😠 I wouldn’t even give this place one star this is literally the worst place I have ever been. I watched a man lay on the floor begging for help grabbing his chest and he was told to wait his turn and fill out the paperwork. The staff is horrible I worked in medical for over 18 yrs and never ever have... People often mention hospital, care, give, told, time, staff, people, front, doctor, medical,

I wouldn’t even give this place one star this is literally the worst place I have ever been. I watched a man lay on the floor begging for help grabbing his chest and he was told to wait his turn and fill out the paperwork. The staff is horrible I worked in medical for over 18 yrs and never ever have seen such horrible care. They truly do not care and are extremely rude. This place needs to be shut down. They did nothing at all to help me either I left with the same questions and come to find out there may be issues with my liver that they did absolutely nothing about. The staff is horrible and extremely rude and not a caring bone in their body and they shouldn’t be working in medical they are there for a check. DO NOT come here esp if you really need care they will sit there and watch you die before helping. Never have I experienced such bad care or have I seen it. This place seriously needs to be checked out and shut down. The lack of care is so concerning.

Haven’t been to a hospital for years and don’t know good places also Not a good place for transgender patients just looked away and discarded my voice/opinion I literally went there for help for an allergic reaction and they prescribed me medicine I thought at first I would give it a try but it didjbt work and they also kicked me out so fast I was literally there for only 30 minutes and I was breathing bad they gave me the medicine and said to go to the waiting room to give my insurance card seems like they just care about the money. Didn’t even ask my pain level/or give me an allergy test I mean that’s an emergency room? Don’t go here.

This place is a disgrace to the medical field. Dirty ER waiting rooms smell like a prison cell. Waited 4 hrs not 1 single person came out to sanitize or change the trash. Blood on the floors urine in the floors. I never seen any medical facility this bad

I wouldn’t give this place a 1 star. This is literally the worst ER that I have ever been to, and I’ve been to several in many different states. I came in with my so. Who had vomit all over him and was not breathing and they dismissed everything and told us to sit down and fill some paperwork out. The front desk lady is ALWAYS RUDE, and never shows that she cares. To add to that they have messed up our billing information. I will NEVER go here again.

The only reason this place got 2 stars is because one of the nurses Megan and the radiology tech were really fantastic. They were patient and caring and didnt make me feel like a burden. My provider Heather Kasten on the other hand had absolutely no beside manner. Every interaction I had with her, which was twice, seemed like I was bothering her. She didn't communicate with me what was going on or that she was going to give me medicine or anything. The other nurse kept treating me like I was an idiot. I did not share with them that I had worked in the medical feild for 9 years and that my mother who was with me was an RN. Regardless of our background you shouldn't treat people like that. Especially when your sick and come to them for help. I really hope this was just an off day for them because if that is how normal patient care is conducted. I feel sorry for everyone that comes through that door. This place is not an ER it is a glorified urgent care. If you really need an ER please go to an actual hospital. They will run every test under the sun and run your bill up and then try to transfer you WITHOUT telling you.

I would tell you why they got 1 star only, but you CAN SEE for yourself why! After expressing my concern of needles, the nurse OBVIOUSLY should NOT be PRACTICING in the ER! A child would be traumatized! And YES it hurt and I was bawling! They didn't even provide me with a kleenex to wipe my tears!

Beware! They use contracted doctors and will give you 2 bills. One for the hospital and another bill for the contractor they use all for the same visit. I was billed $2,000 for x-rays and a finger splint along with 5 minutes of actually talking with the doctor. Health insurance covers the hospital portion, but your on the hook to pay the contractor they use. Seems illegal to me. I suggest you avoid this ER at all cost unless you have no other choice and your life depends on it.

I came in with a severe sore throat and runny nose. The doctor literally looked at my throat for half a second and pretty much told me there’s nothing I can do. Gave me a nasal spray and decongestant. I asked for antibiotics just in case and was told I didn’t need them. Well now the infection is in my chest and I’m coughing up dark phlegm. I was prescribed antibiotics elsewhere! I know many people who’ve been to this hospital and they always feel rushed and dismissed even when they’re not busy!

I'm having a medical emergency & I'm so glad I checked the reviews first. I'm very grateful another transgender person left their experience & a 1 star review. Thank you! We need to know if hospitals are breaking the law & engaging in transphobia in medical settings! Thank you so much, you've saved me further heartache! To the bigots, please do better, especially at work, because you might get sued & make your hospital famous around the country.

Be careful of dr. Adjovu Seth. I waited for over an hour for him, while he was just sitting on his computer with NO ONE in the waiting room or in Office. Usually when you give test results, the dr. calls you and tells you if something is wrong and you should come in or if everything is fine. This doctor wanted me to come in without even seeing if something is wrong as a follow up, having me pay money again. So I would stay away from this place. P.s. He wrote me a prescription, and mentioned it a bunch of times "how good he is because without him i wouldnt get it" for something that is sold over the counter and can be picked up anywhere WITHOUT A PERSCRIPTION.

First: If you need to go to an ER, choose the ones that they are in the hospital, not the ones that they are a satellite from a hospital, they will treat you very well and the staff is exceptional, from registration to the doctors, but when you need to be admitted, you have to be aware of the time that you'll be there (minimum of 10 hours), better off to go to your PCP and ask for a referral to go to see an specialist or stay there and when the facility have a bed they will transfer you to their hospital (now if you are in the NLV area, why you need to go to a hospital at the other end of the city, now remember this is all about business, that's why), my own experience I'll never going to set foot again in this kind of facilities. Live and learn. They are good for minor injuries or mild symptoms. Having a real emergency, you have the option to go to a ER in a hospital and if it is a non life treating situation go to your PCP be seen by them and ask for a referral. Not a good experience in general. Very thankful to their staff in general (that's why the 2 stars, but in reference to the stay and the transfer situation I'll give them 0 stars. Update to this post: Still receiving bills from this company (forget about healcare, this is a company doing bussiness) My first visit to this "ER" was on Dec/22, now we are on Sept./23, I'm still getting bills from them, I paid my first bills as soon I received them, 9 month later they keep sending me new bills from different amounts, don't know how their system works, but I did pay them again, always is some kind of new descriptions of rendered services, they will find a new explanation and they will charge you again. I did no question the new bills, just pay them because why I'll wasting my time with and operator on the other side of the line that not even know why they are there, they just look at the computer screen an follow the scrip in front of them and at the end you still have to pay them anyhow. Conclusion: This company is nothing else than that, is a nickel and dime, whatever they can get from you, they will, money matters.

This facility use to be nice, clean and optimal costumer services. Now is disgusting and dirty. The staff takes forever to take care of you. Bathroom never was clean and the rooms smells like dirty bathrooms as well. Definitely never come back.

Save your self time and money I took my little girl here and they diagnosed her with a regular respiratory infection but the meds prescribed where not helping ended up taking here to a real ER and they said she has beginning stages of pneumonia and a bad ear infection that this so called ER failed to diagnose. Someone’s kids health or one’s own health is nothing to be playing with. These so called medical professionals should take their jobs more seriously.

First time here and this place is horrible. A lady that was cleaning was constantly hitting my chair and bumping another chair against mines. I was in pain so i didn't say anything to her. The lady at checkout was very rude. I asked her 2 simple questions. The first time she looked at me sighed and looked down again. I literally standed there for about 20 seconds looking like a fool and repeated myself and she said "What do you need!" In a high pitched tone while rolling her eyes. You can check your cameras to realize I am not lying. My English isn't very well so when they would ask me questions I have an accent and i felt very discriminated because they would sigh and ignore me when I would ask them something. The only lady that was nice was the lady who out a band on my wrist with my information. Other than that DO NOT COME HERE.

Should have known better not to give them another try after a very bad experience 4 years ago with my spouse who ended up being taken by ambulance to Centennial Hills hospital from their location and being imputated for 2 days. So yesterday took my spouse there with symptoms that suggested syatic nerve. They did an mri that included his kidneys and specifically stated. "The kidneys are fine and no stones". They gave him a steroid shot and a shot for pain and he felt much better. Now today he starts having excruciating pain in his back and kidneys, so bad in fact he lost consciousness and I called for an ambulance and ask them to take him to Centennial Hills hospital. Guess what, 3 kidney stones. I would not suggest this hospital for animals. What a joke.

Registration lady was rude and condescending. Would not take my Work Comp info as I had no C-4 form. I have lifetime Medical benefits from an injury in 1988. Tried to give her information and she didn't care. So I gave my Medicare card, just to be able to be seen. On the way out, the next lady wanted my copay for Medicare. I explained that my yearly out of pocket was met and after fighting with me, she said that they would bill me, BUT DON'T EXPECT TO BE SEEN HERE AGAIN WITHOUT PAYING YOUR COPAY!! Who treats sick people like this??? Called the billing office the next morning only to be sent to voice mail.

Went to this place, the nurse Cheryl was VERY rude. Talked to me like I was nothing because I answered my phone. Sent me back to the waiting room while I was in pain. I reported this to the patient relations specialist and they had the nerve to make it seem like I was at fault. No patient should be talked to the way this nurse did me. Major attitude, huffing and puffing “I CANT IMAGINE SOMEONE ANSWERING THEIR PHONE DURING TRIAGE! I HAVE OTHER PATIENTS TO SEE, GO BACK TO THE WAITING AREA!” Triage questions were over when I said “hello”…. Not okay. Won’t be back. Do better. Nurse Cheryl and PR Katy McCarthy.

If i could give negative stars I would. Lousy medical care...WORST EVER actually and lousier record keeping/delivery even with FORMAL WRITTEN REQUEST no delivery after WEEKS to another physician. Watching my friend DIE while they endlessly test and re-test (and get very disparate results from much more respected medical institutions). ONLY see them if you are WELL. WHY WOULD WE TRY TO CONTACT DIGNITY AGAIN...phones not answered/email addresses non-functional: mailed response says NO SUCH PATIENT (so letting insurance company know not to pay! ).A zillion email addresses and phone numbers deliver nothing but frustration. A JOKE except for watching my friend decline to death from lousy care and interfering with care elsewhere by refusing to provide records despite WRITTEN/DATED request for delivery to outside physician. NO RELEVANT or MEANINGFUL DIGNITY RESPONSE other than sketchy link??????????. Speaks volumes.

My Dad was admitted to the "hospital" portion of this facility after coming into the ER. When I called and asked the nurse questions about his care it was met with complete ignorance. I was also told there are no doctors on the hospital floor, they check in via video. Before checking into the hospital we were told by the ER that he was unable to go to the hospital on base because they were full and not accepting patients. We called and got the opposite answer and were told they never turn away patients. When trying to get him transferred elsewhere they told us they do not have any medical transfer abilities. Nurse told me if I wanted to check him out and take him somewhere else that I would need to speak with his front desk staff. He transferred me there and they transferred me back because he was supposed to have all that paperwork and takes care of that process. Thank goodness we checked him out and took him elsewhere, otherwise who knows if or when they would have found the blood clots that the next REAL hospital ER did. I wouldn't trust this ER with myself or a loved one ever again!!! Scary how they even have a license to practice medicine here!

My child needed stitches and the staff was understanding, patient, and amazing. The ER doctor was awesome. Thank you all for giving my child the best and needed care. The nurses and doctors care, friendly, and very helpful. I was worried because it wasn't pediatrics, but this was close to our house. And stated above they gave my child the best care.

Never bring your kids here they will make you wait and run random tests for 4 hrs then tell you everything is OK and that you should take them somewhere else like a child er or hospital. What a waste not somewhere a parent or child want to be waiting for no answers. Then be told to take them somewhere else. Save your self time and agony don't go here

Went here twice and the last time was life threatening I had to go somewhere else and find out I was suffering from bronchitis I was having a shortness of breathe and they gave me Motrin then the doctor weirdly kept grabbing himself asking me personal questions about what I do for work they didn’t give me antibiotics or a inhaler…. If you are in real danger or pain or overall health declining I don’t recommend this place the front desk people are ghetto and the staff are careless ghetto and unprofessional they don’t use gloves they don’t show any compassion I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life it’s like they hired a bunch of drug addict rejects …. If I could give less than one star I would

i'd give zero stars if it were possible... had a whole miscarriage and came here as an emergency visit. Not even 15 minutes after finding out, in the middle of crying they came into my room asking for money. that's all these people care about! Not anyone's wellbeing. Had to take my boyfriend here for a number of symptoms he was experiencing, the staff has a way of making what you feel INVALID. Smart mouths too. I wouldn't trust these people with my life.

Waited 30mins in an exam room without an update on when I would see Dr. Barrera. But what was most disturbing about this vist happened before I got to the office. I received a call from a medical assistant from this office. She didn't declare where she was calling from or who she was. She only called me by my last name, she then started talking about private medical information without verifying who I was.

There is discrimination regarding who is required to wear masks. At 5:20 PM the security guard allowed an off the clock employee to walk around laughing and socializing with no mask on. When I saw the employee, off the clock, wearing no mask, I assumed they weren't strictly following the mask policy posted on the door. I took my mask down as I have severe breathing issues and felt like I was suffocating. The security guard told me I had to wear my mask. About an hour later, the same security guard is sitting at the table by the front door eating with her mask down for going on an hour now. She's done eating, but isn't putting her mask back up. Also, you can't say anything to the employees because most of the ones who I saw had their masks down at one time or another this included nurses coming up front from the back. 07/15/2022

Do yourself a favor and go to a real ER. The staff is dismissive and will ignore your needs. With all these poor reviews it is clear there are failures from the top down, this facility needs an audit and internal review. If you’re a employee there and read this, remember why you joined the health care industry. Be better.

I would give this hospital absolutely zero stars if I could. I had an experience similar to Allison Teso below. I visited this place in 2017, and the service was fine. A contracted doctor saw me for 5 minutes and knew I had a kidney stone. I was sent for a CAT scan. So the service was fine, billing however was a nightmare. When I checked out of the hospital the staff did not take my information down correctly. You receive two bills one from the doctor and one from the hospital. I only found out about the physicians portion of the bill by luck due to receiving it at my mothers address. However, at the beginning of this year I found out that I had a $17,000 bill from the hospital from 2017. As I mentioned earlier they did not take my info down correctly. I had insurance, and hospital central billing in Texas said they only send a bill 3 times then stop; all which I did not receive. I was also told they did not receive an explanation of benefits from my insurance so the bill became my responsibility. It took until the end of this year, and I literally had to have my insurance representative talk on the phone with the hospital central billing, because they were giving me the run around as well as the insurance company, and wouldn’t even send an invoice to the insurance company unless asked by them directly. And that took constant calling with rude central billing representatives who are just as incompetent, and sent the billing information and proof of claims to the wrong email, not my insurance agent. I finally got this resolved after a year, and received paperwork finally that my account has a zero balance after my insurance paid, and I paid a small amount. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, EVER!!! The billing department in this facility is an absolute joke. This place sucks!

My original review was apparently deleted! I’ll spare the lengthy recap of my 5 hour visit for severe abdominal pain, but the highlights are: The staff here was the most dismissive, rude, and unprofessional I have ever experienced. The entire staff made a judgement about me because I had come from a music festival and dismissed all of my symptoms and reactions to their “care” accordingly. I was left with a dry IV tube for an hour and a half (which the entire staff denied to my face even though I had time stamps from every text I had sent my husband) and I ended up bleeding into and out of the IV tube, which when I voiced a concern they said “yes, you have blood inside of you. It happens” and when I complained that the doctor left me without answers she told me “I have people in here much sicker than you, I don’t have time to worry about your anxiety. We have been more than generous in your care and you’re perfectly healthy.” I got home and went to my regular care. I had intestinal parasites. Perfectly healthy isn’t really what I’d call that. I will also be following my SECOND review with a complaint to the board. No one should be treated this way, and from the reviews, many people have.

Been here several times and this hospital has the worst front desk people! Especially the skinny girl with an attitude! People come in sick & they take their sweet time, making excuses like there so buy when there’s not even 10 people in the lobby. Also making excuses like there’s one doctor & nurse working and there’s no beds available when there’s no one in the hospital. Lazy workers, unprofessional, and people are just rude! This will be the last time I bring my 70 year old mom here for emergency. Need better service here!

Fell and broke my wrist yesterday and was given a referral and two prescriptions. I had to call back this morning for assistance and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I was hung up on twice and then the nurse said to me "too bad it not her fault the pharmacy wouldn't fill my prescription". All I needed was for her to call the pharmacy to fill my prescription because they do not fax. Breaking news- as 1/1/22 Nevada law states that all narco rx have to be faxed in. When as to speak to a supervisor I was told no one was available. I'm in so much pain and I just don't understand, how rude this young lady was. I have no idea who to get help. speak to and how to get help

I really do not like leaving bad reviews but the attitude for no reason is insane to me? I was told by my physician to come back within 12 hours to see how my finger was doing after I had a really bad accident. I called just curious if there was a copay again or if it would be a no charge follow up and the lady had attitude on the phone saying “why would you need to come back to the ER” like the physician told me and I stated that as I told her before she asked that question? As someone who works in the healthcare industry, there is no need for attitude especially if I’m not giving any?

I came in suffering from a severe asthma attack and couldn’t breathe. The front desk person asked me what I needed and I couldn’t talk. She kept asking me and I could barely utter the words ASTHMA ATTACK. They said ok sit down it will be awhile. After 3-5 min the nurse took me back and did my vitals. She said I still have a good enough oxygen level and I could wait. After waiting about an hour , I was able to control it enough to leave. This place is horrible. I could have died waiting. I just moved here to Vegas in February and am so disappointed with the medical staff/ offices/ doctors. Next time I will try a different hospital. This place is a joke. Definitely NOT FOR EMERGENCIES!!!!

Gosh… this emergency room is something. the doctors are so kind! when you see the actual doctors they help you with all your needs and wants! But the waiting room staff???? I’ve been to this ER 4 times and not once were the front desk woman’s ever kind to me. I had to throw up so I asked for the code to the bathroom and the lady told me “check in first”??? excuse me? The other time I went in I was trying to let the front desk lady know “hey idk if im suppose to check in because-“ I was disrupted , wasn’t even allowed to finish my sentence I was told “CHECK IN OVER THERE”. they need to revamp the front desk people asap.

I was absolutely shocked by how friendly everyone at this facility was! The wait time wasn't bad at all, and the nurses/medical assistants were all lovely (with the exception of one person, but even she wasn't the worst). Even the front desk ladies were polite. There wasn't much they could do for what I went in for but they made sure to listen to all my concerns! Thanks for a great first time visit!!

Totally amazed with the quality of service. I went to ortho now for my injured ankle because couldn't find any available spot in regular Webster locations. Everybody (doctor, doctor's assistant and front desk person) were extremely nice and helpful. Another good thing is they had specialized pad to fill the forms electronically ( no loads of papers!!!) The only bad thing was long waiting time even with reserved time slot, but that's how any urgent care works.

If I could give a 0 star I rlly would. These people were very disrespectful. They called my family member a liar after she told them that she was pregnant and was afraid to be alone. And they also said that there was 2 adults and 1 minor aloud so my daughter came in with us and they asked for her age so she told them her age and they laughed at my daughter and told her that she needs to leave even though she was a minor. Very rude workers wouldn't recommend this hospital for anyone.

Very very slow e.r. waiting times are kinda ridiculous been here 2 hours it's not busy only 4 other patients so I will sleep on there couch till I am called back I'm guessing they charge insurance by the hour and I'm gonna be here till they get there cut from my 2 primary insurances lol scammed again by "professionals" they need to realize we choose to give them our business we pay the bills here you need to reflect deeply and if it's about the money there is alot higher paying industries especially in this town leave health care to the professionals cause you are not anything close I guess me sitting here in waiting room with covid for hours on end is the best they can offer me and the other patients such a joke will not return to this facility should be at home resting quarantined but nope they aren't taking things seriously

This hospital is the worst hospital in Vegas. Literally took four+ hours for a COVID swab and they just rushed the entire process. Did not help with medication for any symptoms

Clark Lunt really should be called Clark Kent. He was experienced, professional and so very caring with my daughter. I can’t be more grateful the way he handled our situation. The staff there is excellent. I highly recommend this hospital for any emergency care.

I give this place a two because I came in to get a type of procedure done and in the middle of it my doctor left in the of the surgery to help another customer and I understand that I'm not the only person so I'm not complaining about that it's the fact that after helping those costumers it took 30 mins for my doctor to come back and to close up my wound so I was bleeding out and Im a females and bleed from two places which was making me very messy and uncomfortable and I have to go to another ER because this one forgot to get the sack out the doctor just drained it and bandage it. Will not being coming here again but very nice people

I came in at 3:30pm and didn’t leave until around 9pm for a sprained wrist examination. Multiple people continued to come in and out being treated way before me. They seemed to have no sense of urgency, as a walk-in urgent care.

Please do not go to this hospital if you have an emergency. I took my sister-in-law because she was bleeding excessively due to a miscarriage. They have NO sense of urgency whatsoever. We sat in a room for FIVE hours. I will say that the doctor was extremely nice and caring but considering this was an emergency, it was not treated like one.

😠 Staff doesn’t turn patients on a regular basis. Food had something to be desired. They don’t change you in a timely manner if you can’t get out of bed on your own. Would prefer to insert a perrywick then assist you to the restroom. Not good at answering the call button. Act as if your bothe...

😠 Today I had an appointment at 1PM and after waiting an Hour and a half I had to leave. I don't know what's going on at the VA but they just don't care about the patients. If you don't believe me try to reach a VA Advocate. The phone rings to an empty office. That must be the easiest job in the VA.

😠 I went to the ER with hopes of getting healed with respect and care only to have Monica the attitude nurse talk smack about how I must understand this is a government facility and they're job is locked in. In a very bad way. I could see why she had an attitude bc the Dr in charge was even worse. Dr...
