If youre looking for something light, the turkey bacon sandwich is a great choice. It was warm light and it melts in your mouth. Very delicious. The berry bliss smoothie was very tasty and refreshing. The service was good. Prices are decent. I would definitely go back.

Very unprofessional, no customer service not once was I greeted I stood at the counter and asked if my curbside order was ready i was ignored so I said so everyone is going to ignore me the two people making smoothies gave me a dirty look and her response was I'm making it right now. Like I am supposed to know what orders they are making. Also my order was not correct. The owner or manager of this place needs to be aware on how employees are treating people.

This location is awful, the cheese in my quesadilla uncooked, and somehow the tortilla was also burnt, the chicken was also cold. Plus ordered a avocado grilled cheese, and the bread was completely soggy, and it just looked nasty overal.. Plus the bag they gave to us with our food was dirty and greasy, and had a peice of lettuce in it, none of the things we ordered had lettuce. The employees weren't friendly and seemed annoyed, will not be going here again ☹️

Posted lobby hours say they close at 9pm. It is currently 8:30pm on a Friday night and they are CLOSED! Staff members are inside but the doors are locked. Bad management 👎🏽Waste of time coming to this location smh

Lemme tell ya, employees make or break a location! I ordered a hummus veggie wrap with a couple mods & a chocolate truffle smoothie. Attention is everything, and a couple brothas were working this spot this time. They take pride in making food correctly and it shows. Thank you!

Great service through drive through. We ordered two Caribbean jerk chicken wraps and a detox island green smoothie. The wraps were made quickly and they were hot and spicy just the right amount. They offer a piece of fruit with your order and we asked for a banana each. This was my first visit and I have to say they were delicious. I would like to try another wrap on a different day. I would recommend this place. My only concern is the drive through is a pain in the butt to get to as the parking lot has a bunch of crazy people driving and walking through.

Not friendly a drive thru experience. Received the wrong smoothie and faced attitude when I addressed that I received the wrong order. Poor quality on corrected smoothie. Disappointed to say the least

I couldn't order on the app for whatever reason so I went in and showed him my cart. He added the drinks and then started asking what side I wanted. I looked at the phone it said no sides. I said it says no sides. He said oh because I was talking to you. I said, I want exactly what's in my cart. Before I paid I said did you add the vit/probio to the drink? He went to add it. Like all you had to do was enter what was on the screen.

I would like to know the stores lobby hours verse the drive thru hours. I arrived to get a smoothie at 7am but the lobby was closed but those hours are not posted on Google. I am not sure if they are differentiate on there site either. However, post hours for the lobby verse the drive thru online please; it would help those who simply get around using lyft or uber.

Buy 2 smoothies get 1 free 4pm till 7 pm everyday. Excellent health menu. Food or drinks.

Been here twice in the last 2 days very quick service always make my complicated order accurately super delicious.

Ordered a salad through the drive thru, got to my destination.. no dressing. I called and spoke to an employee and they said "sorry, you can come back for the dressing".. Not to mention the quality of the salad with all tomatoes ends. Would not come back to this place. Worst 10 bucks spent!.

This place is a mess. There are 2 ladies working in the back trying hard but the guy making the smoothies takes his sweet time. You will wait, let me tell you. The smoothies themselves lack flavor and substance, NOT WORTH THE WAIT. He’s not very diligent about cleaning out the smoothie machine, either, so there is water and remnants of the previous smoothie in there, that he pours into your cup. Don’t try it, you’ll be sorry.

Over all good experience. Consistent quality. I usually visit two different locations and prefer the payment process at Harmon/Paradise better but if that's the only.problemI personally have then they must be doing an excellent job.

I’ve literally been standing at the counter for 11 minutes while writing the review. The 2 girls working haven’t even acknowledged that I’m standing here. They just keep walking back and fourth. Completely unprofessional I will never come back to this location again.

Lobby is currently closed so only able to use the drive through. Menu has many options but I only stopped there for a smoothie. I thought there was a good selection and fair prices for the size of the smoothie. I would return for a quick smoothie on the go.

The smoothie had way too much avocado that i couldn’t drink it so i asked if they would redo with a lot less and the cashier snatched it from my hand without saying anything. They did remake it better tho.

Smoothies from Tropical are always what I look foward too specially after a long day of driving, I just want to make a quick pit stop grab my smoothie, restroom real quick and be on the go but for some reason evening STAFF ARE SO QUICK TO FLAG YOU AWAY! Because of this I watch people and my self just walk to the next door business and spend money there.

Did not receive a fork and got hung up on when I asked if they can be nice of enough to deliver a fork so I can have a utensil to eat with. If you want to keep your business open, be more professional or the unemployment line will be waiting for you.

Business says open at 7:00am. I walked 25 mins from the hotel,and at 8:01am still closed, no one inside. Unacceptable.

Delivered by Uber and it travels well. My favorite place to go for a quick bite & smoothies are by far the best around.

Terrible customer service. Server out the window talking to customers and still over the intercom where you can here conversation. I'm still waiting to make an order. I been coming here for some time now. And the service been more worse then ever. Need real professional. These kids don't care. Service spills and leaking. Owner out to be ashamed.

Ordered 2 smoothies, then waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes before ditching the drive thru and going inside to get the order. Also, the smoothies were watery and not very good. Hopefully this was just an off night, but we were very disappointed.
