Delicious high end gourmet food at reasonable prices. After many, many visits, this has become my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I tried every item on the Summer Menu without a single disappointment. Now with the Winter Menu released I'm working my way through it. Everything has been excellent. Service is top notch and food can't be beat. The only thing that perplexes me about Eatt is why it is easy to walk in anytime and be seated without waiting. If you are looking for one of the best dining experiences you can have in Las Vegas, you've come to the right place.

It is a nice, chic neighborhood eatery facing noisy & busy Sahara and a bit pricey. I appreciate the way they present your dishes with detailed, oral orientation of accompaniment, very professional. This is what we ordered: Tuna & Salmon Carpaccio $22.00 - good quality; very little; pricey. Duck Leg Salad $13.00 - excellent Special fish of the day - Seabeam $26.00 - good quality & execution. Lunch soup & sandwich set menu with Praline Cream Puff $25.00 - The cream puff is the best!! Cod - $20.00 - The zucchini puree is nice; but the cod has a few small bones in it. We pointed it out to the server who did not do much except offered an apology. Desserts are $8.00 each - Pistachio Cake - nothing to rave about; Praline Cream Puff is very good; Cappucino pie is excellent!!

I love this place. It's like visiting a relaxation room. The design, music and atmosphere is so nice. You just don't wanna leave. Service is always so good. Food is delicious. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. It would be double if it was on the strip. I’m glad I don’t have to drive far to have a delicious food! I would definitely recommend this place!

A great addition to the Las Vegas food scene that’s off the strip. The menu is always changing and full of surprises that do not disappoint. Everything is plated beautifully and thoroughly explained so the diner can truly experience the chefs creation. The desserts are also unique with a flair of imagination not found anywhere else in Vegas and simply not to be missed.

Delicious food with astonishingly unique flavors. Presentation of food was pleasing to the eye and made you excited to take the first bite. Timing of each dish was perfect and wait staff was knowledgeable of the food. Made for an enjoyable overall experience! This restaurant comes highly recommended.

The wine was great, the glasses were clean, and they changed the type of glass for each wine. The owner was very nice too! Formerly Bistro eatt, it has closed and is now a wine bar. The photos are mixed in with the ones from the previous closed restaurant, so make no mistake. It was good before, but here's a very nice wine bar!!!

What a great surprise - I went in for the Impossible burger: turns out, they don't prepare it as a traditional burger, but use it in 3 different dishes. I had the Impossible ravioli bolognese, which was outstanding. Rich but not too heavy, very acidic with great pop from the lightly pickled carrots and celery. Surprisingly well-developed flavors since the "healthy food" slogans can make one think they're in for a bland meal. I'd eat here anytime, and will do so again next time I'm in town.

Wow! Eatt Gourmet Bistro just introduced a NEW menu with a VEGAN section! We had the Organic Vegan Cheese house made ravioli (best flavor explosion I’ve ever tasted in a ravioli). Also, we shared the Impossible patty, topped and bottomed with herbed hash browns, with candied red onions and avocado mayo!!! Hands down best burger we’ve had (better than the Beyond Meat burger for sure). Then dessert - Vegan Chocolate Cake with mango and pineapple filling, with a puffy rice thin crust of sorts - I am generally not a “mousse” cake kinda person - but THIS was excellent in texture and taste. TOP notch. Perfect Portions and superb service. GET HERE - you will love it!!

Words fail me... One of the finest meals I’ve ever had in Vegas (speaking as a middle-aged native) and one of the best desserts – a citrus baked alaska – I think I’ve had ever. Coupled with the exquisite live music (elegant sensuous pop music which I didn’t know could be a thing), an immensely respectable wine list, and genuinely warm and knowledgeable service, my family were VERY happy. I implore you: come.
