I walked in around 12:30 on a Sunday and was seen quickly and efficiently. I felt like the providers (nurse tech and family nurse practitioner) both spent a lot of time understanding my complicated medical and logistical situation and explained all the things I needed to know about the care they are recommending. They treated me with kindness and empathy and I didn’t feel like I was rushed even though they were very quick.

Honestly couldn’t be more disappointed. Walked in & the place was empty, I was told I’d be seen pretty much straight away. Cut to almost three hours later, mostly sitting in a small room, being passed off to three different people who work there. Went for a quick x-ray during that time & straight back to the room. Communication is absolutely terrible, different doctors handing me different prescriptions without even giving me an explanation of my results. On the bright side, & I’ve learned that I won’t ever be returning here again! 🙃

Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. I was seen relatively quickly, but just missed the MRI technicians before they left for the day. The doctor sent me for an MRI at the E.R., and I had to wait 8 hours there. If I had been a few minutes sooner, this would have been a much better experience than dealing with County. I recommend this place.

Absolutely AWFUL. I brought my two year old in because she fell and hurt her arm. The PA told me he’d do a “therapeutic” x-ray because he thought there was no way it’s broken. We did the x-ray and they sent us home. I had to call THEM the next morning only for them to tell me it is broken and that they can’t help and I’ll have to see an orthopedic doctor. NO help. NO direction on how to care for her. She is in pain and we weren’t given anything to stabilize. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very irresponsible. We've had problems every time we visited this clinic. The doctor/nurses did not review our medical history paperwork properly so they mis-prescribed our medication. Which meant that we had to come back, pay another visit fee, and pay for the medication we already picked up. Then, we came to get a refill, and the staff argues that we did not want to meet with a doctor or do anything at all, while noticing that we were sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. We even filled out paperwork and gave ID and nothing. Staff argues with patients. Like what is with that? They're probably going to mess up with the insurance process too and overcharge you. Save yourself time and learn from our horrible experience.

Upon arriving the office hadn’t opened, but the guard went and requested they open a little early because there was not enough seating for us seniors. Once I went in I was almost immediately call up to start my check in. Everyone was very friendly, pleasant, respectful and helpful. The nurse came and escorted me back in a very timely manner. Then Dr. Black came in. I was very pleased with his bedside manner and thoroughness. He explained everything to my understanding. Overall I was completely satisfied with my visit to Urgent Care. That included DR for my x-rays. Great medical staff.

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon expecting wait, was checked in and in a room in less than 10 minutes. Saw Melissa, Dr.Tom, had bloodwork etc. all within an hour. Friendly, accommodating, thorough. I'm ok, reassured and on my way.

Went to the clinic without insurance and no appointment yesterday, the workers at the front desk told me it was a base price of 120 for an appointment only, without any other procedures. They were very kind and patient and I was seen within the hour, the Dr noting I had no insurance wrote me a plan to follow, and a prescription to fill for my sore throat if I see no improvement within the next few days, so I wouldn't have to pay for a second appointment I very much appreciate that. Overall would recommend this location they're very courteous and as someone with anxiety they didn't leave me worried or questioning what was happening and made everything very clear. 😊

My advice nurse recommended I head to this InstaCare clinic even though it's a 30 minute drive, as it's affiliated with Intermountain Healthcare, my providers. And I'm glad I did! There was minimal wait to see a doctor (after initial paperwork), and the doctor immediately diagnosed the cause of my symptoms and prescribed the right medications. The clinic is fairly new, clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely helpful. Very pleased with my visit here.

Only one provider checking upon all clients.as soon as they lock you in the room make sure your phone is fully charged to kill the very long waiting time.

Came in for a burn and was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Receptionist was very helpful and so was the Doctors Assistant and Doctor was efficient and thorough. Thank you everyone.

Three hours to get a tetanus shot! Under-staffed and poorly operated. AVOID !! To add insult to injury I learned the same shot is offered by CVS with almost no wait.

I recently chose a new primary physician, but she is booked up until August, so the lovely woman Terri I spoke with at the office advised that I try out the quick care facility for getting my asthma medication until I can come in for an appointment, which is August. The staff was great and helpful and the wait was not long. Dr Winnie Tong Wing was very thorough in her assessment and even working with me to check with my insurance which medication is covered in my plan. I highly recommend

This was first time I have been to this urgent care. It was such a smooth operation. Just the sign in was on an I pad. I love that you don’t need to write anything on paper. The urgent care is right next to radiology. So with a sprained ankle, it was such a complete experience having x ray right there. Everyone was so nice, I was so pleasantly surprised. Thanks to all the people that helped me today.

We came in with a problem that needed to be handled right away. Victoria did an amazing job at helping us! You could tell she really cared about helping us while following the safety guidelines they are give. Thank you!!

They care more about covid protocols than they do about you as a patient. Avoid this place at all costs and find yourself an urgent care that treats you like a human being. Got yelled at twice for not "wearing my mask properly" when my face is literally covered in hives, hence why I'm here in the first place. Disgusted with this place!!! The security guard & Patricia are both absolutely PATHETIC!!

Had multiple injuries from falling. The doctor had injuries exrayed, put together a plan, prescribed meds, and provided a printout of my exrays and visit. Very friendly staff and kept me updated every few minutes. Free water and snacks while exrays were being read. Takes 1 hour. Dress warm. It's really cold there. I'm very happy. Beats emergency room at hospitals.

Dying been sick for 5 months woth bacteria and this doctor nor.the health department will treat me. Wanted to document this so people can see the torture and suffering i have suffered because tbis clinic refused to treat me and kept wanting to charge my.insurance new inwas bed riden and the only chance inhad to get antibiotics So I sopose i will die of this infection and when I end up in the coroner's office they are going to be like how in the hell.did a guy with insurance nit have access to meds. I spent over a month trying t get them. This doctor with red short hair is one piece.of.dirt⁹ they will not treat your for stds here. I think they are Mormons so they doscrinate against those not like them. They want us to die. So you know I'm Christian episcopal. The real deal. Baptized and confirmed. Mormons are impressive but sheltered ignorant fools at that.

Fast Walk in service Just 15 min wait to see doctor

Great team. Doctor and staff both explained everything before I received a monoclonal infusion. Checked on me a few times after my infusion and I was released on schedule. They called me at home 48 hours later to confirm I was improving and also asked if I had any questions. I did and they answered every one.

I came here for an urgent care. The place was clean and it wasn’t too long before I was checked in. The only thing is that the person behind the desk had a straight face, not rude but I think they can be more friendly.

I walk in, front desk they very sweet nice and the doctor,they very sweet and excellent , blood test EKG was done within 90 min, I feel much better,God blessed them, superb job ,lots lots of blessings

Took 60 days to get a referral for my biopsy because their office staff are inept. Took another 30 days to get referred to a surgeon: I had two biopsies done, Dr never called me to give me the results until after I called for my results. And then when he called me for the 2nd result he did not remember he already sent me for the surgery consult. Surgeon in network, hospital is not, so taking me another 60 days for their inept staff to fax reports to another surgeon. Certainly hope my precancer does not develop into cancer with this 4 month delay…

I think you really must rethink the phrase “Insta care” in your name, my experience was anything but that. I had an appointment for which I arrived promptly. 1 hour later I had still not had my Rapid Strep Test. Why have an appointment? Just tell everyone to come and wait their turn. Collecting a room full of sick people sitting around waiting for a doctor is the height of absurdity on so many levels. I was sitting, waiting for a test, diagnosis result, and medication for which no one came for over an hour. That is some of the worst patient care I’ve seen. I left telling them “I’d rather die with dignity”. God help the rest of your poor patients having to endure your badly run practice. I would never step foot in your facility again and will caution my friends against it as well. You give the medical professional a bad name. Karen Nelson

My doctor referred me to the Wynn Clinic Urgent Care because I was experiencing dizziness and tightness in my chest. All of the staff were very attentive and friendly. They did a thorough check on me, bloodwork, EKG and x-rays. I would recommend this clinic for any urgent care needs.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Quick Care facility. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out in record time. The doctor I had was great and also Whitney was just wonderful. I got the medicine I needed for bronchitis and was given a COVID test.

Had an 7:45am appointment for a chemical stress test. Was called back for the procedure around 8:15 by a "technician". When I inquired if a RN or MD was going to be present, I was told no, and that is the problem. HOW can you let a non professional administer drugs that affect one's hart, I could die. I refused the procedure. It seems like Intermountain health care cuts costs by staffing its offices with technicians rather than medical professionals.

I am a regular patient at the West Charleston location so I was a little worried that the InstaCare doctor would not know me and my meds. The response from the InstaCare Wynn clinic for an appointment was very quick as the video call with the doctor. The ability to text a forgotten question on the app is a great feature and the doctor responded immediately to my questions, even after 12 hours. The doctor was caring and had already familiarized himself with my chart which was so re-assuring. It is definitely a great tool and opportunity. I am so glad I am a patient of Intermountain Healthcare!

My experience was positive all the way around. I walked in feeling very stressed as this was my third stop looking for urgent care. Dr. T. Serbousek and his nurse were friendly, helpful and professional. He immediately put me at ease. The entire process was less than an hour.

Excellent all round treatment. Very courteous welcome. 5 mins waiting time. In & out in 10 mins. I needed a prescription.
