I must say that I have never felt as disrespected and belittled in a medical environment as I did today when speaking with Dr. Devon Moore at Elite Medical Center today. While the nursing and administrative staff all seemed genuinely sympathetic to my condition, Dr. Moore was nothing but dismissive of my condition and my concerns. I came to Elite today with a complaint of persistent head pain for several days. I have a cardiac condition and have high blood pressure, and am on an assortment of prescription medications all of which have side-effects, so I was concerned that these were early warning signs of something serious. This pain had persisted for several days before I sought medical advice, while on business travel, I chose Elite rather than a walk-in medical clinic because of the on-site diagnostic facilities. Dr. Moore gave me a cursory examination and proclaimed me "well" and said i could leave, despite my pain. I had to practically beg for some diagnostic tests done - he finally begrudgingly consented to a basic blood test. He flatly refused to perform a CT scan, even at my request. When the blood test showed no abnormalities, he came back in and told me I was fine, "as he had suspected". I asked him what could be contributing to my head pain, and his answer was literally "I can think of a hundred things but I don't have time to go through them with you now". I asked Dr. Moore if he thought I had a sinus infection, and his response was literally "Don't you think if you had a sinus infection, I would have told you that?!" with a sneer of condescension. I then asked if it was safe to continue with my business trip or seek additional medical advice, Dr. Moore's only suggestion was to fly home and consult with my Primary Care provider! In fact, his entire attitude was that I was wasting his time. I felt angry, hurt, and humiliated. I came to Elite to ask for help diagnosing a condition that could have been as simple as a sinus infection, or as serious as a brain bleed / TIA. I asked for help in diagnosing a condition that could have been life-threatening, and advice on how to proceed. Instead, what I left with was no more information than I had coming in. And a sense that I was somehow wasting the time of a medical provider because my problems weren't acute enough to be worth his time or effort. Oh, and two Tylenol. Thanks for nothing, Dr. Moore.

I would like to thank the young, beautiful doctor from this emergency room, the nurse Matt, the registrar Naomi, Erica emergency room front desk clerk, and more to mention. My husband was there on January 3rd, having stroke and less than 1 hour, and took him right away to the back for CT scan. Because of the fast efficient service my husband received, he's able to walk, speech clearly without deficit, and back to normal. Thank you to everyone who will help us out. Without your service, he will be in a wheelchair and paraplegic by now. Despite the covid 19 pandemic we are dealing with 3 years in a row, knowledge, professionalism, efficient service, and teamwork, you guys help us a lot. I am very, very impressed. I'm giving this hospital 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🤩.

My mother Dorothy just turned 86 years old and woke up and her hip/back hurt and could barely walk/get out of bed. The paramedics brought her to Elite Medical Center 3/30/22. My mother and I still talk about the wonderful staff and experience. Dr. Doctor was great explaining the situation, Set was fun and assisted getting my mom registered and signing all the forms. Kasper,Brian, Milena and Julia all were so pleasant with cat scan, x-rays, ultrasound, blood work, etc. My mom and I felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. When I aksed if there was a vending maching, Amber quickly responded no, but she had snacks. Minutes later Amber brought my mom and I deli sandwiches, chips and water. Delicious by the way. My mother also received too heated blankets when stated she was cold. I have had a lot of hospital visits between my elederly parents and sister and this was by far the BEST team and BEST experience hands down. Thank you to the entire staff. Brenda Determan

Was nervous about being on vacation and going to an ER. I called before I got there and the receptionist was kind and answered my questions and reaffirmed my choice for heading to elite rather then another larger hospital for care (I was almost certain I needed X-rays). From the time I got there everyone I met from security to the LVN the person that took billing was kind and helpful. I was very happy that Dr. Morgan (possibly the best doctor in all of Las Vegas) was able to see me and get me X-rays and give me a diagnosis in a very timely manner. She was very understanding of my situation and was able to give me great advice about treating my injury while staying at a hotel. I am so happy I chose to go to elite for my injury and I would recommend it to anyone staying near the strip.

Omg. A life saver! I wasn’t feeling well yesterday and came to the ER. Everyone was so attentive. I got to the back quickly and they took care of me with compassion! Amazing staff! I was nervous going to an out of state ER but once I was there I felt like it was back home. I can’t remember everyone’s name but the radiology tech, the nurse tech, the two nurses, the registration tech and the physician were all amazing!

Easy to schedule an appointment online. Their Covid testing was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional; one of the managers greeted me and asked how I was doing while waiting in line for a Covid test--it was unexpected and I appreciated that small gesture.

We were here on vacation when my daughter got a sore throat and father in law became covered with a rash from taking a new medication. We brought them both here and were VERY pleasantly surprised. The facility is clean and modern, there was no wait and we were seen by the most caring practitioners. Our nurse was so friendly, attentive and kind. Dr Singh saw us in no time and was thorough and attentive. He was friendly and knowledgeable. This was a best case scenario. We HIGHLY recommend this med center if you need medical care in Las Vegas.

My husband and I arrived Thursday morning around 11am. There was maybe a 10 min wait for the ER. Most folks that came in were here for COVID testing. We saw Carmen, Polina, Kaspar and Dr Singh and they were super nice and attentive. The doctor seemed very down to earth. We were discharged in a couple hours, everything was very smooth. The front office/check in folks were good as well. Would recommend to our friends and family.

No one anticipates a 'good day' when it starts in an emergency waiting room. A patient is extremely vulnerable and apprehensive. Apparently, the staff at ELITE have honed their visitor skills to a new art form. The site itself is modern, sleek and welcoming. The staff attended to me immediately. Noemi, who checked me in, forced a smile from me with her 'Aloha Spirit' and concern. I was attended by my nurse Polina (I hope I got that right) who was amazing in her ability to calm me down while fully explaining what she was doing while waiting for the doctor. Like all of the ELITE staff, she had a keen sense of humor and a professionalism that eliminated any fears I arrived with. Huge Kudos to Dr. Singh. The good doctor was the most honest and straightforward medical specialist I have encountered in 70 years! He explained what he was proposing and gave extremely candid observations for me to consider. All with warmth, humor and a professional demeanor that left no doubts that I was in good hands. Las Vegas visitors have no idea how lucky they are to have a place like ELITE on the Strip. Thank you team. I fully appreciate the work you do.

An emergency visit to this facility was the best experience I’ve ever had anyplace I’ve ever been including my hometown medical facility. Everybody has been so sweet and polite making us feel very comfortable about our patient and our having to stay here waiting. Dr Singh is an awesome doctor and has just the sweetest bedside manner. He has not left anything in question. I would recommend this facility for any medical needs. Everyone from the front door security to the doctor has been top notch!

Today I brought my mother here for chest pain, a very scary feeling here at this emergency room. From the time we stepped in the front door we were greeted with so much care ❤ they treated my mother like she was there mother. It is so hard to find good care these days so I have to Salute these first responders 🏆 still out here responding with care ❤ Great Job 👍 👏 working as a team, keeping the place clean & neat fast responding you guys are the best!

I can't begin to rate this place. Everyone that worked on 4/27/2023 was so nice and I felt like they genuinely are concerned about what you're going through (compared to other places) especially during your vacation. Nurses, CT scan tech, lab tech, and the doctor, I can't name them because I can't remember due to meds, but they know who they are who worked between 10am-4-pm. Y'all are incredible peeps. Thanks for making my visit as pleasant as possible. Keep doing what you're doing. From all the reviews on here, the consensus stands, y'all rock!

We were on a business trip and unfortunately my husband ended up having to be admitted. All the staff from Elite were amazing! NP Mickey, nurse Julia, we’re kind, answered all questions and they were very efficient! Thanks for all you do! As an ER nurse myself, I know staff so hear good feedback often. Incredible service. Wonderfully compassionate. Above and beyond expectations. Nurses Amber and Andi & techs Kris and Rachel & Dr. Roberts were so warm and kind. I think the x-ray tech said his name was Ken? All just so very nice. Everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable.

I chose this location because it was walking distance from my job site and I needed to get back to work quickly. The visit itself was fantastic, everyone was kind and attentive and the care was excellent. If you are in dire straights, this isn’t a bad option. However! The one red flag was that they were not upfront about the costs. When I asked, they carefully avoided giving me any numbers. When I received the bill a month later, it was astronomical even after insurance took a bite out of it. (Also expect two separate bills, one for hospital expenses and one for the specific provider that sees you.) Some of this is admittedly on me for not wanting to ride-share to an urgent care instead, knowing that insurance treats UC and ER visits differently. BUT I would have made different decisions if ai had been informed of the costs upfront. Hopefully this is helpful, and I must repeat: It is a good facility and they will take care of you if you are in need of serious care. Just… expect a big bill later.

I’m on vacation and have not been feeling well. Dreading going to a hospital, my husband googled and found this place which was only a 10 minute drive from our hotel. We walked in here today around 1:15 pm and I was seen within 20 minutes. The entire staff was caring and thorough. Within the hour, I had a battery of tests done (EKG, chest X-ray, blood work) and they gave me some medication via IV and pills. The entire staff from the front desk to all the nurses/doctor made me feel comfortable as I was super nervous. I was done within 2 hours. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would never go sit in an ER for 12 hours and would definitely come back here (hopefully never) but if I need it again while in Vegas I know where to go!

The team at Elite Medical was phenomenal. I was seen within minutes and everybody was really professional, especially Finch, Julia, and Susan. I was given a number of tests and they were done quickly and efficiently. Dr Singh gave me a useful and actionable diagnosis and recommendation. Nobody wants to visit an ER in a new city, but this was a much better experience than I expected.

I came in to the ER in a lot of pain, and everyone was very professional and so quick to make sure I was taken care of. No wait time in the waiting room, and immediately taken back to a private room and offered a blanket and some pain management. My RN, Parris, was super nice and explained everything perfectly and made me feel very comfortable. My techs, Kris and Kaspar, were kind and professional and made me feel very confident in everything that was happening during my tests, so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr, Singh is great, he’s very smart and straight forward and very easy to talk to. He prescribed everything I needed to get better and was listening to my needs and answering my questions thoroughly. I already feel ten times better than I did when I walked in!

Excellent service from every employee from front desk, to nurses, to techs, to physician. This facility is located close to the Strip and has the ability to run blood work, portable X rays , and even CT scans. Extremely clean with actual rooms, not beds separated with drapes. Released with written documentation of all results from procedures that were done and medications administered. Wish we had a facility like this near our home, much better than a hospital ER! Thank you!

I’m so glad I picked Elite Medical! It looked like a real hospital inside, instead of a shady walk-in emergency clinic. They take major insurance! I was treated with care, respect, and and smile. Two hour visit was comfortable and very efficient. There were a white noise machine in the room that put me to sleep while IV and meds were administered. Great stuff. I recommend this place.

DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR REPLY TO THIS, I filled out their form and they never even responded. Overall the visit was extended far longer than it needed to be. I sat in a room without being told anything for 3+ hours and was there a total of 5 hours. The x ray tech and nurses were nice and very helpful. If negative confidence in a doctor is possible that is how I felt. She spent a total of maybe 1.5 minutes in the room speaking to me and didn’t answer any questions. When I tried to get clear answers and understand what was wrong I was talked down to like a kindergartener and felt very disrespected. She showed a blatant lack of interest or care for me or anything regarding her job. I would not recommend visiting here to anyone that wants decent medical care from someone who cares.

I have never been to the ER in my life. I’m not going to lie I was absolutely terrified to what I was going to walk into being in Las Vegas. I was so relieved how clean and empty this place was. Dr. Singh and his team were absolutely amazing! I truly believed they helped saved my life. I got so sick, so unexpectedly while vacation in Vegas and this hospital brought me back to life! These first responders were so kind and helpful and they are wonderful at why they do. I could never say enough kind words about Elite ER.

Was seen there because I thought I had broken my left ankle. Everyone there from security all the way to the Dr., Nurse, x-ray tech, etc....was sooo nice, caring & helpful!!! They made me feel at ease. Hadn't been seen by a Dr in close to 10yrs. Thankfully, foot not broken. Left on crutches. They made sure I would be ok & didn't need anything else before I could leave. Would & have recommended them to everyone who needs help! They even take Medicaid!

Great experience on a not so great night. The facility is spotless. The staff friendly courteous and professional as well as comforting. Dr. Singh was efficient and concise and actually listened as well as explaining. My Pharmacy needed an adjustment and this was handled in a matter of minutes so that I could get my medicine the same evening. Highly recommend.

Everyone was great, they got me back there super quick. I nurse I couldn’t remember her name she was super nice and greeted me and the finished me up. Saw the Dr one time that was it, my be they had higher priority people that needed more help , so that wasn’t a big deal I understood. That’s where the Nurse was able to come in and finish me up and get me out. The sweet little Asian lady that was going over the discharge paper work was awesome. I got to rotate at Elite medical center for a month and it was such a good learning experience. I really enjoyed my rotation with Dr. Downes. She is such a patient and understanding health care provider. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. I really enjoyed working with Amber and Julia. They are such wonderful nurses. Lastly, Pablo who is apart of management at elite does a really good job at providing their staff with the support they need to succeed.

This place is an absolute joke! I hope everyone reads this review and never goes here for injury care! Never seen such poor care! My husband ran an ER for years in Colorado. Someone needs to train their staff. My son was there for five hours never saw a doctor was never given any ice for a traumatic knee injury! They use numerous excuses like shift change, staff issues, they have no clue how to run an ER! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here!

In Vegas for the weekend. Came here because I wasn’t feeling myself. My wife and I didn’t know what to expect because it’s in the strip. They were amazing. From the check in, the nurses, the doctor. Everyone was great. Very informative, patient and kind.

The initial greeting by the man at the front desk was disappointing,. He was rude and patronizing. But my nurses, and everyone else were amazing. They were professional, gentle, and very helpful. I am grateful for the care I received at Elite Medical. CT scan by Kenneth was smooth and quick. Even the Security was helpful. I want to thank the great staff for making my ER trip as efficient as possible.

I been here twice one time before a flight and the second time do to work related … the ladies here are extremely nice and careful.. I had a bad experience in Alaska at a clinic is like the people in Alaska don’t seem to be American they are rude and sarcastic and here they nice an lovely… I love the States and I appreciate the Alaskan who are nice .. some of the ppl who live in Alaska should learn from people in the states to be nice to their costumers ..

I went in after having a very serious asthma attack. From the person on the phone, all the way to the person that registered me, your staff was both kind, empathetic and very, very professional. Made my first (and only) trip to your facility not only productive but calming as well! I’m back home in California now and am back to 100%!!! This ER had Incredible caring and efficient staff. So impressed by this facility, and the kindness they showed despite what must be a crazy busy workday. They really listened and helped. I see why the Encore recommended Elite.

They are the worst in terms of actually diagnosing you. The experience me and my gf had coming here was the worst experience we ever had. When we first arrived, there was no one at the front check in. We stood there for a good 5-10 minutes before someone came out and told us to fill out the symptom forms. We waited maybe another 20 minutes until someone came and got us. There were 2 people in front of us. The only good thing about this place was that the nurses were good in terms of service they were friendly. The doctor came in ask us a few questions and just assume with had a common cold. Knowing how I am, I knew for a fact this wasn’t a common cold. I never go to the urgent care or let alone “emergency room” if I have a common cold. Only time I actually head to one of these if I actually feeling like I’m about to die. Anyways, since the doctor thought it was a common cold he prescribed us Tylenol and robitussin. We went driving around for the nearest Walgreens to our hotel and none was available. Then we went venturing out and a few said it was gonna take a couple days until we could get it. Our last pharmacy we went to ended up saying to just buy it OTC. We didn’t want to pay out of pocket but at that point we were so frustrated going everywhere. Anyways to the point I’m getting, we found out a couple weeks later that we had Covid. This was our first time getting Covid ever. Also, on the doctors not he noted “does not suspect Covid”. If you’re on vacation please look elsewhere.

Dr. Down is great and so was the x-ray tech, the lab tech, my nurse, even the security guard who got a wheelchair and make sure that I got to my lift safely. The people here in Las Vegas a very fortunate to have the group at elite medical to see about their care. Team, You’ve demonstrated health care in its excellence. I was greeted by the nurses/assistants, registration staff, radiologist and nurse practitioner with friendliness and professionalism. The Dr. had rude bedside behavior and was impatient. The overall service was approximately 5 hours and that was a long wait for everything and primarily x-rays. Nevertheless I was appreciative to be seen & served.

This is the best urgent care experience I have ever had ever!!! It's not easy to feel ill and receive long wait time, substandard care or poor bedside manner. This is far from what I got when experiencing chest, back and neck pain and found myself trying to find an urgent care. I received a quick check in, friendly, professional and educated staff. I got a print out of my results and well as being able to log into their website to share my test with my primary care physician. Thank you so much Elite Medical Care!!!

I’m sure the lady at the reception when we checked in for a Covid test is a saint. Because we’re elderly not computer savvy, the checking in was challenging. She went of her way to help us. Thank you so much.

I needed medical care while away on vacation. I was directed to Elite by my hotel. I was pleased to find a facility more like a mini ER. They were equipped with everything required including a CAT Scan which diagnosised by condition. I was treated with good results. All staff were very professional. If you find yourself in need of care while in their area, don't hesitate to use them

No one ever WANTS to go in to a clinic or ER while on vacation, including me. But. Given that I had to, I'm extremely happy that I walked in to this facility. Every single person I interacted with, from the front desk person when I walked in, to the triage nurse who took some vitals, the nurse who helped me understand what was going on, the intake data person, the exit interview person... all of them.... You couldn't ask for a more professional, informative, caring team of folks. Thank you Julia, Erika, Amber, Kris, Dr. Downs, and Maria. While I hope that I never HAVE to see you again, if I do, I already know this is a facility I do not have to have any reservations about (and as you know....I DO ... NOT.... LIKE..... MEDICAL....FACILITIES). You guys got me up and running for more golf this week. Thank you

The reception was fast. It only took 15 mins from the time we got in till the doctor sees us. But after we got the doctor’s advice, we waited for 50 minutes till someone comes in to do registration. During the 50 waiting minutes, I stepped outside to ask about if the nurse had forgot about us. They said they are doing registration and ask me to wait. There was one even said that someone else even spent 3 hours waiting because this is emergency hospital. Anyway, the registration girl went in and finished the rest. So the 50 minutes was for nothing and i really didn’t like what that female staff said about others waiting for 3 hours. That was unnecessary .

A real lifesaver! The entire staff was helpful and attentive. I am so Thankful I chose Elite. Yes, they were the closest to our Hotel but they operated like a hospital ER. They had Ultrasound and CT/XR equipment on hand. I left 100 percent better than when I was admitted. The wait was about 20 minutes but once inside things got rolling. Thanks again!

If I could give 0 stars 🌟 I would. It seems like these people are amateurs & don't know what to do. My suggestion to my medical problem was the best idea the doctor & nurse could think of. SMH🤕

One of the most pleasant medical experiences I've ever had. Here from out of town for a friend's wedding, had a slight issue, came here, process was seamless. Facility is clean, felt brand new. Staff was insanely kind, helpful and attentive. If you're in the area and need care this is definitely the place to go!

Dr. Nikki was awesome. Checkin was great. All the nurses were nice. Got in and out fast. Very clean and easy experience to go through. Very thorough with her report. I would highly recommend Elite.

It was 3 am, my ear was killing me (worst pain I’ve ever felt). I walked over to the ER from my local hotel. I was greeted immediately. My complaint taken and I was brought into a room within 3 minutes. A nurse came to check me in (Isaac). Very friendly and showed concern. He took my vitals and my complaint. He went to let the doctor know. The ER doctor (Dr. Downes) came in moments later. She was kind and listened. She examined and noted a swollen ear drum. We discussed treatment. She helped me with my pain. The registrar came to register me and shortly after Isaac returned with my medicine. I was discharged and went back to my hotel. My pain eased a little and was able to sleep. Luckily my ear drum ruptured a while I was asleep and the pressure and pain eased a lot after that. Total time in ER was less than an hour. Well done team.

I’m on vacation with my husband and we noticed some pretty gnarly insect bites on my arm that kept growing. We rushed to this urgent care and we couldn’t have made a better decision. Every single person we met there was FANTASTIC. I truly can’t stress it enough. They took immediate action and made me instantly at ease. I was in and treated and out in under half an hour. If you ever need an urgent care in Vegas, this is absolutely the best choice you can make.

I visited Elite Medical Center and ER on Dec.22, 2023 while in Las Vegas. I received stellar medical care along with compassionate staff and an overall very pleasant experience. I would recommend Elite if you’re ever in Las Vegas and have an emergent issue requiring rapid response medical treatment, Elite Medical Center should definitely be your Go-To. I had a freak accident at a medical conference which required eight stitches, in a very sensitive part of my hand, including the webbing between two fingers. I had a good experience there, and in particular, Dr. Grant is totally awesome. I would recommend anybody go there forUrgent care type needs.

The service here was fantastic. From the ladies on reception, the dr and all the nursing & admin staff, everyone was super friendly, helpful and professional. The service has been very hit and miss so far in the states so pleasantly surprised with our experience at Elite and I was not the patient 😊😊😊.

I had to go in the middle of the night bc of some pain I was experiencing that was preventing me from walking, sitting and lying down without crying out. They were able to see me quickly, were so nice and gentle with me, and completely fixed my issue! I was in and out in about an hour. It was the best emergency experience I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this profession, thoughtful, and thorough emergency room enough. I walked out with no pain!

Needing a negative test quickly for a concert at Caesars Palace and these folks want to $250 for the results to be delivered within 24 hours. Caesar’s Palace can get it done in 15 minutes for $50. Go to Caesars palace if you’re going to a concert there.

My wife and I took our 17 month old to this ER after she had problems breathing. The doctor she saw, Gregory Traux, said she was fine, to not worry, and to give her Tylenol, which does nothing for respiratory issues. Less than 24 hours later we went to a different doctor who immediately elevated her on the triage and treated her for respiratory issues and said it was crucial we brought her in with her VO2 levels, her grunting, and struggling to breathe.. I understand a Vegas ER is not the place for comprehensive toddler diagnosis, but standard medical procedure with a toddler having trouble breathing is not rectified with Tylenol and anecdotal evidence about egregious injuries dealt with daily are of no solace. If you have a child, I'd persuade you to seek another facility.

Worst doctor and rude technician. I told the technician that he’s rude, he improved a bit. The doctor told me that I shouldn’t be asking him questions or reading anything online. He said I could get the procedure or leave. Most rude, uncaring doctor I’ve ever met. The entire hospital cares about running up bills so that they can try to bill you and your insurance more money. I suspect they ordered unnecessary tests just to bill more. Would never go back here. Do NOT recommend. Horrible experience.

I was a little nervous about having to visit an ER in Vegas, but Elite was a pleasant surprise! The facility was nice and clean and everyone I came in contact with while there was professional, nice and caring. Dr. Daugharthy was thorough and explained everything well and the nurses Andi, Laura, and Sarah were all great too! An ER visit was not on my list of things to do while on vacation, but they all made it as pleasant as an Er visit can go!

The staff was kind and friendly nevertheless I did not come here to rate the staff friendliness. I came in with a sprain ankle and the doc and nurse informed I should be on my feet after 2 full days rest then I was able to return to normal activity but listen to my body. Fast forward to now three weeks later my physician said I am suppose to take it easy for two weeks Until foot is healed completely. Please elite hospital educate your staff on the proper way to treat each patient with their specific needs.

Came in for severe abdominal pain. I knew it was OB related so I called my OBGYN first & they were useless. After three days of severe pain I decided to go to elite care ER. Dr. Singh and his staff were phenomenal, the process from start to finish was quick easy and efficient. They were very thorough in their work up, I had an x-ray, ultrasound, and bloodwork. Dr. Singh came in to explain the situation and the findings and what the follow up plan should be. I was in and out in under three hours. This place is top notch and I would highly recommend. Wish I hadn’t waited the 3 days!

Brought my mom in for severe back pain, having dealt with it for over a week. We were taken back at the service we received and must commend the staff who assisted, and relieved all my mom's pain which was so appreciated. So much thanks for the professionalism and care from the Nurses, Amber and Julia, Dr. Singh, and Set (Registration). During our visit, the ER manager, Jessica, came in to ensure we were being taken care of - so appreciated!! Thank you for making what we expected to be a very long, trying situation into an actual pleasant ER experience!

The staff at the Elite Medical Center are amazing. I was traveling in the area and had an emergency medical issue with one of my eyes. They are just a couple blocks off the strip, I was able to walk there. The caring staff took me right to a room, the entire facility was clean and orderly, and every member of the team from intakes to discharge treated me with care, respect, and concern. If you need emergency medical attention during your time in Vegas, I can't recommend this facility enough.

This place is the gold standard of what an ER experience should be. Arrived here while on vacation when my son got very sick fast. Check-in was fast and efficient. Was put in a room right away an attended to right away. Test were ordered and carried out quickly, when an iv needed started and due to my son having hard veins to find and was dehydrated they tried once and got a specialist no do it. Every single person here from the check-in,nurses, X-ray& Doctor where the best of the best. They treated my son with special needs with care and respect. Could not say enough good things about this place.

Much thanks, but next time we will look for another clinic. For some blood pressure and weight measurement, they gave us a $2300 bill. We had asked before what it would cost, supposedly they were not allowed to tell us. A bill for our health insurance was supposed to come by mail, it did not come until today. No one responds to inquiries and on the phone you get only promises that no one keeps. I advise everyone not to visit this clinic, unless you don't care about money. While I was waiting for my friend in the Er i can say the place is very clean and has a welcome feeling. But what caught my attention was Anthony, he calls everyone ma'am and sir and says please and thank you.. That respect you don't see much of anymore. He was very polite and offered me water while I waited. My friend said her nurse Matt was amazing.

I visited the ER at this location with a minor eye injury. I waited for about an hour before I was seen. The unit did not appear to be busy. I asked the nurse why the long wait. The first nurse, Amber was very kind. She could not address my concerns so she enlisted the help or fellow nurse, Julia. Julia unfortunately was impatient, and condescending as she communicated with me to expect to wait four hours. Fortunately the doctor soon arrived. She was kind as well. The wait did not result in four hours. Though, I was taken back by one nurses’ negative disposition. I will return as the majority of the staff was positive.

Elite medical center provides excellent care. Like most people that come through here we were visiting from out of town and had an accident. It’s already scary enough being in a strange place and not knowing what to do but the staff at elite puts you at ease right away. Special thanks to Andi and Amber. The nurses who took such great care, I can’t tell you how much we appreciate Set, Kris and Rachel the technicians that made everything a breeze, they were continuously checking on pain levels and comfort was their primary concern. Highly recommend.

I’ve never been more comfortable in an emergency room experience than I was when being treated at Elite MC. I was seen within minutes. By an RN and a Physician. Amber Erika and Dr Thompson were so thorough, attentive and communicative that I almost just wanted to stay after they evaluated and treated me. Super grateful for the care and support expert opinions.

(Amber)the registered nurse that did my IVs and Drew my blood was very caring very friendly and very concerning of my health needs. I was in the elevator trapped for 2 hours from an on the job incident . The attending physician (Dr januszwicz)was very nice to me as well she was very caring for my needs along with (Maria R.) the Filipino lady that registered me with the paperwork I don't know her last name but she wears glasses and she was there during the shift that morning I was there. All three of these people were very caring and very friendly and very courteous I hope the valley hospital system keeps these people for many years to come..

I recently visited Elite Medical Center for treatment for an injury I sustained on vacation. The entire staff was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Singh was great. The staff (Carmen, Amber and Andi) got me bandaged up and literally back on my feet so that I could get back to my vacation. They entire experience was quick and efficient. I appreciated the care that I received at Elite, and would recommend them to folks visiting Las Vegas!

I’ve never been disappointed in this ER. Staff is always efficient, kind, and professional. Under an hour to get me fully diagnosed and treated. Thank you for always giving your patients your best. We appreciate it more than words can express.

Outstanding care. Fast, thorough, good bedside manner, no wait. The X-ray tech Art may have been the best care and demeanor I’ve ever encountered. The entire staff was outstanding there (Amber and Dr Downes) . Thank you all so much.

Very poor care. I nearly had my thumb amputated, still may have to and Tylenol was given for a level 10 pain. The female doctor had zero compassion or bed side manor. When asked why pain meds were being denied her response was “because no we aren’t going to do that”. Mind you, I do not do drugs nor do I drink, that wasn’t the issue. Also I was having a panic attack and either the flu or Covid and no treatment for that either . I left worse than when I came in. I would not recommend anyone going here. Seriously. The nurses and techs are decent, but did not push for my advice for some relief. I still had an over 12 hour trip to get home to see an orthopedic surgeon.

Very fast service. Amber, Carmen, Rachel and Dr Moore where very kind, professional and thorough. The facility was clean and well staffed. I was in and out in about an hour. I would definitely recommend this facility, especially if you are visiting Las Vegas and don’t have access to you regular physician.

Was seen right away, everyone was so sweet from security in the front to the doctor. They made me feel comfortable, very caring and didn’t feel like they were trying to rush me out. Maria, the administrative assistant was so sweet, funny and caring, she really made my experience incredible. Thank you to the whole staff, you were all amazing :)

Dr. Singh, RN Carmen, and ER Tech Lawrence were just amazing. Service was quick and the staff was very nice and genuinely concerned about my well being. If you have the unfortunate experience of having to go to the hospital while in Vegas, go here!

We were at a nearby casino and I need an refill on a script after my flight was canceled several times. It was very convient, clean and the doctor and staff were excellent. Service was very quick. I highly recommend Elite Medical Center

On a long layover, my husband became ill. We took an Uber to the ER at Elite Medical Center. The Medical staff checked him in, and got us right back. Because of the excellent care the provided my husband, we will fly out early in the morning. The nurses, physician assistants, and doctors are caring, helpful, and embody "elite" care for each patient. Thank you for getting my husband back on the road to recovery!

This hospital was 100 out of 100. I came in through EMT “by the way, they were great as well, I was staying at a casino on the strip on new year Eve, they were fast but patient with me” back to the Hospital. When I got there, it was a mass shooting across the street going on at the same that I arrived there. The hospital got locked down, no one in or out. But the way they Treated me. Never once did I feel in danger. I came in with a horrible sciatic nerve pain & couldn’t walk. But the staff, the staff was beyond amazing & accommodating. There was a nurse there, I can’t remember his name, but he was the best of the best. The doctor name was Jennifer & she was amazing as well. When we were off lock down & I was discharged, I could walk & feel great. To be a hospital on Las Vegas strip I was beyond impressed. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF THERE THAT HELPED ME WHILE ON VACATION IN VEGAS.

I wanted to let you know how wonderful my experience was at Elite Medical on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. I was greeted, admitted, seen and discharged all within 1 hour, which I thought was extremely fast service. My entire experience at Elite Medical was timely, professional, effective and efficient. Exactly what Service Excellence should be. All 3 staff members provided me with a WOW experience!

Overall a pretty cozy and professional experience with the nurses. Expect one staff who named Judy who was extremely unpleasant to deal with and rude upon our arrival. We were given attitude and eye rolls from this person simply because my husband asked nicely if he could accompany me into the room due to me not feeling well.

Elite was a great place to take my daughter for her accident. Everyone there was so helpful and wonderful especially RNs Jeff and Brad. They were both very attentive and caring. I would absolutely recommend this ER. Great experience because of the amazing staff considering the circumstances!!
