A fine restaurant with incredible food and service in a wonderful relaxing restaurant. Service is above and beyond and the food is extremely good. We tried many dishes in a group celebration. The cocktails are also very good as are the deserts. Well worth a trip and highly recommended. It’s location is rather splendidly located in the Wynn hotel complex on the encore side.

We were here to celebrate a special occasion (my husband's birthday). Our reservation was at 10pm but were able to move it to 9:15pm. The good thing about Wynn and Encore restaurants is that they have vegan and vegetarian options. And the dishes are not mediocre ones. They are really good and well thought of. Sinatra didn't let us down with the food we got. The customer service you get here is one-of-a-kind. They really go above and beyond. The small talk isn't scripted at all. I'm not surprised that our waiter has been there for 17 years! Wow. I really like our server too. He gave us another round of bread and butter ;) we didn’t have room for a dessert and ready to close out when they brought something for my husband. A free birthday treat! And that was our dessert :)

I was lucky enough to have wonderful friends treat me here for my birthday. They could not have picked a better place. First, the ambiance of the restaurant was just right. The decor was tasteful, the furniture comfortable and upscale, the music (all Sinatra of course) was at just the right level, and the lighting intimate, not too dark and not too bright. Perfect balance. The food was exceptionally created. There were not a lot of choices, but everyone in our party got something unique, and one was better than the other. From the appetizers and salads, to the sides, to the main courses, to the desserts, everything was tasty and sublime and portioned just right. And finally, the staff. The main waiter, along with the assistants were attentive and quick to meet our every need in a polite and friendly manner, and joking and humorous to boot. The hostess was super friendly, and the manager checked on us as well, even though everyone was happy. A sign of a great restaurant is always when they have great staff, and Sinatra certainly has that! I want to in particular shout out to Rafael, our main waiter. He was exceptionally nice, and had great recommendations. I unfortunately did not catch the head chef's name, but he was also attentive and sent our table several desserts, all very much appreciated and yummy. Overall, this was a great experience and I wholeheartedly recommend Sinatra for any special dining event you may have.

Wow!!!!! This place was fantastic!! We ordered from the vegan menu and everything was perfect! Best vegan food we’ve ever had. I think the high price was absolutely worth it and I’d do it all over again! The drinks were delicious as well, the service was great. What a wonderful dining experience. Thank you to the WYnn for having amazing vegan options at all of their restaurants.

My family and I had the distinct pleasure of experiencing one of the most remarkable restaurants Las Vegas has to offer - Sinatra! Ok, so this city has many of those restaurants, but Sinatra is truly impressive to say the least. We've actually visited this restaurant twice (on September 2021 and recently, September 2023 - both visits due to birthdays). During the first visit, my wife, daughter, and I sat inside and I recall that the food, service, and ambiance were extraordinary...so extraordinary, we talked about it several times leading up to our 2023 visit. Unfortunately, I didn't get our server's name back in 2021, but rest assured, the service was phenomenal provided by him - I didn't expect anything less. Fast forward to 2023, my wife and I decided to eat here again for our birthday dinner and was treated in such splendid fashion; from the hostesses at the front of the restaurant to our servers, and to the rest of the employees while passing them. The service that our main server (Amy) and our other server (Stefanie) provided were so monumental and of noteworthy significance. They were very personable, friendly, and most of all, highly professional and attentive. We ended up sitting outside for this visit because the weather was nice and it was much quieter outside (we got lucky and didn't hear any emergency vehicles while eating). Thank you, Amy and Stefanie, for the wonderful experience and awe-inspiring service you provided! For both visits, we tried the Panzanella di Granchio, Polpettine, Veal Parmigiana, Salmone, Milanese, Ippoglosso, Filetto, Asparagi, Purea di Patate, and Limone. We also received a complimentary dessert during both visits because it just happens to be someone's birthday for each visit, so the staff treated us to one free dessert of the restaurant's choice, which ended up being outstanding and appreciative! I tried really hard to pick out flaws to all of the food we had ordered but wasn't successful (which is obviously a good thing). The veal (both Parmigiana and Milanese styles) were out of this world - call me weird but there's something majestic about a cut of meat with a bone sticking out of it...sorry, you non-meat eaters. Bottom line, the food here is flawless and exceptional! I don't have anything negative to say about this restaurant. I know how restaurants don't seem to last too long in this city because everything seems temporary (as a Las Vegas local, I've experienced this many times); however, I hope this restaurant is here for the long haul, especially because of the name, the food quality, and the service it provides. This is a restaurant that other establishments should unequivocally emulate. If you haven't been here before, make a reservation and visit as soon as possible - you won't be disappointed...highly recommend to everyone!

Attended for my 40th birthday. Restaurant staff made it a very great experience. Excellent wine presented by a sommelier. Waiter offered great recommendations for dinner. Even got a nice "happy birthday" tart. Would attend again if I'm ever back in Vegas.

The staff and service is amazing but the food fell slightly short of expectation. Everything was just loaded with butter and was way too rich and creamy - wish they had cut back slightly on this. Overall food quality was great so will recommend this place. It is inside of Encore so make sure you either enter through the Encore Tower Suits or Encore hotel otherwise you may end up in the Wynn and be stuck trying to find it.

Quite possibly one of the best meals and dining experiences I’ve ever had (…and we’re foodies!). From the moment we checked in, Mia greeted us with grace and had us seated where she took us over to our table and treated us like royalty, unfolding the napkins and placing them gently for us. Next, we were greeted by our server, Pedro, who respectfully addressed us by our last name (unpretentiously). He helped us make our selections from the menu and everything from the drinks to the appetizers, to the meal was perfect. Dessert was decadent and perfectly prepared and we left talking about how we MUST return anytime we are in Las Vegas. 5 stars doesn’t do this restaurant justice.

It was our first time at this restaurant and it was the best choice. Stylish, with high-class service, delicious food, and beautiful music. Lobster risotto was so tasty. Asparagus soup was incredible! Also, canoli must try sweet! It's better to make a reservation in advance. Special Thanks to Margaret, she made our evening! Very recommended!

My wife and I ate there last night and everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with getting us the perfect table for my wife’s 30th Birthday. Service during the whole dining experience was perfect. The ambiance was very romantic and the food was amazing! We ordered the shrimp cocktail to start, then the spaghetti and clams (which they modified to a light sauce for my wife), and the lamb special. Definitely recommend.

We only stay at the Wynn property when we come to Vegas and it we visited Sinatra on Sunday, February 12,2023. We had only visited one other time many years ago. This is located on the Encore side. Since it was Super Bowl Sunday and the game was still going, we had the back area near the patio garden and a wine room all to ourselves. It was amazing!! The service, much like the food was 10/10 stellar!! The Wynn is unmatched with all things service and you cannot go wrong with the dining options. We had a Caesar salad and I ordered the risotto with lobster to try something new for dinner. We got the Capello for dessert and it was everything I’d hoped for! Our server also gave us a macaroon which I am generally not a fan of, but this one was the most delicious one I’d ever had in my life. The cocktails were also very delicious! Make your reservations folks, they do fill up fast. You won’t want to miss dining at Sinatra!

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dinner, look no further. The service here was absolutely top notch. Everyone was gracious and kind, from the hostess to the waiters to the sommelier who helped us pair a perfect wine with our meal. We dined on several of their best appetizers and mains, including the Caesar and Caprese Salads, the Veal and Chicken Parmesan, their cooked rabbit, and their pasta. The food was delicious, with very generous portions. Our water glasses were never empty, a sign of how excellent the staff was. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to celebrate a special occasion in Vegas!

One of the best meals I've ever had in my entire life. My wife and I went there for our 25th anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint. We had a slight hiccup when our reservation somehow was canceled, but the staff was quick to resolve and we were seated within 5 minutes. Food is delicious. Service is impeccable. I can't imagine a more perfect way to have celebrated 25 years.

A hidden gem inside the Encore hotel! We enjoyed a lovely Italian meal in an upscale setting. Service was excellent and prompt. Our server even recommended some shows for us to attend in the future. They gave us complimentary bread, with three different types. We loved it. I ordered the spaghetti and clams, which I was a bit skeptical about. However, it was outstanding and I would order it again. Great flavor combination, and clams aren’t my favorite. These were perfect. My husband had the lobster risotto, which was a delicious and rich dish. We shared the fedora chocolate dessert, which tasted as good as it looks in the photo! Loved the banana panna cotta with the chocolate cake.

If you are staying at the Wynn or Encore, Sinatra is a great restaurant. Took my father there as he is a fan of Frank Sinatra. The food was delicious, the service amazing and the decor throughout the restaurant displaying images of Frank Sinatra, awards, etc... was classy.

Service was attentive, down to earth, knowledgeable; atmosphere was terrific; food was delicious. My cocktail (Ol’ Blue Eyes) was not too sweet; flavorful, and enticingly strong. My husband asked about beer and our wonderful server Margaret returned with a beer menu lickety-split. Meatballs were tender & well-seasoned; the polenta fries were crisp outside, pleasantly soft inside but if I’m being honest, a little bland in flavor. Our entrees (lobster risotto and the branzino) were absolutely delicious. Loved the yellow pepper coulis & veggies under the fish; especially the flavor bomb tomatoes. Husband raved about his risotto; it was rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly (not mushy at all.) We split the Cappello dessert; luscious! This whole dining experience was a perfect ending to our anniversary getaway to Vegas. We’ll be back to this restaurant and next time we will bring with us people we love the most. 🧡

The service was exceptional!! My husband and I had dinner at Sinatra on August 6 to celebrate his birthday. From the hostess to the person refilling our water, our experience was perfect!! Upon our arrival, my husband received a handwritten birthday card—nice, personal touch! I read reviews before we went, and several patrons mentioned the top-notch service, and we had the same experience!! In addition, the food was delicious! We shared the charcuterie board (I forget the name) for our starter. Our entrees were the lasagna and the scallops. For dessert we had the chocolate mouse cake fedora hat complete with a birthday message written in chocolate.

One of the best restaurants on the strip. I selected Sinatra's for my wife's birthday. As we walked in, the decor and set up was impressive and portrayed a high-end establishment. So, the bar was very high. Fortunately for me, they met that bar in every step of the way. The Spicy Margarita was unusually tasty. The soup had freshness and rich taste. I had the Halibut and my wife had the steak. They both were excellent. Excellent quality, cooked to perfection. They finished it off for us with a complementary birthday desert and candle. I highly recommend this place. If you want to taste perfection, make a reservation at Sinatra's and experience it for yourself. It is not a cheap restaurant by no means, but it is worth every penny.

Service at its finest. The way it used to be and still can be when you find an amazing restaurant like this. This is a high-class Italian restaurant , the kind that puts the napkin in your lap and hands you the menu after you are seated. Our server Margaret was so lovely and took her time answering all our questions and very well informed on the restaurant as well as the dishes themselves. What a treat. We decided on sharing a Ceasar salad and a starter of clams in tomato sauce. The Ceasars were quite tasty with shaved parm and anchovy wrapped around an olive. So tasty,I wanted more (anchovy wrapped olives). The clams were good, very clean taste ,however, I prefer a garlic wine sauce to the tomato served here. But it's good to try new things. I had the lasagna & my hubby had the halibut w gnocchi. Lasagna was served in a cute little pot, a very homemade comfort food style. Te halibut was so delicious and loved the little gnocchi. Our dessert came and was refreshing as well as sweet . A perfect compliment to the dinner. Would order again most definitely. It was called limone and was beautiful and tasty, not too sweet. For a special occasion, I would definitely recommend it. A beautiful restaurant, and if you're a fan of Sinatra, it's not to be missed. Most of the dishes are designed around his favorite foods, and even the colors chosen in the restaurant are his favorite as well.

🍷🍽️ Sinatra: A Symphony of Elegance and Culinary Excellence 🍽️🍷 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 out of 5) Sinatra, a culinary haven where every detail is woven into perfection. The upscale ambiance whispered sophistication, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. From the moment we stepped in, the service danced to a tune of excellence. Not just good, the food was a masterpiece on every plate. But what truly dazzled was the subtle act of gallantry: each lady graced with a chair for her purse, a gesture of thoughtfulness that speaks volumes about their attention to detail. Sinatra’s isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an ode to elegance and exceptional service. A seamless five-star symphony! 🎶🍷🍴

Their service was truly outstanding, and the food was delicious. I wanted a basic spaghetti dish with vodka sauce. Despite not finding this specific combination on the menu, I decided to inquire with the waiter, hoping that they could accommodate my preference. He said he was going to check w the chef soon our waiter came back and he said the Chef would prepare a dish just for me. I was absolutely blown away. The pasta was cooked to perfection, al dente and tender, while the vodka sauce had the ideal balance of creaminess and tanginess. It was truly the best pasta I had ever had.

So as I’ve said in previous reviews you can’t do half stars. Overall the food at Sinatra‘s was excellent and I’ll get into details later. However we failed to make reservations this time when we went to Vegas and it was very crowded. We were told by the concierge at the Encore hotel as well as by the hostess at the restaurant that the bar was first come first serve. We prefer to sit at the bar most times And came early to get a seat. When we arrived about 20 minutes before opening, We were first in line, however, a different hostess told us that all of the bar seats had been reserved…. Even though the previous hostess that was there an hour before they opened said that the bar was first come first serve. when I questioned the previous hostess as to why she told us that she literally walked away unable to answer me. So both the encore concierge as well as the hostess gave us conflicting information as to whether you could reserve the bar seats or not. As it turns out the people who reserve the bar did not even arrive until we were almost finished with our dinner. So we could’ve easily sat there Had they been accommodating. Regardless, we did manage to get a table in the bar area even though the restaurant was completely sold out. The restaurant is beautiful and the view from our little table was really really tranquil. Our server was excellent and attentive and so all of that made up for the inconvenience and misinformation. We ordered the special of the day as an appetizer which was the white truffles flown in every two days from Italy. It was served over a bed of linguine with butter and Parmesan. The truffles were divine however there was way too much butter on the pasta for my taste. It was literally sitting in a bowl of butter. So that kind of detracted from the wonderful aroma and flavor of the truffles. Since that was such an expensive dish ($135) that was a little bit disappointing. The rest of the food was excellent. However, I ordered the Alaskan halibut and it said on the menu that it was “herb crusted” and it was not crispy at all, there was zero crisp factor. I really like a crispy coating on fish or any type of seafood for the most part because I’m not a big seafood lover. The fish itself was light and flavorful. And so I was OK with no crisp. In the aggregate it was a very very nice meal with really excellent service and a beautiful room. However the few little caveats I’ve mentioned did bring it down from five stars to four. We would definitely go back because we stay at the encore almost exclusively and it is one of the restaurants within the hotel.

We celebrated my husbands birthday. They made it very special. The service was exceptional and the food great. I had lobster with wild mushroom risotto and it was cooked to perfection. My husband had their special - veal chop with pea risotto. He is still talking about it. Service was quietly carried out in a professional manner - 5 star all the way

My son and I had our Thanksgiving meal at Sinatra's. The staff is amazing. Very professional and really made our Thanksgiving night wonderful. The dinning area is spacious with plenty of room to navigate to your table. The vibe is decent, a bit old fashion but still nice. My son and I ordered the pre-fixed Thanksgiving meal. The presentation of the food was nice. The pumpkin pie was the best part of the meal. My son and I dressed up per the dress code, but as I looked around, not everybody was following the dress code which kind of bummed me out. Overall our experience was nice and we enjoyed the moment.

Absolutely the best food and service we could have ever wished for. From the hostess to the wine steward to our amazing server, the service us unmatched. We were treated like kings and a queen. The food is up tempo Italian with nods to the classics. Every meal was to perfection. The atmosphere and room is stunning, and the desert (edible box) is a have to have. Treat yourself to Las Vegas finest Italian, and you will be delighted.

While staying at the Wynn hotel, we had the pleasure of dining at the four-star Italian restaurant, Sinatra, located next door at the Encore hotel. With dinner reservations in the evening, our table was promptly prepared for our arrival. The restaurant's entrance was tastefully adorned with décor that paid homage to the legendary Frank Sinatra, and his timeless music played softly in the background, creating the perfect ambiance. The dining room was bustling with guests, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the tables were closely packed together, which made it easy to overhear conversations from neighboring tables. Unfortunately, the music, though playing Sinatra's classics, was barely audible amidst the chatter of the large crowd, serving more as background noise than an enjoyable accompaniment to our meal. From the moment we were seated, the service was exceptional, whether it was from our dedicated server or the attentive staff throughout the restaurant. Sinatra's boasts an impressive wine list with a wide range of options. We decided to indulge in a bottle of the 2019 Opus One, which proved to be a fantastic choice. This wine displayed intense aromas of black plum, blueberry, black currant, and dried rose petals, complemented by subtle mineral undertones and the ideal level of dryness. Additionally, our table also savored a recommended Italian red wine suggested by our server. Our appetizers, including Prosciutto, Gamberoni (shrimp), and the Polipo (octopus), were all delightful. For our main courses, we savored the Mediterranean Sea bass, filet mignon, and our personal favorite, veal parmesan. As a delightful surprise, the restaurant offered a diverse selection of complimentary desserts, each one bursting with flavor and thoroughly enjoyable. In summary, the service was consistently outstanding, and the Italian classics on the menu were prepared to perfection. If you're seeking a quiet and intimate dining experience, Sinatra may not be the ideal choice due to the closeness of the table arrangements and ambient noise. However, if you're looking for a memorable evening of great food and a lively dining atmosphere, we wholeheartedly recommend it. We eagerly anticipate returning on our next trip to Las Vegas.

Beautiful restaurant, great service, great food. We asked for a table away from people to stay safe from COVID and they seated us outdoors on the patio. The garden out there is lovely and they have misting devices and fans to keep you cool. We felt safe and comfortable. The servers were very attentive the entire time, and we even had a hummingbird visit our table! Definitely would go back.

The Sinatra saved the Wedding! The folks at Sinatra and the Wynn Wedding Salons pulled out all the stops to save a wedding from drowning in the rain last night. Can you imagine your beautiful garden wedding, and patio reception getting completely rained out and it being anything but a tragic mess? Well the staff at Wynn/Encore did the unimaginable and quickly reset everything to different locations, and still making room for a quartet and a wedding painter. They were fantastic!

We received excellent service from the time we checked in, were seated at the table, ate our meal, and paid for our meal. The Lobster Risotto (includes a perfectly cooked lobster tail and claw) is a dish every lobster lover must try! Even if you’re not a huge lobster fan, this dish will make you a fan. The mushrooms are a surprisingly nice touch to this dish. The Lobster Risotto is a winning dish worth getting over and over again. You will enjoy every single bite! We also ordered the Lasagna Bolognese. This is a meat lover dish, tasteful, and filling despite its deceivingly smaller portion size. Don’t be fooled by its size - you’ll be lucky if you can finish this dish in one sitting! This is another dish we would definitely order again. For dessert, we ordered a Tiramisu (espresso soaked ladyfinger biscuits, mascarpone cream). We were not sure what to expect,, but it was definitely one of the best Tiramisu we enjoyed in a long time. This dessert is well presented, and was the perfect ending to our meal with the French Press coffee. The taste of espresso was perfectly done where it is not overwhelming and bitter, the ladyfinger biscuits were soaked but not overly drenched, and the portions of mascarpone cream were generously proportioned. This is a creamy and tasteful dessert that, yes, we would order again and again! We definitely enjoyed the excellent service, ambiance, and delicious food, while listening to Frank Sinatra’s songs in the background. This is a restaurant we would highly recommend to family and friends!

The rating is actually a 4.7 Seated with in a few minutes, Roberto (my waiter) made me feel very welcome and at ease especially as I was a single diner. (Yes, everyone was a couple or family or group of friends except me). I ordered the Octopus which was melt in the mouth as it should be, the Rabbit Saddle wrapped in Prosciutto with Flava beans and Saffron soft Polenta which was beautiful and packed with flavour, and for dessert I had an off the menu vanilla Panna Cotta with berries, and a double espresso. The only reason for the 0.3 off a perfect 5 was a) no non alcohol wine and only one beer b) a grisly piece in my rabbit c) all the desserts had nuts in them except sorbet or ice cream. (Hence the fabulous Roberto getting me something of the menu) Would recommend this place to anyone who is okay dropping $150 on just food (as I did drink anything but water) and likes Italian food.

Nice food but a little bit short of expectations. Was hoping for something different considering the high end place. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good, just it doesn’t live the hype. I’d recommend the branzino and the soup which was phenomenal. The ribeye felt a little bit dry. For dessert we dry the Lemon one and it was amazing. The service and staff was great, very attentive and professional. The restaurant is located at the Encore tower.

This place has been around forever and for good reason. There food and large wine selection is outstanding!!! Great ambiance and atmosphere. Wonderful staff!!! Have been here a few times and always seem to find myself ordering the veal parm. Bone in, thinly pounded deliciously tender veal you can cut with a fork. There sauce is delicious and pair that with a glass of wine and it is the perfect dinner!!!!

Sinatra is my favourite restaurant at the Wynn/Encore property. Great service, delicious food and a good selection of wine. The room is also very inviting, speckled with notes of Frank’s favourite orange, and terrific for people watching. I love it the best during white truffle season (see photos which are from my visit in December). I highly recommend it.

Lovely staff, excellent service, gave me a lovely note for my Birthday. Recommend the Pollo, it was amazing, as was the Tiramisu. Skip the Caesar salad though, nothing special for the price paid. Sinatra playing in the background adds to the ambiance.

The food and service were excellent! It was a very busy Saturday night, but the staff were very friendly and attentive. Celebrated my husband’s birthday and it was a great dining experience. We enjoyed cocktails, fresh bread, shared an amazing salad, two main courses, and shared the famous fedora dessert. Highly recommend!!

Love love LOVE Sinatra! We went there for my husband's birthday dinner and had an amazing time. Sat on the beautiful patio next to the fireplace. My husband got the sea bass which was SO good. I got the Lobster risotto which was tasty but so rich and filling that I got instantly full and was sad that I couldn't eat anything else. They brought a delicious birthday tirimasu. Service was impeccable. Will be back every year for hubby's birthday.
