This location is awful. Be forwarned if you order your pizza with extra, be prepared to be disappointed! I'm looking at my pizza and if I wasn't so hungry. I'd throw it away! I ordered a pepperoni with EXTRA CHEESE. Lol, what a joke. They're always out of their garden salads. The delivery driver shows up with your order. Then says "oh by the way, we're sold out of the garden salad." Common sense would tell you, let me call the customer before the driver leaves. Let me notify the customer we're out of the garden salad. We could send you the chicken Ceasars salad, or we can give you a credit for next time. That should be the protocol, instead of showing up at your door to tell you "we're out of the garden salad." This has to be one of the worst locations ever. In the two photos I took, one is without the flash. The other photo I took without the flash. Mind you, this pizza should be a pepperoni with EXTRA CHEESE! Look how awful this pizza looks. They should be ashamed to even send anything out of their store, looking this pathetic!!!!

I had a horrible experience when I got home my pizza was raw and soggy in the middle and I immediately called but they were closed. So today, I called the store and after speaking to Stephanie, the manager, I am even more upset at the treatment I received. She made me feel even worse by insinuating that I was lying and didn't call last night and that no one else would remake my pizza because it was the next business day but they were closed and I did call and told her I had proof on my phone of me placing the call . This is a prime example of horrible customer service at it's worst. You do not make the customer feel worse!!! You make them feel better, and I have to say after this experience I won't be coming back to Dominos, ever again !!!

Burned Mt pasta and cheese dip I didn't have time to go back but this place as usual sucks even though the workers are nice, pasta felt hard and the cheezy dip was literally stuck to the plate.

Pizza is usually good but this is how my thin crust showed up tonight. When I rearranged the pieces it was missing a square. Seems like staffing issues are causing a decline in quality.

I ordered carry out. I was a few minutes early. The store was clean. Counter help was friendly. The male voices from the back were less than kid friendly. So...might want to leave the kids in the car...or have it delivered. Pizzas sure look nice, right!?!

Forgot our drink, pizza looked like someone threw it across the packing lot.. absolutely terrible delivery. I'd rather order carry out at a different location then order from them again

This Domino's is very clean the employees are pleasant and professional . So far I am happy with this location and service . The small pizza was very small to me but the Pizza itself was Great . The service was great. The employees actually new what they were doing and treated me kindly. They greeted me when i walked in and were very attentive to my needs. Thank you Dominos on Charlestonand Jones .

Twice I ordered pizza for my staff in advance from this store. The first time they lost the order and we were waiting for food that did not come. After calling the store, we were advised they could not find the order. The second time, which was last week, I went to the store and placed the order in person two days before it was supposed to be delivered. I even spoke with the manager, who assured me the order would be handled appropriately. Out of an abundance of caution. I called the store an hour before it was supposed to be delivered. I was told the order did not exist, even though I had a receipt in my hand. After 3 more calls and speaking to a manager, she eventually found the order. The food was subsequently delivered, way later than it was supposed to be and the order was wrong and the pizza was dry. They have certainly lost our business.

Called to have my food delivered not willing to deliver to the mall. Called 2 times and gave my business name refused to bring it inside spoke with Samantha who was the manager who did nothing for me I will not be ordering from this Domino's ever

They didn't know they got my order. Total confusion. We waited 40 minutes and left hungry. The app stated it was being made. Big fail.

Wonderfull experience from the first phone call to delivery. Never have I been treated with such respect and courtesy than my first order with the lovely staff at Dominos. Not only was I addressed with warmth and kindness, but, my order arrived in a prompt manor wirh a lovely young man, who was the paragon of sweetness and decency that this world is severely lacking in. I will highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family, as well as you, fair public

Love your pizza! It ruins my life when I eat it but I don't care!

They have difficulty reading addresses or the instructions. Last time ordering from here tired of being contacted over and over bc they can't read. "Whats the gate code?" Its on the instructions, also you're not at the right gate. "Hey we can't find your apartment #" its on the address & also in the instructions right after the gate code. I love Dominos but just don't order delivery from here too much hassle.

Just tried to order food before the Friday rush . Took 15 minutes to place the order stating this would be a cash delivery just to find out they want my card on file for orders over 50 dollars . You hire turn around rate is to high for you to have cards on file . Order from any other place around here but this domino's. Horrible service there is 2 other locations near by that were more than happy to accept cash .

It's sad that a big pizza lover has to go to the same store multiple times just for a simple pizza that keeps getting messed up. And its not the first time they messed up my order. Instead of 2 toppings they gave me 1 single topping and told me that if I go back they'll make a new one but it would probably not be right either

Dominos recently started adding an additional 2 dollars charge to their pick 2 deal if you happen to get delivery, only thing is that's on top of a delivery charge but they don't disclose that except in the fine print. Greedy and unnecessary. This kind of shady behavior ensures I won't be buying from them anymore.

Very friendly employees who were honest on the order and then made it right. Great service! Perfect tasting and what I like in Dominos location! Thank you for the great service and very good pizza!

great place, fast service, friendly people. BUT, I always forget to ask for the crush red peppers. I wish they would just toss those in with every order automatically. Highly recommend that location and the pizza. Nice and fast and delicious.

Messes up orders often and offers no help on replacing or fixing the mess up. They gave me store credit but it only works at this location. Why would I order from here if they have messed up multiple orders.

Food was delicious however employees preparing food were not wearing gloves. They also almost gave me someone else's order without confirming what I ordered.

there service is nice and mellow happy vibes. i ment to go to pizza hut for they stuffed crust but i past it and settled for Dominoes who are not on board with the phenomenon of cheese stuff crust. but happy with my wings and pepperoni pizza. betterthan i remember them to be. thank you mid shift guys for all that you do.

I don't get pizza often, but if I do this is my go-to place. In my experience, the pizza is always made and cooked correctly, and customer service is great. I always use carry-out, so I can't comment on their delivery.

"manager" said yes we took an order from you yesterday ONLINE and took your money, but when you didn't pick it up we THREW IT AWAY. No phone call, no nothing. This is a SCAM, I ordered no pizza and these people are covering it up because they ATE the pizza. I ordered no pizza and am contesting this. The manager on file is "not available". SCAM!!!!!

I ordered a large pizza for pick up. When I went inside, and waited to be assisted. I told the young lady my name and since I was paying with cash she needed to open the register. Now she had to call another associate to finish my transaction. The young man was stretching out dough, with no gloves. And he swipe off his hands on his apron and took her place at the register. The young lady went straight to where the young man just was and picked up a new batch of dough. She didn’t wash her hands nor did she have any gloves on. After my transaction was done the you the man went back to the dough after handling my money. Then the first bit of my pizza tasted terrible. The dough tasted funny in every bite. I won’t ever be going back to this place, very unsanitary.
