Cafe Americano is located in the amazing Ceasar's Palace. It's our first time in Las Vegas and We decided to have breakfast here. The staff here are nice and friendly. The food was very good and the portions were pretty big. You will not leave hungry! If in Vegas try it out!

This place doesn’t care about the customers whatsoever!!! They got our lattes totally wrong with regular milk and we are lactose intolerant. We had horrible stomachache and they didn’t care about that at all and they refused to remake our drinks with dairy-free milk . Horrible, horrible customer service experience from the manager and the staff , so rude and careless! Overall: Very slow service and careless customer service, coffee is average and very Expensive. Not worth the money!!! You are better off going across the street to Starbucks. We will never go back again to Cafe Americano at Paris casino.

A breakfast that will have you leaving more than full! We were staying in Caesar’s and decided to give this place a try since it was inside the hotel. It was very busy due to multiple conferences happening in our hotel, but the service was still very good and our waiter (Brian B) was super attentive, friendly, and funny! He made our experience here very enjoyable. The food was delicious and the portions are big. I have never had a yogurt bowl or chilaquiles in bowls as big as they were served here. The bigger portion sizes accounted for the higher prices and evened out. All in all, this is a great breakfast/brunch spot on the strip! It’s nothing fancy, but gets the job done in a relaxing and cozy environment.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time for breakfast or should I say brunch. He decided to take me out to eat before we head back home and I must say I was skeptical at first but the quality of the food where must I begin? The boyfriend order the soft shell Cajun crab omelette look how amazing it turned out and it came with toast and potatoes. It was so delightful. I almost stole his plate. I ordered the Cajun chicken fried sandwich with their coleslaw let me say I never had a better chicken sandwich in my life. I’m saddened after I finished it cause it was so good I totally forgot that I finished it. Haha I wish I had another one. We waited a while for our food the service was decent. Everyone else was served before us. But I’m not a negative Nancy and understand how a business is ran. Only advice is that the servers be a little more attentive to every guest instead of attending to those who are darker complexion that’s all. But food made up for the service

Morning on the LV strip, didn't want to go far for coffee & breakfast. Food not very good, Denny's is better & costs half as much. Decor is quaint but a bit tired. Receptionist was engaged & cheerful, wait staff not so much.

Breakfast food was alright, wasn’t expecting the large portion of food I got. Latte I got was super yummy! The server was very helpful and quick with the service. Outdoor seating is fantastic and we got a seat next to a heater (so cool!) because it was a bit chilly.

Great ambience. Good food. Vegas prices. The service is friendly and attentive. My server was constantly checking to see how my meal was, what else I needed, and refilling my coffee. The coffee was perfect. The chicken apple sausage is wonderful. The whole meal was a little heavy on the salt. Other than that, it was a nice welcome to Vegas breakfast.

Absolutely GREAT FOOD. We had such a good and filling breakfast before our long day of drinking and walking around. Great service and ambiance, staff was very nice. We got things to share family style and it worked out so well, huge portions and all of it was good. Definitely come here for breakfast.

Located within Paris Paris, the atmosphere is out of this world! Service was ok, but the food was absolutely stunning, never have I had a smoked salmon, bagel platter served this way. Absolutely loved it! Would totally come back next time I’m in Vegas!

My husband enjoyed his egg white omelette with wheat toast. We chose here due to the chicken and apple sausage on the menu as he is allergic to mammal meat (anaphalactic allergy due alpha gal to red meat and pork) but upon ordering we learned the chicken and apple sausage is in a pork casing. My potatoes were overcooked and dry, likely cooked in advance and sat under a heat light. My bacon was extra crispy (burnt). The eggs and wheat toast were good. Service was really good and attentive. Located in the back of the Paris Casino next to big, red Gordon Ramsey sign.

I was very happy to find this restaurant open at 1 am. I had Carne Asada Fries and strawberry lemonade. The portion size was huge and packed with different flavors . I really liked the generosity of the ingredients inside my loaded fries. Price wise, it was fair. I am sure I will visit them tonight again when my late night craving hits lol

Sits neatly inside the beautiful Paris casino. Great service. We opted for some wings and beef tacos. Really well presented and tasty. Washed down with a draft Michelob Ultra and bottle of blue moon. Slightly disappointed that the blue moon at $10 a bottle , didn't get served with a slice of orange in a glass because it's pretty standard elsewhere.

One of the worst dining experiences in Las Vegas Construction was being done and the smell of burning metal over took the restaurant along with loud banging and grinding by construction worker less than 15ft away.. The $23 Eggs Benedict was awful. Eggs Benedict is supposed to be a poached egg, not a hard boiled egg on a burnt muffin. Waitress offered a new one which took the kitchen over 15 minutes to prepare. Because the rest of my party was done eating and eggs Benedict is not something to can “eat later”, I declined the mew order which looked just as poorly prepared. At this point I asked for the manager. It took almost 20 minutes for her to show up. When she did, she show up, she had an awful attitude. Said she would buy my breakfast for me(the one I didn’t eat) Stay clear. Terrible food and horrible management.

BOTH TIMES I WENT TO GET A MUFFIN. THEY LEFT IT WAY TO LONG IN THE MICROWAVE. JUST NEEDS ABOUT 10 seconds NOT 30 seconds. 3/4s OF MY MUFFIN STUCK TO PAPER.MY WIFES COFFEE AND DANISH WERE GOOD.

I loved this restaurant. It is inside Paris hotel. Beautiful ambience, and good choices of dishes. This is open all day round. Ambience: amazing Vegetarian options: quite a few. They have one vegetarian option in each category: pasta, salad, bowls, pizza. Wish they had fries too as side dish to order.

Great late night option, one of the few in the Vegas Strip and one of the best breakfast options in the whole Vegas circuit. The Burrito is amazing, perfect blend of Mexican and American food. Very fulfilling and great flavor. And even then I ended up ordering a Waffle with strawberries and Nutella. The morning cocktails are a nice surprise, I wanted a coffee but the manager convinced me of ordering a Expresso Martini. But the best is the service, specially in the morning, the server was good but the manager made the whole experience amazing. I will definitely come back.

This unfortunately was the first food experience in Vegas. We were waiting for our room to be ready so we decided to have a lunch We irdered a soup, pasta and salade. Food was no tasty. Service was Good, and the place and the ambiance were clean. But again the food is not really tasty and portions are not really good and doesn’t worth the money. That was an expensive bad experience that we had! I don’t think that we will return again

Breakfast and Dessert. Who could ask for better?! The Belgium Waffles with strawberries were simply amazing. The waffle did not get soggy with the syrup and the whipped butter was a nice flavorful touch. Dessert was an Apple Crisp with vanilla bean ice cream. I don’t need to say more, except the apples were diced which was amazing for ease of eating! Server: Cliff He was humorous, playful, and enjoyable. 11/10 recommend!

LATE NIGHT REVIEW. Came here late Sunday night/Monday morning—must have been right when Omnia nightclub let out because there were lots of drunk people at the bar causing loud commotion. We got seated near the bar but had to ask to be moved to the opposite side of the restaurant since the drunk people were so inconsiderately loud—and management did nothing about it. Food was meh. The Crispy Chicken Tenders was not good—not that crispy and overall tasted like food I could get at a gas station. The Carne Asada Breakfast Burrito was just okay, the house potato side was good though. This place is open 24/7 so that’s a huge plus if you’re hungry, but don’t expect much. Service was good—our server Lisa was great!

We have eaten at Cafe Americano quite a few times. We have had many different meal items and they have all been good. They are right in the casino at the Paris so it can get very loud at times. The service is usually fast and they wait staff has been friendly. And as a bonus Cafe Americano is open 24 hours a day.

Stayed at the Caesar so ate here for breakfast every morning. The food and service were fantastic. I had the fresh avocado toast every morning, delicious. The avocado, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese were 100% fresh. The coffee was 100% on, fresh brewed and the organic OJ was GAME ON! Located just to the left of the main lobby this place gets packed during "peak" eating times. I found that if you get there before 9am you're good, one min. after there is a line down the hall. They have a cool bar that seats both inside and outside the restaurant. Pretty cool for people watching. Service is phenomenal! Great waiters and supporting staff. The only down side were the pricing. I had avocado toast, coffee and OJ for $37, I know it's Vegas but damn! Would I go here again? YES

We were on the hunt for a delicious but not super expensive restaurant. Vegas prices are insane and this place was a bit cheaper than other restaurants nearby. The food was amazing. My daughter and I had the burger. It was flavorful and cooked perfectly. My husband had the crispy chicken torta and his sister had the quesa birria torta. Both were delicious.

Food was good not great. BBQ shrimp was a little too sweet for me & one of my shrimp wasn’t cooked all the way. Shrimp taco was good, calamari was good. On the fence about the drinks. Service was good. Im sure it would have been better if he had help. Our server had at least 7 tables.

We had lunch here while waiting to get our room. There was a short wait, but nothing bad. The service was excellent. The pizza was good but kind of soggy in the middle. My wife had the poke and really enjoyed it.

The only good thing I can say is that the Cuban Club had a good amount of pork...and that's about it. The bread and pork was over cooked, and the only flavor the sandwich had was Salt. The thing was absolutely laced with salt and grease. Absolutely the worst Cuban I've had in my life. The fries were also so forgettable that I forgot they were on the table. Just boring to eat. Not only that. We ordered the Warm Brownie Sunday to try and get some form of enjoyment from the meal but the brownies were cold and stale. Paid $26 for the worst Cuban in my life and the brownies in the Warm Brownie Sunday weren't even warmed. Absolute waste of time.

The food was decent but not amazing, and the drinks were great. Very bizarre decor - there are plates hanging from the middle of the room (see pic). The star of the show was our server Saul, who was charming, funny, attentive, and honest. We’d come back just for him - although the Paloma is a pretty good draw, too.

We decided to try this place out for breakfast before we checked out and headed for the airport. We got there around 8:30 and were sat pretty quickly. A rush soon followed, and a line formed to be sat. We ordered the Birria Benedict, the Barbacoa Chilaquiles, and a Cortadito. The birria benedict was very good, but it wasn't a traditional birria. The Chipotle Hollandaise was a delicious spin on the traditional sauce. The barbacoa chilaquiles were also very good. They, too, were a little different than what we've grown to expect with chilaquiles, but they had a very good flavor. The cortadito was just okay. We'd get something different next time. The portions here are very good. The meals kept us full for our entire travel day until dinner. This isn't the best place on the strip for breakfast. But it's definitely a good option inside Caesars Palace.

Our food was amazing, our server, Chris, was fantastic, and the mimosas were on point. We ordered the French Toast Bombs, the Pancakes, and the bacon and everything was super delicious. Highly recommend.

Excellent choice for breakfast if you're looking for top notch service and delectable food. Our server Rene was wondering and had a fun personality which always adds to a dining experience. We had the traditional eggs Benedict, a side of bacon and sourdough toast. I washed mine down with a flight of mimosas that were recommended by Rene. I recommend the Bellini Mimosa. We will definitely be back... probably later since it's open 24hrs

I had the Tres leches French toast. Probably the best French toast sticks I ever had. I really loved this meal. It looks so good too excellent plating. My father had the all American breakfast and he said it was good standard breakfast.

Stopped here for lunch. The menu had a lot of choices that sounded good. But i went with the tempora cauliflower appetizer and fried grouper sandwich. The cauliflower came out looking and smelling great. The batter was the lightest I've ever had. I dont even know if i would call it tempora battered. Cauliflower was cooked to perfection and had great flavors. The fried grouper was a little bit of a letdown. It had good flavors, but the presentation was nothing special. It was also slightly overcooked. Leaving the fish dry and tough in some spots. Had the grouper been cooked a little better, definitely a 5 star meal. Sorry grouper you cost this review one star.

The ceviche tasted great and the skirt steak was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The quinoa accompanied the steak which, enhanced the overall flavor of the meat. There are several windows inside the dining area allowing you to view tress and other artifacts outside the restaurant. Our server, Christian did a wonderful job. He chatted with us throughout our meal which, was very much welcomed. This 24-hour restaurant will satisfy those late night cravings should they ever surface.

Initial impressions while waiting in line is the work staff moves at their own pace. Lots of tables that were vacant/needed cleaning, but everyone was slow moving. Once we did get seated, we waited quite a while before getting any type of service. Server was nice and got our food and drink to us in a reasonable amount of time. Some of the food was really good, others were meh. The crab bisque is worth your time.

Of course it’s over priced but it’s Vegas in the lobby of the hotel. So didn’t have to leave the hotel to get an actually really good dinner. I had the Cuban with a salad and my girl had the penne pasta. She did ask for no cheese and it came out with cheese but I just took the cheese and out in on my salad not a huge deal. My plate was warm with the Cuban on it and it had the “cold” salad on the warm plate…. Not good plating by the chef. But it was all very delicious non the less.

If you're in the Paris hotel, this place is impossible to miss. Came for breakfast and they killed it with their presentation of the foods and flavors. So much, I came back again the next day for lunch. Very friendly and attentive staff, definitely enjoyed the chicken and waffles a lot. I highly recommend coming here at least once!

The Ambiance: Pretty neat. Inside and “outside” seating. The Staff: Our first two days it was great. We had a lovely server. The last three, not so much. That’s the only reason it gets 4 stars out of 5. The last day we ate there, the server clearly couldn’t care less about us and completely messed my order up. The Food: Only had breakfast there, but ate there 5 days in a row because it was better than anything else connected to Ballys. Every time the food was very good. Overall: Go there for the food for breakfast.

Easily our favorite place for Breakfast & Evening meals. Service is top notch. For breakfast, we were served by Chantel, and she is absolutely wonderful to start the day with. In the evening we were served by Jose, and he brings a great energy and vibe. 12 out of 10. Will definitely be visiting next time we come to Vegas.

Got steak and eggs for breakfast. Potatoes were great steak was cooked well but not seasoned. Didn’t care for the steak sauce given. Got pancakes instead of toast pancakes was good as well. I got an orange juice which was costly. $8 for about 8 oz is a bit much. Other than that and expensive.

Great Breakfast. We had eggs Benedict (substitute smoked salmon 100% worth it and pancakes - incredibly fluffy). Both were delicious. Our waitress Danielle A was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Little pricey but what can you expect in Vegas.

We were seated quickly and the service was decent. My food was delicious. I had a caesar salad with Salmon. I was a little disappointed in the Salmon only being about 4 oz. But everything tasted delicious. We also had deserts that we're very delicious. I recommend eating here.

Overpriced restaurant inside Caesar's Palace. The food was just ok. Mini Tacos $6. The sweet potato fries were great. Not a true brunch restaurant as they do not serve French toast. Our server did not want to be at work. He rolled his eyes a few times.

We came here as we are staying at the hotel where’s the located in. The food is amazing. The drinks are amazing. Our Servers have been Tyler and Jr. they haven’t let our drinks go below halfway, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The quality, cleanliness, friendliness, attentiveness have all been worth the five stars I am giving.

If you are staying in the Ceaser Palace Hotel, you have to visit this place. The food is beyond great, the selection is superb, you could eat for a week and never choose the same. The Eggs Benedict was my favorite, but the avocado sandwich is also great. The staff is very nice, and the place is looks good inside.
