you order?" I told her to read the receipt. She was not very apologetic about it, either. Seriously, it's coffee and donuts. You had ONE job! Never coming here again.

Horrible customer service. Didn't receive my whole order.. we tried to call but the # was wrong. My friends croissant was burnt to a crisp. The girl who gave us the food threw the bags on the counter. She didn't even acknowledge me when I asked if it was my order. Very rude. Awful place.

Super fast service!. The lady was trying to make my coffee before i ordered as if she would predict what I wanted! He predictions were futile.

Thought we would start 1 day with a simple Bagel and coffee.... ended up costing us 18 bucks for 2 of each. One of the staff members kept ripping of her 💅 saying they won't stay on (unfortunately it was the one toasting the bagles...) our begals were lukewarm at most. Staff kept moving us due to cleaning tables (we were one of 3 sets of customers...) and it took over 20min... guess we will only get our dunkin in town and not here. Didn't take a picture because why would I for that.

Was chilly outside so went into Casino and had some Chinese food, was very good: lo mein noodles 🍜 orange chicken and order of 🍟 fries. Place was very busy but food was served in a reasonable time. Employees were very friendly

While they solved the understaffing issue from a few months back, they're really overwhelmed. Such that a mobile order for hot, was made iced. The habit of never calling out my mobile order number hasn't changed though.

The guy who helped me was really nice. He gave a great recommendation for the drink instead of a regular lemonade. He handled the front on his own very effectively. I would suggest this location and would consider going back if in the area.

Used to get my coffee every morning at work from them. Had the app; so I order online and 3 times they botched my orders in the last couple purchases. Paid extra for cold foam… nowhere in sight. Paid extra for white cheddar… they gave me regular nasty rubber cheese. Ordered my free drink (not free, we know nothings free and the high prices have paid for my “free” drink and they give me a coffee missing about a quarter of it. Who wants to pay almost 10 dollars for mediocre food and pay for cheap coffee and have them botch the order? Reached out on social media and these guys are busy trying to be funny with their replies to randoms. Go to Mickey D’s and spend less.

Just ordered a large hot black coffee. By the time I could sip it I wAs 7 or 10 minutes walking back to my hotel off 8th street I was very disgusted and upset. The coffee was BURNT AND VERY OLD! The number on your website isn’t a working number. A $5 coffee that is burnt and old is very disappointing. I can’t even get in touch with y’all. Plus I was given now receipt! Overpriced, food was ok, not good. Worst part here was the customer service. I got my grilled sandwich and saw that the cheese wasn‘t even melted. So I asked to get it reheated at least until the cheese melts. But they refused to to so, because they are not allowed to take stuff back that already went over the counter. How was I supposed to see that my sandwich wasn‘t done without first taking it??? Just poor customer service. But at a place like this customers come and go and they did not seem to care about my money that I spent here. By the way, 35 bucks for 2 sandwiches, 2 donuts and 2 coffeses sounds a little much for me. But these are the times we live in unfortunately.

I love dunkin donuts. Lived in Delaware and that was my go to. Now live in idaho and the nearest one is four hours away. So I was exctatic when I found this one by luck.

I ordered a matcha drink and I wanted to add a specific syrup (that I offered to pay for) that I usually add at other DD locations. The gentleman was very polite saying that it isn’t “Duncan standard” which is understandable then I come back and order a different drink (a refresher with LEMONADE) and they make it with green tea and hands it to me after saying they’re out of lemonade? So it’s standard to give a drink with the wrong ingredients? :(
