    The visit at the Craig location was my first doctor appointment in years. I have not had a regular doctor since moving here 25 years ago because I never found one I would go to more than once. This office has changed that! I have already recommended good friends that were looking for a primary care doctor to them too. I saw Dr. Francis, and was so comfortable with him immediately due to his friendly demeanor and genuineness. Getting the appointment was a little longer than I would have liked, but after I requested it online and waited a couple days I did get a call to schedule it. The agent on the phone was very friendly and professional and efficient. She even had my address ready so she knew how far each location was from my house to help me decide where to go since I was new. Arriving at the office I was greeted immediately by Veronica who was very nice and also efficient. I filled out my required new patient forms and was met by nurse Lizzie within minutes. She introduced herself, showed me around a bit and was great at making sure I was comfortable during our interaction. The wait for Dr. Francis was probably about a half hour, for which he humbly and graciously thanked me for waiting multiple times throughout the visit. Truthfully, with all the COVID policies and sick people right now I had expected to wait at least that long or longer, but I really felt like he valued my time. He was easy to talk to, thorough, and professional but personable. I almost don't want to leave this review because I don't want others to find out about this gem of a doctor's office and make it harder to get in, but they were wonderfully helpful and friendly and deserve the recognition!

    I found Intermountain when I needed to find a new primary. My previous primary doctor was the worst experience I have ever had so I needed a new doctor. From the front office staff to the back office staff, I was treated with respect and like I mattered. They were absolutely wonderful!! Dr. Smith took her time with me and really got to know me and what I needed. Even though this was my first visit, I want them to know how much I appreciate their professionalism, and how caring they were with me so thank you. I look forward to entrusting my health-care to Intermountain for all my future needs. Thank you so much

    It's been many years since I have felt this comfortable at a Doctors office. Starting right from scheduling an appointment through the entire process. The ladies up front were cheerful and friendly. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing nurse ever!! Ava! She has the best sense of humor and had me laughing so hard I almost forgot why I was there. Dr Smith was also amazing. Kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep coming here even though my insurance won't pay for this clinic after end of month. Worth every dollar I will spend there.

    It was a great first time visit with our new physician Dr Christopher Frances. The office staff was very helpful, cheerful and very responsive to our needs. Everything was well explained to us and we were reminded many times that if we have questions to be sure to call and connect with them. I feel that our health concerns were adequately addressed and we felt most comfortable at this appointment.

    You don't realize that the doctors don't care when I called about a possible sinus infection and was due to travel the next day. After waiting several hours, I was contacted only to be told to go to urgent care, but I wasn't told they have urgent care that they are affiliated with, so I went to one I found online. They prescribed an antibiotic and the pill is just too big for me to take so after breaking them in half and realizing you're not supposed to break them in half I called my primary care and at 9:30 a.m. 1st phone call then again at 230 I called again. The person on the phone said that the doctor knows and that they'll get in touch with me but nobody ever got in touch with me and at 615 pm. I call and the person "helping" me hangs up on me after I told them I wanted to do their survey afterward the phone call. Obviously they didn't want me to do a survey because the doctor failed at getting back in touch with me to make sure That I was OK that I was on the right medication and that they were able to adjust it to something that I'd be able to take. After all, they are my Primary care. They have all of my information and shouldn't they be the one who's making sure that I was prescribed the right thing? When I called back again at 6:27pm and talk to a woman named Rachel, who was also very rude with me, she asked me oh did you need to change the dosage - change the dosage? Excuse me I'm not the doctor I just asked for something. I could take so that just goes to show you how much they're really not listening. She told me that the office was already closed and maybe somebody would get back to me tomorrow. Maybe wow, horrible, horrible healthcare service out here in Las Vegas. I'd keep looking for a caring staff if I'd only known!!

    I went today for some concerns and general health wellness. I went in anxious and afraid that what I thought was wrong would go unheard of. But Dr. Atif listened to me and didn't make me feel crazy. He helped so much and gave me the referrals I needed to get my life back on track. The nursing staff are amazing. The front desk ladies are so kind and caring. 1000/10 experience. I'm so glad I chose Intermountain Craig for my healthcare needs.

    Folks are very nice here but they are slow. It takes months to get seen by a doctor, to get blood drawn, etc. I went to the doctor at the beginning of February. I needed a referral they said it would take 2 weeks for approval. Meanwhile it’s been a month waiting while I sit in discomfort. I’ve never had to wait this long for a referral at other offices. It typically is done the same day. Lovely folks, but I think they may need some help.

    I called to request an appointment, however, the doctors are booked 3-4 months out. Desperate, I asked if I could be contacted if a patient canceled and be seen sooner. A staff employee, whose name I will not share, assured me there was such a list and proceeded to update ALL of my information. After securing an appointment at a different primary care facility I called the same number 15–20 minutes later and spoke with a different employee. This person assured me that there was no such list nor was my information updated. Very disconcerting. Terry, an employee in the patient service center, was professional, concerned, and most importantly kind. It was enough for me not to completely dismiss Intermountain healthcare. Well done, Terry and thank you!

    Excellent staff at the Craig location ! From the time you walk in the front desk is very welcoming and friendly . My appointment was at 10am I was called back at that time. The nurse was very nice and answered any questions I had. I was seen by Dr. Tran I’ve been with him for years he’s an amazing doctor would highly recommend.     Extremely impressed. I have never been to a doctor appointment and left feeling heard and cared for. I was asked 3 separate times if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Francis did not rush and listened to all my concerns. Normally I’m used to doctors rushing to see the next patient but this was not like that at all. He listened to me, went over my concerns. I brought my bp machine hoping to get it checked, the nurse was very friendly about it and checked it. Very happy to have found a good doctor/ doctor office. Will definitely have my family switch over to this doctor. Thank you

    I had a great experience at Intermountain Healthcare! Everyone was friendly and efficient. I was seen at my exact appointment time and wasn't ever left waiting in the exam room for more than a couple of minutes. They helped me with all of my needs & I highly recommend them!

    This was my first time going to this office. My experience was great. The office is very clean. There was a person in the waiting room having sever pain and the staff were right there to help her. The staff in the back was also very nice. They went over all my concerns. The dr spent a great amount of time addressing all my concerns. We have a plan together and I look forward to the outcome. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thanks for the outstanding care.

    My first visit since being in Las Vegas and it was a great experience. I wasn't uncomfortable nor did I feel like I was just given info to make me feel better. My doctor was very understanding and made sure I got any and every bit of info I needed to make my first visit be the start of many more

    Very poor billing department. The incompetence is unbelievable. I have requested 3 times that they bill my insurance and provided the information yet they refuse. Constantly mailing me a bill, to which I constantly respond with my insurance information. It is unbelievable. This has been going on since early spring. The billing department hours are completely inconvenient for working people and the billing department manager does not have an available voice-mail. Save yourself the stress and choose somewhere more competent. I have called countless times, with no answer. I am left on hold for what feels like hours with no answer. When calling, the automated system says I am caller number 1. A few minutes later, I have been bumped down to caller 2, 4 and so on. Eventually the system hangs up on my call while on hold.

    My doctor, Chet Whitley is the best. He listens to you carefully and really cares about you. Super friendly to boot. I highly recommend him. Also, Renee (who takes your BP, etc.) is very friendly and puts you right at ease. Thank you.

    I took off 2 stars because I go into 1302 B. I am in a wheelchair and the handicapped parks are not in front of the doors. Aside from me I see a lot of ppl come in using wheelchairs and walkers but there are no automatic handicapped friendly doors. Other than that my Dr (Dr Atif) is great and the staff is helpful.

    This office is the worst. The doctor wants you to pay for blood work but then yet don’t read you the results, treat the results nor refer you to a provider to facilitate care. I’m an asthmatic and have AERD. Not once was I referred to a provider. I was told I needed an authorization from my health plan. I have a commercial PPO plan Aetna, who I work for. This place is a joke!!!

    Customer service is awful. Call center reps are Awful. Providers do not care at all. I can't get refills on basic meds like BP meds. Appointments booked out months. I could not ask questions without being treated rudely. Awful Awful Awful.

    I established with Dr. Francis and he was wonderful! He took the time to get to know me and what was going on with me. The MA (can’t remember her name, started with a D) anyway, she was great. Very personable and made me feel like we’ve know each other for years. I recommend them but don’t want them to get over booked 😉

    This is now a "teaching" clinic. So beware of people fresh out of training in front desk positions (and may also apply to some of the medical assistants) that have no clue how to help patients and do not know what common courtesy, manners or good communication skills are. Used to be run professionally. Now feels less than a Doc in a Box place. MyGeneration clinic apparently uses seniors on Medicare as their guinea pigs now.

    Dr. Wenner, her assistant Cody, and the Staff are all wonderful. They are pleasant, professional, and empathic. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Wenner as my Primary Care Physician for the past several years. She has always been attentive to my concerns and I totally trust her judgement regarding these concerns. She is very easy to relate to and will refer me to whomever seems appropriate for any special health issues I may have. In addition, she responds timely to my messages on the Intermountain website. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone seeking a Primary Care Physician. They are the BEST! Stephanie Petiprin

    I was very pleased with the Intermountain Healthcare staff. I felt so welcome and felt their sincere care for me on my 1st visit. This is my first month with them. Such a great team and they are all knowledgeable and very professional. Kudos to all. I have to give them 5 stars or an A+ grade for their exceptional job. My sincere thanks to Dr. Wenner, Cody and Angela for their warmth, professional service and for providing me very detailed information and guidance of the plan, benefits, process, etc, etc. 👍

    Any eye surgery is worrisome, and the patient is putting a lot of trust in the crew responsible for the outcome. Every single person, from the front door to the rear door, was a consummate professional during my cataract surgery today. Every question answered, every concern addressed. Spotless facility, and caring staff. Thank you for your professionalism and "see" you in a week for my second eye. Thanks again!

    The staff were friendly and very helpful. The doctor took the time needed to answer my questions. The location is great for me. Since this my first appointment with this group and we are dealing with covid-19, I appreciated the timeliness, social distancing, the masks, and the extra attention to cleanliness. I was not disappointed, and I will continue being seen here for my medical needs. I also really liked using the technology to complete my medical history. Pretty snazzy!

    This was my first appt with PA Whitley. I was seen on time and initially greeted and taken to the exam room by “Rene” PA Whitleys medical assistant. She was wonderful. Not only very thorough and professional but also friendly and warm. PA Whitley was a very welcomed change. A kind and professional provider who took the time to really listen to my concerns. He asked pertinent questions and discussed my symptoms and possible treatments. He listened. I finally felt...understood.

    Having a very difficult time getting a simple referral sent out to my insurance! Dr. Smith and her staff haven’t returned my calls since 2/16/23. They just keep sending my referral to the wrong places. Impossible to ever get a hold of anyone or any help.

    I’m a new patient and I was in and out in 35 minutes!! I did the paperwork online which I’m sure expedited the process. Dr. Quave was patient, attentive and answered all of my questions. The front office staff was very kind as well. It takes awhile to get an appointment but it’s well worth the wait.

    Having not been out of my home for over a year, I had very high anxiety going into this appointment. But almost instantly, Dr. Wenner put me at ease. She was very kind and it just felt so easy...it was more like I’d been her patient for a long time. Of course, before the appointment, her staff called and were very thorough on collecting as much medical information about me as possible. She had already reviewed ITV and I think she knew that I needed a soft touch. I’m so excited to see her with my follow up and forward!

    The staff, receptionist and support personnel are really nice here. I felt comfortable speaking with them and being in the office. The doctor was more of a speech giver than a conversationalist. She spent more time telling me nothing was wrong than trying to understand the problem that I was attempting to relate. I wanted to scream "I didn't come here because I'm feeling good! My imagination is not a diagnosis!" Her position was that I look okay. How would she look if she ordered a test for me. Wow! I had to insist that she should consider that the effectiveness of my medications has changed since I have changed with growing age. She did. She wrote a change of two of the four daily meds I take. I suggested to her to please change one at a time. She agreed and did so. I do not trust her to have true concern or care for my well being. She had indicated that her responsibilities with IHC were increasing. Good for her. She is recognized as being competent and wants to climb that ladder of responsibility and financial reward. For me, medical competency and concern for your patient's health and well being is what I pay for and deserve from my health insurance carrier. IHC has many doctors in its service. Dr. H was only one, and the one receiving my critique. I have found other IHC doctors to be excellent! Thank you!

    I have been going to Intermountain Healthcare (previously Healthcare Partners) for over three years now. Initially I chose Chester Whitley, M.D. for my primary care with my employers insurance plan and was very happy to be able to continue with the practice when I changed to my Medicare Advantage plan. The office has provided me with excellent routine care. I have also had to use an Intermountain Healthcare Urgent Care Center and although I had to drive a bit further I was grateful for the access and the staff at this office was polite and caring. My provider was provided all the information from my visit with their electronic charting system. Dr. Whitley always listens and will address all my concerns with layman’s terms so I understand. Additionally the staff has always been polite and courteous when I call or come in. It’s also convenient that you can have your lab work done at this office with an appointment. The only negative thing I have experienced and have heard others address from many offices is the length of the wait time if you have to call the office for any reason. This has become an issue since the beginning of Covid. Hopefully it will resolve in time. Compared to my experiences with other medical practices and provider’s Intermountain Healthcare has done an amazing job with my healthcare needs and routine screenings such as mammograms and lab work.

    Myself and my fiancé Ron both see Dr. Wenner and we both highly recommend her and her nurse Cody. They are both very thorough and friendly. They treat us more like their own family and not just another patient. They are the greatest and the receptionist Caslie is also very caring. Thank you to all of them for being terrific !!

    I post this on behalf of my wife who had a recent appointment at this facility. The purpose was to review recent labs tests and radiology reports, and to discuss current issues. The facility is well maintained, clean, pandemic pro-active, and efficient. All staff members are polite and helpful. I appreciate being included in all phases of the interview and examination especially since my wife sometimes needs help understanding what is being said or explaining herself. Not all providers allow the spouse to enter with the patient. She has come out of providers' offices shrugging her shoulders telling me "I don't know what they said." Arriving at a pre-set time, the check-in process was quick, the wait time minimal. My wife's PCP gives her/us all the time needed to ask questions and explore options. She had all the recent test results and reports ready to review and discuss. Based on current issues, she made one referral to a specialist, and called in one Rx which was ready for local pick up the same day. Patients with certain insurance plans are not always satisfied with their choice of providers. We are very satisfied in this respect and looking to see if we can continue this arrangement in 2022.

    Super clean and simple process! This was one of my best doctor visits! Dr. Melcher and her staff are so incredibly friendly! They made me feel so comfortable!! My nurse, (I forgot her name had been a nurse 23 years) made me feel totally comfortable with an EKG and undressing and all that! you could tell she had a heart for what she does and she does it well!! Dr. Melcher herself listened to all my questions and was super patient with my neediness, again, so friendly!! Her checkin and checkout nurse made everything so easy!! I'm a new patient and I am pretty happy that I landed at this office!!

    Dr Lara Wenner, always a pro. Been going to her several years. I'm 72, and she's focused on elder care. Cody is her assistant and tremendously helpful and friendly. They just moved to a new building a few blocks east of their original location. A bit further for us to travel, yet the facility is a vast upgrade from their prior location. Much easier parking. Nicer inside. Good move!

    I had to do a hospital stay follow up with my primary care doctor. The one I was designated by my insurance couldn’t see me until 2 months. The wonderful office assistant found Dr. Christopher Francis could take me immediately. From the time I walked in to meeting with him (he took his time and was prepared to see me) to checking out the staff were so pleasant and professional at all times. Having quest within the office was even more amazing. I had my blood work done and referrals and follow up appointments before I left. Kudos!!! This is the way all medical facilities should be.
