Somewhat of a hidden gem. We definitely enjoyed our visit. Entering is free, and they have tours you can pay for.

This place is awesome if you love Fords like I do, especially the Shelby modified. You can take a guided tour of the entire facility. Enter a raffle to win a Shelby mustang. Buy anything you can think of with the Shelby logo. Even try a turbo powered Shelby energy drink. I just got a sticker and called it good.

The museum’s highlight lies in the historical significance carried by some of Shelby cars. The service is totally exceptional; upon entering, they warmly greet you, provide insights about the cars, and inform you about any ongoing sales. Then, you're free to explore at your leisure. As for the cars, they are simply stunning. It's hard to find words when faced with such beautiful vehicles, each one a testament to its glorious past. Imagining these cars in their prime is a captivating experience. The entry to this automotive marvel is free!"

Stopped here on 6/6/23 just to walk through on our own, but decided to pay for the tour. I would highly recommend the paid tour, our guide was very informative and friendly. When we were in the shop area, Vince just happen to walk through and he was kind enough to stop and talk with us and get a photo., thank you Vince! They give you a gift bag it has a hat, 17 oz stainless water bottle and Shelby poker chip. Great value for the $$ you pay.

This is one of the coolest places I've seen! If your in to racing history you need to go check this place out! The Shelby family is doing a great job keeping this racing icon alive!! You get to see some real cool cars and you get to see inside where they are modifying new Fords as well! Go check it our you won't be disappointed.

One of the must visit sites for every petrolhead and motorsports enthusiast. Was there a couple of times and also bought some imho tastefully designed apparel/merch. My cousin and I joined a guided tour which gave some great insight about Caroll Shelby‘s beginnings and undisputed series of successes. Combine that with some truly awesome cars on display and you have a time well spent if I may add.

The Carrol Shelby Museum is Beautiful, one snotty old lady but I didn't let her get to me. I enjoyed every second of it.

We took the VIP tour and it was well worth it! All of the insight and details as to how Carol thought and did business, plus be able to go into the back where they do all of the work was fascinating! There isn't any cards or information on each of the cars in the museum, so you really need to take the tour so you can understand what it is you're looking at. All of them were so fascinating!

Over all a great time, wish we could have seen more about the history and the cars, however the building is still mostly a retail site, the shop was ok, would have been nice for a floor tour and not just from far away. It is free to look around but the guided tour is not cheap… was it worth it … I don’t think so! You’ll get the same view and info with the free self guided tour.

The best part of the store is the history that is in some of those cars. I wish they would have videos of the races and the sounds of those first cars. The service there is great. They greet you once you walk in and tell you about the cars and what sales are going on that day. Then they freely let you walk around. The cars? What can you really say when they are beautiful vehicles. Just imagining what those cars were like back in their hay day. Even better is the price of seeing those vehicles. FREE!!!!

Absolutely fantastic. Let me start by saying that the cars on display are absolutely gorgeous. It's not only time traveling into a very special time of American Motorsports and reminds me of the movie Ford vs Ferrari, starring Matt Damon (as Carroll Shelby) and Christian Bale, but just shows you breathtaking craftsmanship. It also has a quality apparel gift store, and you can peek into the factory where they're actually working on Ford to Shelby conversions. Oh, and it feels like you're in a John Wick movie.

The Carroll Shelby Foundation is excited to offer a FREE sideshow tour for visitors in Las Vegas. This is a great opportunity to see an amazing collection of cars on display, as well as watch the team builds cars in the attached shop. Carroll Shelby was an American automotive designer, racing driver, and manufacturer. He is best known for his AC Cobra and Mustang-based performance cars. The team at the Foundation is committed to sharing his legacy with the world and preserving his memory for future generations. We hope you take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn more about one of America's greatest car builders.

Loved this little museum. Great history of the Shelby brand and Carroll Shelby. We didn't take the "factory " tour but it looked interesting too. Beautiful cars.

Just saw Ford v. Ferrari? Really into Carroll Shelby's Mustangs? Just like cool stuff with Cobras on them? Classic American Muscle Cars? Boy is this the place for you!

We pulled in the parking lot to make a couple adjustments in the car… ended up going inside to take 1 picture!!! Didn’t return to the car for another 2 hours! I’ve wanted to check this place out for years, so happy we finally did & loved it! Great facility & the staff are all awesome people who obviously enjoy being there! I recommend checking into the days/times for the Tours” they do, I’m told it’s packed full of history knowledge etc. Or anytime and get the sneak peak for yourself!

It gets 5 stars because it's free. If you want a Cobra heritage museum this is close to what you would expect except it's all focused on Carrol Shelby the man. There are no plaques about the cars on display which kind of forces you to buy the tour, but the tour guides didn't give you that information either. The merch is all Shelby focused as well, as you would expect. Good for a quick stop but you can finish it in 30 minutes if you walk slow.

You do not need to be a car nut to enjoy the Shelby American VIP Tour at $49 per Person. The history of Carroll Shelby in car racing and manufacturing is very interesting. You will appreciate the Ford vs Ferrari movie a lot more.

This is a must for all Mustang lovers or even car enthusiasts (: it is free to see and enjoy the museum and see the life of Carroll Shelby and the work of art he created. Definitely go for the tour that they offer.

Cool museum to see, must visit for mustang fans! It's small but has very unique Shelbys including the GT500 Shelby built solely to test Goodyear Tires.

WOW!! The pictures of Mr. Shelby shows his genuine love and passion. I wish I was older while he was alive, I would have loved to have gotten to know him. This was a great exit before we hit the airport to go home. A precious visit that I will hold dear.

Really enjoyed this place, a little smaller that I thought. The cars were beautiful and the tour was nice, I learned a few new things, I thought there would be more to see on the tour, especially when they tell you that you get to go into the main garage. But overall, really nice.

Beautiful, privately-owned Shelby cars on site to enjoy during the self-guided tour. Extra $50 gets you a VIP guided group tour, offered each hour. Tip ... purchase your VIP tour before perusing the cars. The hourly tours fill up quickly! Also, the swag bag of goodies provided to all who participate in the VIP guided tour more than Paris for the tour because it includes a lanyard, hat, poker chip/ challenge coin, and a stainless steel bottle with lid. 🤯😲

Here is my review on Shelby Mustang in Nevada: The Shelby Mustang is a legendary car that combines the best of American muscle and racing heritage. It was born in 1965, when Carroll Shelby, a former race car driver and automotive visionary, teamed up with Ford to create a high-performance version of the Mustang. The result was the Shelby GT350, a car that had a powerful 289 cu in (4.7 L) V8 engine, a distinctive hood scoop, and a striking white and blue paint scheme. The Shelby GT350 was not only fast, but also agile and responsive, thanks to its modified steering, suspension, and brakes. It was a car that could dominate on the track, as well as on the street. ¹² The Shelby Mustang continued to evolve over the years, with new models and features added to enhance its performance and appeal. Some of the most notable examples are the Shelby GT500, which had a massive 428 cu in (7.0 L) V8 engine that produced 355 hp (265 kW; 360 PS); the Shelby GT350R, which was a rare and exclusive race-spec version of the GT350; and the Shelby Super Snake, which was a modified GT500 with a 427 cu in (7.0 L) V8 engine that could reach over 500 hp (373 kW; 507 PS). The Shelby Mustangs of the 1960s and 1970s are now highly sought-after by collectors and enthusiasts, who appreciate their history, design, and performance. ¹³ The Shelby Mustang legacy was revived in 2005, when Ford and Shelby collaborated again to produce a new generation of Shelby Mustangs based on the fifth-generation Ford Mustang. These cars featured modern technology and engineering, while retaining the classic Shelby style and spirit. Some of the models include the Shelby GT, which had a 4.6 L V8 engine with 319 hp (238 kW; 324 PS); the Shelby GT500, which had a supercharged 5.4 L V8 engine with 500 hp (373 kW; 507 PS); and the Shelby GT350, which had a 5.0 L V8 engine with 624 hp (465 kW; 633 PS). The Shelby Mustangs of the 21st century are still in production today, offering a range of options and packages for different tastes and budgets. ¹⁴ One of the best places to experience the Shelby Mustang is in Nevada, where the Shelby American headquarters is located. Shelby American is the company that builds and sells the Shelby Mustangs, as well as other Shelby vehicles and products. The Shelby American facility in Las Vegas offers a unique opportunity for visitors to see the Shelby Mustangs in action, as well as to learn more about their history and culture. The Shelby Heritage Center is a museum that showcases some of the most iconic and rare Shelby Mustangs, as well as other Shelby creations, such as the AC Cobra and the Ford GT40. The museum also features a lot of memorabilia and information about Carroll Shelby and his achievements. The Shelby Store is a shop that sells a variety of Shelby merchandise, such as apparel, accessories, books, and models. The Shelby Mod Shop is a service that allows customers to customize and upgrade their Shelby Mustangs, or any other Ford Mustang, with Shelby parts and accessories. The Shelby Factory Tour is a guided tour that takes visitors behind the scenes of the Shelby American production facility, where they can see how the Shelby Mustangs are built and tested. The Shelby Driving Experience is a chance for visitors to drive a Shelby Mustang on a racetrack, and feel the thrill and power of these amazing cars. ⁵⁶ The Shelby Mustang is more than just a car, it is a symbol of American ingenuity, passion, and excellence. It is a car that has a rich and fascinating history, and a bright and exciting future. It is a car that appeals to a wide range of people, from casual drivers to hardcore racers, from young enthusiasts to old collectors. It is a car that deserves to be celebrated and enjoyed, especially in Nevada, where the Shelby American spirit lives on..

Home of the Shelby Mustangs. The shop is located here along with a small museum and shop selling Shelby memorobilia. There is a sales office for Shelby Mustangs as well. Large windows give a good view of the shop. The self guided tour of the collection is free, you can get a guided tour which includes access to the shop for a fee.

Whether you are Vegas residents or visitors, this is one of the must go places in Las Vegas. If you have young kids, I bet they will enjoy this place too. You can join the paid guided tour but we feel it’s plenty to look at just being in the showroom area, which has the classic Shelby Mustang to the most recent models. It’s an awesome place to visit if you are a car enthusiast. Plentiful of Shelby related merchandise or souvenirs to bring home too!

  • 5/5 Scott M. 1 year ago on Google
If your an auto enthusiasts this is the best free attraction in Vegas. I've been twice they change out the cars. So it's different. You will get to see some early shelby history along with the new stuff. They also do tours of the factory. So you will get to see them build the shelbys.

What a neat place to visit. We received some nice gifts by buying the tour package. We knew a lot already about Shelby but did learn even more. And signed the wall!

Absolutely awesome, popped here on way to airport on our last day in Vegas and it didn't dissapoint, VIP tour was awesome all staff very passionate about what they do and it really showed, would reccomend to anyone with a passion for cars, brilliant experience!

Great pieces of history on display here. Best of all, it is free to the public. I would appreciate some plaques for each vehicle. As someone that isn't a Ford or Shelby expert, I had to spend some time to find the significance of each car. If they provided information on each car, it'd be a 5/5 experience.

  • 5/5 Larry V. 1 year ago on Google
We had a great time looking around and getting some Shelby merchandise. The staff was friendly and helped us find the right size shirts. All the cars were really nice and super clean. After seeing the movie about Shelby. It was great to see some of what they had posted about him and learn even more. Great place to go and see how they make a Mustang into a Shelby gt500 or gt350.

  • 5/5 Barbara H. 1 year ago on Google
Young well informed guide, lots Of continuation cars in the museum. We enjoyed looking at production floor and learning about the new Hertz cars. Merchandise gift for purchasing higher priced tour was just at okay.

  • 5/5 Kat C. 1 year ago on Google
This was an amazing place. You will learn in-depth knowledge of the man himself. Any car enthusiast must see if you're coming to Vegas and need something to do. Austin was a great tour guide and he knew Carroll Shelby personally. He had many wonderful stories to tell!

The VIP tour was great. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny. This was a good decision for sure. Here are a few pics but don't want to give it all away. Free to take self guided tour. $59 for VIP but you also get a gift bag that came with some cool items.

  • 5/5 CD 9 months ago on Google
Who wants to drool over some Shelby’s??? Me, with my beaming son in tow, thoroughly enjoyed looking at these spectacular specimens. We even found a few “good deals” in the gift shop.

  • 5/5 Kennedy W. 1 year ago on Google
So cool that the museum is free. You only have to pay for the guided tour. There is a big gift shop and a window to see the Shelby cars being worked on. If you are interested in this kind of thing, it is really cool.
