Although your standards of cleanliness far exceeded industry standards and all staff I encountered were quite personable, your overall services rendered leave very little to be desired. I entered your ER facility Thursday evening, was treated briefly and then deposited in a room and basically forgotten about. Except for extracting my blood twice daily and giving me an aspirin, nothing else was done. I was scheduled to have an MRI on Friday, never happened. On Saturday my nurse came into my room at 8:30 am to inform I would be going for my MRI in 30 minutes, again….never happened. As I confided to my doctors and nurses; my wife is in very poor health, still on oxygen and couldn’t be left alone for another night. We just moved to LV from Wash DC this past December and don’t have any family. I departed your facility at 3:00 pm on Saturday to care for my wife without ever receiving the MRI my doctors were waiting to perusal. You did absolutely nothing to diagnose my condition or treat my symptoms. It should not take over two days to conduct a simple MRI! I most sincerely hope I never have to be a patient in your hospital again, your services were pathetic. Sincerely, Steve Taylor North Las Vegas

Check in for me was expedient, the staff was polite and the facilities were nice. The only negative comment I have concerns the discharge. Once they determined that my condition wasn't serious, and they provided me with some treatment, it would have been nice if someone could have kept me informed on how much longer I was required to be there. They had more than enough patients requiring additional treatment, thus it would have been nice to be discharged more promptly so the staff could focus on those requiring the additional help. I had to ask several staff about my discharge before finally finding the right person to release me to go home. There seemed to be a lot of patients waiting longer than me, thus any areas (such as more expedient discharges) where the hospital can improve would not only be beneficial to the patients but the hospital staff as well. Again, it was a good visit, just slow in one area. Overall 4 out of 5 stars. Not bad, but really good, just a bit short of great.

They were very fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took their time to find out what was causing my symptoms, which was very alarming to me and them. MD Cecilia A and MD Juan J and the staff were all compassionate, and it really showed that they loved the job that they do. I felt like I was in the greatest care while at Centennial Hospital, and I will continue to seek treatment here whenever needed.

They helped me and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, they actually care about the people that go in and the nurses aren’t stuck up like most places. The doctor understood my issues and didn’t rush me through service. 20 stars if I could. Best hospital treatment I’ve receive and their reputation follows because I’ve been to centennial hills hospital for two births and had amazing service. The hospital loves it’s workers and the workers love their patience.

Loved loved loved my experience with my labor and delivery. All the nurses were super accommodating and friendly. Definitely made my first time experience a memorable one and if I decide to have a second baby, I will come back to Centennial. Couple of things that affected the one star was that it took almost the entire day to be discharged when my doctor had given me the clear to go home, also it took too long in my opinion to give me Motrin after I had delivered. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend delivering at this hospital.

I suffered from PTA so I showed up at the ER as a grouchy patient simply because I didn't want to be staying in a hospital. I tried to convince them to just give me some antibiotics and let me go home right away ! But they calmly & patiently explained to me all the reasons why I needed to stay the night and that they will take great care of me. Indeed they took excellent care of me !! Special thanks to ER doctor on duty on the evening of December 22/2021 around 8-9 pm. Also a very special thanks to Bob ( ER front desk ) a very calm & collected person . Perfect person for the position. Supervisor Alex was pleasant & wonderful. Imaging /radiology stuff were very pleasant & kind as well. My encounters with many other stuff members were pleasant as well. Last but not least I have thank my nurse (RN) Julianne (Julie ).She is outstanding human being ! She was caring , kind , upbeat and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!! She demonstrated genuine care for my comfort and my well being . She patiently explained every step of the process without me asking her. Well, Julianne (Julie) thank you very much for making my hospital stay such a memorable /pleasant experience !

As much as I hate hospitals, Centennial Hills was a pleasant surprise. I had to take my spouse to the ER for an emergency health issue. From the time we got there to the time she was admitted, the ER staff was amazing. ER Nurse Jenifer C., Sarah, Quinn, Nicole, and the rest of the staff were fantastic. I would also like to thank the nursing staff on 3rd Floor South. What an amazing staff. Special thanks to Michelle (both), Sergio, Alvin, Kobe, Rose, Gabi, Thea, Oriana, Jay, and Dr. Jilani, Dr. A, Camile, Dr. M, pulmonary unit, and the GI staff. There are so many people, and there is so little space to add all the names. 😁 The room was cleaned every day, and the food was excellent. Many thanks for a job well done. 😊 🙏

Everyone I encountered in my visit to the ER were pleasant and efficient. Yes it did take a long time but that’s pretty standard for ER’s. Other reviewers have mentioned the lack of privacy while discussing their cases. This is indeed true. You could always ask to be taken somewhere more private for discussions, but that really should be taken up with hospital administration. It’s the only reason for a four star instead of five.

Had a surgery on 8/10. The experience in the beginning when I checked in was wonderful doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist it was not until after my surgery was done. Was told by my doctor that wasn’t supposed to go home until I was awake and had to be able to go restroom and walk and breathe on my own but that didn’t happened . The last nurse removed my oxygen when she not suppose to and not just that but asked my husband to take me home 30-40min after my surgery was done. I couldn’t walk , talk or anything. My husband literally had to almost carry me to the car. I hope someone calls me.

The 1 star is for ER staff, Risk Management, and the CEO. 5 STARS to the nursing staff on the 4th floor and their manager. I received amazing care and comfort from them. This is what happened . I was in the ER 3am Sunday till 5pm Sunday before being taken up to a room. I arrived by ambulance with an Altered Mental Status, sudden onset of Confusion, and I was having a Heart Attack. My sister in law arrived Sunday morning and sat with me until approximately 4-4:30pm. That detail is important, and this is why. When I became more alert and less confused, sometime Monday afternoon I realized I was missing my upper denture and ALL my clothing. My bf took my purse home with him, thank goodness. The ER nurse reported to the 4th floor nurse that "patient has no belongings." Sister in law arrived Monday afternoon and stated to my nurse that I did indeed have clothing and both my upper and lower dentures were in my mouth when she left me Sunday in the ER. I was informed by risk management upon discharge 5 days later that they are not responsible for my loss. That came from the CEO himself! They said "I signed a form accepting responsibility for my own belongings". I didn't even know who the president was until Tuesday morning and their telling me I read, understood and signed this form? Definitely not! Centennial Hills Hospital shame on you oh and thanks for the added stress after my recent MI.

I couldn't have asked for a better hospital experience. Check in was easy and organized.,friendly, kind well trained staff. The food wasn't too bad and of course a little slo w getting meds while busy times is expected. Large quiet rooms with the TV streaming all types of music..icing on the cake. Thank you Centennial Hills!

I am very glad we chose to have our son at Centennial Hills Hospital in Las Vegas. I was very impressed with the affordability of the classes that we took. We took the six hour Satuday Childbirth class and the breastfeeding class. Both classes were super informative, and really helped put me at ease with what was to come. I loved that the childbirth class included a tour of the labor and delivery and postpartum units. When we visited everything was super calm, but there was an air of confidence from the nurses that if there was an emergency that they could handle whatever came their way. This impression proved true with my delivery. The nurses and staff were very attentive, courteous, helpful and informative. I had a high risk pregnancy and was induced. Fortunately there were no complications, and everyone was very respectful of my birth plan. I loved that they didn't forget "Dad" either. We got to have a complimentary photo session hours after my baby was born. That activity really helped make the whole experience super special. I would highly recommend this hospital.

I would recommend this hospital to everyone. I had the absolute best first delivery I could have asked for. All of the nurses were excellent and so nice. They really cared about mine and my babies well being. I would like to thank Lara for being my delivery nurse. She answered all of my husband and I’s question with no hesitation or frustration. She really made the experience of birth very easy. I also would like to thank my nurse who took care of us after birth. She was the sweetest and took such good care of my baby girl. One last thank you to the lactation consultant, it was some what of a struggle to get my baby to continue to feed but she stayed by my side and had such amazing words of encouragement. I definitely will go back for my next birth. Thank you to all the staff

Greatest and caring staff of nurses ever. Kept me advised of time while laying in wait for procedure. Friendly staff. Didn't make me feel just like a patient but as a real person with their concern for me. So clean. Want to thank each and everyone that helped me. Especially Kimberly that discharged me. Made sure I was delivered to my ride home. Sweetest person.

My ER visit was awesome. A fairly short wait for a Saturday mid-day visit. Including X-rays, it took 3 hours out-the-door. Dr. Blomberg was friendly and professional. He ordered the tests I expected I'd need, plus a shot, pain medications. Also, he ordered me a splint and prescriptions. Admissions Rep, Jennifer and Triage Nurse, Mike, were both exceptional! -Both were very professional and friendly and caring. The Waiting Room seemed very clean. The seating was well spaced out for social distancing. I was pleased with my experience.

I recently had a major car accident and was having complications. I was advised to go to the ER due to there were test I needed that an urgent care facility was unable to perform. I arrived at Centennial Hills Hospital and was treated right away and the staff that assisted me were very polite and professional. I did not wait long for test or results and the doctor and nurses were very kind. My issue is I have major pain in my arms, upper chest/collar bone area, and shoulder without even movement. I also have been having headaches, unable to sit upright for a long period, unable to turn my upper body fully, and unable to drive due to inability to hold my head up for a long period and having blurred vision. I was advised my CT scan came back good and I would receive a prescription for pain and sent home. I then asked for a work note and the nurse didn’t seem to want to give me one, advised she can only allow me up to three days (not even the rest of the week) and provided me a note to return to work with no restrictions in three days. So at that point I felt completely insulted, lost all confidence in the doctor, don’t even know if they reviewed the CT scan thoroughly and I know they did not consider or care about anything I said due to they did not x-ray my arms or shoulder or address the headaches and vision issues. She did not even ask what my job duties are that she is suggesting I perform with my eyes closed and bent over and my BP was 170/106, probably from all the pain and stress. Now I have to go to another doctor when I just need to rest so I can fully recover. Very disappointing and disturbing.

Had such a great experience for my delivery. All the nurses and doctors were so wonderful, polite, and truly caring. The overnight staff was just as fabulous if not even more caring for mine and baby’s needs. My husband and I highly recommend the labor and delivery department! We are forever grateful for the care we’ve received during this special time for us :)

Entry into the emergency room was prompt and caring based on my symptoms. The nursing staff I encountered were first rate. The xray, and pharmacy personnel were very friendly and professional as were the LPNs and housekeeping staff. Unbeknownst to them I'm a retired military and civilian hospital administrator so I was able to observe not only my care but care for those around me. I previously brought my wife to the ER and she received good care also. She's a retired RN. We both appreciate the services at this hospital.

I want to know why the administrator of doctors in ER has not contacted us. The ER doctor was going to put my husband in the hospital for a week and two weeks in rehab. He never checked him all he said he knew all about my husband, he turned and walked out of the room. My husband had COVID breathing was labored and no medicine was given to him. We were told to sit in the waiting room. We waited for 3 hours and no one came to check on him. We want an explanation of the ER doctor non treatment.

I was seen quickly when I walked in & sent right to evaluation & info finding. The waiting area assigned to sit & start IV’s was comfortable, and the staff that took blood & inserted the IV were very professional. I was taken for the testing in a timely manner. I was impressed with my treatment and ease of getting a diagnosis for my issue.

Everyone in the ER was kind and helpful from the nurses, technicians and administrators. The only reason I gave my experience a rating of 4 was because I felt the doctor speaking to me in the lobby with other patients in earshot was odd, but it may have been because all rooms were occupied and they didn't want me to wait. If they had explained that to me, I would have understood. No one enjoys going to ER, but honestly, my visit went better than expected.

It was wonderful treatment throughout except for the nurse who was handling my checkout / discharge. She tried to get me to sign off on the paperwork before I got my final medication. I refused and insisted to wait until I got my medication. Finally the medication came and I signed off. She did a sloppy job of removing the last of my intravenous needles. She put some gauze and a band-aid and left. As I started dressing this band-aid came off and I started bleeding profusely. My husband ran to get the nurse back in to correct the bandage. She did this finally. It seemed that she was in a hurry to get off her shift. As I said except for this the treatment was wonderful.

My mother has had several visits to Centennial Hills Hospital which required emergency room treatment and hospital stays.I can truly attest to the outstanding treatment, care, courtesy and professional interactions from the staff she received. We as her family were reassured that her needs would be met and a thorough diagnosis would be attained. During her recent care over the weekend, we received a thorough assessment of our needs upon her release from Michael, Emergency Room Patient Coordinator Manager. He put us in contact with home health care services for my Mother, which was sorely needed. Thank you for your exemplary care you provide to the people of Las Vegas!

I was transported by Ambulance to Centennial Hills Hospital, on 12/16/23. I was completely amazed at the professionalism, caring, and understanding of the Staff working for Centennial Hills. I received an awesome meal in the emergency room, and it was just what I needed, because my blood sugar rose to a level that was normal. The Drs., listened too Me, and completed the test necessary to assist me in understanding my condition. I must say, the food service department is exceptional at Centennial Hills. I love to eat, and I was provided tasty, and enjoyable food. I truly believe that GOD touched the heart of everyone involved in my pursuit to wellness. All of You were just what the Dr. ordered. Thank You - Jennifer D. Harris!

The ER staff and the staff on the 3ed floor of the new section and all support staff were great. Totally above average. But spent too long in the hospital having to wait to get a MRI for what I was brought in for, I was taken for my MRI at 8 pm , I could have been out that day . It was also very unsatisfactory that there is one nurse for 7-8 patients. The wait and the lack of staffing was the reason for the four stars and not 5

To be honest, I was very skeptical of Centennial Hills hospital. But after my stay there, I can tell you it was absolutely amazing. They took such great care of me. The nurses, the CNA‘s critical care Director. Everybody was so kind and so caring I would definitely recommend Centennial Hills hospital.

July 15, 2023 I was taken to the ER, spent the night, and taken upstairs the next day. I was in room 364. Everyone that came to my room had the best BEST bedside manner. They understood my hearing impairment, they were all super helpful in getting me well again!!! I stayed in centennial two years ago, and that stay was the worst time of my life, nurses were not nice, they didn't want to work with me in hearing and understanding them, it was the worst time ever!!! I hesitated going to centennial ER again, but so glad I did, it was a great stay!!! Also, the room was beautiful, it was a new room, and felt so nice in there!!! I will continue going to centennial hospital in the future if I need to go again, but hoping I don't, but know there is a great hospital in my daughter's backyard ❤️😀. Thank you for making this stay a very nice one!!!

The best care I've ever gotten, every single person that walked into my room was extremely attentive, caring, and patient. I am mostly deaf, and was accommodated without having to ask. The staff from director to volunteers were the best. Special thanks to the nurses. I am extremely satisfied with my care.

I recently had a hysterectomy Dr Kasar is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING and she totally deserves 5 stars but I was asked to leave a review about the hospital itself. Some of the staff were friendly. Attentive and helpful. However, when I was in recovery I was rushed to open my eyes and get in to the wheel chair because I was told I needed to leave. I was sent home with a catheter but only a leg bag, I was not told how to care for or empty the bag. It has been difficult to sleep as I have to leave myself in a position to keep me from moving at night and I've had to set alarms to wake me up so that I can empty the bag through the night because it is too small to hold all my urine while I am asleep. I was supposed to have 2 procedures at one time However one of the Dr's left the OR in the middle of my procedure. I have not heard from that Dr to explain why he did not perform the surgery. To DR Kasar thank you so much, to the front staff and the pre-op nurses thank you. to the staff in recovery we need more time and to not be rushed out before we have even opened our eyes after being under anesthesia for hours. And you really should take the time to make sure patients know how to use the catheter they are sent home with as well as ensuring they have all the necessary bags specially when they have to keep the catheter in for a WEEK.

Personal shout out to Nurse Jade. Not sure of the Last name but I definitely appreciate how consistent she was from the moment I came in to the end of her shift..She made sure I was okay at least every 5-10 min while in Labor/ Contracting. She showed that she values and cares for her patients well being! Everyone who worked the 6:30Pm evening/night shift of 04/26/23 to 8am 04/27/23..I love & appreciate all my nurses, you guys made my delivery easier and well organized than I expected!!! I’ll definitely recommend this hospital! If I shave further children, this is the location I’d have them all delivered.

I delivered my baby on 7/18 and was discharged on 7/21. I truly enjoyed the entire experience and stay that we had at Centennial Hills Hospital and would choose it again if I had another baby. The facilities are nice, the providers and nurses were exceptional the entire time, and the food was even great! Centennial Hills Hospital’s processes run very smoothly, I have no complaints!

I went in exceedingly nervous, as I was sent there as a result of a potential serious heart situation. All staff were professional, courteous and made me feel like I mattered. I appreciated that very much. I liked the doctor who took care of me very much. She was a straight shooter but attentive. The nurses were great. It was busy in the ER on 12/20/23 but things seemed to be very organized and efficient

The nurses were the absolute best! I have a very bad spine and they did everything possible to make me comfortable including great attitudes! I'm not happy with the anesthesiologist... this was the 41st time I was put to sleep for a procedure or surgery in less than a decade and I have never gone home with such a painful swollen throat that in the next day turned into the worst ear nose and throat problem that I ever had. My Dr however is a Brilliant Surgeon!

I was having upper back pain coming around to my front chest and the Doctor’s were so polite - the nurses were OUTSTANDING!!! Of course when you’re in pain and don’t know why things can get misunderstood at times. My friends came in and saw me in pain which is “never” they began to demand a charge nurse? And then I was treated very rudely by the last Dr. when the shift changed. Everything just became worse and worse because of what I think was a misunderstanding on everyone’s part. Needless to say I went home with the same pain I came in with the only difference was pain pills… and I’m still in pain even today. I just keep taking ibuprofen and asking GOD to heal whatever this is because obviously something is wrong because “I’m in pain” Would I go back to this hospital again “yes” would I recommend this hospital “yes” I think they did everything they could do especially with my type of insurance. May we ALL have good days and especially without “PAIN”😔

Friday August 8th 2:03pm I am scheduled for a pre-surgery I was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. I arrived 15 minutes early like a request you to do and now it's 2:03 and I still live not even seeing that by the original nurse what I was told it would be no longer than an hour and a half situations it must be neither than that the negligence of the management not to have enough people working to keep things accurate on schedule or the actual place yet not to frame to find out yet but I will because the end of that part of this so be just keep in mind that if they tell you give me 15 minutes early on time God forbid as they would actually be on time very ill planed out facility. I hope the medical care isn't as the scheduling department .

I spent 2 days in Centennial Hospital on the orthopedic floor, following a left knee replacement. From check in to check out everything was top notch. All the nurses were wonderful but one was extra special, thank you Jay Hak! I never wanted for anything and his main goal was pain management. He did an excellent job. I received PT, starting within hours of surgery. Liz and Dean were superb, they had me walking and using stairs, showing me how to do it with very little pain. The kitchen staff was easy to work with too. The meals were tasty and served in a timely manner. I’m not sure how they pulled that off. On checking out I used the pharmacy in the hospital. They brought my meds to me. Check out was quick and efficient. Thank you to everyone involved in my health care.

The only reason why it’s more than a zero is because Mark and his assistant were excellent caregivers. They made time for me on their rounds. With them on the night shift I knew a set of vitals would be taken. No one saw me in the evening for vitals. Even the first shift nurse and her aide never came. I waited for over 4 hours after asking for pain meds. The man who said he was the floor manager asked me if the hospital was treating me well. I told him no and about not getting vitals taken but written in and he mumbled under his breath we don’t do that. Then he walked out. Yes that has been done to me. It was years ago before the new wing. I had told the floor supervisor that vitals had not been taken all night. She looked at my chart and said yes she was here at 4am. I had to explain AGAIN that this was a lie. The aide or the nurse had not been in

The nurse at had at registration I did not care for, she was rude, short, and didn’t listen to me. However, the lady that checked me in, she was nice. Once I got a bed in the ER, the nurse I had was amazing! My wait time for a bed wasn’t too bad either. After I saw the doctor, it took him a little longer than it should’ve to discharge me. I wish there was a little more privacy when discussing my health, what was going on, and personal information. Overall, a good experience.

The staff was friendly and courteous, fast and efficient. I had doubts about the ER but after meeting all key players who assisted me, it proved me wrong. However, when you work for the same facility, you should be a teamplayer. One staff from registration was upset that the ER nurse brought me in to get registered - it didn't sit well with the registration employee. The fact that patients have to be registered should be a priority no matter what, this is how the hospital get paid. Thank you to all the ER staff who cared for me with dignity and respect. Also to the male who took the time to register me, Thank you!!!

My wife,Elizabeth, has been in Centennial Hospital 3 times Every time she has the same respect from the nurses and Doctors. They go out of their way to make the visit pleasant and solve the problems. Each of her visits are not the in and out. It's complicated and she is treated well. I cannot say enough about how good it is.

My experience was not a pleasant one. First, I was sat in a chair from 8:00-12:00 am in a very cold room. I had to request a blanket, even though blankets were available for people in the waiting room. The Dr who looked at me, discounted my explanation of why I was there. The only bright side was the people who obtained blood and did the tests. I have the impression that because I’m elderly, my judgment is impaired! Every old person is different. I’m competent to describe my problems.

I would highly recommend having your baby here. The nurses and Doctors were phenomenal! I was very pleased with my care in the ER. They took me back quickly and everyone was kind and caring. The only suggestion I would make is if it would be possible to have someone come by every once in a while to communicate where things stand as far as wait time for the various tests to be done. Other than that, the staff was absolutely excellent!

I had the best service at the ER. Everyone was great. The only thing I would suggest is that the front desk be more attentive and a bit kinder. These are people who are coming in sick and they are the first people they interact with. Everyone else was top tier. I had some really amazing kind people who helped me. Thank you to the medical staff.

I went with my husband because I had fallen down the stairs in My Home a week before thought the pain will go away, but it only got worse. They were very polite and kind in the beginning. All the professionals came out to the ER to bring me for x-rays talk to me register me, etc. everyone was wonderful there. The doctor came out and said I had a spine compression and I had to see a spinal specialist. However he would give me muscle relaxers, lidocaine patches and a narcotic pain killer to resolve my. Very acute pain when I got home with the medication I found out it was just a muscle relaxer and lidocaine patches. I was very disappointed. I am not a drug addict and I needed something for the next few days because my Painting was keeping me awake. The doctors name was Dr. Spence, he literally lied to us and tricked us into going home without the painkiller. I am still in agony.

Everything was fine until I encountered the discharge doctor who was the most insensitive Doctor I have ever met. I am currently still having pain in same kidney area. The other staff was fantastic. Charles and the Physical Therapist assisted me by answering basic questions anyone would have leaving any hospital and in severe pain.

Amazing experience! Ray my pre-op nurse was outstanding Made the experience 100x better great personality. Alicia did my IV not a single mark or bruise. Robert my nurse during surgery was very polite and explained lots to me. Maria from anesthesia again took the time to answer any questions and then you have Alex who was there when I woke up and assured me all was well. Then they called 24 hours later to check on me. Simply amazing 👏

Absolutely amazing!!!! Every nurse, doctor, person we talked to was absolutely amazing!!! I went in because I got a piece of chicken stuck in my esophagus and I was terrified. I was puking and dry heaving, couldn't keep anything down. They were amazing and asked me what happened. And even my grand daughter got to stay with me the while time. Then the next morning I had my surgery and then I could breath and drink water again!! I can't thank everyone enough!! Very positive experience. I will definitely be going back there and recommending them to everyone!! Thank you all. Merry Christmas to all of you.

The nurses are top notch. I cannot convey how grateful I am to have been in the care of these professional and caring group of nurses that were there for all my needs. The administration is also very helpful and always strive to ensure all my needs were met. Finally, the facility was clean, organized, with attention to every detail. The janitorial staff and food services always went out of their way to create a positive and friendly environment. While the circumstances of needing care were not desired, I am so grateful to all at Centennial Hills Hospital for getting me passed my injury.

I think it's important I clarify that the -individuals that do these jobs to the best of their ability-, are true angels sent from heaven. That goes for all of our enlisted, firefighters, medics and police officers. The location of the hospital is convenient, quick off the highway. They have wheelchairs waiting at the ER and Main entrance to assist entry to those less mobile. 9 out of 10. Unfortunately like many hospitals, the staff are not the best. I understand they go through alot each day, leading to fatigue, stress, and/or frustration from the abundance of patients due to Covid. However, there should ALWAYS, be a degree of professionalism, empathy, and understanding for the patients 1st, and everything else tertiary. That being said, the experience was frustratingly slow, things were missed and people are leaving with improper or wrong scripts, patients are allowed to leave and shouldn't, and the majority of the staff are incompetent. It's very unfortunate and sad to see. 5 out of 10 The specialist doctors here, I've only had the pleasure of meeting one. He was outstanding. Honest, clear, and most important - listened to my concerns and needs. He perfomed surgery on 2 broken bones on either side of a single ankle, and finished in 2 hours with no complications. The patient was allowed to leave same day and was able to put enough weight on the ankle ( with a boot and crutches ), to walk up 4 flights of stairs to their apartment. Outstanding 10 out of 10

My experience was good considering why I was there. The one place where they can improve is on discharge on Sunday evenings. When I left on Sunday at 7pm I was given a prescription to pick up. One of them was a pain killer which is NECESSARY following surgery. It turned out the pharmacy was closed until Monday morning. It would help if they just gave you a couple of pills during check out until you can get to the pharmacy. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

This hospital got me in very quickly (straight into triage and a bed) which was the best part about it. The nurses are nice too. Man doing my blood labs told me it would be an hour, and it was four hours. Doctor was not considerate at all, and shrugged off something when I mentioned it. Turned out I was right, and she just sent me home with a shrug. Oh well. I get their busy due to COVID patients, but I’ve been to a lot more caring hospitals recently.

Excellent staff, in pre-order so attentive and keeping you informed when you would be taken to surgery. The staff in the operating room, the little I was conscious, excellent. The nurse in recovery was one of the best nurses I have ever dealt with. So caring and friendly, really informative to my friend who brought me. Excellent hospital!

Came into the ER for a dog bite since quickcare wouldn’t see me. Bree the PA Dr. Bloomberg and their team were so attentive, informative, and quick to get me cleaned and out of there. Upfront RN and tech were so kind and gentle. This place takes good care of you!

I’ve used this hospital for OBGYN services for years and love them. When I broke my leg yesterday I was treated with so much care. Even during a very busy night. I loved all my nurses, my X-ray tech and my dr. All had really good supportive and upbeat attitudes. They all let me joke about a really scary injury and digging myself out of the snow with a broken ankle. This could’ve been a really traumatizing hospital visit had they not had the best bedside manner. They also took care of my husband last year while we was dying from Covid and my father in law’s stroke. Thank you all so much for everything you do daily. My family will forever be in your debt.

I had surgery at Centennial Hills Hospital December 2021 and the entire staff could not have been kinder and more concerned for my welfare. In a time when the world is falling apart and people want to kill each other these folks show up and leave their personal lives behind to deliver exemplary care with kindness, patience and professionalism. I felt embraced and like I was a priority. If you have to go to the hospital which I hope you do not... but if you do this place is a soft spot to land

Had a procedure done on the 5/26/22. My entire visit was hopefully a success. My procedure from check in to check out was very pleasant. The staff of Doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff was very nice. Talked me through every step before it happened, so nothing was a surprise when it happened. Dr Richards was great, got me in and out just as it was told to me. Only notch was nobody followed up with me when I went home.

We had a wonderful experience . We went in with our 6 month old not feeling well from Covid. Our nurse practitioner heather and our other nurse Suzy and her assistant were so kind to our family when we went in and they cared for us all together as a family. The hospital was very clean considering that they were so busy. We were there for a long time but we had no other plans since we were sick with covid and not feeling well . Thank you for taking such great care of us and being in such a great mood even though you worked on a holiday.

Everything was great. I just got discharged two days ago and the nurses were wonderful - super attentive to me and always making sure that I was feeling alright during my stay. Rosie was very accommodating to all my needs making sure that I understood everything in regards to my aftercare. I’m super appreciative to Bryan who explained everything that was going to take place during my procedure so I could feel more comfortable..

Centennial Hospital employees and doctors are fantastic. From registration to getting to the ER department was less than 10 minutes. The registrar(s) were efficient and kind. The technicians were friendly, clear in what they needed to do and why. Obviously, Covid protocols were strict, but following the process was easy and without any drama. Typically, we all are nervous about going to the ER, but these folks made me feel important, were always explaining what they were doing and why. This eased my concerns and I was able to relax.

My morning started off beautifully, as Life Transport eased my stress arriving 10 minutes early while the drivers were professional! Automobiles were immaculate. Sign in was easy, streamlined. It just got better from there. Doctor, Nurses, the entire staff were loving, kind, sincere, to add to the experience, the entire staff were knowledgeable leaving me to know that I was in the best hands. The centennial Hills Hospital was also immaculate from wall to wall, and floor to ceiling. When all was said and done, My check out and the rest of my day left feeling that I was the most important person. Part of their wonderful family. Thank You, Cynthia Miller .

Check in process and staff were nice and had a sense of urgency. However, the rest of the attending team in the lobby between the times of 7pm and midnight were not. The lobby was not packed full of covid patients like the news says. The lobby had about 15 people at the highest point of this time frame I gave above. The phlebotonist, Melissa was careless with the needle, puncturing my arm, missing the vein and having to say oops while digging needling around while in my arm to get it to go straight and into the vein. She was dropping supplies. She appeared to be careless and relaxed with her work. The attending nurses were wondering around the lobby ignoring numerous patient calls and requests for help, questions and IV refills and pain medication and hung out in the make shift phlebotomy tent in the lobby area. Repeatedly dodging the view needy patients in the lobby. I asked several nurses to refill my IV or to remove it and all of which pretended to either not see me, forget and some, without shame, kept walking. Giggles and pet names can be heard from the tent during their hideout periods. When the next shift came on, they started to tend to patients in the lobby and seem to speed things along, again while the other nurses hung out in the tent. I am not sure what is going on, but the amount of playtime I observed in an emergency room regardless of how many patients are being served, is unacceptable. These nurses seemed more concerned with goofing around and being careless and half asked at their jobs then actually showing pride or compassion let alone empathy for any of their patients. I overheard nurses telling patients that they, "honestly didn't read their paperwork and don't know what's going on w them." How is this helpful? I appreciate nurses, drs and any other first responder in the field, however, these were not seasoned professionals, these were grown children flirting and playing around amongst themselves ignoring the sick and injuried in the lobby. While the rest of the hospital worked, a good handful of the nurse lobby staff goofed off. Shameful. Those individuals should pick a different field or get serious about the career they chose.

A doctor friend told me this is the worst hospital in the valley. It's gone downhill in the past few years. Go to Spring Valley. They are the best. 8 hours in the ER waiting room for an infection! They no longer take you back to rest in a bed, but do everything out in the waiting room. Check vitals, draw blood, IV drips, medical updates. There's no privacy. The staff seemed nice and competent, but if you need to lie down you're out of luck.

Nurse was outstanding. Had to get a catheter inserted because of blocked urinary track. Couldn't pee at all. Definitely saved my life from a burst bladder. Took out 1.5 liters of urine out of me. She was a complete professional. Wish I could remember her name.

The waiting room is also the treatment room. They had signs on the wall the said “bed 31”, “bed 32”, etc. and people had IV bags hanging from command hooks. Patients were slumping in chairs because they received medicine that made them drowsy but had no option to lay down. I felt like I was in a third world country. I personally was given Benadryl and I told the nurse I need a bed or recliner or anything because it will make me fall asleep. She said “sorry, you’ll be fine” and moved on. I really felt sorry for her. She was completely overwhelmed and dealing with about 50 patients at once. That’s not an exaggeration. I was slumping in my chair, so incredibly uncomfortable while others watched. I was only awoken by the woman sitting right next to me vomiting. The room was filled with people vomiting into small bags, screaming and moaning in pain, coughing, etc. It was a solid hell. It looks like they are doing construction. They should have the courtesy, at least, to let you know when you arrive, check in, etc. that you will not get a room under any circumstances. I would have left after about 30 minutes but I knew I was already going to be charged because they had my info and had taken me through check in and triage. Please go anywhere else.

Took my son in for surgery and the staff was very attentive to his needs. They treated us with dignity and respect providing him the best care, checking on him regularly and making sure his concerns were addressed. From the admitting department to the surgical team the service provided was outstanding and the care factor was always present. I would highly recommend this facility for any medical issue.

I was skeptical about having my procedure done at this hospital because of the low Google reviews but I have to say My experience was definitely a great one. All the nurses that helped me from the time I came in till the time I left were excellent. Ryan from Cath lab was awesome. His humor made me much more at ease and not so nervous about the procedure I was having. I do have to mention that every restroom I had to use inside the hospital was quite filthy, no paper towels, overflowing trash cans, and urine on toilet seats and floors. Other than that I had a good experience.

From the receptionist to the Dr. on duty was courteous and very professional. My anxiety was at an all time high and the staff in the Emergency room were able to put me at ease and to the best of their ability care for my medical emergency. Outstanding was how I felt getting medical treatment at Centennial Hospital. I can’t thank you all for helping me in my time of need.

I had a seizure and was brought into the hospital. The Dr put me in the psychiatric area and told me I would be held there for 72 hours. They tied my hands to the bed and took all my clothes off. Said i couldnt call or talk to nobody and my family was told to all go home and nobody was allowed to see me. In the psych area I was put on a thin mattress on the ground in between two men. One man kept screaming for food and the other man was yelling because he was upset. One of the worst days of my life. The next morning a case worker saw me and released me. She didn’t understand why I was being held. My family knows now if I go unconscious again and need medical help to NEVER go here. I’m still in shock over what happened.

My overall experience was pretty good. When I walked in I was seen right away by the triage nurse. He wasn't very friendly but he was efficient. I then had to go into another room with another triage nurse who did not have her mask on it all. There was a doctor in there with her who asked me several questions. He was very nice and informative and ordered tests based on what I told him. After they finished up with me, I saw the female triage nurse walking around eating, again with no mask. I was called into, what looked like a temporary room while construction is going on, by Isaac, who took my blood, started an IV, did a covid test and some other things. He was awesome, efficient and very professional. I was told to sit back in the waiting area. I was taken back to do several tests fairly quickly. After all the tests, I was sent back to the waiting area to wait for all the results. I was there for a bit, right around shift change, and another doctor introduced himself to me. I really liked him. He was very kind, professional, and informative. The only thing I didn't like was that my test results were being discussed with me in the ER waiting area with about 8 or so other patients in there too. Not a huge deal, but a bit embarrassing. At shift change, another nurse took Isaac's place, she was young and had her mask hanging off one ear the whole time, even when she came over and took my vitals one last time before I left. She put it on one time for maybe 30 seconds. I guess my overall experience was really good as far as efficiency of the staff and getting in and out in maybe 4 hours. I felt my needs were met. What really bothered me is that 2 RN nurses, that work in a hospital with covid patients, didn't take the mask wearing seriously. They are seeing covid patients, seeing other patients all the while exposing themselves and others to covid. This is a hospital, they should have been told to put their masks on.

CNA Sheri is kind, compassionate, and knows how to do her job quickly, efficiently, and with a wonderful disposition. I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with her while my Dad was recently being treated for pneumonia. She is a great example of how everyone should treat others, even though I know her job can be difficult and demanding at times. Kudos to you Sheri!

I had a good nurse and Dr, but I think there is a management issue here. I think the nurses were very short staffed, there was a lot of waiting, and a good amount of people didn't get beds we were in triage rooms that weren't that clean. I'm thankful for the nurse and Dr that I had, but I wish I would've stayed home or went somewhere else that night.

They got cameras in the rooms and they watched me all night. Service was amazing. I got checked in quickly. And seen just a quick. I needed an ultrasound, which happened with little waiting. Even the results and check out was swift. I went to radiology for a procedure. The team was very proactive to help with my needs, from the front desk to the team handling the procedure. They took the time to explain everything before, during and after also with follow up with my doctor. I would also like to mention the preregistration team also. I would definitely recommend Centenial Hills Hospital Radiology to friends and family and I look forward to working with their team again.

The Centennial Hills 24 Hour ER is amazing. I knew I would not be able to see my Doctor right away and he would then have had me go to additional facilities for tests and scans. I was able to see Dr. Murphy and get blood work and scans done at the ER. Dr. Murphy and the staff are very efficient, professional and personable. I will follow up with my Doctor as Dr. Murphy suggested and I’ll be able to share all the information and scans done with him.

Front desk gal was great, 12-7-22. The making everyone have an IV just seems like an money maker. and then found out that you don't get scan until IV is done, the nurse never said you must keep your arm straight at all times so the IV will work, most people set with their arms bent. I had another patent tell me to keep my arm straight. They should designate the smaller area by the vending machines for people whom are sick, sick like flu. There were two people in waiting room just throwing up for quite some time and another person wheeling his wife around in a wheel chair, both were in hospital in H gowns, And the older mans back end was hanging out and he was sitting in chairs with no underwear. So I let one of the gals who takes your insurance info, know and showed her, she looked surprised. I know it must be very stressful for all that work there in ER. The little gal who came and got me for my CT scan was the best, and the Tech that took the CT was also great. It would be nice if some of these great people got a Kudos, like a lunch at Carl's JRs, or a gift car so they can go to lunch were they want, or some to show they are doing great work. The doctors were great, Dr Rocks was super and I did not catch the male doctors name.He was very good too. they even deserve some kind of Kudos or even a treat. thanks for asking.Andrea Morse

The staff were quick and very kind. They performed a lot of tests that I’m not sure we’re necessary but that just means they covered all their bases. Unfortunately they didn’t give me much information to go on as to why I was feeling so sick before they discharged me home. I understand all that means is they couldn’t find anything in my blood work or scans that could tell them why I was so Sick and weak; aside from what I had been previously diagnosed with. I do wish they would have kept me over night for observation and more IV fluids, but I also understand the hospital needs to admit patients that are much sicker than me. I hadn’t been able to hold any food or liquid down for 2 days. I was very dehydrated, weak, lethargic, SOB with minimal exertion and had an overwhelming feeling that I was slowly withering away. I knew my symptoms were strongly due to my lack of food/fluid intake, but it would have been nice to have been monitored for 24 hours. I’m home now with no further answers than I had before and I am now able to eat 2 small pieces of the corner of a slice of bread and sip about 1/2 a cup water in 24 hours. That’s better than previous days where it was nothing. I’m very pleased with the care provided by the Nursing staff at Centennial Hills Hospital. I would gladly use this hospital in the future, or any of its Sister locations.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with urgency. I was fast tracked and within minutes I had staff assisting me. Brian started my IV and made sure I was comfortable. He did my EKG and X-ray I believe. Charles assisted with fluids and blood draw. Lisa assisted with check-out. Dr. David was very good and accommodating. There were others and I apologize for not catching names. All in all, a very speedy experience. Thanks to everyone!

Received a part knee replacement on Tuesday morning early. From the time I walked through the door until my release to go home, every member of the hospital staff treated me extremely well! All of my questions were answered before and after the surgery was complete… I cannot say enough about how nice my pre op nurse (cannot remember her name) was preparing me for the operation as well as the recovery room nurse (Kim) supplying all the info I needed to know prior to my release. I only mentioned 2 folks that were amazing, in reality everyone I come in contact with was equally as great. Overall I was very glad to have made the decision to travel to Vegas to have this done!! Thank you!!!
