The worst experience ever. My party of 15 called and was told to come and we would be accommodated. We walk up and security starts telling us the dress code which none of us was violating. Then he walks back in and then comes back and says for us it’ll be $800. We advised we were not told this over the phone and he basically told us to leave. We are sure us being young African American professionals is the reason we were given all of this negativity. I do not suggest this place for any one.

Dustin made the best drinks and took very good care of us. Jackie had some of the best suggestions on drinks and food. Best hookah in vegas. Will be back on our next trip. Great way to spend an evening. Prices are very reasonable. I say raises around the house for them.

Pretty empty. There was a private event so we could only sit on the patio, which I get, but it was still pretty empty for a Friday at 10pm. These two drinks were over $40. Overall I don’t think it’s worth the price. However, Ana was super nice as well as the security guys upfront. We thought it would be Latin night but they don’t have that anymore.

Ana with the bangs, has ZERO customer service skills. We came right when they opened and it was absolutely empty with no one in there, but our party. It was steaming hot in there, so we kindly asked to turn down the air conditioning. She went to the air conditioning and stated that it was at 71° however it clearly stated it was at 74°. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. I truly hope management finds a way to rectify the situation because we are longtime customers and this is definitely a very sour experience for my best friends birthday. Ana you need help be there is no reason to be that ugly to kind humans

My 2nd day in las vegas and i called this place for resrvation. And when we reached they gate staff didnt allow my friend to enter as he was wearing sports trouser. Ok we respected their policy and asked my friend to go back and change. When I entered i saw people in shorts and trousers. Why this discrimination? Staff at the entrence was very rude. And honestly they way they were pretending they are not that good. Dj was playing old songs crowd was not very hifi. Anyhow lets talk about shisha... i will give 3 out of 5 for shisha tried gum mint there. Although u have to run after the coal guy and called him 3 times then he came to change.

Sandy is the best server and Dustin hands-down makes the best drinks!! Definitely have to visit them. We had such a good time that we went back the following night. Great experience from the host at the front to the mixologist, server and everyone else..this is the place to go...drinks, food and hookahs were on point...

I went for my birthday, they ran out of tables so the staff and security opened the patio area to accommodate us. They set up all the outside heaters so we were super warm. I honestly enjoyed it better because me & my party was secluded but still attended to. Great music hookah and drinks I had a wonderful time. Will definitely return.

Luna was lit!!!! Even on a Thursday night. The staff was so professional and friendly, from the bouncers to bar staff/waitresses and DJ. Luna is a must during Las Vegas visit. Drinks, music, hookah, atmosphere on point. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A space to chill and not be plastered. It's a good time, some ego attached to things but it's because it's "higher end". Kind of a large deposit and 20$ drinks. But, over all, great music and very relaxed setting. Worth it.

Fun, popping, hooka lounge. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions we had about the bar, hookas, and drinks. They serve food, liquor and a wide array of hooka flavors. Definitely a great place to hang out with some friends.

This is my second time to this Hookah location and HAVE A NOT BEEN LET DOWN! I checked in with my reservation with no problem. Carolina our waitress took amazing care of our table. Michael our Hookah server WAS everything in the club made the best hookah for my sister BDAY. Thank you guys. OH WAIT!! The bartender Justin makes the best drinks in town! Also they are on fire!!

We visited Luna Lounge with a reservation for a party of four, While the overall service provided by our waitress were satisfactory, I regret to say that our experience was marred by the disrespectful behavior of one of the security guards after we spend over $600. Upon encountering an issue and attempting to address it with the security guard outside for disrespecting two of us girls , we were met with dismissive and unprofessional conduct by telling us he does not care!! Instead of addressing our concerns, the guard showed a complete lack of empathy and even escalated the situation by expressing a desire to engage in physical confrontation!! Patrons should feel safe and respected during their visit, and we did not feel safe at all. Instances like these can significantly impact the reputation of the establishment, the security staff should prioritize the safe and well being of patrons. We thought it was a classy place since they enforce dress code lol Do better!

Food decent. Nice decor. They limit the type of dancing you can do. Can’t twerk. Cant dance on people. Dumb! Never experienced anything like this. It was whack. Food was good though.

Nice clean and friendly atmosphere. Music and dj is on point. Hookah is good and reasonably priced. Drinks anre delicious and strong

This place is amazing , very smooth hookah and the food is really good. Service was very quick. I will definitely be coming back here again next time I’m in town. Great experience overall.

I really liked this lounge. They had pretty good food, hookah, and atmosphere. I visited for my bachelor party on 5/26 and it was about 17 of us that visited as soon as the lounge opened. So it was really just my party in there but the dj was good and the bartenders were great.

This place was AWESOME! Went to Vegas to celebrate my sister's bday and the customer service, drinks, food, cleanliness and ambiance are all on point! Had a banging time. Next time we hit Vegas this is a must for us. Our host Ron! Yeah. Loved his attitude and energy.

Nice place, comedy night on Tuesday, has food and drinks no cover. Ambience is nice a lot of room and couch seats. As long as you don't mind the smoke it is a hookah place. Prices for drinks and food is reasonable. And you might bump into famous people if your lucky.

Hands down one of the best customer service you’ll receive!! We had a few hours to kill before our flight and decided to come here. Not only did they accommodate us (which was absolutely appreciated enough) but the food and the hookah is amazing. I’m middle eastern so I know my hookahs well, and it’s very refreshing to find a place that makes it spot on! So worth it. Jackie and the entire staff were phenomenal!

Definitely recommend! We ended up getting seated outside due to no seats but it was a vibe outside and we had our own little party out there.. Definitely going back when we have time.

Aaron was such a pleasure! We came for my girlfriends birthday and he was extremely accommodating, friendly and so sweet! I might add that there was another man dressed like one of those guys on the gondola rides and he was super rude! Shout out to Aaron for being a good host and peacemaker!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’m visiting from Dallas and was looking for a chill spot that plays diverse music including Afrobeats and this place more than exceed my expectation. The serves were really nice . 10/10 👌🏾

I made reservations for 8:20pm, received a text at 7:50 to confirm my reservation for 8:20 and once we arrived was told that the club was bought out and it was a private party. Security advised to possibly come back at 10 and he might be able to get us in. The lack of customer service and unprofessionalism.

Great establishment, fair prices especially being on the strip, the place gets sold out quickly so it’s better to arrive early, good music the service is amazing the beautiful Yolanda helped us out that night, very knowledgeable and sweet she helped us pick out shots and a hookah flavor.

Just finished up my meal at the Luna Lounge! Pesto chicken was delicious and so were the fries! Also decently priced compared to everything else on the Strip. Dustin was a cool guy and Lucy couldn’t have been sweeter! I only wish I came here on a Thursday so I could so I could watch an NFL game on one of the 3 large TV’s they have going while I chilled

I have visited many hookah lounges. Luna, by far, is one of the best. Very chilled atmosphere, modern decor, and good vibes. In addition to that, the service was exceptional. Security was professional and my waitress Tatiana was Phenomenal! She was kind, professional, and was knowledgeable of all drinks, hookah favors etc. I will definitely be back! 10/10 in my book!

My man, his mom and husband went here as a last minute choice on my last night in Vegas, and it was so chilled that my man who does not like going to clubs was comfortable in this nice little spot. It's time tucked away, but worth finding. I have even had business meetings here. Great vibe, cannot wait till visit again, they have different music on various nights and even a comedy night! Go check them out on your next visit, just be informed hookahs are $50

Drinks and music were good but be aware they upgrade your drinks without letting you know so you end up paying more than anticipated. Be specific about what alcohol you want in your drinks so that doesn’t happen. Also, free round of shots if you give a 5 star review

Love the service best hookah lounge and right on the strip (one half of block behind) but honestly who cares when the drinks are good, food is good, hookah is great. I would recommend this place to everyone 9/10

Love the vibes! I called an around a few places after 11 and they were the only one to pick up. It’s so pretty inside, prices are decent and the coconut shrimp was amazing 😋 they also have a ring light photo booth to take pictures at the entrance. Josh is amazing with the camera and Hailey is awesome so sweet and attentive.

Vibes is always great, services is always 100/10, music is always on point, I’m always very well, food is amazing, I’m always taken care of by everyone, I always tip 20 bucks for the service, I highly suggest coming if you want a chill laid back night!🔥
