I work for sana behavioral and I have to say the management is amazing and so are all of the nurses it's the first job I can say that I love my team and job trying to make a difference in people's lives is an amazing thing so sana keep up the hard work now one gets enough credit for the work they do on a daily basis

I have been to quite a few facilities and SANA was hands down the best so far . the staff genuinely cares about your health and well being ( treats you like family) the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is at high level of cleanest. The food was at high level but lately but has been little to be desired. The nurses are very knowledgeable and caring. The groups are open and free setting to be yourself without judgement. The physic team wants only the best outcome by making sure the right combination fits for you. The medical staff is the same. The techs they work hard at making accommodations seamless

I've had the best experience in this facility after all the facilities I been since 2007, I was treated with respect and privacy and Sana kept me safe when things were rough. This staff was wonderful and yes I would come back if need be.

The staff at SANA was very welcoming and went beyond the call of duty for me. I am a vegan so Dawn got money and shopped for special food for me. Eddy held some very helpful, interesting, inspiring and fun groups. I also met some great friends there. Wendy gave me hope about my situation! pertinent

Sana was always helpful medication was on time. Whenever I had aye problem staff solved it. Most of all i felt safe and that ths staff cared. Eddie groups helps me to relate to life problems. Nina & Deisy were very helpful in my transition. By far the very best care program I ever been too.

The staff is amazing they treated me like a person. The Dr was a little short but I do understand in my opinion the staff that live and work here deserve a raise first time in this kind of place staff that deal ll with us crazy people deserve to be paid better that have the hard job . So in. Short give the ones who deal with me treat them better 12 hrs on job . thank you for all the help

Sana is a very nice place I love the staff they are caring and loving Mr. Eddied Activety group really help and he is very insightful on Mental Health and addiction Mrs. Victoria MR. JIimmy MRS Jenifer where the main support to me while i was there not saying the other staff where not helpful but for me they where the ones I could talk to Over all I would Rate Sana as a Ten the tv in the day room could use being replace tho

I was in a very low place and I was brought to Sana this is the best place ever past present and future the staff is extremely excellent if you should ever have problems ask to be brought her if I could give them 10 stars I would I cant say enough about this place the groups really helped me and I'm feeling much better and they were willing to help me through the process all I can say is THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.except for doctor Christensen who discriminates against old men

I called to set up an appointment as a new patient and the person that answered my phone call clearly had me on speakerphone. Then they wanted very personal information such as my age which I don't like answering out loud. I hung up on them and will be seeking help elsewhere.

This is for8om TERESA CROSS. Thisplace is AWFUL!! I'm a disabled older woman. They have my male roommate a ride, but not me. They helped him but expected me to handle all on my own but they immediately helped him, even tho I face brutality at home. They're the worst!!

I sent your facility on Sunday and it is now Thursday night. At that time I stated that I needed help so soon. I have yet to hear from ANYONE there! Apparently someone’s mental health is not all that important to you people. That is why I only gave you ONE STAR.
